Description

服务信息推送方法、终端和服务器 技术领域
本发明涉及信号处理技术,尤其涉及一种服务信息推送方法、终端和服务器。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高和网络技术的发展,各类生活服务的选择越来越丰富,各类服务信息也越来越公开化。各类服务供应商通过网页宣传、短信推送等方式为自己进行宣传。用户在需要某类服务时,例如需要搬家服务、家政服务、洗衣服务、订餐服务、订酒店服务等,通常需要在大量的宣传类信息中选择符合自己需求的服务供应商。
现有的一些生活网站都带有服务信息推送的功能,这些功能的实现方式通常是根据用户的注册或者订单记录获得用户的电话号码、邮箱等联系方式,然后定时向用户推送网站提供的服务信息。例如购物网站每到节假日向用户推送商品活动信息,旅游网站每到旅游旺季向用户推送酒店、民宿预订信息。
不同习惯的用户在不同时间的需求具有差异,现有的服务信息推送方式是供应商单方面向用户进行信息推送,很可能对用户造成信息骚扰。现有网站通过服务信息推送功能推送的服务信息与用户需求匹配程度不高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种服务信息推送方法、终端和服务器,以简化用户操作,提高用户体验。
本发明的第一方面,提供一种服务信息推送方法,应用于终端,所述方法包括:
在确定呼叫请求对应的被叫号码属于商业服务类号码时,将所述被叫号码发送至服务器,所述被叫号码为所述服务器存储的第一供应商的电话号码;
接收所述服务器推送的服务信息,所述服务信息包括所述第二供应商的信息,其中,所述第一供应商与所述第二供应商的服务类型相同;
在确定所述呼叫请求对应的通信结束时,向用户显示所述服务信息。
可选地,所述第二供应商的信息为所述第二供应商的网站链接;
所述向用户显示所述服务信息,包括:向用户显示所述第二供应商的网站链接;
所述向用户显示所述服务信息之后,还包括:

接收终端发送的被叫号码,并确定所述被叫号码为第一供应商的电话号码;
在预设的供应商集合中确定服务类型与所述第一供应商相同的第二供应商;
获取服务信息,所述服务信息包括所述第二供应商的信息;
推送所述服务信息至所述终端。
可选地,所述在预设的供应商集合中确定服务类型与所述第一供应商相同的第二供应商,包括:
获取所述第一供应商的属性信息,所述属性信息包括行业类别、地址和人均消费等级;
在所述供应商集合中确定属性信息与所述第一供应商的属性信息匹配的第二供应商。
可选地,所述获取服务信息,包括:
获取所述第二供应商的信息,所述第二供应商的信息包括所述第二供应商的电话号码和/或所述第二供应商的网络链接;

第二供应商确定模块,用于在预设的供应商集合中确定服务类型与所述第一供应 商相同的第二供应商;
服务信息获取模块,用于获取服务信息,所述服务信息包括第二供应商的信息;
推送模块,用于推送所述服务信息至所述终端。
可选地,第二供应商确定模块具体用于:获取所述第一供应商的属性信息,所述属性信息包括行业类别、地址和人均消费等级;在所述供应商集合中确定属性信息与所述第一供应商的属性信息匹配的第二供应商。
可选地,服务信息获取模块具体用于:获取所述第二供应商的信息,所述第二供应商的信息包括所述第二供应商的电话号码和/或所述第二供应商的网络链接;根据所述第二供应商的电话号码和/或所述第二供应商的网站链接,生成所述服务信息,所述服务信息包括所述第二供应商的电话号码和/或第二供应商的网站链接。
在上述实施例的基础上还包括评论模块,用于:在所述接收终端发送的被叫号码之后,获取其它用户对所述第一供应商的第一评论信息;向所述终端推送所述第一评论信息;若从所述终端接收到第二评论信息,则根据所述第二评论信息和所述第一评论信息生成新的第一评论信息。

本发明提供的方案中,在终端的呼叫请求对应的被叫号码属于商业服务类号码时,表明用户此刻对第一供应商的服务感兴趣。此时终端将与第一供应商对应的被叫号码发送至服务器,以使得服务器向终端推送与第一供应商相同服务类型的第二供应商的信息。由于第二供应商与第一供应商的服务类型相同,在用户对第一供应商的服务感兴趣时,对第二供应商的服务感兴趣的可能性也较大,从而提高了推送符合用户需求的服务信息的概率。在呼叫请求对应的通信结束时,向用户显示服务信息,以便于用 户在对第一供应商的服务不满意时,可以快速选择新的供应商,提高了推送的服务信息的使用率。

