Description

信息交互方法及系统
本公开要求在2017年8月31日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710774907.7的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本公开中。
技术领域
本公开涉及计算机技术领域,例如涉及一种信息交互方法及系统。
背景技术
社会上的社区社交分为两种:一种为依托于即时聊天软件(例如QQ、微信以及陌陌)或者论坛平台等建立的沟通交流群,另一种就是以纯商品或服务为切入点的社区社交。第一种方式存在身份缺乏真实性以及真实性识别难等问题,无法进行智能有效的识别,同时,第一种方式也仅仅是实现了基本的群聊功能,没有深入的开发,无法有效开展进一步的交流。第二种方式以服务等为目的,缺乏业主的有效交流,无法有效打破钢筋水泥的围墙,导致无法减少邻里之间的陌生感。
发明内容
本公开提供一种信息交互方法及系统,以解决社区社交效果不佳的问题。
一种信息交互方法,包括:
当物流终端柜机安装完成时,物流终端柜机上报物流终端柜机自身的经纬度信息和柜机编号至后台服务器;
后台服务器根据物流终端柜机上报的经纬度信息和柜机编号生成物流终端柜机的标识,并根据物流终端柜机的经纬度信息建立包括至少一物流终端柜机的柜机集群;
当收取或发送发快递时,物流终端柜机将收取或发送快递的用户的用户信息上传给后台服务器,后台服务器根据上传所述用户信息的物流终端柜机的标识查找用户信息的对应物流终端柜机所属的柜机集群;
后台服务器根据用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的柜机集群建立用户的社区以实现社区内的用户与柜机集群之间、社区内的用户之间、社区内的用户与后台服务器之间的社交信息交互。
一种信息交互系统,包括后台服务器和与后台服务器通信连接的物流终端柜机:
物流终端柜机,设置为当物流终端柜机安装完成后,上报自身的经纬度信息和柜机编号至后台服务器;
后台服务器,设置为根据物流终端柜机上报的经纬度信息和柜机编号生成物流终端柜机的标识,并根据物流终端柜机的经纬度信息建立包括至少一物流终端柜机的柜机集群;
物流终端柜机,还设置为在收取或发送快递的情况下,将收取或发送快递的用户的用户信息上传给后台服务器;
后台服务器还设置为根据上传所述用户信息的物流终端柜机的标识查找用户信息对应物流终端柜机所属的柜机集群;
后台服务器,还设置为根据所述用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的建立用户的社区,以实现社区的用户与柜机集群之间、社区的用户之间、社区的用户与后台服务器之间的社交信息交互。
本公开通过物流终端柜机、后台服务器、用户(即用户终端或移动终端)形成一个身份真实有效,打破社区墙与墙之隔的社区社交系统,在社区社交系统中,可以利用物流终端柜机与用户终端进行信息的公布与交流,可以在用户之间进行信息共享以及二手交易等,也可以利用用户和后台服务器进行智能信息查询和消息推送。

具体实施方式
本公开提供一种信息交互方法及系统,以下对本公开进行说明。此处所描述的实施例仅仅用以解释本公开,并不用于限定本公开。
图1为一实施例提供的一种信息交互方法的流程图。如图1所示,本实施例提供的方法包括如下步骤。
步骤10、当物流终端柜机安装完成时,物流终端柜机上报自身的经纬度信 息和柜机编号至后台服务器。
步骤20、后台服务器根据物流终端柜机上报的经纬度信息和柜机编号生成物流终端柜机的标识,并根据物流终端柜机的经纬度信息建立包括至少一物流终端柜机的柜机集群。
步骤30、在收取或发送快递的情况下,物流终端柜机将收取或发送快递的用户的用户信息上传给后台服务器,后台服务器根据上传所述用户信息的物流终端柜机的标识查找用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的柜机集群。
步骤40、后台服务器根据用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的柜机集群建立用户的社区以实现用户与柜机集群、用户之间以及用户与后台服务器之间的社交信息交互。
