获取所述用户保持所述视线方向不变的保持时长;

若是,则识别位于所述用户的视线方向上所对应的物品,将所述物品作为所述用户所关注的物品。

本申请实施例的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况下,本申请实施例跟踪采集包含用户的人眼信息的图像,根据所述图像,确定用户的视线方向,根据所述视线方向,确定所述用户所关注的物品,根据用户所关注的物品进行投影,使得用户在关注实体的物品的同时,还可以通过投影的内容了解物品的其它信息,实现实体物品与投影展示信息虚实结合,直观有效的进行物品展示,给予用户不同的视觉享受和娱乐效果,用户体验更好。

请参见图1,本实施例提供了一种动向投影物体展示系统100,其包括图像采集单元11、投影仪12及控制单元13,前述控制单元13分别与投影仪12和图像采集单元11连接。
图像采集单元11用于跟踪采集包含用户的人眼信息的图像,控制单元13用于根据所述采集到的图像来确定用户的视线方向,再根据所述视线方向确定所述用户所关注的物品,获取与所述物品相对应的展示信息,控制所述投影仪12投影所述展示信息。本系统可以在用户关注的一物品时,对用户关注的物品的展示信息进行投影,使得用户在关注实体的物品的同时,还可以通过投影的内容了解物品的其它信息,实现实体物品与投影展示信息的虚实结合,给予用户不同的视觉享受和娱乐效果,用户体验更好。
图像采集单元11跟踪采集包含用户的人眼信息的图像的实现方式包括多种,本申请不作限定,例如:在本实施例中,图像采集单元11可以包括多个摄像头,多个摄像头分布于包含物品的固定空间,多个摄像头对该固定空间进行无死角拍摄,当用户进入该固定空间,多个摄像头可以同时采集用户的图像,再从多个摄像头所采集的图像中提取包含用户人眼的图像(即为用户的正面图像);在本实施例中,如图2所示,图像采集单元图像采集单元11还可以包括第一运动机构111和摄像头112,所述摄像头112安装于所述第一运动机构111上,所述 第一运动机构111用于控制所述摄像头112的取景方向,所述摄像头112和第一运动机构111均与控制单元13连接,所述控制单元13通过第一运动机构控制所述摄像头的取景方向,以使所述摄像头的取景方向跟随用户的面部位置移动而移动,以保证摄像头所拍摄的图像均包含用户的人眼,在本实施例中,第一运动机构111可以为云台或多维运动台,且能够进行球面式转动,在具体的应用场景中,例如展览会,用户视线也是处于变化中的,而第一运动机构111的能够进行球面式转动的特点正好可以使摄像头112多角度的覆盖到这些用户变化的视线,实现摄像头112所跟随的用户是在不断移动的。
根据采集到包含用户人眼的图像,确定用户的视线方向的方式也可以有多种,例如:在本实施例中,可以预先构建物品所在的固定空间的三维坐标系,并且确定物品和图像采集装置在该三维坐标系统中的坐标,并且确定图像采集装置的取景方向,当图像采集装置采集到图像时,可以根据图像采集装置的焦距、人眼在图像中的位置、取景方向和图像采集装置的坐标,确定用户人眼所在的位置,然后再从图像中提取人眼的瞳孔和耀点信息,根据人眼的瞳孔和耀点信息重构出人的视线轴(即为视线方向);在本实施例中,用户的视线方向也可以通过实时人脸及眼睛定位跟踪、眼动生物特征信息提取等步骤实现非接触式的自由空间视线跟踪方法实现,或者,采用基于虹膜识别的视线跟踪定位方法实现。
由于人体看到物品的原理是:由物品反射的光线,透过人体角膜、晶状体、玻璃体的折射,在视网膜上成像,形成光刺激,光刺激经过一系列的理化变化,转化成神经冲动,由视神经传到大脑皮层的视觉中枢,此时我们就可以看见物体,而只有在人体视线方向的物品所反射的光能才进入人体角膜,因此,可以通过可以识别在人体的视线方向所存在的物品,来确定人体看到的物品。而识别位于所述用户的视线方向上所对应的物品的方式也可以有多种,在本实施例中,可以通过可移动摄像头采集用户的视线方向上图像,再从图像中提取物品,该物品即为用户看到的物品;在另一些实施例中,也可以预先将物品所在的固定空间构建为3D虚拟空间,物品在3D虚拟空间构建为虚拟物品,并按物品在固定空间的位置确定虚拟物品在3D虚拟空间的位置,当确定用户的视线方向之后,在3D虚拟空间构建虚拟视线方向,虚拟视线方向所经过的虚拟物品即为用 户所看到的物品。
