目前市场上最常见的防伪方法是二维码防伪方法,具有以下缺陷:现有二维码防伪方法,其中可以无限次的反复查询商品上印制的二维码,为了避免造假者在假冒商品上印制相同的二维码,现有的二维码标签采用加盖涂层、纤维等介质油墨、特殊光栅等特殊材料或工艺制作的防伪技术,这使得二维码防伪的成本攀升,这种加大了防造假难度和成本,而且依然存在着造假的可能,并且消费者无法取得高效的手段判断,从而使得依靠人工参与比对,可靠性差,费时费力,无法推广。由此可见,现有的物理防伪方法的防伪效果还有待提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。本实施例以本发明技术方案为前提进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种基于天然生物信息的商品防伪验证系统,该系统包括:防伪信息生成模块1,用于生成与商品对应的唯一防伪信息;防伪数据库2,用于存储防伪信息生成模块1生成的唯一防伪信息;防伪信息验证模块3,用于基于防伪数据库2存储的唯一防伪信息,对商品进行防伪验证;其中防伪信息生成模块1包括:身份信息生成器11,用于随机生成与商品对应的唯一身份信息;天然生物信息生成组件12,用于生成与商品对应的天然生物信息;信息绑定器13,用于将身份信息生成器11生成的唯一身份信息与天然信息生物信息生成组件生成的天然生物信息进行绑定和封装。
其中,天然生物信息生成组件12包括:天然生物信息采集器32,用于在商品本身的纹理具有唯一特征时,对商品本身具有唯一特征的部位进行图像采集;天然生物信息添加器,用于在商品本身的纹理不具有唯一特征时,对商品进行天然生物信息的添加。天然生物信息的添加具体为:将具有唯一特征的天然生物信息通过防伪油墨添加至商品上。具有唯一特征的天然生物信息包括指纹。防伪信息验证模块3包括:身份信息识别器31,用于识别商品的身份信息,确定商品身份;天然生物信息采集器32,用于对商品的天然生物信息进行图像采集;防伪信息验证器33,用于根据身份信息识别器31确定的商品身份核天 然生物信息采集器32采集的图像对商品进行防伪验证。天然生物采集器进行图像采集时,需要控制集成光源的角度和温变条件在规定范围内。防伪信息验证模块3还包括验证结果显示组件,用于显示商品的防伪验证结果。验证结果显示组件包括显示屏和无线通信器,无线通信器与用户的智能电子设备连接。唯一身份信息包括一维码、二维码、三维码、序列号或RFID标签。
基于上述系统,实现防伪的具体过程如图2所示,首先身份信息生成模块随机生成一个唯一的ID号码,与具体商品绑定,获取具有该ID号码的商品特定区域的材质表面原始图像信息,并将该ID号码和对应的原始图像信息存储在验证服务器的防伪数据库2中;在收到退换货后将再次获取的具有该唯一ID号码的商品特定区域的材质表面图像信息,与该ID号码组成防伪验证请求发送给防伪信息验证器33;防伪信息验证器33搜索防伪验证请求中的ID号码,并将防伪验证请求中的图像信息与防伪数据库2中该ID号码对应的原始图像信息进行纹理比对验证,并将验证结果进行显示。
消费者或商家验证时,产品生物天然纹理特征图像采集后进入验证系统,系统比对发货时预留采集的该身份物品生物天然纹理特征图像信息,比对得出的残差值与预设值,系统自动判断是否为系统记录的同一产品,并将数据结果提供给验证查询的终端客户或商家。生物特征识别是基于生物天然纹理特征图像采集技术、图像预处理技术和图像对比技术,利用运算数学函数匹配判断的一种国际先进的识别技术,常见用于面部识别、指纹识别等考勤运用。
通过品牌商品自带的生物天然纹理特征,如皮质的特殊纹理或固定区域花色随机性,或在品牌商品上添加的防伪油墨配合下的特殊生物天然纹理特征标识,只有通过特殊光源或温度变化处理才会显现的特殊印迹图。
通过品牌商品自带的生物天然纹理特征获取商品真伪信息:系统根据提供的商品身份码,提示将该商品特定区域的生物天然纹理特征如皮质的特殊纹理、固定区域花色随机性特征;或在品牌商品上添加的防伪油墨配合下的特殊生物天然纹理特征标识,配合与系统相匹配的特殊光源或温度变化处理才会显现的特殊印迹图拍照采集下来,上传后自动获取系统匹配相关数据运行算法后获取智能鉴真信息。
品牌商家商品发货前做生物天然纹理特征图像采集处理,即使用真货的配 套包装、吊牌等,运用智能鉴真管理系统,针对系统记录的该身份ID的商品特定区域再次进行生物天然纹理特征采集图像、系统通过算法,匹配相关数据运行计算,系统自动作出判断,作为品牌防伪鉴真管理的有效手段。由于特定区域生物天然纹理特征的唯一性与不可复制性,可以有效遏制假货带来的对品牌厂家和消费者利益的伤害,规范消费环境,保护消费者利益和品牌美誉度,营造良性的消费环境。