图1为本发明实施例提供的一种通信系统架构示意图。
本发明提供的服务信息推送方法,可以适用于图1所示的通信系统架构示意图。如图1所示,该通信系统包括:服务器1、通信网络2以及两个终端,假设多个终端包括图中的终端3和终端4。用户在终端3输入被叫号码,以使得终端3通过通信网络2向终端3拨打电话,同时终端3将被叫号码发送给服务器1。终端3是第一供应商的电话系统。服务器1根据接收到的被叫号码,查找到与第一供应商相同服务类型的第二供应商,进而获取第二供应商的信息,转发给终端3。终端3与终端4接通电话之后,用户成功联系到第一供应商。与第一供应商相同服务类型的第二供应商,可以是与第一供应商相同地址区域、相同人均消费等级的供应商。
在用户预订旅馆的一种应用场景中,用户通过手机拨打第一旅馆的电话询问是否有空余房间接受预订,手机在拨号的同时向服务器发送被叫号码,并在用户通话过程中接收到服务器推送的服务信息。用户联系第一旅馆后,由于没有空余房间,预订失败,急需寻找其他旅馆。手机在用户挂断电话后立即弹出服务信息推送页面,推送页面中包含第二旅馆、第三旅馆的地址和电话号码。用户点击第二旅馆的电话后,手机自动以第二旅馆的电话号码作为被叫号码拨打电话。同时也继续将第二旅馆的电话号码发送给服务器。本发明实施例提供的服务信息推送方法,与用户需求具有较高的匹配程度。
需要说明的是,图1所示的通信系统可以适用于不同的网络制式,例如,可以适用于全球移动通讯(Global System of Mobile communication,简称GSM)、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,简称CDMA)、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,简称WCDMA)、时分同步码分多址(Time  Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access,简称TD-SCDMA)、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,简称LTE)系统及未来的5G等网络制式。可选的,上述通信系统可以为5G通信系统中高可靠低时延通信(Ultra-Reliable and Low Latency Communications,简称URLLC)传输的场景中的系统。
故而,可选的,上述通信网络中的基站可以是GSM或CDMA中的基站(Base Transceiver Station,简称BTS)和/或基站控制器,也可以是WCDMA中的基站(NodeB,简称NB)和/或无线网络控制器(Radio Network Controller,简称RNC),还可以是LTE中的演进型基站(Evolutional Node B,简称eNB或eNodeB),或者中继站或接入点,或者未来5G网络中的基站(gNB)等,本发明在此并不限定。
图2为本发明实施例提供的一种服务信息推送方法信令流程示意图。图2所示的方法可以应用于图1所示的终端3和服务器1之间的通信过程。本实施例中终端的结构可以参见图6或图7所示的实施例,服务器的结构可以参见图8或图9所示的实施例。
图2所示的方法实施例包括:
S201、终端在确定呼叫请求对应的被叫号码属于商业服务类号码时,将所述被叫号码发送至服务器。
其中,本实施例终端确定被叫号码属于商业服务类号码的过程,具体可以是通过以下至少一种方式来实现:
一种实现方式为:终端从服务器接收记录商业服务类号码的号码库,并存储在本地存储器中。若终端能在本地存储的号码库中,查找到与被叫号码一致的号码,则确定被叫号码为商业服务类号码。
另一种实现方式为:终端在外部存储的记录商业服务类号码的号码库中,检索被叫号码,若能在外部存储的号码库中,查找到与被叫号码一致的号码,则确定被叫号码为商业服务类号码。外部存储的号码库可以是存储在外部服务器上,或者存储介质上。
再一种实现方式为:用户在终端内置电话簿中,预先将至少一个电话号码标记为商业服务类。终端检测到被叫号码与内置电话簿中标记为商业服务类的电话号码一致,则确定被叫号码为商业服务类号码。
S202、服务器接收终端发送的被叫号码,并确定所述被叫号码为第一供应商的电话号码。
其中,服务器确定被叫号码为第一供应商的电话号码的过程,具体可以是通过以下至少一种方式来实现:
一种实现方式为:服务器预先在内部的存储介质或者外部的存储介质中,存储有第一供应商的相关信息,其中包括了第一供应商的电话号码。服务器在接收到被叫号码后,在预先存储的信息中检索到被叫号码对应的供应商为第一供应商,例如根据被叫号码021-586xx55,查找到该号码为阳光旅馆的电话号码。相应地,服务器可以在预先存储的第一供应商的相关信息中,获取第一供应商的服务类型。
另一种实现方式为:服务器在接收到被叫号码后,在网络上查找到被叫号码对应的第一供应商。例如,服务器在工商局网站中,检索被叫号码对应的注册公司;或者服务器在用于收集服务类公司信息的第三方网站中,检索被叫号码对应的供应商。相应地,服务器可以在网络上查找到第一供应商的服务类型。
S203、服务器在预设的供应商集合中确定服务类型与所述第一供应商相同的第二供应商。
上述服务类型可以是根据供应商的单一属性新来划分的,例如,以行业类别来划分,如“住宿、酒店管理”;也可以根据供应商的多种属性信息来划分的,例如,以行业类别、地址区域、人均消费等级等多种属性信息来划分服务类型。
在一种具体的实现方式中,属性信息包括供应商的行业类别、地址区域以及人均消费等级。具有相同行业类别、相同地址区域以及相同人均消费等级的供应商为相同服务类型的供应商。例如,第一供应商可以是阳光旅馆,阳光旅馆的属性信息所属的服务类型为:“行业类别包括“住宿、酒店管理”,旅馆地址在景区范围内,人均消费在100~150元之间”。则同样在景区范围内,且人均消费等级在100~150元之间的幸福旅馆、恋家旅馆都是与阳光旅馆相同服务类型的第二供应商。
S204、服务器获取服务信息,所述服务信息包括第二供应商的信息。
本实施例中,服务信息具体可以是以下至少一种第二供应商的信息:
第二供应商的网站链接、第二供应商的电话号码、第二供应商的评分等级、第二供应商的人均消费等级和第二供应商的地址信息。
S205、服务器推送所述服务信息至所述终端。
S206、终端接收所述服务器推送的服务信息,在确定所述呼叫请求对应的通信结束时,向用户显示所述服务信息。
本实施例中,确定所述呼叫请求对应的通信结束,可以是终端与第一供应商通信 的任意阶段由终端侧用户挂断,也可以是终端与第一供应商通信的任意阶段由第一供应商挂断。无论是通信完成了哪些阶段,例如可以是还在拨号就挂断,或者是通话后挂断,或者是无人接听挂断,确定通信结束时,用户结束了与第一供应商的联系,此时给用户推送与第一供应商相关的服务信息,能够与用户需求实现较大的契合。尤其是,假如用户与第一供应商的沟通失败,可能是未获得需要的服务或者是服务结果不满意,服务信息的推送不仅方便了用户作出其他选择,还便于第二供应商的推广,提高了服务信息的利用率。
本实施例提供的方案中,在终端的呼叫请求对应的被叫号码属于商业服务类号码时,表明用户此刻对第一供应商的服务感兴趣。此时终端将与第一供应商对应的被叫号码发送至服务器,以使得服务器向终端推送与第一供应商相同服务类型的第二供应商的信息。由于第二供应商与第一供应商的服务类型相同,在用户对第一供应商的服务感兴趣时,对第二供应商的服务感兴趣的可能性也较大,从而提高了推送符合用户需求的服务信息的概率。在呼叫请求对应的通信结束时,向用户显示服务信息,以便于用户在对第一供应商的服务不满意时,可以快速选择新的供应商,提高了推送的服务信息的使用率。
在图2所示实施例中,服务器确定第二供应商的过程,具体可以是:获取第一供应商的属性信息,属性信息可以是行业类别、地址和人均消费等级。在供应商集合中确定属性信息与第一供应商的属性信息匹配的第二供应商。下面以预订旅馆的示例对服务器确定第二供应商的过程进行举例说明。
服务器在根据被叫号码确定第一供应商为阳光旅馆后,获取阳光旅馆的属性信息。其中服务器可以是从预存的第一供应商的相关信息中查找到阳光旅馆的属性信息,也可以是从网络上抓取阳光旅馆的属性信息。例如阳光旅馆的属性信息为:
行业类别:住宿、酒店管理;
地址:景区东路159号26栋(景区内);
人均消费等级:100~150元。
在供应商集合中,查找相同行业类别和人均消费等级的旅馆,并在景区内的地址范围进行筛选,最后确定的第二供应商有两家,分别是如图3和图4所示的幸福旅馆和恋家旅馆。
其中,幸福旅馆的属性信息为:
行业类别:住宿、酒店管理;
地址:景区东路139号10栋(景区内);
人均消费等级:100~150元。
恋家旅馆的属性信息为:
行业类别:住宿、酒店管理;
地址:景区东路136号6栋(景区内);
人均消费等级:100~150元。