由于当人们关注某一物品时,说明人们对该物品感兴趣,人们会盯着该物品,人们的视线不会发变化,因此,在确定用户关注的物品时,可以通过用户保持视线方向的时长来确定,具体的,根据所获取到的视线方向来确定用户所关注的物品的过程为:首先获取用户保持视线方向不变的保持时长,然后判断所述保持时长是否大于所述预设的时长阀值,若大于所述时长阀值,控制单元将识别位于所述用户的视线方向上所对应的物品,并将所述物品作为该用户所关注的物品。例如,在展览会中,用户盯着展品A看,并保持了一定的时长,这个保持时长如果大于预设时长阀值,控制单元13将判定用户关注的物品就是A,如果用户盯着A看的时长小于或者等于预设时长阀值,控制单元13确定用户并不关注A。在确定用户关注的物品之后,根据用户关注的物品进行投影,使得投影的内容更符合用户的需求,用户体验更好。当保持时长小于所述预设的时长阀值时,进一步。判断先前是否确定有所述用户所关注的物品,若确定有,继续控制所述投影仪投影先前所确定的所述用户所关注的物品相对应的展示信息。
值得说明的是:用户视线所关注位置方向所对应的可以是单一物品或者物品的不同部位,以汽车为例,用户关注的可以是汽车整体,对应的展示信息可以是汽车的价格、内在性能参数等等;用户关注的也可以是汽车的不同部位,例如当用户主要关注点在汽车的前端时可投影展示汽车前端涉及的发动机等零部件性能或者汽车前端外观设计亮点等相关信息;所述相关信息可以来自信息存储单元16的预设投影资源库中的展示信息和/或通信模块15实时传输的互联网展示信息;投影仪12可直接以用户关注的物品所在区域为投影区域进行投影展示,实现虚拟显示结合的展示效果;当然也可以在物品所在区域一侧进行投影显示,例如,用户在关注一汽车的车门时,投影仪12可将车门直接作为投影区域进行投影展示,也可以在车门旁的车身部分进行投影展示。
进一步的,由于不同用户对同一物品的关注焦点是不相同的,例如:当被关注的物品是汽车时,若用户是女性用户,则女性用户关注汽车的外观参数,若用户是男性用户,则男性用户更关注汽车的车动力及制动等参数,因此,在投影时还可以结合用户的特征信息进行投影,具体的,控制单元13获取与所述 物品相对应的展示信息的过程包括:首先获取用户的用户特征信息,再从预设投影资源库中提取与所述物品相对应的备用信息,进而通过控制单元13的特征信息判断单元再从所述备用信息中提取与所述用户特征信息相关联的信息作为展示。在本实施例中,用户的特征信息可以包括:年龄段、性别等信息。而用户的特征信息还可以通过对图像采集单元采集的包含用户的人眼信息的图像进行识别得到的。
在对展示信息进行投影时,可以直接将展示信息投影到用户所关注的物品所在位置,实现实体物品和虚拟信息在同一位置展示,用户不需要移动视线即可观看展示信息。而实现将展示信息投影到用户关注的物品的方式也可以多种,例如:在本实施例中,动向投影物体展示系统还包括第二运动机构14,其与控制单元13连接,同时投影仪12安装于第二运动机构14,控制单元13用于获取物品的位置,并且根据物品的位置向第二运动机构14发送信号,第二运动机构14则根据所述移动信号调节所述投影仪12的投影路线,以使投影仪12在物品所在的位置投影前述的展示信息。其中,第二运动机构14同样可以为云台或多维运动台,且能够进行球面式转动,在进行投影时,第二运动机构14可以通过进行角度转动来改变所述投影仪12的投影方向,从而使用户的最佳视线方向与投影镜头方向一致;在本实施例中,也可以在物品所在的固定空间中设置多个投影仪,多个投影仪实现对固定空间无死角投影,在确定物品的位置之后,根据物品的位置确定投影仪,再通过所确定的投影仪进行投影。
