Claims (10)
- 一种信息交互系统,其特征在于,应用于提供信息交互平台的服务端,所述系统包括:预约模块,配置成接收用户在所述信息交互平台发起的第一预约请求,并获取所述用户在当前时刻之前的预设时间段内发布的状态信息作为目标状态信息;第一咨询师提供模块,配置成获取与所述目标状态信息关联的选项标签,查找与所述选项标签匹配的至少一个心理咨询师的信息并发送给所述用户;咨询师选取模块,配置成接收所述用户在所述信息交互平台发起的第二预约请求,根据所述第二预约请求确定所述用户在所述至少一个心理咨询师中选择的目标咨询师,并根据所述第二预约请求生成咨询预约订单;咨询订单发送模块,配置成将所述咨询预约订单发送给所述目标咨询师,并将所述目标咨询师针对所述咨询预约订单反馈的订单确认信息发送给所述用户。
- 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:状态接收模块,配置成接收用户在所述信息交互平台发布的状态信息,并提取所述状态信息中的标识信息;状态发布模块,配置成查找与所述标识信息对应的选项标签,将所述状态信息与所述选项标签关联并在所述信息交互平台发布所述状态信息。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:话题建立模块,配置成接收用户在所述信息交互平台发起的讨论话题,建立与所述讨论话题关联的社交群;话题发布模块,配置成获取所述讨论话题中的标识信息,查找与所述标识信息对应的选项标签,将所述讨论话题与所述选项标签关联并在所述信息交互平台发布所述讨论话题。
- 根据权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:话题加入模块,配置成响应其他用户对所述讨论话题发起的添加请求,将所述其他用户添加至所述社交群中。
- 根据权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:第二咨询师提供模块,配置成在接收到用户在所述信息交互平台发起的第一预约请求之后,获取与所述用户当前所在社交群的讨论话题相对应的选项标签,查找与所述选项标签对应的至少一个心理咨询师的信息并发送给所述用户。
- 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:广告展示模块,配置成在所述信息交互平台展示广告信息,所述广告信息中嵌入有商品购买链接;分享模块,配置成响应用户对所述广告信息的分享操作,将所述广告信息分享至指定的信息发布平台;奖励发放模块,配置成根据所述信息发布平台的用户在所述商品购买链接对应的购买页面上的购买行为,向分享所述广告信息的用户发放相应奖励。
- 一种信息交互方法,其特征在于,应用于提供信息交互平台的服务端,所述方法包括:接收用户在所述信息交互平台发起的第一预约请求,并获取所述用户在当前时刻之前的预设时间段内发布的状态信息作为目标状态信息;获取与所述目标状态信息关联的选项标签,查找与所述选项标签匹配的至少一个心理咨询师的信息并发送给所述用户;接收所述用户在所述信息交互平台发起的第二预约请求,根据所述第二预约请求确定所述用户在所述至少一个心理咨询师中选择的目标咨询师,并根据所述第二预约请求生成咨询预约订单;将所述咨询预约订单发送给所述目标咨询师,并将所述目标咨询师针对所述咨询预约订单反馈的订单确认信息发送给所述用户。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:接收用户在所述信息交互平台发布的状态信息,并提取所述状态信息中的标识信息;查找与所述标识信息对应的选项标签,将所述状态信息与所述选项标签关联并在所述信息交互平台发布所述状态信息。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:接收用户在所述信息交互平台发起的讨论话题,建立与所述讨论话题关联的社交群;获取所述讨论话题中的标识信息,查找与所述标识信息对应的选项标签,将所述讨论话题与所述选项标签关联并在所述信息交互平台发布所述讨论话题。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:响应其他用户对所述讨论话题发起的添加请求,将所述其他用户添加至所述社交群中。