本公开利用物流终端柜机(如快递柜)、用户(在一实施例中,用户体现为用户终端,如手机)、后台服务器进行社区社交系统的搭建,该社区社交系统不仅扩展了物流终端柜机的功能,同时也方便了社区住户进行邻近交流,打破小区墙与墙的间隔。以下以物流终端柜机(或简称柜机)为快递柜为例对本实施例提供的方法进行说明。
在一实施例中,在所述步骤10之前还包括:将所有网点的快递柜通过互联网连接至后台服务器。
所述快递柜可以安装在小区门口、大厅、商场以及写字楼等等位置,用户可以将快递放入到快递柜的格口内,然后由快递员取出并寄送至目的地。快递员也可以将快递放入到快递柜的格口内,然后由用户取出。即快递柜是充当一个暂存快递的功能,用户可以方便地寄件和取件,快递员也可以方便地送件和取件。
本公开在快递柜收派件基础功能的基础上,拓展了社区社交系统的搭建。这样用户在收件或者寄件之外,还可以利用快递柜进行相关信息的发布与公告、利用快递柜进行彼此的互动。同时,用户也可以以快递柜为维度,建立相应的社区社交,打破了小区中人与人的隔阂。
本公开是先将快递柜通过连接至后台服务器,这样快递柜可以将用户输入的信息发送至后台服务器,也可及时将后台服务器的信息反馈并显示于快递柜的显示屏上供用户进行查看。同时,后台服务器可以通过移动客户端与用户进行粘合与互动,可以通过后台服务器对数据的分析,推荐同小区的邻居,以及建立相应的交流讨论群等。
快递柜已经非常普及,所以快递柜数量庞大,并且这些快递柜一般都是24小时运行的,在将快递柜连接至后台服务器后,用户可以方便地随时、随地进行快递柜、后台服务器以及移动客户端的互动。
在一实施例中,所述快递柜通过第四代移动通信技术(the 4th Generation mobile communication technology,4G)网络连接至后台服务器。即在所述快递柜上可以内置4G模块,利用4G技术,把所有网点的快递柜通过互联网连接至后台服务器。
在一实施例中,所述步骤10包括:
步骤110、当物流终端柜机安装完成时,启动并初始化所述物流终端柜机。
步骤120、物流终端柜机将自身的经纬度信息和柜机编号上报至后台服务器。
在上述步骤中,当快递柜完全安装好并且装上相关软件后,进行快递柜的初始化,从而启动快递柜。操作就绪后,将快递柜的经纬度以及其它的一些参数进行上报给后台服务器。
快递柜在上报的过程中,不仅仅包括自身的经纬度信息,还包括自身的柜机编号,因为很多小区以及写字楼,会有多台快递柜,这些快递柜所处的经纬度往往所差无几,如果仅仅是依据经纬度,会产生不必要的重合情况,因此,除了经纬度信息,还将唯一的柜机编号上传至后台服务器。在一实施例中,物流终端柜机还可上传物流终端柜机的柜机规格等信息。
在一实施例中,所述步骤20包括:
步骤210、后台服务器对物流终端柜机上传的经纬度信息和自身的柜机编号进行加密处理,为物流终端柜机生成唯一的标识。
步骤220、根据物流终端柜机的经纬度信息以及物流终端柜机所在小区的位置分布,建立柜机集群,其中,所述柜机集群包括至少一个物流终端柜机。
在上述步骤中,后台服务器根据快递柜上传的经纬度和柜机编号等信息,进行整理,利用哈希(Hash)加密,为每个快递柜生成唯一的标识,如A1、A2或A3等等。
为了便于社交系统的管理,根据经纬度以及小区位置分布,建立柜机集成群。通俗来讲,就是根据小区的覆盖经纬度以及快递柜的经纬度是否在所在范围内进行判断,然后添加到相应的柜机集群中。
举例来讲,一个小区存在五个快递柜,分别分布小区四个方位,同时,存在一个两个快递柜相距很近,在同一位置。这个时候,后台服务器需要根据小 区覆盖经纬度以及快递柜经纬度,从而将五个快递柜放置在同一个柜机集群中。在一实施例中,可以小区为单位,将同一小区内的所有快递柜放入在同一柜机集群中,这样虽然有的小区大,有的小区小,且不同小区的快递柜数量有所不同,但是由于在同一小区内生活的人交集较多,所以更有利于社交推广。当然也可根据地理范围来确定柜机集群中快递柜的分布,例如以小区中心为中心,方圆五百米内的所有快递柜处于同一柜机集群,这样相邻的不同柜机集群之间可能有些快递柜产生交集,这样可以促进不同小区的柜机集群进行交流。