需要说明的是:控制单元13完成前述物品的确定以及投影展示过程后,并且随着用户视线的转移,摄像头112会继续跟踪采集包含用户的人眼信息的图像,比如在展览会中,用户对一件展品花上一段时间欣赏后,将转移视线浏览下一件展品,当用户转移目标时(视线方向变化),控制中心13将接收到新的人眼的视线方向,并将所述新采集的视线方向与用户转移目标前的视线方向作比较,得出二者之间的夹角,同时判断所述夹角是否小于或等于预设角度阀值,若所述夹角小于或等于预设角度阈值,则保持所述用户的关注的物品不变,并且继续控制所述投影义投影所述展示信息;若所述夹角大于预设角度阈值,则判断用户保持新采集的视线方向的保持时长是否大于预设时长阈值;若否,则保持所述用户的关注的物品不变,并且继续控制所述投影义投影所述展示信 息;若大于,则根据新采集的视线方向,重新确定所述用户所关注的物品,并且获取重新确定的用户所关注的物品相对应的展示信息,以及控制所述投影仪投影所述重新确定的用户所关注的物品相对应的展示信息。
在本实施例中,当用户视线改变后所关注的时间在预设时间阈值或者预设时间区间内时,代表用户锁定关注视线改变前的物品,这样可以避免用户在选择关注物品的过程中,动向投影物体展示系统会实时跟踪操作,并投影显示用户不感兴趣的展示信息。例如,用户开先关注的是物品A,然而不经意间视线转移瞥了一眼物品B,且观注A的视线与观注B的视线之间的角度也大于预设角度阀值,此时,若不对其关注B的时间大小进行判定,控制单元13将会认为用户已经不再关注A,而是重新关注了B,并且其会通过投影仪12来投影与B相对应的展示信息,但是,所述与B相对应的展示信息可能并不是用户想看到的。另外,在本实施例中,预设角度阀值的设立也是很有意义的,因为这样可以避免用户在锁定目标物品投影内容的过程中因不经意轻微摆动头部或者改变视线方向时,所述动向投影物体展示系统即认为用户已经改变了关注对象,随即也将停止与目标物品相对应的投影展示,进而还会进行视线追踪等不必要的步骤。
在本实施例中,动向投影物体展示系统100还包括通信模块15其与控制单元13相连接;所述投影仪12投影的展示信息可以是来自信息存储单元16的预设投影资源库中的展示信息,也可以是通过通信模块15实时传输的互联网展示信息;所述展示信息以视频、图片或文字的方式呈现;例如:当用户关注的是一件商品时,投影仪12可以投影显示控制单元13提取的来自信息存储单元16的产品介绍信息;也可以显示商家借助通信模块15推送的相关互联网信息,类如网上评价或者价格优势对比等网页链接。
需要说明的是:在本实施例中,控制单元13还可以运行有操作系统,例如:安卓系统或者Linux系统或IOS系统;设置操作系统后,可以方便扩展软件功能;所述系统还可以包含投影校正单元,控制单元13根据图像采集单元11采集到的包含投影区域的图像来调整投影仪12。具体地,控制单元13识别图像采集单元11所采集到的包含投影区域的图像中投影区域的形状、颜色、凹凸、纹理和亮度,投影校正单元132再调整投影仪12所投影画面的形状、颜色、线条和亮度,以使广告画面与投影区域区别开来,以提高投影画面显示的清晰度, 例如:投影区域为白色时,则广告画面选择黑色、红色等等其他与白色有区别的颜色进行显示。
在本申请实施例中,跟踪采集包含用户的人眼信息的图像,根据所述图像,确定用户的视线方向,根据所述视线方向,确定所述用户所关注的物品,根据用户所关注的物品进行投影,使得用户在关注实体的物品的同时,还可以通过投影的内容了解物品的其它信息,实现实体物品与投影展示信息虚实结合,直观有效的进行物品展示,给予用户不同的视觉享受和娱乐效果,用户体验更好。
请参见图3,为本申请的另一实施例提供的一种动向投影展示方法,其包括:
步骤S11:跟踪采集包含用户的人眼信息的图像。