本实施例通过相同行业类别的匹配,可以提高用户对第二供应商提供的服务感兴趣的概率,通过相近地址的匹配,可以提高服务提供区域覆盖用户选择区域的概率,通过相同人均消费等级的匹配,可以提高用户接受服务价格的概率,降低了第二供应商提供的服务超出用户消费水平的可能。综上所述,本实施例提高了用户接受第二供应商服务的可能性。
在确定了第二供应商之后,图2所示实施例中服务器获取服务信息的过程,具体可以是:获取第二供应商的信息,第二供应商的信息包括第二供应商的电话号码和/或第二供应商的网络链接。根据第二供应商的电话号码和/或第二供应商的网站链接,生成所述服务信息,所述服务信息包括所述第二供应商的电话号码和/或第二供应商的网站链接。
本实施例中的服务信息除了包括电话号码和网站链接之外,还可以包括第二供应商的商标信息、评分等信息,从而提高第二供应商的识别度。提供第二供应商的电话号码,可以便于用户转到第二供应商的网页,从而快速了解到第二供应商的服务内容等信息,提供第二供应商的网站链接,可以便于用户与第二供应商取得联系,例如在电话预定旅馆的应用场景,通常用户在获取到旅馆的电话时,倾向于立即打电话给旅馆询问是否有空房间,从而快速解决预定问题。
在图2所示的实施例中,终端获取的第二供应商的信息可以是第二供应商的网站链接,也可以是第二供应商的电话号码,还可以同时包括第二供应商的网站链接和电话号码。为了更清楚地描述图2所示实施例中终端接收服务信息,并在确定呼叫请求对应的通信结束时,向用户显示服务信息的操作过程,下面结合图3和图4,对终端在接收服务信息后执行的过程进行说明。
图3为本发明实施例提供的一种服务信息推送方法示例。
在第二供应商的信息是第二供应商的网站链接的实现方式中,终端向用户显示所述第二供应商的网站链接。在确定呼叫请求对应的通信结束时,向用户显示如图3所 示的推送页面。推送页面中显示了第二供应商的名称、地址、评分、网站链接和多张旅馆图片。若接收到用户对所述第二供应商的网站链接的操作信息,则获取所述第二供应商的网站链接对应的网页信息,用户对所述第二供应商的网站链接的操作信息可以是对终端屏幕的点击动作,参见图3的示例。
图4为本发明实施例提供的另一种服务信息推送方法示例。
在第二供应商的信息是第二供应商的电话号码的实现方式中,终端向用户显示所述第二供应商的电话号码。在确定呼叫请求对应的通信结束时,向用户显示如图4所示的推送页面。推送页面中显示了第二供应商的名称、地址、评分和电话号码。若接收到用户对所述第二供应商的电话号码的操作信息,则发出针对所述第二供应商的电话号码的呼叫请求。用户对所述第二供应商的电话号码的操作信息可以是对终端屏幕的点击动作,参见图4的示例。
图2所示实施例的过程是在通信结束后向用户显示其他供应商的信息,可实际上,用户需要经过呼叫等待的过程才能建立与第一供应商的语音通信(即接通电话),若第一供应商由于忙碌等原因未接电话,用户经历呼叫等待的时间将会更加漫长,此过程中用户可能会因为等待时间漫长而产生烦躁、气愤等不良情绪,甚至可能导致投诉。目前,一些供应商通过设置彩铃的方式缓解用户等待过程的不良情绪,但是若等待时间过长或者无法接通电话的情况下,仍然无法避免用户产生不良情绪的问题。下面结合图5提供了另一种信息推送方案,主要是在通信结束之前,利用呼叫等待的界面,向用户推送其它用户对第一供应商的第一评论信息。
图5为本发明实施例提供的另一种服务信息推送方法信令流程示意图。
图5所示的方法包括:
S501、服务器在接收终端发送的被叫号码之后,获取其它用户对所述第一供应商的第一评论信息。第一评论信息可以是仅仅是文字信息,或者仅仅是评分,也可以是文字和评分。本实施例中,评分可以是以数字的形式,也可以是以图标的形式表示。
S502、服务器向所述终端推送所述第一评论信息。
S503、终端接收服务器推送的第一评论信息,所述第一评论信息包括其它用户对所述第一供应商的评论;并在确定所述呼叫请求对应的通信处于呼叫等待状态时,向用户显示所述第一评论信息,以及评论输入区。
本步骤的显示内容可以参见图3和图4所示的示例。评论输入区可以是文字输入区,也可以是勾选区。用户根据其他用户对第一供应商的评论,可以从客户角度了解 第一供应商的服务质量,例如有人评论第一供应商的地址离景区门口较远但是商家提供接送服务,则用户可以在电话拨通后对接送服务的具体详情进行咨询。
S504、终端接收到用户在所述评论输入区输入的第二评论信息。
若评论输入区是文字输入区,则用户通过输入文字实现评论输入。若评论输入区是勾选区,例如根据点亮星形图标的数量进行评分,则用户通过勾选图标实现评论输入。
