连续承保年数统计方法、装置及计算机可读存储介质
本申请要求于2017年8月24日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710738397.8、发明名称为“连续承保年数统计方法、装置及计算机可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及保险业务领域,尤其涉及一种连续承保年数统计方法、装置及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
目前,在保险业务中,车辆连续承保年数是衡量车主粘性及车主满意度的重要参考指标,但是现有技术中并没有高效的统计方法统计车辆的连续承保年数,在统计连续承保年数时,现有通常方法是先统计连续承保数为1年及以上的客户,再从连续承保数为1年的客户中选取统计得到连续承保数为2年及以上的客户,后再从连续承保数为2年及以上的客户中选取统计连续承保数为3年及以上的客户等等,因而在统计连续承保年数的代码中往往需要多次重复关联来判断是否连续,不仅代码逻辑复杂消耗人力,而且耗费计算资源,降低用户体验。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种连续承保年数统计方法及装置,旨在解决现有技术统计车辆连续承保数时,统计方法效率低,耗时耗力的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种连续承保年数统计方法,所述连续承保年数统计方法包括:
当检测到连续承保年数统计指令时,获取预设地区内承保车辆的车牌号、承保年和统计年,其中,该承保年为车辆已进行承保的具体承保年份,统计年是从连续承保年数统计指令中提取的统计年份;
调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,根据所述承保车辆的车牌号、承保年、统计年与该连续承保分析函数,得到每辆承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值;
根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数。
优选地,所述调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,根据所述承保车辆的车牌号、承保年、统计年与该连续承保分析函数,得到每辆承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值步骤包括:
调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,筛选出每个承保车辆对应承保年份小于等于统计年份的年份数据,根据该年份数据生成每个承保车辆对应统计年份与小于等于统计年份的承保年份的差值列;
将每个承保车辆的承保年份按照预设顺序排列生成排序列,根据该排序列与对应差值列的差值获取每个承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值。
优选地,所述根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数步骤包括:
从每个承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值中筛选出大于0的计算值,将大于0的计算值作为有效计算值;
获取同一承保车辆有效计算值,基于该有效计算值得到连续承保年数。

当检测到连续承保年数统计指令时,获取预设地区内承保车辆的车牌号、承保年和统计年,其中,该承保年为车辆已进行承保的具体承保年份,统计年是从连续承保年数统计指令中提取的统计年份;
调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,根据所述承保车辆的车牌号、承保年、统计年与该连续承保分析函数,得到每辆承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值;
根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数。

当检测到连续承保年数统计指令时,获取预设地区内承保车辆的车牌号、承保年和统计年,其中,该承保年为车辆已进行承保的具体承保年份,统计年是从连续承保年数统计指令中提取的统计年份;
调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,根据所述承保车辆的车牌号、承保年、统计年与该连续承保分析函数,得到每辆承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值;
根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数。
本发明通过当检测到连续承保年数统计指令时,获取预设地区内承保车辆的车牌号、承保年和统计年,其中,该承保年为车辆已进行承保的具体承保年份,统计年是从连续承保年数统计指令中提取的统计年份;调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,根据所述承保车辆的车牌号、承保年、统计年与该连续承保分析函数,得到每辆承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值;根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数。由于本发明根据承保车辆的车牌号、承保年和统计年,调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,即可计算得到每辆承保车辆的车牌号对应的各个承保年对应的计算值,进而得到每辆车辆的连续承保年数,而不需要先统计连续承保数为1年及以上的客户,再从连续承保数为1年的客户中选取统计得到连续承保数为2年及以上的客户,后再从连续承保数为2年及以上的客户中选取统计连续承保数为3年及以上的客户等等,解决了现有技术统计车辆连续承保数时,统计方法效率低,耗时耗力的技术问题。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种连续承保年数统计方法,在本发明连续承保年数统计方法的第一实施例中,参照图1,所述连续承保年数统计方法包括:
步骤S10,当检测到连续承保年数统计指令时,获取预设地区内承保车辆的车牌号、承保年和统计年,其中,该承保年为车辆已进行承保的具体承保年份,统计年是从连续承保年数统计指令中提取的统计年份;
统计连续承保年数可是在统计APP、车辆保险APP或者其它具有该项统计功能的APP上进行,当检测到连续承保年数统计指令时,其中,连续承保年数统计指令中包含统计年、统计的预设地区等信息,如统计年可是用户输入或者选取的统计年份如2017年,2016年,连续承保年数统计指令可是通过预置的计数器来检测,当计数器变化如计数器由0变为1时,则认为检测到连续承保年数统计指令,其中,该连续承保指令通过用户在终端触摸屏上通过触摸或者点击触发,具体可是统计连续承保年数的应用图标所在区域检测到用户点击事件或者触摸事件时,通过事先内置的压力传感器感应该点击事件或者触摸事件,并通过预置的程序段响应该点击事件或者触摸事件以基于该点击事件或者触摸事件生成连续承保年数统计指令。
当检测到连续承保年数统计指令时,获取预设地区内承保车辆的车牌号、承保年和统计年,其中,以统计APP为例进行说明,预设地区可是用户在统计APP上选取的区域,统计区域可是一个城市如整个上海市,或者是同一城市不同区如深圳市南山区等等,当用户在统计APP上选取区域后,统计APP或者连续承保分析函数调用或者通过获取车辆承保信息相关附件的方式获取该预设地区内各辆车辆的承保信息,如当统计区域为一个城市时,该城市内只要在保险公司进行过车辆承保业务的所有车辆的承保信息都会获取到,其中,该承保信息主要包括承保车辆的车牌号或者承保车辆的车牌号、以及承保年份,承保金额等,如图4所示,在统计APP上,其中,统计年可是通过用户选取,如若统计年是2017年,则可是连续承保分析函数操从预设地区内选取2017以及2017年以前在保险公司进行过车辆承保业务的所有车辆的承保信息,如若统计年是2016年,则从预设地区内选取2016以及2016年以前在保险公司进行过车辆承保业务的所有车辆的承保信息,每个承保车辆的车牌号号对应的承保年份基本不同,承保年份即是承保车辆的车牌号购买了保险的年份,如表1中所示,如车辆沪A11111在2017年,2016年,2015年,2014年,2013年都购买了保险,则2017年,2016年,2015年,2014年,2013年都是车辆沪A11111的承保年。
步骤S20,调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,根据所述承保车辆的车牌号、承保年、统计年与该连续承保分析函数,得到每辆承保车辆在承保年对应的计算值;
调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,需要说明的是,该连续承保分析可是存储在终端也可是在服务器端,根据所述承保车辆的车牌号、承保年和统计年与该连续承保分析函数,计算每辆承保车辆的对应的各个承保年对应的计算值,计算车辆承包制的过程可是如下:如图2所示,步骤S21,调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,筛选出每个承保车辆的对应承保年份小于等于统计年份的年份数据,根据该年份数据生成每个承保车辆对应统计年份与小于等于统计年份的承保年份的差值列;步骤S22,将每个承保车辆的承保年份按照预设顺序排列生成排序列,根据该排序列与对应差值列的差值获取每个承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值,具体地,该连续承保分析函数包括筛选子函数,求差值子函数,该筛选子函数可是IF筛选子函数,求差值子函数可是SUM子函数等,在获取预设地区内承保车辆的车牌号、承保年和统计年后,触发调用连续承保分析函数中的筛选函数如IF筛选子函数进行筛选,其中,IF筛选函数的筛选公式为:IF筛选子函数筛选公式为IF(“A1<=B1”),其中,承保年为A1,统计年为B1,在获取筛选结果数据后,连续承保分析函数将筛选结果输入至求差值子函数,以供求差值子函数获取计算值,以SUM子函数为例,SUM子函数筛选公式为SUM(“C1-D1”),其中,排序列为D1,差值列为C1。
用以具体实施例进行说明,如表1所示,如当前统计年为2017年,预设地区内车辆的车牌号码为沪A11111,沪A11112,沪A11113,沪A11114,车牌号为沪A11111的车辆的承保年份为2013年,2014年,2015年,2016年,2017年,沪A11112的承保年为2014年,2015年,2017年,沪A11113的承保年为2012年,2014年,2015年,2016年,沪A11114的承保年为2017年,由于统计年为2017年,筛选出每个承保车辆对应承保年份小于等于统计年份的年份数据,即每辆车的承保年份都小于等于统计年份,以下以沪A11111为例进行说明,如沪A11111的承保年份为2013年,2014年,2015年,2016年,2017年都小于2017年,将沪A11111的承保年份按照预设顺序排列,该预设顺序可是倒序或者顺序的方式,如按照倒序的方式排列沪A11111的承保年,如表1中所示,即按照2017年,2016年,2015年,2014年,2013年的顺序将沪A11111的承保年份排列在同一列中,对沪A11111而言,则2017年为最接近统计年的第1年,则在承保年份的排序列中排第1位,2016年为接近统计年顺数第2年,则在承保年份的排序列中排第2位,2015年,2014年,2013年在排序列中的排位分别为3,4,5。