后台服务器需要建立柜机集群对应表,柜机集群对应表中包括多个柜机集群,每个柜机集群中包含对应的物流终端柜机(以前述生成的唯一的标识进行标记,如A1、A2或A3等等)。同时,每个快递柜也生成一张用户信息表。在一实施例中,用户信息表中包含了用户信息,用户信息包括用户姓名、联系方式以及住址等,这样可方便后续进行智能筛选、定位用户的生活以及工作社区,便于社区社交的建立。
在一实施例中,所述步骤30包括:
步骤310、物流终端柜机接收用户输入的用户信息,在确认输入的用户信息无误并且处于屏保阶段时上传用户信息。
步骤320、后台服务器接收到用户信息后,对用户信息进行核对和更新。
步骤330、后台服务器根据上传的所述用户信息的物流终端柜机的标识查找到用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的柜机集群。
在一实施例中,对于用户来说,用户将快递封装好,第一种方式是到快递柜进行快递信息的填写,然后将快递放到快递柜中。第二种方式是在移动客户端中进行相关信息的填写,到了附近指定的快递柜后,直接将快递放在快递柜中,等待快递员的取件。而对于快递员来讲,主要是在派件的过程中,可以通过快递柜的红外线进行条形码的扫描录入信息,也可以通过手机扫描二维码进行录入,无论如何,均会在快递柜入柜后,快递柜在屏保阶段(不影响自身使用的情况下)将自身的一种或多种参数以及用户信息进行上传给后台服务器。当数据完整的上传到后台服务器后转入后续步骤。
后台服务器接收到用户信息后,再对用户信息进行核对和更新。在一实施例中,在柜机集群中搜索用户信息中的手机号是否已经添加过,如果添加过,则进行用户信息的核对(例如包括姓名以及住址等等),以确认本次接收到的用户信息与已保存的用户信息是否一致,如果不一致,则对已保存的用户信息进 行更新,从而保证社区社交的数据的动态更新。另外,由于用户信息可能是暂时变化的,所以可以设置一条件,在满足该条件时才对用户信息进行修改,例如上传的用户信息(可以是用户信息中的一项或者几项)连续三次均修改为相同内容,那么更新用户信息,否则不修改已保存的用户信息。
同时,后台服务器进行智能匹配,将同一家庭人员建立联系,添加到同一家庭的成员表中。举例如A先生一家有五口人,那么他的爱人B也注册有账号,儿子C也有账号,但是他们的地址等信息往往是同一地址,当B和C超过三次使用相同的地址信息进行快递的取寄件时,就会将相应成员添加为家庭成员表。也就是说,当某一用户在连续三次或三次以上(如连续五次)使用与另一用户相同的地址进行寄件或取件操作时,则判定二者为同一家庭人员,并添加至相应的家庭成员表中,并将相应地址作为家庭地址。在后续进行社交活动时,可以将一些公开信息同时发送至家庭成员表中的所有成员,这样所有成员都能同时进行信息共享。
当家庭成员中,多个成员使用的地址连续两周变化,即连续两周均与保存的家庭地址不同,则认定家庭地址已经改变,此时会根据所在地区进行公告或者发布。这样就建立了一个智能识别系统,可根据快递柜经纬度更好的识别用户位置的变化,从而使社区社交具有更好的时效性以及便利性。当某个柜机集群中出现未记录过用户信息的用户时,例如查询该用户在一个月时间内是否有进行过快递取件或寄件操作,若没有则确定该用户为最新用户,而不是游客用户,在确认为最新用户后,在数据库中查询该用户是否在其他柜机集群,如果查询到,则将原用户信息与现用户信息进行匹配,并将原用户信息迁移至当前柜机集群中,保证用户生活社区以及工作社区的唯一性。
后台服务器获取相关信息后,首先根据上传的柜机相关信息,通过柜机集群对应表找到相应快递柜所在的柜机集群。
在一实施例中,所述步骤40包括:后台服务器根据用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的柜机集群建立用户的社区以实现下述的信息交互:
在柜机集群内的所有物流终端柜机上发布社交信息;用户通过客户端app与其他用户进行社交信息交互;后台服务器主动或根据用户的请求向用户推送社交信息。
