Description

Hand dryer
The present invention relates to a hand dryer for drying wet hands after cleaning.
2. Description of the Related Art A hand drying apparatus is known in which a hand is dried by applying a working air flow such as warm air or high speed air flow to the wet hand. Patent Document 1 includes a high pressure air generation unit for generating a working air flow, a nozzle provided at a lower part of the high pressure air generation unit, and an insertion opening for inserting a hand, and moisture is generated by the working flow from the inserted hand. A hand dryer having a treatment space for wiping the water, a water receiving portion provided with a drain tank for receiving water below the treatment space, and connecting means capable of separating the high pressure air generating portion and the water receiving portion; It is disclosed.
The drain tank of the hand dryer of patent document 1 is a container which the upper surface open | released, and the locking piece which has protrusion in the upper part protrudes in the back side. The drain tank is mounted on the tank receiver by placing the bottom surface on the tank receiver and pushing it in, and the pressing spring provided on the upper back side of the tank receiver stops on the projection of the locking piece. Further, the open part of the upper surface of the drain tank is covered by a removable tank cover.
However, according to the hand dryer of Patent Document 1, when cleaning without removing the drain tank, a load is applied downward from the upper surface of the tank cover in order to wipe the tank cover with a cloth and clean it. A part of the back side of the drain tank fits into the tank holder, and the back side is fitted to the tank holder. For this reason, the load on the lower side may cause the front side of the drain tank to tilt downward and rattling the drain tank.
This invention is made in view of the above, Comprising: It aims at obtaining the hand dryer which improved the reliability of the connection of the drain container with respect to a casing.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the casing 1 forming the shell of the hand dryer 100 has hand insertion openings 2 on the front side and the side of the hand dryer 100 on which a person stands for drying hands. The hand insertion unit 3 is provided as a processing space following the hand insertion opening 2 so that the hands can be inserted and removed. The casing 1 internally accommodates components such as a high-pressure air flow generator 8 described later and a control circuit (not shown). The hand insertion portion 3 is formed in the lower portion on the front side of the casing 1 as a sink-like concave portion in which the front and both side surfaces are opened, and the hand can be inserted and removed from the front side and both side surfaces. That is, the hand insertion portion 3 is a space inside the recess formed in the lower portion of the front of the casing 1 by opening the front and both side surfaces, and is a space for drying the hand.
A water receiving portion 4 is formed on the bottom side and the rear side of the hand insertion portion 3. The water receiving portion 4 is disposed below the hand insertion portion 3 and covers the hand insertion portion 3 from below. A waterproof wall 44 with a rising curved surface configuration protruding forward or upward is provided on the left and right direction and the front end edge of the water receiving portion 4 so that water does not splash on the side and front of the hand insertion portion 3 It has become.
The water receiving part 4 is comprised by several components, and is a back side water which is a back part which has the standing wall surface extended and provided in the height direction of the hand dryer 100 in the back side of the hand insertion part 3 It has a receiving portion 4 a and a bottom side water receiving portion 4 b which is a bottom portion provided on the bottom side of the hand insertion portion 3. That is, the water receiving part 4 is provided in the cross-sectional L shape in the cross section which followed the side of the hand dryer 100 from the bottom part side of the hand insertion part 3 to the back side.
The back side water receiving part 4 a is provided on the back side of the hand insertion part 3. The bottom side water receiving part 4b is connected to the lower part of the back side water receiving part 4a, extends to the front side of the hand dryer 100, and fixed bottom part 41b fixed to the casing 1; It is divided into a tray-shaped detachable bottom portion 42b which covers 6a and which is detachably provided to the drain container 6. The back side water receiving portion 4 a and the fixed bottom portion 41 b are integrally formed, and constitute a part of the casing 1. The removable bottom portion 42 b is removable with the drain container 6 with respect to the casing 1.
The detachable bottom surface portion 42b is inclined so as to be lowered from the front side toward the back side, and the drainage port 5 is provided at the lower end of the inclination. The rear outer edge region 42ba of the removable bottom surface portion 42b and the front outer edge region 41ba of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b overlap in the front-rear direction to form an overlapping region 43. Further, in the overlapping area 43, the outer edge area 42ba is disposed above the outer edge area 41ba in a state where there is a gap between the outer edge area 41ba and the drainage port 5.
That is, on the central side in the left-right direction of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b, a protruding portion 41bb that protrudes and extends forward is provided. The protrusion 41bb corresponds to the outer edge area 41ba. When the drain container 6 is attached to the casing 1, the overlapping portion 43 and the drainage port 5 are configured by overlapping the protrusion 41 bb with the outer edge region 42 ba at the top and bottom.
The waterproof wall 44 prevents the water droplets blown off from the hand and the water droplets blown off from the hand and attached to the back side water receiving portion 4a or the bottom side water receiving portion 4 from splashing out of the hand insertion portion 3 . The waterproof wall 44 is provided on the entire outer periphery of the water receiving portion 4.
The waterproof wall 44 has a waterproof wall rising portion 44a provided on the water receiving portion 4 side on the back side or bottom side of the hand insertion portion 3 in a state of rising upward or forward from the edge of the water receiving portion 4; And a waterproof wall inclined portion 44b connected to the wall rising portion 44a and provided on the outer side of the waterproof wall rising portion 44a and having an outward upward slope. The waterproof wall inclined portion 44 b is inclined in the direction toward the outside as it is separated from the water receiving portion 4. The waterproof wall 44 is provided over the entire length of the left and right and front end edges of the water receiving portion 4.