根据年份数据生成每个承保车辆对应统计年份与小于等于统计年份的承保年份的差值列,该差值列的值与承保车辆对应的承保年份相关,如沪A11111的承保年份为2013年时,该沪A11111在2013年对应的差值列的值为4,该沪A11111的承保年份为2014年时,该沪A11111在2014年对应的差值列的值为3等,同一承保车辆的差值列值的多少或者数目与该承保车辆的承保年份相同,如表1中所述,该沪A11111的承保年份为2013,2014,2015,2016,2017,则其差值列对应值的数目为5。

根据排序列与同排差值列的差值获取每个承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值,如表1中所示,对沪A11111车辆承保年份为2013年时,对应的排序列的值为5,其同排的差值列的值为4,则沪A11111车辆在承保年份为2013年对应的计算值为1,沪A11111车辆在承保年份为2014年时,对应的排序列的值为4,其同排的差值列的值为3,沪A11111车辆在承保年份为2013年时,其计算值为1,计算得到,沪A11111在2017,2015的计算值均为1。
步骤S30,根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数。
根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数步骤包括:从每个承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值中筛选出大于0的计算值,将大于0的计算值作为有效计算值;获取同一承保车辆不同承保年份的有效计算值的加和值,将该加和值后减去计算值1得到连续承保年数。
根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数可是在统计APP中计算得到,也可是调用终端的统计模块计算得到,以沪A11111车辆为例进行说明,沪A11111车辆在不同承保年份的大于0的各个承保年对应的计算值之和为5,再减去计算值1,得到连续承保年数为4,即沪A11111车辆在统计年为2017年时其连续承保年数为4年。通过计算得到沪A11112,沪A11114的连续承保年数都为0,如表2所示。

本发明通过当检测到连续承保年数统计指令时,获取预设地区内承保车辆的车牌号、承保年和统计年;调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,根据所述承保车辆的车牌号、承保年、统计年与该连续承保分析函数,得到每辆承保车辆在承保年对应的计算值;根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数。由于本发明根据承保车辆的车牌号、承保年和统计年,调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,即可计算得到每辆承保车辆的车牌号对应的各个承保年对应的计算值,进而得到每辆车辆的连续承保年数,而不需要先统计连续承保数为1年及以上的客户,再从连续承保数为1年的客户中选取统计得到连续承保数为2年及以上的客户,后再从连续承保数为2年及以上的客户中选取统计连续承保数为3年及以上的客户等等,解决了现有技术统计车辆连续承保数时,统计方法效率低,耗时耗力的技术问题。
进一步地,在本发明连续承保年数统计方法的第一实施例的基础上,提供连续承保年数统计方法第二实施例,在第二实施例中,参照图2,所述当检测到连续承保年数统计指令时,获取预设地区内承保车辆的车牌号、承保年和统计年步骤之后包括:
当检测到承保车辆在统计年未承保时,记录该承保车辆在当前统计年对应的连续承保年数为零。
在本实施例中,统计APP在获取预设地区内承保车辆的车牌号、承保年和统计年后,基于预存的程序段触发生成清零指令,该清零指令用于调用分析函数中筛选子函数如IF筛选函数筛选出在统计年未承保车辆的车牌号,将该未承保车辆的车牌号进行删除处理,即通过触发预置于终端内的分析函数分析到承保车辆的车牌号在统计年未承保时,则删除该承保车辆的车牌号在统计年对应的连续承保年数据,或者记录该承保车辆在当前统计年对应的连续承保年数为零,用以具体实施例进行说明,如表1中所示,若沪A11113车辆在统计年2017年未承保,则沪A11113车辆对应的连续承保年数据被删除,该连续承保年数据包括沪A11113车辆的承保年数据,差值列数据等,或者记录沪A11113车辆在统计年2017年的续承保年数为零。
在本实施例中,通过当检测到承保车辆的车牌号在统计年未承保时,删除该承保车辆的车牌号在统计年对应的连续承保年数据。因而加快了连续承保年数统计速度,提升了用户体验。
进一步地,在本发明连续承保年数统计方法的第一实施例的基础上,提供连续承保年数统计方法第三实施例,在第三实施例中,所述根据每辆承保车辆的车牌号对应的各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到连续承保年数步骤之后包括:
生成统计年预设地区内承保车辆对应的承保粘性报告并输出;
其中,承保粘性报告包括统计年,车辆车牌号,连续承保年数。
