滤网支架20包括第一固定座21、第二固定座22及止挡片23。第一固定座21包括三个第一圆环212及三个第一连接杆214。三个第一圆环212具有不同大小的直径并具有相同圆心。每个第一连接杆214分别连接三个第一圆环212。三个第一连接杆214间隔设置。第二固定座22与第一固定座21的结构相同,其包括三个第二圆环222及三个第二连接杆224。滤网装设于第一固定座21与第二固定座22之间以进行固定。第一固定座21与第二固定座22通过固定件(如螺丝,图未示)进行锁固。止挡片23大致呈半圆形,其安装于第一固定座21的外侧面。在滤网支架20插入安装口112后,止挡片23受周壁11止挡贴合于安装口112外侧,并封闭该安装口112。可以理解,在其他实施例中,止挡片23还可以取消,只要第一固定座21与第二固定座22足以封闭安装口112以防止物料漏出即可;滤网支架20还可以设置止挡件或者凸起等方式使其在插入安装口112后同时封闭该安装口112。
使用时,将滤网放入第一固定座21与第二固定座22之间,并 将第一固定座21与第二固定座22通过固定件进行锁固。将两组安装口112中各插入一个受滤网支架20固定的滤网,其中,处于上方的滤网的孔径较大。启动振动器,向进料口121中输入物料,容纳箱10振动筛选物料。不同大小的物料由相应的出料通道14流出。当需要更换滤网时,将每组中空置的安装口112插入相同规格的滤网,再抽出需要更换的滤网即可。
本实用新型的筛料机100还可以用于过滤液体,液体由进料口121通入,经过过滤后,最终由连接第一出料口的出料通道14中流出。
本实用新型的筛料机100无需停机即可更换滤网,提高了生产效率,且操作简便。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本实用新型精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本实用新型精神所做的变化,都应包含在本实用新型所要求保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种筛料机,该筛料机包括振动器、容纳箱及滤网,该容纳箱架设于该振动器上以受该振动器振动而进行筛料,其特征在于:该容纳箱包括周壁及顶壁,该顶壁设有进料口,该周壁上设有至少两个安装口,每两个该安装口为一组,每个该安装口上对应设有一个弹片以封闭该安装口,该筛料机还包括滤网支架,该滤网固定于相应的该滤网支架上,每个该滤网支架及设于该滤网支架上的该滤网通过该安装口插入该容纳箱内,该弹片受该滤网支架抵触弹性变形以避让该滤网支架,该滤网支架封闭该安装口,每组该安装口其中一个装入设有该滤网的该滤网支架,该容纳箱的底部设有第一出料口,在更换滤网时,将同一组中空置的该安装口插入该滤网支架及设于其上的该滤网,并抽出需要更换滤网的该滤网支架,此时该弹片弹性恢复并封闭该安装口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的筛料机,其特征在于:每个该滤网支架包括第一固定座及第二固定座,该第一固定座与该第二固定座夹持该滤网,该第一固定座与该第二固定座通过固定件进行锁固。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的筛料机,其特征在于:该第一固定座包括多个不同大小的直径并具有相同圆心的第一圆环及连接多个该第一圆环的多个第一连接杆,该第二固定座包括多个不同大小的直径并具有相同圆心的第二圆环及连接多个该第二圆环的多个第二连接杆。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的筛料机,其特征在于:每个该滤网支架还包括止挡片,该止挡片安装于该第一固定座及该第二固定座的外侧面,在该滤网支架插入该安装口后,该止挡片受该周壁止挡贴合于该安装口外侧,并封闭该安装口。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的筛料机,其特征在于:该容纳箱为圆 柱体,该容纳箱的周壁围绕形成一容纳孔,该容纳箱的顶壁一端连接于该周壁顶部,该顶壁为圆锥形。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的筛料机,其特征在于:每个该安装口沿水平方向延伸并围绕该周壁形成一半圆形开口,该安装口连通该容纳孔。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的筛料机,其特征在于:该弹片包括主体及分别设于该主体两端的两个固定端,该主体位于该周壁内侧,并贴合该安装口,该主体的宽度大于该安装口的宽度,两个该固定端位于该周壁的外侧,且该固定端的宽度也大于该安装口的宽度。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的筛料机,其特征在于:每组该安装口的上方分别设有一第二出料口以流出被滤网止挡的物料。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的筛料机,其特征在于:该第一出料口及每个第二出料口各连接一出料通道,该出料通道呈L型,该出料通道的末端向下方延伸以便于物料流出。
  10. 一种筛料机,该筛料机包括振动器、容纳箱及滤网,该容纳箱架设于该振动器上以受该振动器振动而进行筛料,其特征在于:该容纳箱包括周壁及顶壁,该顶壁设有进料口,该周壁上设有至少两个安装口,每两个该安装口为一组,每个该安装口上对应设有一个弹片以封闭该安装口,该筛料机还包括多个滤网支架,该滤网固定于相应的该滤网支架上,每个该滤网支架及设于该滤网支架上的该滤网通过该安装口插入该容纳箱内,该弹片受该滤网支架抵触弹性变形以避让该滤网支架,该滤网支架封闭该安装口,每组的两个该安装口均装入设有该滤网的该滤网支架,该容纳箱的底部设有第一出料口,在更换滤网时,抽出需要更换滤网的该滤网支架,并插入另一设有该滤网的该滤网支架。