The waterproof wall rising portion 44a and the waterproof wall inclined portion 44b of the waterproofing wall 44 on the bottom side extending upward from the bottom side water receiving portion 4b have an outward upward slope. The outward upward slope in this case is an outward and upward slope with respect to the bottom side water receptacle 4b. The waterproof wall rising portion 44a and the waterproof wall inclined portion 44b of the rear side waterproof wall 44 extending forward from the rear side water receiving portion 4a have an outward upward slope. The outward upward slope in this case is an outward and forward slope with respect to the back side water receptacle 4a. The waterproof wall rising portion 44 a of the waterproof wall 44 on the bottom side may be provided along the vertical direction. The waterproof wall rising portion 44 a of the rear-side waterproof wall 44 may be provided along the front-rear direction.
By providing the waterproof wall sloped portion 44b on the waterproof wall 44, the water blown from the hand and attached to the waterproof wall sloped portion 44b does not stay on the waterproof wall 44 and does not flow to the outside of the casing 1 either. It flows along the inclined portion 44 b and falls to the back side or the bottom side of the hand insertion portion 3. The water droplets attached to the waterproof wall sloped portion 44b of the waterproof wall 44 on the bottom side extending upward from the bottom side water receiving portion 4b flows downward along the waterproof wall sloped portion 44b of the waterproof wall 44 on the bottom side by its own weight. It flows along the waterproof wall rising portion 44 a of the waterproof wall 44 on the side and flows to the removable bottom portion 42 b which is the bottom side water receiving portion 4 b below the hand insertion portion 3. The water droplets that have flowed to the mounting / dismounting bottom portion 42 b are collected in the drain container 6 via the drainage port 5.
Moreover, the water droplet adhering to the waterproof wall inclined part 44b of the waterproof wall 44 of the back side extended forward from the back side water receiving part 4a moves below by dead weight. The lower portion of the waterproof wall sloped portion 44b of the waterproof wall 44 on the back side is connected to the waterproof wall sloped portion 44b of the waterproof wall 44 on the bottom side extending upward from the bottom surface water receiving portion 4b. Thus, the water droplets attached to the waterproof wall sloped portion 44b of the waterproof wall 44 on the back side flow downward along the waterproof wall sloped portion 44b of the waterproof wall 44 on the bottom side, and the waterproof wall slopes of the waterproof wall 44 on the bottom side The portion 44b and the waterproof wall rising portion 44a of the waterproof wall 44 on the bottom side flow to the removable bottom portion 42b which is the bottom side water receiving portion 4b below the hand insertion portion 3. The water droplets that have flowed to the mounting / dismounting bottom portion 42 b are collected in the drain container 6 via the drainage port 5.
If the waterproof wall sloped portion 44b is not provided on the waterproof wall 44, the water droplets blown off from the hand remain on the waterproof wall 44, and the user next uses the hand in the hand insertion portion 3 and the nozzle 12 When the air flow is blown out, the air flow may hit the hand and scatter outside of the casing 1. The water droplets blown away from the hand contain not only water but also soap or detergent ingredients, sebum and dirt of the user's hand, so that a smell is generated when dry. In addition, hand dryers are often installed at places used by many people, such as commercial facilities and restaurants. For this reason, it is preferable that the water droplets blown off from the hand flow through the water receiving portion 4 promptly after the use of the hand dryer 100 and can be collected in the drain container 6.
By providing the waterproof wall 44 having the above-described structure, the hand dryer 100 can quickly drain the water droplets blown off from the hand and attached to the waterproof wall 44 to the water receiving portion 4 and collect them in the drain container 6 It is. That is, the hand drying apparatus 100 can quickly squirt the water droplets blown off from the hand and attached to the waterproof wall inclined portion 44b on the bottom side, and the water droplets attached to the waterproof wall inclined portion 44b on the bottom side and the waterproof wall inclined portion 44b on the back side. It is possible to flow to the water receiver 4 and collect it in the drain container 6.
Thus, the hand dryer 100 prevents the water droplets remaining on the upper surface of the waterproof wall 44 from being used by the previous user from being scattered outside the hand dryer 100 by the air flow striking the next user's hand. It is possible to prevent water droplets remaining on the waterproof wall 44 from wetting the floor or the wash basin below the hand dryer 100 after use. And the hand dryer 100 can suppress generation | occurrence | production of the odor resulting from the water droplet which was blown off from the hand and scattered to the exterior of the hand dryer 100 dried. Further, since the hand dryer 100 can suppress the water droplets from remaining on the upper surface of the waterproof wall 44, it is possible to suppress the generation of the odor due to the water droplets remaining on the upper surface of the waterproof wall 44 drying. Moreover, the hand dryer 100 can suppress that the user who uses next touches the water droplet which has been on the waterproof wall 44. Therefore, the hand dryer 100 can improve the hygiene of the hand dryer 100 and the hygiene around the hand dryer 100.
Below the water receiving portion 4, a drain container 6 for storing water dropped from the drainage port 5 is detachably provided to the casing 1. The drain container 6 is fixed to the casing 1 by the casing locking projection 19 a which is a part of the casing 1 being locked to the drain container locking receiving portion 19 b. The attachment and detachment of the drain container 6 to the casing 1 will be described later.
The inner surface of the manual insertion portion 3 is coated with a silicon-based water-repellent coating or a fluorine-based water-repellent coating, a coating of a material having hydrophilicity represented by titanium oxide, or is impregnated with an antibacterial agent . Thereby, the inner surface of the hand insertion part 3 is reduced in the adhesion of dirt, and the growth of bacteria is reduced.
Above the hand insertion portion 3, a nozzle 12 for blowing high-speed air downward toward the hand insertion portion 3 is provided. Near the back side of the nozzle 12, a hand detection sensor 14 for detecting the presence or absence of a hand in the hand insertion unit 3 is provided. On the side surface of the casing 1 located above the hand insertion portion 3, a maintenance panel 20 in which an air inlet 9 is formed is disposed. On a part of the surface of the maintenance panel 20, an inclined surface is provided which inclines toward the center in the left-right direction as it goes from the rear side to the front side. The air inlet 9 is configured by a gap provided between the front edge of the inclined surface and the back surface of the maintenance panel 20.
