Description

Floating support
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a float type water-holding apparatus, and more particularly, to a float type water-holding apparatus capable of holding and holding a structure horizontally at sea.
There is a growing interest in environmentally friendly energy because of global warming caused by carbon dioxide generation. As a result, investment in wind power has increased and many wind turbines have been installed on the land. However, due to the friction with the ground, the strength of the wind is not large and the efficiency of the land is not high due to the occurrence of another environmental problem due to noise. Therefore, recent offshore wind power has become important. In case of offshore wind power, the installation cost of the supporting device for fixing the wind power generator on the bottom of the sea floor is high, so a method of installing an offshore wind power generator using floating support device is being developed.
In the case of a conventional floating support device for supporting an offshore structure as well as an offshore wind turbine, an emphasis is placed on securing stability to prevent the rotation due to the rotation moment generated by the floating movement of the floating support device. However, there is a problem in that the floating support device is shaken to the left and right due to the shaking due to the waves, and thus the sea structure is not maintained in the horizontal direction but is shaken to the left and right. Thus, in recent years, a floating suspension support device capable of holding the structure horizontally without being shaken from side to side has been developed in the open patent publications 10-2017-0051204 and 10-2017-0051205.
Published Japanese Patent Application No. 10-2017-0051204 (published on May 11, 2017)

However, in the case of the float-type water-holding device disclosed in the above-mentioned patent, the load of the support is concentrated on the portion of the float portion which supports the ball. Thus, there is a problem that a portion of the floating portion that supports the ball can not withstand the load and can be damaged.
The present invention is intended to solve the above problems. In addition, in the floating type water-holding apparatus, the floating portion may accommodate the other end of the supporting means therein.
According to the present invention, the cable of the reinforcing means is coupled to the central portion and the outer portion of the floating portion to support the central portion of the floating portion. Therefore, even if an excessive load is applied to the center portion of the floating portion, the load is absorbed by the cable, so that the floating portion can be prevented from being excessively deformed and damaged.

