Description

一种带有棘轮装置的接地线的夹固装置
技术领域
本发明涉及配网检修工具技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种带有棘轮装置的接地线的夹固装置。
背景技术
在配网停电检修工作中,需要通过接地来保障工作人员的安全。目前,供电系统目前在接地过程中,工作人员需在佩戴绝缘手套情况下进行螺旋拧紧或松开操作,使用非常不便,同时装、拆接地线所使用的时间占了一大部分时间。另外由于接地线的导线端和绝缘棒的方向固定,如果遇到母排纵向排列的开关柜,接地线的绝缘杆则会被母排挡住,导致不能使用。
现有技术中已经存在杆体与连接孔方向可以相对转动的夹固装置,但由于绝缘杆在摆动锁紧夹头或者拆卸夹头的过程中,每摆动一次,需要将杆体取下来,调整角度后再接入继续摆动,需要经过多次的对接才能实现夹紧或者拆卸的过程,操作起来不方便,效率低。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述现有技术所述的至少一种缺陷,提供一种带有棘轮装置的接地线的夹固装置,能够实现仅仅安装一次就能够连续的锁紧夹头,操作方便效率高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:一种带有棘轮装置的接地线的夹固装置,包括夹头、推进柱、夹片、连接架、绝缘棒,还包括棘轮紧固装置,所述的夹头包括上凸块、下凸块和连接块,所述的上凸块和下凸块平行设置并分别固定在所述连接块的两端形成带有凹槽的结构,所述的推进柱穿过下凸块与下凸块螺纹连接,所述的推进柱进入凹槽内部的一端固定夹片,所述的推进柱在夹头外部的一端包括卡块,所述的卡块为多边形,所述的棘轮紧固装置与所述的连接架铰接,所述的连接架与绝缘棒固定连接,所述的棘轮紧固装置包括卡块配合孔,所述的卡块配合孔与所述的卡块配合连接。棘轮装置可以实现绝缘杆摆动过程中,推进柱仅仅在同一个时针方向转动,另一个时针方向不转动,因而,仅仅安装一次,便可以连续实现单一的加紧或拆卸的过程,如果棘轮紧固装置上面与卡块对接实现加紧的过程,则可以把棘轮紧固装置相对连接架旋转至棘轮紧固装置的背面向上与卡块对接实现松开拆卸的过程。
进一步地,所述的棘轮紧固装置还包括棘轮、棘爪、压缩弹簧和旋转拔头、从动 轴、固定架,所述的卡块配合孔在所述的从动轴的轴心上,所述的从动轴与所述的固定架铰接,所述的固定架与所述的连接架铰接,所述的固定架上有棘爪容纳孔,所述的棘轮与所述的从动轴固定连接,所述的棘轮外周包括单向齿,所述的棘爪包括止动齿,所述的旋转拔头与所述的固定架固定连接,所述的止动齿与所述的单向齿在所述的棘爪容纳孔内保持接触,所述的棘爪连接压缩弹簧的一端,所述的压缩弹簧的另一端连接旋转拔头。安装时,将旋转拔头与固定架固定并将棘爪放置在棘爪容纳孔内,压缩弹簧推着棘爪与棘轮相接触使得绝缘杆摆动时,棘轮可以沿着一个时针方向转动,另一个时针方向止动,从而带动推进柱单向旋转,且这样的棘轮棘爪结构简单易安装拆卸;旋转拔头转动还可以用来调整棘轮的止动方向,旋转拔头放置在一侧时,可以使得棘轮沿某一方向止动,旋转拔头拨至另一侧,棘轮止动方向改变。
进一步地,所述的卡块为正方形卡块所述的卡块配合孔为正方形配合孔,或者所述的卡块为正六边形卡块所述的卡块配合孔为正六边形配合孔。
进一步地,所述的加固装置包括第二压缩弹簧,所述的第二压缩弹簧套在所述的推进柱上,所述第二压缩弹簧的上端接触夹片,所述第二压缩弹簧的下端接触所述的下凸块。设置第二压缩弹簧的作用在于能够使得在夹头和夹片加紧时不易松动,使得其能够保持加紧的状态,防止脱落。
进一步地,所述的上凸块远离连接块的一端朝向凹槽的一侧设置有阻挡块,所述的阻挡块与所述的上凸块为一个整体或者与所述的上凸块固定连接。
进一步地,所述的连接架为U型架,所述的棘轮固定装置在U型架的凹槽内与所述的U型架铰接。优选的,所述的连接块在凹槽所在的一侧有T型滑槽,所述的夹片靠近凸块的一侧有突出的滑块,所述的滑块在所述的T型滑槽内滑动。
与现有技术相比,有益效果是:棘轮紧固装置的存,能够使得卡块和配合孔的连接仅仅安装一次,便可以连续实现单一的加紧或拆卸的过程;二压缩弹簧的设置使得夹头夹片之间夹紧效果更好且不易松弛脱落。

  1. 一种带有棘轮装置的接地线的夹固装置,包括夹头(1)、推进柱(2)、夹片(6)、连接架(4)、绝缘棒(5),其特征在于,还包括棘轮紧固装置(3),所述的夹头(1)包括上凸块、下凸块和连接块,所述的上凸块和下凸块平行设置并分别固定在所述连接块的两端形成带有凹槽的结构,所述的推进柱(2)穿过下凸块与下凸块螺纹连接,所述的推进柱(2)进入凹槽内部的一端固定夹片(6),所述的推进柱(2)在夹头(1)外部的一端包括卡块,所述的卡块为多边形,所述的棘轮紧固装置(3)与所述的连接架(4)铰接,所述的连接架(4)与绝缘棒(5)固定连接,所述的棘轮紧固装置(4)包括卡块配合孔,所述的卡块配合孔与所述的卡块配合连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的接地线的夹固装置,其特征在于:所述的棘轮紧固装置还包括棘轮(51)、棘爪(53)、压缩弹簧(54)和旋转拔头(55)、从动轴(56)、固定架(57),所述的卡块配合孔在所述的从动轴(56)的轴心上,所述的从动轴(56)与所述的固定架(57)铰接,所述的固定架(57)与所述的连接架(4)铰接,所述的固定架(57)上有棘爪容纳孔,所述的棘轮(51)与所述的从动轴(56)固定连接,所述的棘轮(51)外周包括单向齿,所述的棘爪包括止动齿,所述的旋转拔头(55)与所述的固定架(57)固定连接,所述的止动齿与所述的单向齿在所述的棘爪容纳孔内保持接触,所述的棘爪连接压缩弹簧的一端,所述的压缩弹簧的另一端连接旋转拔头(55)。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的接地线的夹固装置,其特征在于:所述的加固装置包括第二压缩弹簧,所述的第二压缩弹簧套在所述的推进柱上,所述第二压缩弹簧的上端接触夹片,所述第二压缩弹簧的下端接触所述的下凸块。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的接地线的夹固装置,其特征在于:所述的上凸块远离连接块的一端朝向凹槽的一侧设置有阻挡块,所述的阻挡块与所述的上凸块为一个整体或者与所述的上凸块固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的接地线的夹固装置,其特征在于:所述的连接架(4)为U型架,所述的棘轮固定装置在U型架的凹槽内与所述的U型架铰接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的接地线的夹固装置,其特征在于:所述的连接块在凹槽所在的一侧有T型滑槽,所述的夹片靠近凸块的一侧有突出的滑块,所述的滑块在所述的T型滑槽内滑动。