在步骤40中,快递柜、后台服务器以及用户终端建立了一个高效的社区社交信息交互系统。首先是快递柜与用户终端的互动,在一个小区中,会存在物 业管理的公告牌,而这些公告牌的信息往往是在一定的地面物理位置,故开车族等无法收到,基于快递柜建立的社区社交信息交互系统,物业管理人员可以将有关物业管理信息发布到快递柜,在非工作状态,快递柜可以进行轮播消息以及图片。这样,在小区取件的过程中,能起到很好的宣传效果。同时,对于社区多个成员,也可以在快递柜进行失物招领以及邻近二手买卖。这个过程的实现流程是:用户在移动终端(即用户终端)上进行信息(例如文字、图片以及视频)的编辑,然后上传到后台服务器,后台服务器通过信息防爆防黄的审核后,通过用户设定的时间在快递柜上进行显示。快递柜-后台服务器-用户终端的模式,既可以打破传统社区社交的简单聊天模式,也可以充分拓展快递柜的功能,使快递柜得到充分的使用。
其次是用户终端与用户终端的互动。在用户终端注册账号后,可以登录用户终端的账号,然后在用户终端的社区模块定位到生活社区以及工作社区,例如根据用户所住小区的柜机集群可以建立生活社区,使用过该柜机集群中任一快递柜的用户都可以加入该生活社区,用户工作小区的柜机集群可以建立工作社区,使用过该柜机集群中任一快递柜的用户都可以加入该工作社区。在所处的社区中,有一些常规的话题服务群推荐给用户,每个人可以根据自己的需求进入任一个群,当然,自己也可以建立相应的功能需求群。社区也开通了发帖功能以及上传照片与视频功能,这些功能可以选择匿名发表或者实名发表,同时,还可以选择同步到快递柜。以上都是信息的发布与交流群基本功能的建立,用户还可以查询附近小区的人,通过搜索附近社区的人,可以有效的保证都是社区邻居的真实性。社区模块还有很多延伸功能,比如就某个话题或者某件事,社区的人可以发送英雄帖,英雄帖得到审核后,社区的人都能看到相关信息从而对感兴趣的事情进行支持。在一实施例中,社区的投票以及二手交易模块也在社区中。社区的物业等管理服务人员,可以实时举行有关决议的投票,投票的过程和结果实时透明,每个成员都可以随时随地看到,这样,既能达到投票等功能,又能保证高效透明。二手交易模块,既可以将个人物品发送到社区的功能平台,也可以搜索附近最近的社区进行推送。
最后是用户终端和后台服务器的互动。用户终端与后台服务器的互动主要是后台服务器为用户终端推送相关信息及内容,或者用户终端从后台服务器查询相关信息。后台服务器会主动推送消息,咨询用户是否进行工作社区或者生活社区的快递柜的切换,同时,对于小区一些利好等消息进行推送,或者推送 相同楼号的邻居。用户终端也可以通过后台服务器查询小区物业等相关管理服务人员的电话或者联系方式,还可以查询小区多种公共事务(居住证办理等)的进度和流程。
图2为一实施例提供的一种社交信息交互系统的结构框图。如图2所示,本公开还提供一种信息交互系统,包括:后台服务器50和与后台服务器50通信连接的物流终端柜机60。在一实施例中,信息交互系统包括多个物流终端柜机60。
物流终端柜机60,设置为当物流终端柜机60安装完成时,物流终端柜机60上报自身的经纬度信息和柜机编号至后台服务器50;后台服务器50,设置为根据物流终端柜机60上报的经纬度信息和柜机编号生成物流终端柜机60的标识,并根据物流终端柜机60的经纬度信息建立包括至少一物流终端柜机60的柜机集群;物流终端柜机60,还设置为当收取或发送快递的情况下,将收取或发送快递的的用户的用户信息上传给后台服务器50;后台服务器50还设置为根据上传所述用户信息的物流终端柜机60的标识查找用户信息对应的物流终端柜机60所属的柜机集群;后台服务器50,还设置为根据用户信息对应的物流终端柜机60所属的柜机集群建立用户的社区,以实现用户与柜机集群之间、用户之间以及用户与后台服务器50之间的社交信息交互。
在一实施例中,所述物流终端柜机60是设置为通过如下方式实现当物流终端柜机60安装完成后,上报物流终端柜机60的经纬度信息和柜机编号至后台服务器50:当物流终端柜机60安装完成时,启动并初始化;将自身的经纬度信息和柜机编号上报至后台服务器50。
在一实施例中,所述后台服务器50是设置为通过如下方式实现根据物流终端柜机60上报的经纬度信息和柜机编号生成物流终端柜机60的标识,并根据物流终端柜机60的经纬度信息建立包括至少一物流终端柜机60的柜机集群:对物流终端柜机60上传的经纬度信息和柜机编号进行加密处理,为物流终端柜机60生成唯一的标识;根据物流终端柜机60的经纬度信息以及物流终端柜机60所在小区的位置分布,建立柜机集群,其中,所述柜机集群包括至少一个物流终端柜机60。