S505、终端将所述第二评论信息发送至服务器。
S506、服务器从所述终端接收到第二评论信息,根据所述第二评论信息和所述第一评论信息生成新的第一评论信息。由此实现第一评论信息的更新。
本实施例中,服务器在通话未结束时向终端推送第一供应商的评论信息,可以便于用户在呼叫等待期间查看其它用户对第一供应商的评论,从客户角度对第一供应商的服务进行了解和初步判断,减少对第一供应商的陌生感。用户在呼叫等待期间还可以参与其他用户的讨论,降低因等待呼叫时间过长而产生负面情绪的可能。
图6为本发明提供的一种终端结构示意图。图6所示的结构包括:
发送模块601,用于在确定呼叫请求对应的被叫号码属于商业服务类号码时,将所述被叫号码发送至服务器,所述被叫号码为服务器存储的第一供应商的电话号码。
接收模块602,用于接收所述服务器推送的服务信息,所述服务信息包括第二供应商的信息,其中,所述第一供应商与所述第二供应商的服务类型相同。
显示模块603,用于在确定所述呼叫请求对应的通信结束时,向用户显示所述服务信息。
图6所示实施例的终端对应地可用于执行图1~图2所示方法实施例中终端执行的步骤,其实现原理和技术效果类似,此处不再赘述。
上述终端设备可以是无线终端也可以是有线终端。无线终端可以是指向用户提供语音和/或其他业务数据连通性的设备,具有无线连接功能的手持式设备、或连接到无线调制解调器的其他处理设备。无线终端可以经无线接入网(Radio Access Network,简称RAN)与一个或多个核心网设备进行通信,无线终端可以是移动终端,如移动电话(或称为“蜂窝”电话)和具有移动终端的计算机,例如,可以是便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置,它们与无线接入网交换语言和/或数据。再例如,无线终端还可以是个人通信业务(Personal Communication Service,简称PCS)电话、无绳电话、会话发起协议(Session Initiation Protocol,简称SIP) 话机、无线本地环路(Wireless Local Loop,简称WLL)站、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,简称PDA)等设备。无线终端也可以称为系统、订户单元(Subscriber Unit)、订户站(Subscriber Station),移动站(Mobile Station)、移动台(Mobile)、远程站(Remote Station)、远程终端(Remote Terminal)、接入终端(Access Terminal)、用户终端(User Terminal)、用户代理(User Agent)、用户设备(User Device or User Equipment),在此不作限定。可选的,上述终端设备还可以是智能手表、平板电脑等设备。
在上述终端可以是移动电话的实施例中,终端可以是双卡双待的移动电话。双卡双待的移动电话通过一张电话卡拨打被叫号码进行电话通信,同时通过另一张电话卡的GPRS信号、3G信号或者4G信号与服务器进行数据传输。
在图6所示实施例的基础上,可选地,所述第二供应商的信息为所述第二供应商的网站链接。
显示模块具体用于:向用户显示所述第二供应商的网站链接;
显示模块还用于:若接收到用户对所述第二供应商的网站链接的操作信息,则获取所述第二供应商的网站链接对应的网页信息。
在图6所示实施例的基础上,可选地,所述第二供应商的信息为所述第二供应商的电话号码。
显示模块具体用于:向用户显示所述第二供应商的电话号码;
显示模块还用于:若接收到用户对所述第二供应商的电话号码的操作信息,则发出针对所述第二供应商的电话号码的呼叫请求。
在上述实施例的基础上,可选地,还包括评论模块,用于:
在所述将所述被叫号码发送至服务器之后,接收服务器推送的第一评论信息,所述第一评论信息包括其它用户对所述第一供应商的评论;在确定所述呼叫请求对应的通信处于呼叫等待状态时,向用户显示所述第一评论信息,以及评论输入区;若接收到用户在所述评论输入区输入的第二评论信息,则将所述第二评论信息发送至服务器。
图7为本发明提供的一种终端的硬件结构示意图。
如图7所示的结构,该终端包括:处理器711以及存储器712;其中
存储器712,用于存储计算机程序,该存储器还可以是闪存(flash)。
