工作原理:当需要安装电缆,墙壁需要打孔时,推动扶手,使设备移动到工作地点,起初启动第一气缸伸缩,带动支撑板上下移动,带动电钻上下移动,调整电钻钻孔的高度,然后第一气缸停止工作,启动电钻工作,同时启动第二气缸伸长,带动第一楔形块向下移 动,使第二楔形块向左移动,带动第二连接杆向左移动,进而带动电钻向左移动,进行钻孔作业,在电钻温度过高时,阀门打开,水通过软管进入喷头,第一电磁铁通电,使第一电磁铁带有磁性,第一电磁铁吸引第一磁块,使滑套向左移动,第一电磁铁断电,然后第二电磁铁通电,使第二电磁铁产生磁性,第二电磁铁吸引第二磁块,使滑套向右移动,第二电磁铁断电,然后第一电磁铁和第二电磁铁交替通电,使滑套左右移动,使喷头左右移动,对电钻降温,当电钻降温完毕后关闭阀门,当钻孔工作完成时,电钻停止工作,第二气缸缩短,带动第一楔形块复位,人工推动电钻复位,将装置移动到下一个工作地点,按照上述原理,进行钻孔作业。
因为还包括有缓冲层,集气罩左侧设有缓冲层,缓冲层位于第一支杆左方,缓冲层与集气罩为固定连接,缓冲层的材质为天然橡胶,缓冲层的厚度为3cm,缓冲层的左视形状为圆环,所以可以在工作时保护不需要打孔部分的墙体。
因为还包括有加强筋,支撑板顶部右侧与滑轨左侧下方之间设有加强筋,加强筋的材质为Q235钢,加强筋呈倾斜状,加强筋与支撑板和滑轨为固定连接,加强筋的下表面与支撑板顶部之间的夹角为60°,加强筋可以加固支撑板和滑轨的连接,所以可以提高支撑板和滑轨工作时的强度和稳定性。
因为还包括有橡胶垫,扶手右端设有橡胶垫,橡胶垫与扶手右端为固定连接,橡胶垫的材质为天然橡胶,橡胶垫的立体形状为球形,橡胶垫的直径为6.5cm,橡胶垫的表面为加工表面,所以在推动扶手移动时,工人双手更加舒适。
(3)有益效果
本发明达到了打孔时省时省力、效率高、钻头的使用寿命长、安全性高的效果,并且在喷头喷水时,喷头可以左右移动,所以可以使钻头的降温效果更好,可以延长钻头的使用寿命。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种电力用耐用型穿墙装置,如图1-5所示,包括有底板1、第一气缸2、轮子3、扶手4、支撑板5、滑块6、滑轨7、第二气缸8、顶板9、水箱10、软管11、阀门12、第一楔形块13、电钻14、导向管15、第一连接杆16、第二楔形块17、第二连接杆18、集气罩19、第一支杆20、第一电磁铁21、滑杆22、喷头23、第二电磁铁24、第二支杆25、第一磁块26、滑套27和第二磁块28;底板1底部左右两侧均安装有轮子3,底板1右侧设有扶手4,底板1的顶部中间设有第一气缸2,第一气缸2上端连接有支撑板5,支撑板5顶部左侧设有第二连接杆18,第二连接杆18的上端设有导向管15,导向管15左侧设有集气罩19,导向管15内设有电钻14,电钻14的右侧连接有第一连接杆16,第一连接杆16的右端设有第二楔形块17,支撑板5的顶部右侧设有滑轨7,滑轨7上设有滑块6,滑块6左侧设有第一楔形块13,第一楔形块13与第二楔形块17接触配合,滑轨7顶部设有顶板9,顶板9的顶部设有水箱10,水箱10左侧底部设有软管11,软管11上设有阀门12,顶板9的底部左侧安装有第二气缸8,第二气缸8的下端和第一楔形块13连接,集气罩19内设有第一支杆20和第二支杆25,第一支杆20在第二支杆25左方,第一支杆20和第二支杆25之间连接有滑杆22,滑杆22的左右两侧分别设有第一电磁铁21和第二电磁铁24,滑杆22上设有滑套27,滑套27底部设有喷头23,喷头23与软管11末端连接,滑套27上方左右两侧分别设有第一磁块26和第二磁块28。
还包括有缓冲层29,集气罩19左侧设有缓冲层29,缓冲层29位于第一支杆20左方,缓冲层29与集气罩19为固定连接,缓冲层29的材质为天然橡胶,缓冲层29的厚度为3cm,缓冲层29的左视形状为圆环。
还包括有加强筋30,支撑板5顶部右侧与滑轨7左侧下方之间设有加强筋30,加强筋30的材质为Q235钢,加强筋30呈倾斜状,加强筋30与支撑板5和滑轨7为固定连接,加强筋30的下表面与支撑板5顶部之间的夹角为60°。