Above the hand insertion portion 3, a box-like space is formed by the base 7 and the casing 1 which form the outer shell of the back side hand dryer 100. The base 7 is fixed to the back side of the casing 1 by a fixed holding plate 16. In the box-like space, a high-pressure air flow generation device 8 which is an air flow generation unit constituted by a DC (Direct Current) brushless motor and a turbofan rotated by the DC brushless motor, and a hand detection sensor 14 A control circuit (not shown) for controlling the operation of the high pressure air flow generator 8 in accordance with a hand detection signal is incorporated. A commutator motor or an induction motor may be used instead of the DC brushless motor.
Further, in the box-like space, the intake air passage 10 communicating the intake side of the high pressure airflow generating device 8 with the intake port 9 and the exhaust side of the high pressure airflow generating device 8 communicate with the nozzle 12 An exhaust air passage 13 is provided. In the middle of the exhaust air passage 13 and upstream of the nozzle 12, a heater 15 is provided which heats and warms the air sent from the high-pressure air flow generating device 8.
Below, the structure of the nozzle 12 and the exhaust air path 13 is demonstrated. The exhaust air passage 13 is configured by connecting the nozzle 12 to a motor cover 31 covering the high pressure air flow generating device 8 via a seal component 32 for sealing the high pressure air flow generated from the high pressure air flow generating device 8. Ru. The seal component 32 is preferably made of silicon resin having high heat resistance in consideration of heat generation of the heater 15 disposed in the exhaust air passage 13. The motor cover 31 and the exhaust air passage 13 are fixed by screws. For this reason, in the hand dryer 100, replacement of parts of the heater 15 and the high pressure air flow generator 8 is facilitated, and cleaning of the inside of the exhaust air passage 13 after being used for a long time is also enabled.
The exhaust air passage 13 is inclined downward as it goes forward, and in the middle of the exhaust air passage 13, the downstream side is bent in the backward direction. That is, the exhaust air passage 13 is inclined downward as it goes from the upstream side to the downstream side, and is bent in the direction toward the rear at an intermediate portion on the downstream side of the exhaust air passage 13. The above-described nozzle 12 is provided on the downstream side of the exhaust air passage 13. The blowoff air blown out from the nozzle 12 to the hand insertion portion 3 is directed rearward in accordance with the downstream extension direction of the exhaust air passage 13.
As a result, among the components inside the casing 1 except the casing 1, the exhaust air passage 13 protrudes most forward in the front-rear direction. The nozzle 12 is provided downstream after the exhaust air passage 13 is bent rearward. Then, in the front-rear direction of the casing 1, the position of the seal component front surface 32 a, which is a surface located forward in the seal component 32, and the position of the nozzle 12 become substantially the same position.
The dimension in the front-rear direction of the casing 1 is determined by the position of the exhaust air passage 13 located most forward in the casing 1. The distance between the front face of the casing 1 and the outlet of the nozzle 12 is determined by the dimension in the front-rear direction of the casing 1 determined by the position of the exhaust air passage 13 positioned most forwardly inside the casing 1 and the position of the nozzle 12 The nozzle 12 can be minimized, the nozzle 12 is disposed near the front of the casing 1, and the wind blown from the nozzle 12 is directed rearward. As a result, the water droplets blown from the hand toward the front side in the hand insertion portion 3 are reduced, which is convenient for the user. And, by setting the distance between the front surface of the casing 1 and the outlet of the nozzle 12 to be 10 mm or less, the water droplets blown off from the hand toward the front side in the hand insertion portion 3 become smaller, which is more convenient for the user. Get better. When an adult user is assumed, the distance between the outlet of the nozzle 12 and the back side water receiving portion 4a is about 110 mm to 130 mm, so that the user can use his hand in the hand insertion portion 3 When it happens, the whole hand is hit by the wind, and the user's hand does not touch the hand insertion portion 3.
In the hand drying apparatus 100, the exhaust air passage 13 is disposed in front of the seal component front surface 32a, and the blowout air blown out from the nozzle 12 to the hand insertion portion 3 is rearward and downward from the same position as the seal component front surface 32a Because it is blown out to the side, it is possible to minimize the protrusion of the main body from the wall while securing a sufficient space for inserting a hand. Moreover, since the water droplets blown off from the hand are blown toward the back side water receiving part 4a on the back side after hitting the hand, it is possible to be surely recovered by the water receiving part 4 below the hand insertion part 3. it can. Further, assuming an adult user, the depth dimension D of the casing 1 being 150 mm makes it possible to obtain a hygienic hand dryer 100 that is easy for the user to use and can reliably collect water droplets. . Further, by setting the depth dimension D of the casing 1 to 150 mm, the hand dryer 100 can be installed in a narrow washroom and a narrow toilet space with a small amount of protrusion from the wall when the hand dryer 100 is mounted on the wall. You can get
When the nozzle 12 is disposed rearward of the seal component front surface 32a in the front-rear direction, the front surface of the casing 1 in the front-rear direction is smaller than when the nozzle 12 is disposed at the same position as the seal component front surface 32a. The distance between the nozzle 12 and the outlet is long. And in this case, even if a hand is inserted in the hand insertion part 3, the blowout air blown out from the nozzle 12 may not fully touch the whole hand, and the hand may not be sufficiently dried. In this case, the area on the front side of the casing 1 in the hand insertion portion 3 which is not exposed to the blowing air is wide, and the hand inserted in the hand insertion portion 3 can not be sufficiently dried.
なお、フィルタは、HEPA(High Efficiency Particulate Air)フィルタまたは抗菌フィルタであってもよい。 A filter (not shown) made of resin or metal for removing dust in the air sucked into the high pressure air flow generating device 8 is integrally formed with the maintenance panel 20 at the front stage of the intake air passage 10. It is attached in the state which can be detached to the direction. The filter can be attached and detached by the operation of inserting and removing the maintenance panel 20 to the side surface of the casing 1. The area of the filter is made larger than the cross-sectional area in the direction perpendicular to the ventilation direction in the intake port 9 and the intake air passage 10. The filter may be a High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter or an antibacterial filter.
