通过区块链技术,层层建立交易合约,且对于隔层之间账户,交易合约相互不可见。以此保护了商业秘密,降低了由于信息泄露,中间人被抛弃的可能,提高了交易信息的安全性。进一步地,通过本发明实施例,基于层层合约的审批机制,可以实现发起方以及实际执行方沟通的效率,且确保相互之间的信息不可见,保护了商业秘密,降低了信息被泄露的可能,同时,减少了由于中间人过多,审批流程繁琐,审批时间过长等的问题。
图3为本发明实施例提供的一种基于区块链多级交易的装置的结构示意图。该装置具体包括:
第一确定单元301,用于确定第一级交易合约,并记录在区块链上,所述第一级交易合约包括第一账户、第二账户以及目标项目的第一信息;在所述第一级交易合约中,所述第一账户为所述目标项目的委托方,所述第二账户为所述目标项目的承接方,所述第一信息为所述第一账户与所述第二账户针对所述目标项目的签约信息;
第二确定单元302,用于确定第二级交易合约,并记录在所述区块链上,所述第二级交易合约包括第二账户、第三账户以及所述交易项目的第二信息;在所述第二级交易合约中,所述第二账户为所述目标项目的委托方,所述第三账户为所述目标项目的承接方,所述第二信息为所述第二账户与所述第三账户针对所述目标项目的签约信息;所述第一级交易合约在所述区块链上对所述第三账户不可见。
可选地,所述第一账户为所述目标项目的委托方包括:所述第一账户为所述目标项目的发起方。
可选地,还包括:审批单元303,用于在交易合约结束后,通过审批机制进行第三信息的传递,所述第三信息为账户之间沟通信息。
可选地,所述审批单元303还用于,
第一账户确定第三信息;
将所述第三信息基于所述区块链由第一账户发送给第二账户;
在得到第二账户的确认后,基于所述区块链将所述第三信息发送给第三账户,在所述区块链上所述第一账户与所述第三账户相互不可见;
或者,
第三账户确定第三信息;
将所述第三信息基于所述区块链由第三账户发送给第二账户;
在得到第二账户的确认后,基于所述区块链将所述第三信息发送给第一账户,在所述区块链上所述第一账户与所述第三账户相互不可见。
可选地,还包括:
第三确定单元,用于确定交易结束的指示信息;
第一发送单元,用于由第三账户向所述第二账户发送所述指示信息;
第二发送单元,用于由第二账户向所述第一账户发送所述指示信息。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于区块链多级交易的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    确定第一级交易合约,并记录在区块链上,所述第一级交易合约包括第一账户、第二账户以及目标项目的第一信息;在所述第一级交易合约中,所述第一账户为所述目标项目的委托方,所述第二账户为所述目标项目的承接方,所述第一信息为所述第一账户与所述第二账户针对所述目标项目的签约信息;
    确定第二级交易合约,并记录在所述区块链上,所述第二级交易合约包括第二账户、第三账户以及所述交易项目的第二信息;在所述第二级交易合约中,所述第二账户为所述目标项目的委托方,所述第三账户为所述目标项目的承接方,所述第二信息为所述第二账户与所述第三账户针对所述目标项目的签约信息;所述第一级交易合约在所述区块链上对所述第三账户不可见。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标项目的委托方包括所述目标项目的发起方。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在交易合约结束后,通过审批机制进行第三信息的传递,所述第三信息为账户之间沟通信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过审批机制进行第三信息传递包括:
    所述第一账户确定第三信息;
    将所述第三信息基于所述区块链由所述第一账户发送给所述第二账户;
    在得到所述第二账户的确认后,基于所述区块链将所述第三信息发送给所述第三账户,在所述区块链上所述第一账户与所述第三账户相互不可见;
    或者,
    所述第三账户确定第三信息;
    将所述第三信息基于所述区块链由所述第三账户发送给所述第二账户;
    在得到所述第二账户的确认后,基于所述区块链将所述第三信息发送给所述第一账户,在所述区块链上所述第一账户与所述第三账户相互不可见。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    确定交易结束的指示信息;
    由所述第三账户向所述第二账户发送所述指示信息;
    由所述第二账户向所述第一账户发送所述指示信息。
  6. 一种基于区块链多级交易的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一确定单元,用于确定第一级交易合约,并记录在区块链上,所述第一级交易合约包括第一账户、第二账户以及目标项目的第一信息;在所述第一级交易合约中,所述第一账户为所述目标项目的委托方,所述第二账户为所述目标项目的承接方,所述第一信息为所述第一账户与所述第二账户针对所述目标项目的签约信息;
    第二确定单元,用于确定第二级交易合约,并记录在所述区块链上,所述第二级交易合约包括第二账户、第三账户以及所述交易项目的第二信息;在所述第二级交易合约中,所述第二账户为所述目标项目的委托方,所述第三账户为所述目标项目的承接方,所述第二信息为所述第二账户与所述第三账户针对所述目标项目的签约信息;所述第一级交易合约在所述区块链上对所述第三账户不可见。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述目标项目的委托方包括所述目标项目的发起方。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    审批单元,用于在交易合约结束后,通过审批机制进行第三信息的传递,所述第三信息为账户之间沟通信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述审批单元还用于,
    所述第一账户确定第三信息;
    将所述第三信息基于所述区块链由所述第一账户发送给所述第二账户;
    在得到所述第二账户的确认后,基于所述区块链将所述第三信息发送给所述第三账户,在所述区块链上所述第一账户与所述第三账户相互不可见;
    或者,
    所述第三账户确定第三信息;
    将所述第三信息基于所述区块链由所述第三账户发送给所述第二账户;
    在得到所述第二账户的确认后,基于所述区块链将所述第三信息发送给所述第一账户,在所述区块链上所述第一账户与所述第三账户相互不可见。
  10. 根据权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第三确定单元,用于确定交易结束的指示信息;
    第一发送单元,用于由所述第三账户向所述第二账户发送所述指示信息;
    第二发送单元,用于由所述第二账户向所述第一账户发送所述指示信息。