在获取不同承保车辆的连续承保年数后,根据预设地区内所有承保车辆的对应连续承保年数,生成承保粘性报告并输出,其中,其中,承保粘性报告包括统计年,车辆车牌号,连续承保年数,承保粘度,当承保车辆的对应连续承保年数大于M时,判定车辆的粘度高,M可灵活更改,当预设地区内所有的承保粘性高的车辆大于预设比例如90%时,该预设地区内的承保粘度高。

进一步地,在本发明连续承保年数统计方法的第一实施例的基础上,提供连续承保年数统计方法第四实施例,在第四实施例中,所述生成统计年预设地区内所有承保车辆的承保粘性报告并输出步骤之后包括:
获取不同统计年的承保粘性报告,并基于不同统计年的承保粘性报告生成比对报告;
输出所述比对报告。
根据每辆承保车辆的车牌号对应的各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到连续承保年数步骤之后还包括:
获取统计年的承保费用,基于所述比对报告获取承保费用与连续承保年数的相关性信息。
获取不同统计年的承保粘性报告,如获取统计年为2017年,2016年的预设地区内所有车辆对应的承保粘性报告,并将统计年为2017年,2016年的预设地区内所有车辆对应的承保粘性报告进行比对,获取该比对报告,比对报告中包括比对该该预设地区在不同统计年的车辆承保粘度的高低,并在获取比对报告后获取对应不同统计年的承保费用,基于该费用与比对报告,获取承保费用与连续承保年数的相关性信息,如承保费用升高与连续承保年数下降的幅度的关系等。
在本实施例中,通过获取不同统计年的承保粘性报告,并基于不同统计年的承保粘性报告生成比对报告,输出所述比对报告,获取统计年的承保费用,基于所述比对报告获取承保费用与连续承保年数的相关性信息。因而可更加准确地对用户即你想那个满意度调查。
进一步地,在本发明连续承保年数统计方法的第一实施例的基础上,提供连续承保年数统计方法第五实施例,在第五实施例中,所述根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数步骤之后还包括:

挑选出连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆,并获取连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆的车主通讯信息;

挑选出连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆,并获取连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆的车主通讯信息,预设值可是4年,或者5年,该通讯信息可是电话号码,邮箱等,向所述车主发送满意度调查报告,因而增强跟该部分车主的互动,以及时获取该部分车主的反馈与满意度。
在本实施例中,通过挑选出连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆,并获取连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆的车主通讯信息;基于车主通讯信息向所述车主发送满意度调查报告,为进一步提升用户体验奠定基础。
参照图3,图3是本发明实施例方法涉及的硬件运行环境的设备结构示意图。
本发明实施例连续承保年数统计装置可以是PC,也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)播放器、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4)播放器、便携计算机等终端设备。
如图3所示,该连续承保年数统计装置可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现处理器1001和存储器1005之间的连接通信。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地,该连续承保年数统计装置还可以包括用户接口、网络接口、摄像头、RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块等等。用户接口可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图3中示出的连续承保年数统计装置结构并不构成对连续承保年数统计装置的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图3所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块以及连续承保年数统计程序。操作系统是管理和控制连续承保年数统计装置硬件和软件资源的程序,支持连续承保年数统计程序以及其它软件和/或程序的运行。网络通信模块用于实现存储器1005内部各组件之间的通信,以及与连续承保年数统计装置中其它硬件和软件之间通信。
在图3所示的连续承保年数统计装置中,处理器1001用于执行存储器1005中存储的连续承保年数统计程序,实现以下步骤:
当检测到连续承保年数统计指令时,获取预设地区内承保车辆的车牌号、承保年和统计年,其中,该承保年为车辆已进行承保的具体承保年份,统计年是从连续承保年数统计指令中提取的统计年份;
调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,根据所述承保车辆的车牌号、承保年、统计年与该连续承保分析函数,得到每辆承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值;
根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数。