The intake port 9 may be provided on the back of the casing 1. When the intake port 9 is provided on the back surface of the casing 1, the intake port 9 is disposed in a part of the base 7. By providing the air inlet 9 on the back side of the casing 1, the design of the appearance of the hand dryer 100 is improved.
An operation switch unit (not shown) is disposed on the upper surface of the casing 1. The operation switch section is provided with a power switch (not shown) for turning on and off the control circuit, and an operation switch (not shown) for switching the strength of the wind speed of the air blown from the nozzle 12 and turning on and off the heater 15. There is.
The operation switch unit is configured of a control board (not shown) on which the power switch and the operation switch are mounted, and an operation switch cover (not shown) attached so as to cover the control board from above. The operation switch cover is a resin made of a resin such as acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer synthetic resin (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene: ABS) or polypropylene (PP), and is not shown for operating the power switch and the operation switch. A push button is provided. The push button has a spring-like shape so as to be movable in the vertical direction when the push button is pressed by hand. A tact switch or a capacitance type switch is used as the operation switch.
The operation switch portion is fixed to the upper side of the intake air passage 10 in the casing 1. The casing 1 is provided with an upper surface opening 37 such that the operation switch portion appears on the upper surface of the casing 1 when the casing 1 is attached to the base 7. In a state where the casing 1 is attached to the base 7, the operation switch portion is fitted in the upper surface opening portion 37. The casing 1 and the operation switch portion are fixed at a peripheral position of the upper surface opening portion 37, and can be attached without a gap between the upper surface opening portion 37 and the operation switch portion. In addition, you may use a screw for fixation with the casing 1 and an operation switch part.
Further, the operation switch portion is covered with an operation portion panel 18 attached to the casing 1 so as to be openable and closable. The procedure for operating the operation switch unit will be described. First, the operation panel 18 is moved horizontally toward the outside in the left-right direction of the casing 1. Next, the operation panel 18 is rotated upward around the rotation axis of the operation panel 18 to open the operation panel 18. The rotation axis of the operation panel 18 is movable in the left-right direction of the casing 1. When the operation panel 18 is in the “closed” state, no gap is generated between the casing 1 and the operation panel 18. Thereby, it looks good and can prevent the entry of dust and the entry of water into the interior of the casing 1. In addition, when opening the operation panel 18, it is necessary to move the operation panel 18 horizontally outward in the left-right direction of the casing 1, so a person other than the maintenance worker who is grasping the operation method performs the operation. It is possible to prevent the switch section from being tampered with.
A label or a plastic film is attached to the upper surface of the operation switch cover, and power on / off switching of the wind speed of blowing air, and state display explanation of turning on / off of the heater 15 are displayed. Further, the operation switch cover is provided with an opening through which an LED (Light Emitting Diode) for indicating the operating state of the hand dryer 100 is exposed. The opening provided in the operation switch cover for transmitting the LED is covered with a label or a plastic film, so that it is possible to prevent the entry of water into the interior of the casing 1 and the entry of dust.
Below, attachment or detachment of the drain container 6 with respect to the casing 1 is demonstrated. As shown in FIG. 2, at the lower part of the side surface 1a of the left and right casings, a pair of casing locking projections 19a which support the drain container 6 by projecting forward than the fixed bottom surface portion 41b of the bottom surface side water receiving portion 4b are provided. It is done. On the other hand, on the inner wall portions on the rear side in both side surfaces of the drain container 6, a pair of drain container engagement receiving portions 19b having a concave shape into which the casing engagement projection 19a of the casing 1 is fitted is provided. The casing 1 includes the casing locking projection 19 a, and the drain container 6 includes the drain container locking receiving portion 19 b into which the casing locking projection 19 a can be inserted. The drain container 6 is removable with respect to the casing 1 so as to be removable.
Therefore, at least a part of the fitting structure between the drain container 6 and the casing 1 configured by the casing engagement protrusion 19 a and the drain container engagement receiving portion 19 b is provided in the lower portion of the casing 1. Then, at least a part of the fitting structure in the front-rear direction of the hand dryer 100 is positioned rearward of the drainage port 5, which is a division between the fixed bottom surface portion 41b and the detachable bottom surface portion 42b. It is possible to prevent the accumulation of dirt without the water reaching the fitting structure located behind the drainage port 5 which is the dividing portion.
When the drain container 6 is attached to the casing 1, the casing engagement protrusion 19 a of the casing 1 is fitted into the drain container engagement receiving portion 19 b of the drain container 6. Thereby, as shown to FIG. 1, FIG. 4, the drain container 6 is fixed to the casing 1, and does not fall from the casing 1. As shown in FIG. And attachment or detachment of the drain container 6 with respect to the casing 1 is independently performed with respect to the casing 1 irrespective of the attachment / detachment bottom part 42b of the bottom face side water receiving part 4b. For this reason, the drain container 6 can maintain the fixed state with respect to the casing 1 even when the mounting / dismounting bottom surface portion 42 b is removed from the drain container 6. Therefore, the drain container 6 and the casing 1 are connected and fixed by the fitting structure.
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the locking portion between the casing 1 and the drain container 6 of the hand dryer 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The frontmost point at which the casing locking projection 19a inserted in the drain container locking receiver 19b supports the drain container 6 in a state where the drain container 6 is mounted on the casing 1 is a casing as shown in FIG. It is the drain container support point 52 which is a point on the front side on the upper surface of the locking projection 19a.