One embodiment of a floating support apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 6. Fig.
One embodiment of a floating support apparatus according to the present invention includes a ball 10, a floating means 15, a support 26, a stopper 35, a blocking cover 40 and a reinforcing means 50 do.
The floating means 15 supports the ball 10 so that the ball 10 can rotate. To this end, the floating means 15 is provided with a floating portion 16 and a ball cover 19. The floating portion 16 is formed with a receiving portion 16a in which the ball 10 is accommodated in the central portion 16_1 and may be formed as one floating body or may be formed as a plurality of floating bodies coupled to each other. In this embodiment, the floating portion 16 is formed by being coupled with the first sub-fluid 17a and the second sub-fluid 17b. The first fluid 17a is formed in the center portion 16_1 so that the support portion 26 is rotatable about the ball 10 in the up and down direction of the first fluid 17a, Respectively. The second fluid 17b is coupled to the incised portion of the first fluid 17a.
The ball cover 19 rotatably surrounds the ball 10 and is coupled to the floating portion 16 so that the ball 10 is not separated from the receiving portion 16a. At this time, the ball cover 19 can also be divided into a plurality of pieces. At this time, the ball cover 19 preferably includes a ball bearing (not shown) at a portion in contact with the ball 10 to reduce friction with the ball 10.
The support means 25 serves to install a structure such as a wind power generator on the water. The support means comprises a support 26 and a weight 28.
The support 26 is mounted at one end 26a with a structure such as a wind turbine and is coupled to the ball 10. Preferably, the support 26 is slidably coupled along the ball 10.
The weight 28 is coupled to the other end of the support 26. The support table 26 is coupled to the ball 10 and the ball 10 is rotatable to the floating section 16. Thus, if the weight 28 is coupled to the other end of the support 26, the weight 28 will sink into the water and the support 26 will stand upright vertically. The weight 28 may be supplied with a fluid to increase its weight, or a material having a high specific gravity such as steel may be used. When the fluid is supplied to the weight 28, it is preferable that an inlet for supplying fluid to the weight 28 and an outlet for discharging the air inside are formed.
Meanwhile, the weight 28 may be omitted. In this case, the support 26 should be vertically erected in the water so that the other end is heavier than the one end 26a so that the one end 26a goes up and the other end goes downward . Also, in the case of the support table 26, a fluid such as water may be supplied to the inside of the other end to increase its weight. Therefore, it is preferable that the support member 26 is formed with an injection port for injecting the fluid and an outlet for discharging the air inside.
The stopper 35 prevents the support table 26 from sliding along the ball 10.
The blocking cover 40 is mounted on the lower portion of the receiving portion 16a in which the ball 10 is accommodated to prevent water from flowing into the ball 10. [
The reinforcing means 50 serves to prevent the floating portion 16 from being damaged. Since the supporting means 25 is supported by the floating portion 16, the load of the supporting means 25 is concentrated in the central portion 16_1 where the receiving portion 16a of the floating portion 16 is formed. Therefore, the central portion 16_1 can be damaged by an excessive load. To prevent this, the reinforcing means 50 includes a cable 51 and a column 53. The cable 51 is coupled at one end to the central portion 16_1 of the floating portion 16 and at the other end to the outer portion 16_2 of the floating portion 16. The column 53 is coupled to the upper portion of the floating portion 16 to support the cable 51 so that the cable 51 can be tightened to support the central portion 16_1.
The present embodiment is used when installing a wind turbine or the like on the sea. It is important to keep the wind turbine level at this time. However, in the case of a floating support device, it is difficult to maintain the horizontal position because the supporting device is shaken by the waves. The floating support apparatus of the present embodiment can horizontally hold the structure supported by the support table 26 even if it swings by waves.
Since the floating means 15 may float on the water, the float type supporting device of this embodiment can be easily transported by sea using a barge or the like. At this time, the support table 26 is laid horizontally. The fluid is supplied to the weight 28 after the second fluid 17b is separated from the first fluid 17a. This is because, when the second fluid 17b is separated, the support 26 can rotate through the cut portion of the first fluid 17a. Then, the other end of the support member 26 becomes heavy due to the weight 28, so that it enters into the sea and the support member 26 is vertically erected. The second float 17b is coupled to the first float 17a and the blocking cover 40 is mounted to the lower portion of the receiving portion 16a so that the water can flow into the ball 10 . A structure such as a wind power generator is installed at one end (26a) of the support base (26). A structure such as a wind turbine generator can be installed in such a state that the stopper 35 is released and the support table 26 is slid downward and then the stopper 35 is fastened so that the sliding of the support table 26 is fixed. After the structure is installed, the stopper 35 can be disengaged and the support table 26 can be raised to a required height.
When the stopper 35 is fastened, the load of the support table 26 is concentrated on the central portion 16_1 of the floating portion 16. [ Therefore, the center portion 16_1 can be deformed and damaged. However, since the cable 51 supports the load acting on the central portion 16_1 of the floating portion 16, it is possible to prevent the floating portion 16 from being damaged.
When the wave oscillates, the floating portion 16 can be swung from side to side by the wave. The supporting table 26 is supported through the ball 10 and the ball 10 is rotatably coupled to the floating section 16 so that the supporting table 26 can be held vertically even if the floating section 16 rotates . Therefore, the structure mounted on the support table 26 can be held horizontally.
Fig. 7 is another embodiment of the floating suspension support apparatus according to the present invention. In the embodiment of Fig. 7, the floating portion 16 can be engaged with the separable first float 17a and the second float 17b. Thus, the floating portion 16 can be deformed into various shapes.
Fig. 8 is another embodiment of a floating type water-holding support according to the present invention. In the present embodiment of Fig. 8, the floating portion 16 has a first float 17a and a door 18. [ The door (18) is mounted on the incised portion of the first subfluid (17a) to open and close the incised site. Thus, when the door 18 is opened, the support table 26 can be rotated up and down the floating portion 16 through the incised portion of the first float 17a and is prevented from rotating up and down when the door 18 is closed .
Fig. 9 is still another embodiment of the floating suspension support apparatus according to the present invention. In the case of this embodiment of Fig. 9, the float-type water-holding apparatus further includes a windlass 45. Fig. The windlass 45 serves to fix the floating means 15 to the sea and is mounted on the floating means 15. [ If the TETRA port is installed on the bottom of the sea floor, you can lower the cable to the TETRA port by using Windrass (45). Thus, the float-type water-holding apparatus of this embodiment can be fixed at sea. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the float-type water-holding device of this embodiment from being floated down by the current due to the provision of the windlass 45.
Figs. 10 and 11 show still another embodiment of the floating suspension support apparatus according to the present invention. In the embodiment of Figures 10 and 11, the floating portion 16 accommodates the other end of the support 26 therein. Even if the floating portion 16 is shaken by the waves when the waves are struck, the support 26 should not be affected by the waves. When the other end of the support table 26 is received in the floating section 16, the support table 26 can be held more securely and vertically since it is not affected by the waves at all.