在本实施例中,由图像采集单元来完成所述跟踪采集包含用户的人眼信息的图像的过程,其实现方式包括多种,本申请实施例不作限定,例如:在本实施例中,图像采集单元可以包括多个摄像头,多个摄像头分布于包含物品的固定空间,多个摄像头对该固定空间进行无死角拍摄,当用户进入该固定空间,多个摄像头可以同时采集用户的图像,再从多个摄像头所采集的图像中提取包含用户人眼的图像(即为用户的正面图像)。另外,图像采集单元还可以设置有云台或者多维运动平台,并将摄像头安装于前述云台或多维平台上,以使所述摄像头的取景方向跟随用户的面部位置移动而移动,以保证摄像头所拍摄的图像均包含用户的人眼。
步骤S12:根据所述图像,确定用户的视线方向。
具体地,在本实施例中,可以预先构建物品所在的固定空间的三维坐标系,并且确定物品和图像采集装置在该三维坐标系统中的坐标,并且确定图像采集装置的取景方向,当图像采集装置采集到图像时,可以根据图像采集装置的焦距、人眼在图像中的位置、取景方向和图像采集装置的坐标,确定用户人眼所在的位置,然后再从图像中提取人眼的瞳孔和耀点信息,根据人眼的瞳孔和耀点信息重构出人的视线轴(即为视线方向);在本实施例中,用户的视线方向也可以通过实时人脸及眼睛定位跟踪、眼动生物特征信息提取等步骤实现非接触式的自由空间视线跟踪方法实现,或者,采用基于虹膜识别的视线跟踪定位方法实现。
值得注意的是,本申请中,并不限定对用户进行视线跟踪识别,确定用户视线所关注的位置方向所用的具体方法,凡是利用图像采集单元来进行用户图像采集,进而实现用户视线方向识别的方法均可。
步骤S13:根据所述视线方向,确定所述用户所关注的物品。
具体地,当人们关注某一物品时,说明人们对该物品感兴趣,人们会盯着该物品,人们的视线不会发变化,因此,在确定用户关注的物品时,可以通过用户保持视线方向的时长来确定。进一步地,步骤S13分以下6个步骤进行,参见图4:
步骤S131:获取用户保持所述视线方向不变的保持时长;
步骤S132:判断前述保持时长是否大于预设的时长阀值;
步骤S133:若是,控制单元将识别位于所述用户的视线方向上所对应的物品,并将所述物品作为所述用户所关注的物品。
例如,在展览会中,用户盯着展品A看,并保持了一定的时长,这个保持时长如果大于预设时长阀值,控制单元将判定用户关注的物品就是A,确定用户关注的物品之后,根据用户关注的物品进行投影,使得投影的内容更符合用户的需求,用户体验更好。
步骤S134:若否,进一步判断先前是否确定有所述用户所关注的物品;
步骤S135:若确定有,继续控制所述投影仪投影先前所确定的所述用户所关注的物品相对应的展示信息;
步骤S136:若确定无,则不做投影展示。
继续以上述用户在展览会为例进行说明,如果用户盯着A看的时长小于或者等于预设时长阀值,控制单元确定用户并不关注A,有可能是用户在观看其所关注的物品太久了,偶尔动一头部,此时视线正好落在A,若此时,马上跳转投影A的内容,但是A不是用户想关注的物品,会给用户不好体验。
步骤S14:获取与所述物品相对应的展示信息。
具体地,例如,所述物品为汽车,则对应的展示信息可以是汽车的价格、内在性能参数等等;当然,用户关注的也可以是汽车的不同部位,例如当用户主要关注点在汽车的前端时,展示信息可为汽车前端所涉及的发动机等零部件性能或者汽车前端外观设计亮点等相关信息;所述相关信息可以来自信息存储 单元的预设投影资源库中的展示信息和/或通信模块实时传输的互联网展示信息。
进一步,由于不同用户对同一物品的关注焦点是不一样的,因此,获取与物品相关联的展示信息时还可以根据用户的用户特征信息进行获取,以使获取到的展示信息更符合用户的需求,用户体验更好,具体的,步骤S14又可以包括:获取所述用户的用户特征信息,从预设投影资源库提取与所述物品相对应的备用信息,从所述备用信息中提取与所述用户特征信息相关联的信息作为展示。
可以理解的是:用户特征信息包括用户的年龄段、性别等等。
步骤S15:控制投影仪投影展示信息。