The length of the casing locking projection 19a in the front-rear direction supports the drain container 6 on the front side of the drain container gravity center position 51, which is the gravity center position of the drain container 6, when the drain container 6 is attached to the casing 1. Is set to the desired length. With the above structure, in the state where the drain container 6 is attached to the casing 1, the drain container gravity center position 51 is on the rear side of the drain container support point 52 of the casing locking projection 19a. Thereby, the hand dryer 100 can prevent that the front side of the drain container 6 inclines downward and is mounted | worn.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the seam 53 between the side surface 6 b of the drain container and the side surface 1 a of the casing is exposed to the line of sight of the user. The hand drier 100 can prevent the deterioration of the design of the appearance due to the incorrect mounting state by preventing the drain container 6 from being attached to the front side in a downward direction.
Moreover, the drain container bottom face 54 which is the bottom face of the drain container 6 is made into the inclined shape which has the inclination in which a back side falls. In addition, the region on the rear side of the bottom surface 54 of the drain container has a horizontal shape that becomes horizontal in a state where the drain container 6 is mounted on the casing 1 for attachment to the casing 1. The inclined shape of the bottom surface 54 of the drain container is a shape that continues from the front side of the drain container 6 to the gravity center position 51 of the drain container 6 in the front-rear direction, or a position from the front side of the drain container 6 to a position beyond the gravity center position 51 of the drain container It is shaped to continue.
The height position of the drain container 6 mounted on the casing 1, that is, the position in the vertical direction, of the sloped region of the drain container bottom surface 54 and the horizontally shaped region of the drain container bottom surface 54. By adjusting the volume of water accumulated in the drain container 6 in the front-rear direction, the volume of water accumulated behind the gravity center position 51 of the drain container 6 is larger than the volume of water accumulated in the front of the gravity center position 51 of the drain container. growing. That is, the drain container gravity center position 55 in a state in which water is accumulated in the drain container 6 is moved to the rear side more than the empty state in which water is not accumulated in the drain container 6. With the above structure, when the drain container 6 is attached to the casing 1, the center of gravity of the drain container 6 in a state where water is accumulated in the drain container 6 corresponds to the drain container support point 52 of the casing engagement protrusion 19a. It is on the more backward side than that. Thereby, the hand dryer 100 can prevent the drain container 6 from being attached to the front side while being inclined downward.
Further, by making the depth dimension of the casing locking projection 19a larger than the depth dimension of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b, the drain receptacle 6 is supported stably by the casing locking projection 19a even when water is accumulated in the drain container 6 It is possible to prevent the drain container 6 from being attached to the front side at a downward angle.
In addition, the hand dryer 100 does not tilt downward toward the front side even when water is accumulated in the drain container 6 as described above, and the seam 53 is caused by the water accumulated in the drain container 6. Never lean. Thereby, the hand dryer 100 can attach the drain container 6 to the casing 1 without any gap between the side surface 6 b of the drain container and the casing 1.
On the other hand, when the drain container 6 is removed from the casing 1, the casing engagement projection 19 a of the casing 1 is pulled out from the drain container engagement receiving portion 19 b of the drain container 6 by pulling the drain container 6 forward. Thus, the drain container 6 can be removed from the casing 1.
Further, on the left and right end edges of the mounting / dismounting bottom surface portion 42b, a barrier construction 42bb constituted by a waterproof wall 44 is provided, and a casing engagement protrusion 19a of the casing 1 and a drain container engagement receiver 19b of the drain container 6 Covering the seam with Thereby, it is possible to reduce the accumulation of contamination at the seam between the casing engagement protrusion 19a of the casing 1 and the drain container engagement receiving portion 19b of the drain container 6 in which the contamination gradually comes by continuing use. .
Next, mounting and demounting of the mounting and dismounting bottom surface portion 42b with respect to the drain container 6 will be described. FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the drain container 6 of the hand dryer 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the drain container 6 and the detachable bottom portion 42b of the hand dryer 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention are connected. FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing a state before the drain container 6 of the hand dryer 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention and the detachable bottom portion 42b are connected. FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the detachable bottom portion 42b is removed from the drain container 6 of the hand dryer 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the drain container 6 and the detachable bottom portion 42b of the hand dryer 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention are connected.
The removable bottom portion 42 b is attached to the drain container 6 at the upper side. The detachable bottom portion 42 b is independently detachable from the drain container 6, and can be inserted and removed from the rear side of the drain container 6. That is, the outer peripheral portion of the upper end of the barrier construction 42bb in the mounting / dismounting bottom surface portion 42b has the same shape and size as the upper end portion of the drain container 6. Further, the lower surface portion of the outer peripheral edge portion of the upper end of the barrier construction 42bb has a shape corresponding to the upper end portion of the drain container 6. As a result, the lower surface portion of the outer peripheral edge portion of the removable bottom surface portion 42 b is fitted to the upper end portion 6 a of the drain container 6, whereby the removable bottom surface portion 42 b is fixed on the drain container 6. Therefore, the drain container 6 and the detachable bottom portion 42b are connected by the fitting structure and can be fixed. The detachable bottom surface portion 42 b is attachable to and detachable from the drain container 6 in a state where the drain container 6 is detached from the casing 1.
Further, a drain container fitting portion 71 fitted with a detachable bottom surface portion 42b which is attached by sliding from the rear side of the drain container 6 is provided on the upper portion of the left and right inner walls of the drain container 6. In the shape of the drain container fitting portion 71, the length in the front-rear direction is longer than the length in the vertical direction. That is, the length in the depth direction of the drain container fitting portion 71 is longer than the length in the height direction. The lower corner of the rear side of the drain container fitting portion 71 is chamfered to facilitate insertion of the mounting / dismounting bottom portion 42b. Further, a drain container fitting portion 75 is provided on the upper portion of the inner wall on the front side of the drain container 6.
