本实用新型涉及咖啡机技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种花式咖啡机。
背景技术
花式咖啡通常是在咖啡液中加入牛奶泡沫制成的,2011年8月10日公开的、申请号为201020575326.4的咖啡机的蒸汽发泡喷嘴装置,旋转调节套管,可以使吸入的空气量发生变化,从而调节奶泡的细密程度。然而,通常打奶泡需要的蒸汽温度比萃取咖啡液的要高,结构合理的液体加热系统将使花式咖啡机更加节能、高效。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种液体加热系统结构合理、节能高效的花式咖啡机,以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所提供的技术方案是:一种花式咖啡机,包括水箱,第一加热器,咖啡漏斗,奶箱,奶泡器,用于向咖啡漏斗提供水蒸汽的第一支路,用于向奶箱提供高温蒸汽的第二支路,还包括三通阀组件,水箱的水经第一加热器加热后进入三通阀组件,所述三通阀组件分别与第一、第二支路连接,所述第二支路由电磁阀、第二加热器、奶箱顺序连接。
所述第二加热器包括导热体、电热管,所述导热体内迂回设置细长管道,所述电热管设置在导热体表面。
所述导热体由两块金属板件密封拼接而成,在其中一块金属板件的内表面上设置以中心点为起点的螺旋渐开线状凹槽,螺旋渐开线状凹槽的始、止位置设置导热体的进出口,两块金属板件上设置若干定位孔,部分定位孔附近的螺旋渐开线状凹槽以弧形槽避让。
所述三通阀组件包括三通阀体、连接管,所述三通阀体内设置连通腔、阀腔,所述阀腔的阀口开口于连通腔内,所述阀腔内设置蘑菇头胶塞和弹簧,所述弹簧用于顶压蘑菇头胶塞使所述阀口关闭。
所述连接管设置于阀腔的出口,所述连接管的端部设置管接口,所述管接口与阀腔壁密封连接,所述管接口内设置弹簧安装平台。
所述连接管连接第一支路。
本实用新型的有益效果是:实现咖啡机的功能多样化与自动化控制,液体加热系统结构简单、节能高效。第二加热器采用螺旋渐开线结构形式,体积小巧的基础上能充分吸收电加热管的热量。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本实用新型的实施例。
参见图1-4,本实用新型的花式咖啡机包括水箱,水泵,第一加热器,咖啡漏斗,奶箱,奶泡器,用于向咖啡漏斗提供水蒸汽的第一支路,用于向奶箱提供高温蒸汽的第二支路,还包括三通阀组件,水箱的水经第一加热器加热后进入三通阀组件,所述三通阀组件分别与第一、第二支路连接,所述第二支路由电磁阀、第二加热器2、奶箱顺序连接。第一加热器是锅炉1,通过水泵将水箱的水抽进锅炉内加热,生成的水蒸汽经三通阀组件可向咖啡萃取支路或奶泡生成支路提供适宜的水蒸汽。
所述第二加热器包括导热体、电热管21,所述导热体内迂回设置细长管道,所述电热管设置在导热体表面。为了进一步提高水蒸汽温度,以利于奶泡的生成,在第二支路上设置将水蒸汽加热为热蒸汽的第二加热器。为了使蒸汽充分受热并节省加热器占用空间,在导热体内设置迂回管道,使单位水蒸汽加热时间增加。
所述导热体由两块金属板件(22,23)密封拼接而成,在其中一块金属板件的内表面上设置以中心点为起点的螺旋渐开线状凹槽233,螺旋渐开线状凹槽的始、止位置设置导热体的进出口(231,232),两块金属板件上设置若干定位孔25,部分定位孔附近的螺旋渐开线状凹槽以弧形槽234避让。
所述三通阀组件包括三通阀体、连接管,所述三通阀体内设置连通腔、阀腔,所述阀腔的阀口开口于连通腔内,所述阀腔内设置蘑菇头胶塞26和弹簧27,所述弹簧用于顶压蘑菇头胶塞使所述阀口关闭。所述连接管设置于阀腔的出口,所述连接管的端部设置管接 口,所述管接口与阀腔壁密封连接,所述管接口内设置弹簧安装平台。所述连接管连接第一支路。
当需要打奶泡时,第二支路的电磁阀打开,水蒸汽从锅炉经三通阀组件的连通腔进入第二支路,经第二加热器加热后向奶泡器提供高温蒸汽。当第二支路打开时,第一支路由于阀腔的阀口被蘑菇头胶塞关闭,水蒸汽不能经阀腔进入第一支路内。只有当第二支路的电磁阀关闭且锅炉产生的蒸汽压力大于阀腔内弹簧的顶推力时,水蒸汽才能从三通阀体的连通腔进入第一支路,向咖啡漏斗提供适合咖啡萃取的水蒸汽。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种花式咖啡机,包括水箱,第一加热器,咖啡漏斗,奶箱,奶泡器,用于向咖啡漏斗提供水蒸汽的第一支路,用于向奶箱提供高温蒸汽的第二支路,其特征在于:还包括三通阀组件,水箱的水经第一加热器加热后进入三通阀组件,所述三通阀组件分别与第一、第二支路连接,所述第二支路由电磁阀、第二加热器、奶箱顺序连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述花式咖啡机,其特征在于:所述第二加热器包括导热体、电热管,所述导热体内迂回设置细长管道,所述电热管设置在导热体表面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述花式咖啡机,其特征在于:所述导热体由两块金属板件密封拼接而成,在其中一块金属板件的内表面上设置以中心点为起点的螺旋渐开线状凹槽,螺旋渐开线状凹槽的始、止位置设置导热体的进出口,两块金属板件上设置若干定位孔,部分定位孔附近的螺旋渐开线状凹槽以弧形槽避让。
  4. 如权利要求1或2或3所述花式咖啡机,其特征在于:所述三通阀组件包括三通阀体、连接管,所述三通阀体内设置连通腔、阀腔,所述阀腔的阀口开口于连通腔内,所述阀腔内设置蘑菇头胶塞和弹簧,所述弹簧用于顶压蘑菇头胶塞使所述阀口关闭。
  5. 如权利要求4所述花式咖啡机,其特征在于:所述连接管设置于阀腔的出口,所述连接管的端部设置管接口,所述管接口与阀腔壁密封连接,所述管接口内设置弹簧安装平台。
  6. 如权利要求5所述花式咖啡机,其特征在于:所述连接管连接第一支路。