具体以7天无理由退货时以假退真为例,首先发货时在仓库内进行生物天然纹理特征采集与存储,如果是商品自带纹理特征的,选定以特定坐标为中心的区域,将该商品唯一ID与采集到的生物天然纹理图案绑定存储到数据库系统中,商品本身无明显生物特征纹理的,采用商家特殊图案随机纹理或指纹,利用防伪油墨在指定区域作标记,并利用集成光源控制与温控生物天然纹理特征图像装置,采集指定区域图像作为数据库比对生物天然纹理特征图像的基础图像;同时以吊牌铭牌身份ID编号命名,将该商品唯一ID与采集到的生物天然纹理图像绑定存储到数据库系统中;在仓库收到退货时,如果商品自带纹理特征的,选定以特定坐标为中心的区域,商品本身无明显纹理特征的,通过商品唯一ID,在数据库中找基础图像对应的图像区域,利用集成光源控制与温控生物天然纹理特征图像装置,在该区域显现标记的随机图案或指纹纹理。继而进行图像处理、对比,系统判断匹配,首先通过程序加载位图图像,转化为矢量图,接着匹配生物特征及图案的纹理,进行相似比对。根据图像处理技术,按算法匹配相似度,根据相似匹配值系统判断是否匹配为同一商品。
以上述方案为例,若每年品牌由于店铺或电商网站,消费者购物后,恶意以假代真,对品牌商品进行恶意退货,品牌在使用品牌商品生物天然纹理特征鉴真系统运行后,每年原来存在每单品商品收入100个假货的,以单个品牌商品价值为¥5,000元/件,则一年即将损失¥500,000元;一般每个品牌商品的单品种类从上百到几千不等,则直接经济损失每个品牌损失将达到500万~亿元/年,通过上述方案,可以基本避免这些损失。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于天然生物信息的商品防伪验证系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    防伪信息生成模块,用于生成与商品对应的唯一防伪信息;
    防伪数据库,用于存储防伪信息生成模块生成的唯一防伪信息;
    防伪信息验证模块,用于基于防伪数据库存储的唯一防伪信息,对商品进行防伪验证;
    所述防伪信息生成模块包括:
    身份信息生成器,用于随机生成与商品对应的唯一身份信息;
    天然生物信息生成组件,用于生成与商品对应的天然生物信息;
    信息绑定器,用于将身份信息生成器生成的唯一身份信息与天然信息生物信息生成组件生成的天然生物信息进行绑定和封装。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于天然生物信息的商品防伪验证系统,其特征在于,所述天然生物信息生成组件包括:
    天然生物信息采集器,用于在商品本身的纹理具有唯一特征时,对商品本身具有唯一特征的部位进行图像采集;
    天然生物信息添加器,用于在商品本身的纹理不具有唯一特征时,对商品进行天然生物信息的添加。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的基于天然生物信息的商品防伪验证系统,其特征在于,所述天然生物信息的添加具体为:将具有唯一特征的天然生物信息通过防伪油墨添加至商品上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的基于天然生物信息的商品防伪验证系统,其特征在于,所述具有唯一特征的天然生物信息包括指纹。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的基于天然生物信息的商品防伪验证系统,其特征在于,所述防伪信息验证模块包括:
    身份信息识别器,用于识别商品的身份信息,确定商品身份;
    天然生物信息采集器,用于对商品的天然生物信息进行图像采集;
    防伪信息验证器,用于根据身份信息识别器确定的商品身份核天然生物信 息采集器采集的图像对商品进行防伪验证。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的基于天然生物信息的商品防伪验证系统,其特征在于,所述防伪验证过程具体为:
    s1)将商品的身份信息与防伪数据库内的内容进行比对,判断该商品是否存在,若是则进入步骤s2),若否则表明该商品为伪造商品;
    s2)读取防伪数据库中与商品的身份信息对应的天然生物信息,并与采集的图像进行图像信息匹配;
    s3)判断匹配结果是否达到规定阈值,若是则表明该商品为真实商品,若否则表明该商品为伪造商品。
  7. 根据权利要求2或5所述的基于天然生物信息的商品防伪验证系统,其特征在于,所述天然生物采集器进行图像采集时,需要控制集成光源的角度和温变条件在规定范围内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的基于天然生物信息的商品防伪验证系统,其特征在于,所述防伪信息验证模块还包括验证结果显示组件,用于显示商品的防伪验证结果。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的基于天然生物信息的商品防伪验证系统,其特征在于,所述验证结果显示组件包括显示屏和无线通信器,所述无线通信器与用户的智能电子设备连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的基于天然生物信息的商品防伪验证系统,其特征在于,所述唯一身份信息包括一维码、二维码、三维码、序列号或RFID标签。