The removable bottom surface portion 42b is provided with a removable bottom surface portion fitting portion 72 fitted to the drain container fitting portion 71 on the outer side surface of the removable bottom surface portion 42b. The shape of the detachable bottom surface fitting portion 72 is such that the length in the front-rear direction is longer than the length in the vertical direction. That is, in the detachable bottom surface fitting portion 72, the dimension in the depth direction is longer than the dimension in the height direction. A front upper corner of the detachable bottom portion fitting portion 72 is chamfered so as to be easily inserted into the drain container 6. Further, on the front side of the mounting and demounting bottom surface portion 42b, a mounting and demounting bottom portion fitting portion 76 to be fitted with the drain container fitting portion 75 is provided.
When connecting the drain container 6 and the removable bottom surface portion 42b, the lower surface portion at the outer peripheral edge of the upper end of the barrier construction 42bb is placed on the upper end portion 6a of the side surface 6b of the drain container. Are connected horizontally by sliding horizontally from the rear side of the drain container 6 toward the front side. That is, the lower surface portion in the left and right outer peripheral region of the removable bottom surface portion 42b is placed on the upper end portion 6a of the side surface 6b of the drain container, and the removable bottom surface portion 42b is directed forward from the back side of the drain container 6 Slide horizontally to connect.
In a state where the drain container 6 and the detachable bottom surface portion 42b are connected, the detachable bottom surface portion provided on the detachable bottom surface portion 42b is fitted to the lower portion of the drain container fitting portion 71 provided on the upper inside wall of the side surface 6b of the drain container. The fitting portion 72 is disposed, and the drain container fitting portion 71 and the detachable bottom portion fitting portion 72 fit with each other. In addition, the lower part of the drain container fitting part 75 provided on the upper part of the inner wall on the front side of the drain container 6 abuts on the removable bottom part fitting part 76 provided on the removable bottom part 42b. 75 and the detachable bottom portion fitting portion 76 are fitted. As a result, the drain container 6 and the detachable bottom surface portion 42b are fixed in the vertical direction of the drain container 6, and rattling of the detachable bottom surface portion 42b is prevented.
When removing the mounting / dismounting bottom surface portion 42b, after removing the drain container 6 from the casing 1, the mounting / dismounting bottom surface portion 42b can be removed from the drain container 6 by sliding the mounting / dismounting bottom surface portion 42b to the back side of the drain container 6. .
As described above, the hand dryer 100 has a structure in which the removable bottom surface 42 b can not be removed upward from the drain container 6. Thereby, when the user uses the hand dryer 100, the air flow which collides with the hand flows toward the back side water receiving portion 4a, and along the back side water receiving portion 4a, the fixed bottom portion 41b and It flows into the drainage port 5 which is configured by providing a gap in the divided portion with the mounting and demounting bottom portion 42b. However, since the hand dryer 100 can not remove the detachable bottom surface portion 42 b upward from the drain container 6, the removable bottom surface portion 42 b is prevented from rising upward due to the wind pressure of the air flow flowing into the drainage port 5.
On the rear side of the drain container 6, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 10, there is provided a drain container rear projection 77 projecting upward from the upper surface. Two drain container rear protrusions 77 are disposed so as to project upward from the upper surface of the outer frame 6 c on the back side provided on the rear side of the drain container 6. The drain container rear projection 77 is provided from the upper surface of the lid 46 which protrudes forward from the inner wall of the outer frame 6c on the back side to cover the region on the rear side of the drain container 6 and over the outer frame 6c on the back side. . The drain container rear projection 77 is a fitting structure of the drain container 6 and the casing 1 configured by the casing locking projection 19 a and the drain container engagement receiving portion 19 b in a state where the drain container 6 is attached to the casing 1. It is provided at a position behind the fixed bottom surface portion 41b, which is further to the rear. The upper surface of the drain container rear protrusion 77 contacts the back side of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b, that is, the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b when the drain container 6 is attached to the casing 1. That is, the upper surface of the drain container rear protrusion 77 contacts the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b at the rear of the drain container engagement receiving portion 19b.
In FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the fixed bottom surface portion 41 b extends rearward of the portion where the fixed bottom surface portion 41 b and the lower portion of the back surface water receiving portion 4 a are connected under the back surface water receiving portion 4 a. Is shown. The portion where the fixed bottom surface portion 41b and the lower portion of the back surface side water receiving portion 4a are connected is at a position behind the case of the configuration shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 and behind the drain container rear projection 77. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the fixed bottom surface portion 41b does not exist below the back surface side water receiving portion 4a.
In the case where the detachable bottom surface portion 42 b and the drain container 6 are attached to the casing 1, cleaning is performed by wiping the detachable bottom surface portion 42 b and the drain container 6 with a wet cloth. At this time, a load is applied downward from the upper surface of the mounting / dismounting bottom surface portion 42b, and a load is applied downward to the drain container 6 as well. In the hand dryer 100, with the drain container 6 attached to the casing 1, the upper surface of the drain container rear protrusion 77 is in contact with the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b, that is, the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b. 6 is fixed to the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b. Thereby, the drain container 6 attached to the casing 1 is in a state without rattling.
Therefore, even if a load is applied downward to the drain container 6 in a state where the drain container 6 is attached to the casing 1, the hand dryer 100 can wipe and clean the drain container 6 without any rattling. is there. In addition, the drain container 6 does not shake even if a load is applied downward to the drain container 6 in a state where the drain container 6 is attached to the casing 1, so the side surface 1 a of the casing on the side of the hand dryer 100 and the drain container It is possible to prevent the occurrence of a gap at the seam 53 with the side surface 6b of the. Further, when the upper surface of the drain container rear protrusion 77 contacts the lower surface on the back side of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b, the mounting strength at the time of mounting the drain container 6 to the casing 1 is increased. Thereby, even when the drain container 6 is full of water, the drain container 6 does not tilt. Therefore, the hand dryer 100 can improve the reliability of the connection with the casing 1 of the drain container 6 which can be attached or detached to the casing 1.
Further, the top surface of the drain container rear protrusion 77 is circular or square. The drain container rear projection 77 is formed with a narrow width within the range of the width of the left and right outer frames on the rear side of the drain container 6. That is, the area of the drain container rear protrusion 77 is made extremely smaller than the area of the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41 b.