在一实施例中,所述物流终端柜机60是设置为通过如下方式实现在收取或发送快递的情况下,将收取或发送快递的用户的用户信息上传给后台服务器50:在收取或发送快递的情况下,接收用户输入的用户信息,在确认输入的用户信 息无误并且处于屏保阶段时上传用户信息;后台服务器50是设置为通过如下方式实现根据上传用户信息的物流终端柜机60的标识查找用户信息对应的物流终端柜机60所属的柜机集群:接收到用户信息后,对用户信息进行核对,并在接收到的用户信息与保存的用户信息不一致的情况下,更新保存的用户信息;根据上传的所述用户信息的物流终端柜机60的标识查找到用户信息对应的物流终端柜机60所属的柜机集群。
在一实施例中,所述后台服务器50是设置为通过如下方式实现根据用户信息对应的物流终端柜机60所属的柜机集群建立用户的社区,以实现用户与柜机集群之间、用户之间以及用户与后台服务器50之间的社交信息交互:根据用户信息对应的物流终端柜机60所属的柜机集群建立用户的社区,以实现下述的信息交互:社区内的用户在柜机集群内的所有物流终端柜机60上发布社交信息;社区内的用户通过客户端app与其他用户进行社交信息交互;后台服务器50主动或后台服务器根据用户的请求向用户推送社交信息。
关于上述模块单元的技术细节在前面的方法中已有描述,故不再赘述。
综上所述,本公开通过物流终端柜机、后台服务器、用户(即用户终端或移动终端)形成一个身份真实有效,打破社区墙与墙之隔的社区社交系统,在社区社交系统中,可以利用物流终端柜机与用户终端进行信息的公布与交流,可以在用户之间进行信息共享以及二手交易等,也可以利用用户和后台服务器进行智能信息查询和消息推送。

所述电子设备中的处理器710、存储器720、输入装置730和输出装置740可以通过总线或者其他方式连接,图3中以通过总线连接为例。
输入装置730可以接收输入的数字或字符信息,输出装置740可以包括显示屏等显示设备。
存储器720作为一种计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储软件程序、计算机可执行程序以及模块。处理器710通过运行存储在存储器720中的软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行多种功能应用以及数据处理,以实现上述实施例中的任意一种方法。
存储器720可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据电子设备的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器可以包括随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)等易失性存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件或者其他非暂态固态存储器件。
存储器720可以是非暂态计算机存储介质或暂态计算机存储介质。该非暂态计算机存储介质,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,存储器720可选包括相对于处理器710远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至电子设备。上述网络的实例可以包括互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
输入装置730可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与电子设备的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。输出装置740可包括显示屏等显示设备。
本实施例的电子设备还可以包括通信装置450,通过通信网络传输和/或接收信息。
