  1. 一种无卡码装配工装,其特征在于,包括夹板及连接环,所述夹板包括两个平行且间隔设置的侧板,两个所述侧板之间具有与待焊接的板材卡接的卡槽,其中一个所述侧板上间隔开设有若干螺纹孔,顶紧螺丝由该侧板的外侧旋入所述螺纹孔中,以将所述板材顶紧在所述卡槽中,所述连接环包括两个拉环,两个拉环分别凸设于两个所述侧板的外侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无卡码装配工装,其特征在于,两个所述拉环相对于所述夹板对称,且两个所述拉环的内侧之间的距离与两个所述侧板的外侧之间的距离相匹配。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的无卡码装配工装,其特征在于,所述夹板还包括第一连接板,所述第一连接板与两个所述侧板垂直连接,两个所述侧板位于所述第一连接板的同侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的无卡码装配工装,其特征在于,所述连接环还包括第二连接板,所述第二连接板位于所述第一连接板远离所述侧板的一侧,所述第二连接板的两端分别与一个所述拉环连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的无卡码装配工装,其特征在于,所述拉环包括呈环形连接的第一连接部、第二连接部、第三连接部和第四连接部,所述第一连接部的长度沿所述卡槽的槽深方向延伸,所述第一连接部沿其长度方向的一端与所述第二连接板连接,另一端延伸至与所述侧板远离所述第一连接板的一端平齐,所述第一连接部平行于所述第三连接部,且所述第三连接部的长度小于所述第一连接部的长度。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的无卡码装配工装,其特征在于,所述第一连接部内侧面与所述第二连接部的内侧面之间、所述第二连接部的内侧面与所述第三连接部的内侧面之间、所述第三连接部的内侧面与所述第四连接部的内侧面之 间以及所述第四连接部的内侧面与所述第一连接部的内侧面之间均采用圆弧过渡。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的无卡码装配工装,其特征在于,所述拉环包括第一连接部和第五连接部,所述第一连接部沿其长度方向的一端与所述第二连接板连接,另一端延伸至与所述侧板远离所述第一连接板的一端平齐,所述第五连接部为弧形结构,且所述弧形结构的两端分别与所述第一连接部的两端连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的无卡码装配工装,其特征在于,所述连接环与所述夹板可拆卸连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的无卡码装配工装,其特征在于,所述连接环可沿所述卡槽的槽深方向相对于所述侧板滑动,以使所述连接环与所述夹板连接或分离。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的无卡码装配工装,其特征在于,其中一个所述侧板上间隔开设有两个所述螺纹孔,两个所述螺纹孔分别位于所述拉环的两侧,所述拉环卡接于两个旋入所述螺纹孔内的顶紧螺丝之间。