进一步地,所述调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,根据所述承保车辆的车牌号、承保年、统计年与该连续承保分析函数,得到每辆承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值步骤包括:
调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,筛选出每个承保车辆对应承保年份小于等于统计年份的年份数据,根据该年份数据生成每个承保车辆对应统计年份与小于等于统计年份的承保年份的差值列;
将每个承保车辆的承保年份按照预设顺序排列生成排序列,根据该排序列与对应差值列的差值获取每个承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值。
进一步地,所述根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数步骤包括:
从每个承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值中筛选出大于0的计算值,将大于0的计算值作为有效计算值;
获取同一承保车辆有效计算值,基于该有效计算值得到连续承保年数。
进一步地,所述当检测到连续承保年数统计指令时,获取预设地区内承保车辆的车牌号、承保年和统计年步骤之后包括:
当检测到承保车辆在统计年未承保时,记录该承保车辆在当前统计年对应的连续承保年数为零。
进一步地,所述根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数步骤之后包括:
生成统计年预设地区内所有承保车辆的承保粘性报告并输出,其中,所述承保粘性报告包括不同承保车辆的连续承保年数。
进一步地,所述生成统计年预设地区内承保车辆对应的承保粘性报告并输出步骤之后包括:
获取不同统计年的承保粘性报告,并基于不同统计年的承保粘性报告生成比对报告;
输出所述比对报告。
进一步地,所述根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数步骤之后还包括:
获取统计年的承保费用,基于所述比对报告获取承保费用与连续承保年数的相关性信息。
进一步地,所述根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数步骤之后还包括:
挑选出连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆,并获取连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆的车主通讯信息;
基于车主通讯信息向所述车主发送满意度调查报告。
本发明连续承保年数统计装置具体实施方式与上述连续承保年数统计方法各实施例基本相同,在此不再赘述。
本发明提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者一个以上程序,所述一个或者一个以上程序还可被一个或者一个以上的处理器执行以用于实现上述所述的连续承保年数统计方法的步骤。
本发明计算机可读存储介质具体实施方式与上述连续承保年数统计方法各实施例基本相同,在此不再赘述。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种连续承保年数统计方法,其特征在于,所述连续承保年数统计方法包括:
    当检测到连续承保年数统计指令时,获取预设地区内承保车辆的车牌号、承保年和统计年,其中,该承保年为车辆已进行承保的具体承保年份,统计年是从连续承保年数统计指令中提取的统计年份;
    调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,根据所述承保车辆的车牌号、承保年、统计年与该连续承保分析函数,得到每辆承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值;
    根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的连续承保年数统计方法,其特征在于,所述调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,根据所述承保车辆的车牌号、承保年、统计年与该连续承保分析函数,得到每辆承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值步骤包括:
    调用预存于终端的连续承保分析函数,筛选出每个承保车辆对应承保年份小于等于统计年份的年份数据,根据该年份数据生成每个承保车辆对应统计年份与小于等于统计年份的承保年份的差值列;
    将每个承保车辆的承保年份按照预设顺序排列生成排序列,根据该排序列与对应差值列的差值获取每个承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的连续承保年数统计方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数步骤包括:
    从每个承保车辆在各个承保年对应的计算值中筛选出大于0的计算值,将大于0的计算值作为有效计算值;
    获取同一承保车辆有效计算值,基于该有效计算值得到连续承保年数。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的连续承保年数统计方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到连续承保年数统计指令时,获取预设地区内承保车辆的车牌号、承保年和统计年步骤之后包括:
    当检测到承保车辆在统计年未承保时,记录该承保车辆在当前统计年对应的连续承保年数为零。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的连续承保年数统计方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数步骤之后包括:
    生成统计年预设地区内所有承保车辆的承保粘性报告并输出,其中,所述承保粘性报告包括不同承保车辆的连续承保年数。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的连续承保年数统计方法,其特征在于,所述生成统计年预设地区内所有承保车辆的承保粘性报告并输出步骤之后包括:
    获取不同统计年的承保粘性报告,并基于不同统计年的承保粘性报告生成比对报告;
    输出所述比对报告。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的连续承保年数统计方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数步骤之后还包括:
    获取统计年的承保费用,基于所述比对报告获取承保费用与连续承保年数的相关性信息。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的连续承保年数统计方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数步骤之后还包括:
    挑选出连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆,并获取连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆的车主通讯信息;
    基于车主通讯信息向所述车主发送满意度调查报告。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的连续承保年数统计方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数步骤之后还包括:
    挑选出连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆,并获取连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆的车主通讯信息;
    基于车主通讯信息向所述车主发送满意度调查报告。
  10. 如权利要求3所述的连续承保年数统计方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数步骤之后还包括:
    挑选出连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆,并获取连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆的车主通讯信息;
    基于车主通讯信息向所述车主发送满意度调查报告。
  11. 如权利要求4所述的连续承保年数统计方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数步骤之后还包括:
    挑选出连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆,并获取连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆的车主通讯信息;
    基于车主通讯信息向所述车主发送满意度调查报告。
  12. 如权利要求5所述的连续承保年数统计方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数步骤之后还包括:
    挑选出连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆,并获取连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆的车主通讯信息;
    基于车主通讯信息向所述车主发送满意度调查报告。
  13. 如权利要求6所述的连续承保年数统计方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数步骤之后还包括:
    挑选出连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆,并获取连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆的车主通讯信息;
    基于车主通讯信息向所述车主发送满意度调查报告。
  14. 如权利要求7所述的连续承保年数统计方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述各个承保年对应的计算值,统计得到每辆承保车辆的连续承保年数步骤之后还包括:
    挑选出连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆,并获取连续承保年数大于预设值的承保车辆的车主通讯信息;
    基于车主通讯信息向所述车主发送满意度调查报告。
  15. 一种连续承保年数统计装置,其特征在于,所述连续承保年数统计装置包括:存储器、处理器,通信总线以及存储在所述存储器上的连续承保年数统计程序,