The drain container 6 and the removable bottom portion 42b are connected by fitting the drain container fitting portion 71 and the removable bottom portion fitting portion 72 and fitting the drain container fitting portion 75 and the removable bottom portion fitting portion 76. Be done. Then, in a state where the drain container 6 is attached to the casing 1, the drain container rear protrusion 77 comes in contact with the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41 b.
Only the drain container rear protrusion 77 is in contact with the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b, and the area of the drain container rear protrusion 77 is very small compared to the area of the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b, Even when the drain container 6 is inserted and removed, the friction with the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b is reduced. Thus, the contact between the drain container rear projection 77 and the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41 b does not adversely affect the insertability of the drain container 6. Therefore, the hand dryer 100 can insert and remove the drain container 6 into and from the casing 1 without the detachable bottom surface portion 42b being caught on the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b.
The drain container rear projection 77 may be configured to project upward from the upper surfaces of the left and right outer frames on the rear side of the drain container 6. Also in this case, only the drain container rear protrusion 77 is in contact with the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b. Also in this case, in the state where the drain container rear protrusion 77 attaches the drain container 6 to the casing 1, the drain container 6 and the casing configured by the casing engagement protrusion 19 a and the drain container engagement receiving portion 19 b It is provided in the position which is back rather than the fitting structure with 1, and becomes the lower part of the fixed bottom face part 41b.
Moreover, in the state in which the drain container 6 was attached to the casing 1, the attachment / detachment bottom surface part 42b is separated from the fixed bottom surface part 41b. Therefore, in the hand drying apparatus 100, even when the drain container 6 is inserted into and removed from the casing 1, the removable bottom surface portion 42b and the fixed bottom surface portion 41b do not rub, and the removable bottom surface portion 42b and the fixed bottom surface portion 41b are drain container 6 Does not adversely affect the insertability of the
Further, by providing a plurality of drain container rear protrusions 77, the drain container 6 is firmly fixed to the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b, and the mounting strength at the time of mounting the drain container 6 to the casing 1 is increased.
In addition, even if the drain container rear projection 77 contacts the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b or a gap is generated between the drain container rear protrusion 77 and the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b due to dimensional tolerance in manufacturing. Since the structure has almost no gap, smooth insertion and removal can be performed without rattling.
In addition, even if a child hangs on the drain container 6 or pushes the drain container 6 forcibly by mistake, the front portion of the drain container 6 is inclined downward by providing the drain container rear projection 77. Can be prevented.
In addition, the drain container rear protrusion 77 has a circular or square upper surface and a low height. As a result, the drain container rear projection 77 does not break or break even when a load is applied downward to the drain container 6 due to mischief or the like, and even when the drain container 6 is repeatedly inserted and removed. It will not be damaged.
Therefore, it is possible for the hand dryer 100 to wipe and clean the attachment / detachment bottom portion 42b which easily gets dirty as the use continues, without the drain container 6 being removed from the casing 1 .
Further, after the drain container 6 is removed from the casing 1, the hand dryer 100 can remove the detachable bottom surface portion 42 b from the drain container 6 and clean it easily. Therefore, when the water accumulated in the drain container 6 is discarded, the removable bottom surface portion 42 b can be removed from the drain container 6 and cleaned easily.
Further, the drain container 6 mounted to the casing 1 is held from below by the tank receiving portion 81 provided below the fixed bottom surface portion 41 b. The tank receiver 81 is provided to extend forward from the back side of the casing 1. When cleaning the wash basin directly under the hand dryer 100 installed on the wash basin or above the wash basin, the drain container 6 is removed, and the hand is inserted into the hand insertion portion 3 for cleaning. Here, if the tank receiving portion 81 is largely projected forward, it becomes difficult to clean the region directly below the hand dryer 100.
In the hand dryer 100, since the drain container 6 is fixed to the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b by the drain container rear projection portion 77, it is intended to have a structure capable of withstanding downward load during cleaning of the removable bottom surface portion 42b. It is not necessary to extend the tank receiving portion 81 for holding the drain container 6 from below as long as the front side. Therefore, even when the hand dryer 100 is installed above the wash basin or above the wash basin, cleaning of the wash basin directly below the hand dryer 100 is easy.
Next, collection of water droplets in the hand dryer 100 will be described. When the user inserts a hand into the hand insertion portion 3, the high pressure air flow generator 8 operates to blow high speed air from the nozzle 12. As a result, the high speed air blows off the water droplets from the hand. The water droplets blown off from the hand are received by the water receiver 4. As described above, in the bottom surface side water receiving portion 4b of the water receiving portion 4, in the overlapping region 43, the outer edge region 42ba on the rear side in the detachable bottom surface portion 42b and the outer edge region 41ba on the front side in the fixed bottom surface portion 41b. A drainage port 5 which is a gap between the two is provided.
The water droplets received by the water receiving unit 4 are sent to the drainage port 5 and collected in the drain container 6 disposed below the water receiving unit 4. The water droplets received by the mounting / dismounting bottom surface portion 42 b flow on the mounting / dismounting bottom surface portion 42 b to reach the drainage port 5, and drip from the drainage port 5 into the drain container 6. On the other hand, the water droplets received by the fixed bottom surface portion 41 b flow forward, reach the drainage port 5, and drip from the drainage port 5 into the drain container 6. Further, the water droplets received by the back side water receiving portion 4 a flow to the fixed bottom surface portion 41 b, flow forward to the fixed bottom surface portion 41 b, reach the drainage port 5, and drip from the drainage port 5 to the drain container 6. As described above, the water droplets received by the water receiving portion 4 are transferred to the drain container 6 through the drainage port 5, which is a gap provided in the divided portion between the fixed bottom surface portion 41b and the detachable bottom surface portion 42b in the bottom surface side water receiving portion 4b. Led.