具体地,在对展示信息进行投影时,可以直接将展示信息投影到用户所关注的物品所在位置,实现实体物品和虚拟信息在同一位置展示,用户不需要移动视线即可观看展示信息;当然也可以在物品所在区域一侧进行投影显示,例如,用户在关注一汽车的车门时,投影仪可将车门直接作为投影区域进行投影展示,也可以在车门旁的车身部分进行投影展示。在本实施例中,实现将展示信息投影到用户关注的物品的方式也可以多种,例如:投影仪可安装在云台或多维运动平台上,前述云台或多维运动平台可以进行角度转动来改变投影仪的投影方向,从而使用户的最佳视线方向与投影镜头方向一致;另外,也可以在物品所在的固定空间中设置多个投影仪,多个投影仪实现对固定空间没无死角投影,在确定物品的位置之后,根据物品的位置确定投影仪,再通过所确定的投影仪进行投影。
在本申请实施例中,先跟踪采集包含用户的人眼信息的图像,根据所述图像,确定用户的视线方向,根据所述视线方向,确定所述用户所关注的物品,根据用户所关注的物品进行投影。通过前述方法的实现,用户在关注实体的物品的同时,还可以通过投影的内容了解物品的其它信息,并且实体物品与投影展示信息虚实结合后,更能直观有效的进行物品展示,用户也能同时体验不同的视觉享受和娱乐效果,体验也更好。

  1. 一种动向投影物体展示系统,其特征在于,包括:
    投影仪;
    图像采集单元,用于跟踪采集包含用户的人眼信息的图像;
    控制单元,分别与投影仪和图像采集单元连接,所述控制单元用于根据所述图像,确定用户的视线方向,根据所述视线方向,确定所述用户所关注的物品,获取与所述物品相对应的展示信息,控制所述投影仪投影展示信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的动向投影物体展示系统,其特征在于,
    所述控制单元根据所述视线方向,确定所述用户所关注的物品包括:
    获取所述用户保持所述视线方向不变的保持时长;
    判断所述保持时长是否大于所述预设时长阈值;
    若是,则识别位于所述用户的视线方向上所对应的物品,将所述物品作为所述用户所关注的物品。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的动向投影物体展示系统,其特征在于,
    所述控制单元还用于:
    当判断到保持时长小于或者等于所述预设时长阈值时,判断先前是否确定有所述用户所关注的物品,若确定有,继续控制所述投影仪投影先前所确定的所述用户所关注的物品相对应的展示信息。

  8. 一种动向投影展示方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    跟踪采集包含用户的人眼信息的图像;
    根据所述图像,确定用户的视线方向;
    根据所述视线方向,确定所述用户所关注的物品;
    获取与所述物品相对应的展示信息;
    控制投影仪投影所述展示信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的动向投影展示方法,其特征在于,
    所述根据所述视线方向,确定所述用户所关注的物品包括:
    获取所述用户保持所述视线方向不变的保持时长;
    判断所述保持时长是否大于所述预设时长阈值;
    若是,则识别位于所述用户的视线方向上所对应的物品,将所述物品作为 所述用户所关注的物品。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的动向投影展示方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若否,判断先前是否确定有所述用户所关注的物品;
    若确定有,继续控制所述投影仪投影先前所确定的所述用户所关注的物品相对应的展示信息。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的动向投影展示方法,其特征在于,获取与所述物品相对应的展示信息包括:
    获取所述用户的用户特征信息;
    从预设投影资源库提取与所述物品相对应的备用信息;