处理器711,用于执行存储器存储的执行指令,以实现上述方法中终端执行的各个步骤。具体可以参见前面方法实施例中的相关描述。
可选地,存储器712既可以是独立的,也可以跟处理器711集成在一起。
当所述存储器712是独立于处理器711之外的器件时,所述终端还可以包括:
总线713,用于连接所述存储器712和处理器711。
图7的终端还可以进一步包括发送器(图中未画出),用于向服务器发送处理器711生成的信息。
本发明还提供一种可读存储介质,可读存储介质中存储有执行指令,当终端的至少一个处理器执行该执行指令时,终端执行上述的各种实施方式提供的方法。
本发明还提供一种程序产品,该程序产品包括执行指令,该执行指令存储在可读存储介质中。终端的至少一个处理器可以从可读存储介质读取该执行指令,至少一个处理器执行该执行指令使得终端实施上述的各种实施方式提供的方法。
图8为本发明实施例提供的一种服务器结构示意图。
如图8所示的结构,该服务器包括:
接收模块801,用于接收终端发送的被叫号码,并确定所述被叫号码为第一供应商的电话号码;
第二供应商确定模块802,用于在预设的供应商集合中确定服务类型与所述第一供应商相同的第二供应商;
服务信息获取模块803,用于获取服务信息,所述服务信息包括第二供应商的信息;
推送模块804,用于推送所述服务信息至所述终端。
图8所示实施例的服务器对应地可用于执行图1~图2所示方法实施例中服务器执行的步骤,其实现原理和技术效果类似,此处不再赘述。
在图8所示实施例的基础上,第二供应商确定模块具体用于:获取所述第一供应商的属性信息,所述属性信息包括行业类别、地址和人均消费等级;在所述供应商集合中确定属性信息与所述第一供应商的属性信息匹配的第二供应商。
在图8所示实施例的基础上,服务信息获取模块具体用于:获取所述第二供应商的信息,所述第二供应商的信息包括所述第二供应商的电话号码和/或所述第二供应商的网络链接;根据所述第二供应商的电话号码和/或所述第二供应商的网站链接,生成所述服务信息,所述服务信息包括所述第二供应商的电话号码和/或第二供应商的网站链接。
在上述实施例的基础上还包括评论模块,用于:
在所述接收终端发送的被叫号码之后,获取其它用户对所述第一供应商的第一评论信息;向所述终端推送所述第一评论信息;若从所述终端接收到第二评论信息,则根据所述第二评论信息和所述第一评论信息生成新的第一评论信息。
图9为本发明提供的一种服务器的硬件结构示意图。如图9所示,该服务器包括:处理器911以及存储器912;其中
存储器912,用于存储计算机程序,该存储器还可以是闪存(flash)。
处理器911,用于执行存储器存储的执行指令,以实现上述方法中服务器执行的各个步骤。具体可以参见前面方法实施例中的相关描述。
可选地,存储器912既可以是独立的,也可以跟处理器911集成在一起。
当所述存储器912是独立于处理器911之外的器件时,所述服务器还可以包括:
总线913,用于连接所述存储器912和处理器911。图9的服务器还可以进一步包括发送器(图中未画出),用于向终端发送处理器911生成信息。
本发明还提供一种可读存储介质,可读存储介质中存储有执行指令,当服务器的至少一个处理器执行该执行指令时,服务器执行上述的各种实施方式提供的方法。
本发明还提供一种程序产品,该程序产品包括执行指令,该执行指令存储在可读存储介质中。服务器的至少一个处理器可以从可读存储介质读取该执行指令,至少一个处理器执行该执行指令使得服务器实施上述的各种实施方式提供的方法。
在上述终端或者服务器的实施例中,应理解,处理器可以是中央处理单元(英文:Central Processing Unit,简称:CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(英文:Digital Signal Processor,简称:DSP)、专用集成电路(英文:Application Specific Integrated Circuit,简称:ASIC)等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。结合本申请所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完成,或者用处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种服务信息推送方法,其特征在于,应用于终端,所述方法包括:
    在确定呼叫请求对应的被叫号码属于商业服务类号码时,将所述被叫号码发送至服务器,所述被叫号码为所述服务器存储的第一供应商的电话号码;
    接收所述服务器推送的服务信息,所述服务信息包括所述第二供应商的信息,其中,所述第一供应商与所述第二供应商的服务类型相同;
    在确定所述呼叫请求对应的通信结束时,向用户显示所述服务信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二供应商的信息为所述第二供应商的网站链接;
    所述向用户显示所述服务信息,包括:向用户显示所述第二供应商的网站链接;
    所述向用户显示所述服务信息之后,还包括:
    若接收到用户对所述第二供应商的网站链接的操作信息,则获取所述第二供应商的网站链接对应的网页信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二供应商的信息为所述第二供应商的电话号码;
    所述向用户显示所述服务信息,包括:向用户显示所述第二供应商的电话号码;
    所述向用户显示所述服务信息之后,还包括:
    若接收到用户对所述第二供应商的电话号码的操作信息,则发出针对所述第二供应商的电话号码的呼叫请求。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将所述被叫号码发送至服务器之后,还包括:
    接收服务器推送的第一评论信息,所述第一评论信息包括其它用户对所述第一供应商的评论;
    在确定所述呼叫请求对应的通信处于呼叫等待状态时,向用户显示所述第一评论信息,以及评论输入区;
    若接收到用户在所述评论输入区输入的第二评论信息,则将所述第二评论信息发送至服务器。
  5. 一种服务信息推送方法,其特征在于,应用于服务器,所述方法包括:
    接收终端发送的被叫号码,并确定所述被叫号码为第一供应商的电话号码;
    在预设的供应商集合中确定服务类型与所述第一供应商相同的第二供应商;
    获取服务信息,所述服务信息包括所述第二供应商的信息;
    推送所述服务信息至所述终端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在预设的供应商集合中确定服务类型与所述第一供应商相同的第二供应商,包括:
    获取所述第一供应商的属性信息,所述属性信息包括行业类别、地址和人均消费等级;
    在所述供应商集合中确定属性信息与所述第一供应商的属性信息匹配的第二供应商。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取服务信息,包括:
    获取所述第二供应商的信息,所述第二供应商的信息包括所述第二供应商的电话号码和/或所述第二供应商的网络链接;
    根据所述第二供应商的电话号码和/或所述第二供应商的网站链接,生成所述服务信息,所述服务信息包括所述第二供应商的电话号码和/或第二供应商的网站链接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收终端发送的被叫号码之后,还包括:
    获取其它用户对所述第一供应商的第一评论信息;
    向所述终端推送所述第一评论信息;
    若从所述终端接收到第二评论信息,则根据所述第二评论信息和所述第一评论信息生成新的第一评论信息。
  9. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    发送模块,用于在确定呼叫请求对应的被叫号码属于商业服务类号码时,将所述被叫号码发送至服务器,所述被叫号码为服务器存储的第一供应商的电话号码;
    接收模块,用于接收所述服务器推送的服务信息,所述服务信息包括第二供应商的信息,其中,所述第一供应商与所述第二供应商的服务类型相同;
    显示模块,用于在确定所述呼叫请求对应的通信结束时,向用户显示所述服务信息。
  10. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收终端发送的被叫号码,并确定所述被叫号码为第一供应商的电话号码;
    第二供应商确定模块,用于在预设的供应商集合中确定服务类型与所述第一供应 商相同的第二供应商;
    服务信息获取模块,用于获取服务信息,所述服务信息包括第二供应商的信息;
    推送模块,用于推送所述服务信息至所述终端。