上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程可以通过计算机程序来执行相关的硬件来完成的,该程序可存储于一个非暂态计算机可读存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述方法的实施例的流程,其中,该非暂态计算机可读存储介质可以为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种信息交互方法,包括:
    当物流终端柜机安装完成时,所述物流终端柜机上报所述物流终端柜机的经纬度信息和柜机编号至后台服务器;
    所述后台服务器根据所述物流终端柜机上报的经纬度信息和柜机编号生成所述物流终端柜机的标识,并根据所述物流终端柜机的经纬度信息建立柜机集群,其中,所述柜机集群包括至少一个物流终端柜机;
    在收取或发送快递的情况下,所述物流终端柜机将收取或发送所述快递的用户的用户信息上传给所述后台服务器,所述后台服务器根据上传所述用户信息的所述物流终端柜机的标识查找所述用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的柜机集群;
    所述后台服务器根据所述用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的柜机集群建立用户的社区以实现所述社区内的用户与所述柜机集群之间、所述社区内的用户之间以及所述社区内的用户与所述后台服务器之间的社交信息交互。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述当物流终端柜机安装完成时,所述物流终端柜机上报所述物流终端柜机的经纬度信息和柜机编号至后台服务器包括:
    当物流终端柜机安装完成时,启动并初始化所述物流终端柜机;
    所述物流终端柜机将所述物流终端柜机的经纬度信息和柜机编号上报至后台服务器。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述后台服务器根据所述物流终端柜机上报的经纬度信息和柜机编号生成所述物流终端柜机的标识,并根据所述物流终端柜机的经纬度信息建立柜机集群包括:
    所述后台服务器对所述物流终端柜机上传的经纬度信息和柜机编号进行加密处理,为所述物流终端柜机生成唯一的标识;
    所述后台服务器根据所述物流终端柜机的经纬度信息以及所述物流终端柜机所在小区的位置分布,建立柜机集群。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的方法,其中,所述在收取或发送快递的情况下,所述物流终端柜机将收取或发送所述快递的用户的用户信息上传给所述后台服务器,所述后台服务器根据上传所述用户信息的所述物流终端柜机的标识查找所述用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的柜机集群包括:
    在收取或发送快递的情况下,所述物流终端柜机接收用户输入的用户信息, 在确认输入的所述用户信息无误并且处于屏保阶段时上传所述用户信息;
    所述后台服务器接收到所述用户信息后,对所述用户信息进行核对,并在接收到的用户信息与保存的用户信息不一致的情况下,更新所述保存的用户信息;
    所述后台服务器根据上传所述用户信息的所述物流终端柜机的标识查找到所述用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的柜机集群。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述后台服务器根据所述用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的柜机集群建立用户的社区以实现所述社区内的用户与所述柜机集群之间、所述社区内的用户之间以及所述社区内的用户与所述后台服务器之间的社交信息交互包括:
    所述后台服务器根据所述用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的柜机集群建立用户的社区以实现下述的信息交互:所述社区内的用户在所述柜机集群包括的所有物流终端柜机上发布社交信息;所述社区内的用户通过客户端app与所述社区内的其他用户进行社交信息交互;所述后台服务器主动或根据所述社区内的用户的请求向所述社区内的用户推送社交信息。