还包括有橡胶垫31,扶手4右端设有橡胶垫31,橡胶垫31与扶手4右端为固定连接,橡胶垫31的材质为天然橡胶,橡胶垫31的立体形状为球形,橡胶垫31的直径为6.5cm,橡胶垫31的表面为加工表面。
底板1为水平设置,底板1与轮子3为固定连接,底板1的材质为Q235钢,底板1的立体形状为长方体,底板1的长度为100cm,底板1的宽度为90cm,底板1的高度为5cm。
扶手4呈倾斜状,扶手4上表面与底板1顶部之间的夹角为45°,扶手4与底板1右端为固定连接,扶手4的材质为轻质铝合金,扶手4的表面为加工表面,扶手4的立体形状为长方体。
支撑板5为水平设置,支撑板5与第一气缸2顶端为固定连接,支撑板5的材质为Q235钢,支撑板5的立体形状为长方体,支撑板5的长度为85cm,支撑板5的宽度为80cm,支撑板5的高度为4cm。
第一连接杆16和第二连接杆18的材质均为Q275钢,第一连接杆16和第二连接杆18的立体形状均为长方体,第一连接杆16为水平设置,第二连接杆18为竖直设置,第一连接杆16和第二连接杆18的表面均为加工表面。
顶板9为水平设置,顶板9与滑轨7顶端为固定连接,顶板9的材质为Q235钢,顶板9的立体形状为长方体,顶板9的长度为35cm,顶板9的宽度为30cm,顶板9的高度为3cm。
工作原理:当需要安装电缆,墙壁需要打孔时,推动扶手4,使设备移动到工作地点,起初启动第一气缸2伸缩,带动支撑板5上下移动,带动电钻14上下移动,调整电钻14钻孔的高度,然后第一气缸2停止工作,启动电钻14工作,同时启动第二气缸8伸长,带动第一楔形块13向下移动,使第二楔形块17向左移动,带动第二连接杆18向左移动,进而带动电钻14向左移动,进行钻孔作业,在电钻14温度过高时,阀门12打开,水通过软管11进入喷头23,第一电磁铁21通电,使第一电磁铁21带有磁性,第一电磁铁21吸引第一磁块26,使滑套27向左移动,第一电磁铁21断电,然后第二电磁铁24通电,使第二电磁铁24产生磁性,第二电磁铁24吸引第二磁块28,使滑套27向右移动,第二电磁铁24断电,然后第一电磁铁21和第二电磁铁24交替通电,使滑套27左右移动,使喷头23左右移动,对电钻14降温,当电钻14降温完毕后关闭阀门12,当钻孔工作完成时,电钻14停止工作,第二气缸8缩短,带动第一楔形块13复位,人工推动电钻14复位,将装置移动到下一个工作地点,按照上述原理,进行钻孔作业。
因为还包括有缓冲层29,集气罩19左侧设有缓冲层29,缓冲层29位于第一支杆20左方,缓冲层29与集气罩19为固定连接,缓冲层29的材质为天然橡胶,缓冲层29的厚度为3cm,缓冲层29的左视形状为圆环,所以可以在工作时保护不需要打孔部分的墙体。
因为还包括有加强筋30,支撑板5顶部右侧与滑轨7左侧下方之间设有加强筋30,加强筋30的材质为Q235钢,加强筋30呈倾斜状,加强筋30与支撑板5和滑轨7为固定连接,加强筋30的下表面与支撑板5顶部之间的夹角为60°,加强筋30可以加固支撑板5和滑轨7的连接,所以可以提高支撑板5和滑轨7工作时的强度和稳定性。
因为还包括有橡胶垫31,扶手4右端设有橡胶垫31,橡胶垫31与扶手4右端为固定连接,橡胶垫31的材质为天然橡胶,橡胶垫31的立体形状为球形,橡胶垫31的直径为6.5cm,橡胶垫31的表面为加工表面,所以在推动扶手4移动时,工人双手更加舒适。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力用耐用型穿墙装置,其特征在于,还包括有缓冲层(29),集气罩(19)左侧设有缓冲层(29),缓冲层(29)位于第一支杆(20)左方,缓冲层(29)与集气罩(19)为固定连接,缓冲层(29)的材质为天然橡胶,缓冲层(29)的厚度为3cm,缓冲层(29)的左视形状为圆环。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力用耐用型穿墙装置,其特征在于,还包括有加强筋(30),支撑板(5)顶部右侧与滑轨(7)左侧下方之间设有加强筋(30),加强筋(30)的材质为Q235钢,加强筋(30)呈倾斜状,加强筋(30)与支撑板(5)和滑轨(7)为固定连接,加强筋(30)的下表面与支撑板(5)顶部之间的夹角为60°。
