     前記植生指標データに基づき前記対象作物の推定生産量を算出する算出部と、
     前記対象作物の推定生産量が、前記作況不足ライン閾値を下回った場合に、作況不足アラートを報知する第1報知部と、
     前記対象作物の推定生産量が、前記作況不足ライン閾値を下回り、かつ、前記対象作物の生産依頼予定量を下回った場合には、第1緊急対応アラートを報知する第3報知部と、
     前記対象作物の実際の生産量が、前記対象作物の生産依頼予定量を下回った場合の過去の対応策を記録した第1対応履歴記録部とを備え、
     前記第3報知部は、前記第1対応履歴記録部に前記過去の対応策が記録されていない場合に、前記第1緊急対応アラートを報知する一方、前記第1対応履歴記録部に前記過去の対応策が記録されている場合には、前記過去の対応策を報知する、生産管理装置。