As a result, it is possible to suppress the deposition of dirt on the divided portions of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b and the detachable bottom surface portion 42b in the bottom surface side water receiving portion 4b. That is, by providing a gap in the division between the fixed bottom surface portion 41b and the mounting / dismounting bottom surface portion 42b to form the drainage port 5, dirt on the division portion flows out with water droplets, so that deposition of dirt on the division portion can be suppressed. . In addition, since the fixed bottom surface portion 41b and the removable bottom surface portion 42b are not directly fixed, and the fixed bottom surface portion 41b and the removable bottom surface portion 42b are not fixed by the fitting structure, the bottom surface side water receiving portion 4b Shape is simplified and cleanability is improved.
Further, in the process in which the water droplets received by the water receiving unit 4 flow to the drain container 6, the dirt is easily accumulated in the bottom side water receiving unit 4b. The bottom side water receiving part 4b is exposed mainly to the user's eyes, and when the frequency of cleaning is low, the appearance is impaired.
Here, the mounting and demounting surface portion 42 b is not configured to be mounted to and detached from the casing 1, and as described above, may be configured to be mounted and detached separately from the drain container 6. As a result, the mounting and demounting surface portion 42b can be easily removed alone without using a tool. Therefore, the hand drying apparatus 100 can easily remove the removable bottom portion 42b which is prone to accumulation of dirt and must be cleaned frequently, and therefore the sanitation and cleanliness of the water receiving portion 4 can be maintained. Also, the cleanability and maintainability of the water receiving portion 4 is improved. In addition, the same effect can be acquired even if it is a nail | claw structure other than fitting structure about the fixing method of the attachment / detachment bottom face part 42b with respect to the drain container 6. FIG.
Further, by removing the drain container 6 from the casing 1, the fixed bottom surface portion 41 b can be easily cleaned. Therefore, when the hand is dried, the water droplets spattered adhere to the fixed bottom surface portion 41b, and while the use is continued, dirt gradually adheres, but the fixed bottom surface portion 41b can be easily cleaned.
Further, the mounting / dismounting bottom surface portion 42 b is supported by the drain container 6 and is not fixed to the fixed bottom surface portion 41 b. And the drain container 6 is directly supported by the casing 1 as mentioned above. Thereby, even if the weight of the water accumulated in the drain container 6 becomes heavy when the drain container 6 is full of water, no direct force is applied to the mounting / dismounting bottom surface portion 42b and the fixed bottom surface portion 41b. Can be simplified, and the cleanability of the water receiver 4 can be improved.
In addition, the detachable bottom surface 42b and the fixed bottom surface 41b can be configured in a simple shape with less unevenness by having a structure in which the detachable bottom surface 42b is not engaged with the fixed bottom surface 41b, so the bottom side water receiver Cleaning of 4b becomes easy.
In addition, the hand dryer 100 is configured to be locked to the drain container 6 without locking the mounting / dismounting bottom portion 42 b where dirt is likely to be accumulated to the casing 1. Then, a fitting structure 11 for fitting and locking the detachable bottom surface portion 42b to the drain container 6 is provided at the lower part of the outer peripheral edge portion of the detachable bottom surface portion 42b. That is, in the hand dryer 100, the fitting structure 11 faces the exterior surface of the hand dryer 100. With this configuration, in the hand dryer 100, the drop of water drops from the fitting structure 11 which is the seam of the parts in which the dirt gradually comes along by continuing the use, that is, the seam between the detachable bottom surface 42b and the drain container 6. It can be arranged outside the area facing the direct blowing hand insertion part 3. Therefore, since the water received by bottom side water receiving part 4b does not reach fitting structure part 11, hand dryer 100 can control that dirt accumulates on fitting structure part 11, and cleaning frequency is low. , It becomes possible to maintain the beauty around the bottom side water receiving part 4b.
In addition, the fitting structure 11 for locking the detachable bottom surface 42b to which dirt gradually adheres by continuing to be used by the detachable bottom surface 42b disposed above the drain container 6 is viewed from above the user. It can cover up the eyes. This makes it possible to reduce the unpleasant feeling that the user does not want to insert a hand into the hand insertion portion 3 due to the appearance of the periphery of the bottom side water receiving portion 4b.
Moreover, the water receiving part 4 is comprised by two components of the back surface side water receiving part 4a and the bottom surface side water receiving part 4b, and the division part is made into one place. In general, the divisions of parts are prone to dirt accumulation. However, since the water receiving portion 4 has only one divided portion, it is possible to minimize the deposition position of the dirt.
Moreover, the waterproof wall 44 by the standup of the curved surface structure which protruded in the front or upper direction is provided in the left-right direction of the water receiving part 4, and the front edge part. And the fitting structure of the drain container 6 and the casing 1 is provided in the lower part of the waterproof wall 44. For this reason, the water droplets received by the waterproof wall 44 promptly flow to the detachable bottom surface portion 42 b or the fixed bottom surface portion 41 b and are led to the drain container 6 through the drainage port 5. As a result, it is difficult for the water droplets received by the waterproof wall 44 to reach the fitting structure of the drain container 6 and the casing 1, and it is possible to suppress the accumulation of dirt on the fitting structure.
As described above, the hand dryer 100 according to the first embodiment has the upper surface of the drain container rear protrusion 77 in contact with the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b while the drain container 6 is attached to the casing 1. The drain container 6 is fixed to the lower surface of the fixed bottom surface portion 41b. As a result, the drain container 6 attached to the casing 1 is in a state of no rattling, is not rattling even if a load is applied to the lower side, and it is possible to wipe and clean it unreasonably.
Therefore, the hand dryer 100 can improve the reliability of the connection with the casing 1 of the drain container 6 which can be attached or detached to the casing 1.
The configuration shown in the above embodiment shows an example of the contents of the present invention, and can be combined with another known technique, and one of the configurations is possible within the scope of the present invention.