  6. 一种信息交互系统,包括:后台服务器和与所述后台服务器通信连接的物流终端柜机,其中,
    所述物流终端柜机,设置为当所述物流终端柜机安装完成时,上报所述物流终端柜机的经纬度信息和柜机编号至所述后台服务器;
    所述后台服务器,设置为根据所述物流终端柜机上报的经纬度信息和柜机编号生成所述物流终端柜机的标识,并根据所述物流终端柜机的经纬度信息建立柜机集群,其中,所述柜机集群包括至少一个物流终端柜机;
    所述物流终端柜机,还设置为在收取或发送快递的情况下,将收取或发送所述快递的用户的用户信息上传给所述后台服务器;
    所述后台服务器还设置为根据上传所述用户信息的所述物流终端柜机的标识查找所述用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的柜机集群;
    所述后台服务器,还设置为根据所述用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的建立用户的社区以实现所述社区内的用户与所述柜机集群之间、所述社区内的用户之间、所述社区内的用户与所述后台服务器之间的社交信息交互。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其中,所述物流终端柜机是设置为通过如下方式实现当所述物流终端柜机安装完成时,上报所述物流终端柜机的经纬度 信息和柜机编号至所述后台服务器:
    当物流终端柜机安装完成时,所述物流终端柜机启动并初始化;
    将所述物流终端柜机的经纬度信息和柜机编号上报至所述后台服务器。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的系统,其中,所述后台服务器是设置为通过如下方式实现根据所述物流终端柜机上报的经纬度信息和柜机编号生成所述物流终端柜机的标识,并根据所述物流终端柜机的经纬度信息建立柜机集群:
    对所述物流终端柜机上传的经纬度信息和柜机编号进行加密处理,为所述物流终端柜机生成唯一的标识;
    根据所述物流终端柜机的经纬度信息以及所述物流终端柜机所在小区的位置分布,建立柜机集群。
  9. 根据权利要求6、7或8所述的系统,其中,所述物流终端柜机是设置为通过如下方式实现在收取或发送快递的情况下,将收取或发送所述快递的用户的用户信息上传给所述后台服务器:
    在收取或发送快递的情况下,接收用户输入的用户信息,在确认输入的所述用户信息无误并且处于屏保阶段时上传所述用户信息;
    所述后台服务器是设置为通过如下方式实现根据上传所述用户信息的所述物流终端柜机的标识查找所述用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的柜机集群:
    接收到所述用户信息后,对所述用户信息进行核对,并在接收到的用户信息与保存的用户信息不一致的情况下,更新所述保存的用户信息;根据上传所述用户信息的所述物流终端柜机的标识查找到所述用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的柜机集群。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9任一项所述的系统,其中,所述后台服务器是设置为通过如下方式实现根据所述用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的建立用户的社区以实现所述社区内的用户与所述柜机集群之间、所述社区内的用户之间、所述社区内的用户与所述后台服务器之间的社交信息交互:
    根据所述用户信息对应的物流终端柜机所属的柜机集群建立用户的社区以实现下述的信息交互:所述社区内的用户在所述柜机集群包括的所有物流终端柜机上发布社交信息;所述社区内的用户通过客户端app与所述社区内的其他用户进行社交信息交互;所述后台服务器主动或根据所述社区内的用户的请求向所述社区内的用户推送社交信息。
