本申请涉及信息技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种信息交互系统及方法。
背景技术
目前的信息交互平台(如QQ、微信等)通常只能供用户进行即时的信息交互或是向平台上的好友展示状态信息,功能单一,无法满足用户的需求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请的目的在于提供一种信息交互系统及方法,以改善上述问题。
为了达到上述目的,本申请实施例提供一种信息交互系统,应用于提供信息交互平台的服务端,所述系统包括:
预约模块,配置成接收用户在所述信息交互平台发起的第一预约请求,并获取所述用户在当前时刻之前的预设时间段内发布的状态信息作为目标状态信息;
第一咨询师提供模块,配置成获取与所述目标状态信息关联的选项标签,查找与所述选项标签匹配的至少一个心理咨询师的信息并发送给所述用户;
咨询师选取模块,配置成接收所述用户在所述信息交互平台发起的第二预约请求,根据所述第二预约请求确定所述用户在所述至少一个心理咨询师中选择的目标咨询师,并根据所述第二预约请求生成咨询预约订单;
咨询订单发送模块,配置成将所述咨询预约订单发送给所述目标咨询师,并将所述目标咨询师针对所述咨询预约订单反馈的订单确认信息发送给所述用户。
可选地,在上述系统中,所述系统还包括:
状态接收模块,配置成接收用户在所述信息交互平台发布的状态信息,并提取所述状态信息中的标识信息;
状态发布模块,配置成查找与所述标识信息对应的选项标签,将所述状态信息与所述选项标签关联并在所述信息交互平台发布所述状态信息。
可选地,在上述系统中,所述系统还包括:
话题建立模块,配置成接收用户在所述信息交互平台发起的讨论话题,建立与所述 讨论话题关联的社交群;

本申请实施例还提供一种信息交互方法,应用于提供信息交互平台的服务端,所述方法包括:
接收用户在所述信息交互平台发起的第一预约请求,并获取所述用户在当前时刻之前的预设时间段内发布的状态信息作为目标状态信息;
获取与所述目标状态信息关联的选项标签,查找与所述选项标签匹配的至少一个心理咨询师的信息并发送给所述用户;
接收所述用户在所述信息交互平台发起的第二预约请求,根据所述第二预约请求确定所述用户在所述至少一个心理咨询师中选择的目标咨询师,并根据所述第二预约请求生成咨询预约订单;
将所述咨询预约订单发送给所述目标咨询师,并将所述目标咨询师针对所述咨询预约订单反馈的订单确认信息发送给所述用户。
可选地,在上述方法中,接收用户在所述信息交互平台发布的状态信息,并提取所述状态信息中的标识信息;
查找与所述标识信息对应的选项标签,将所述状态信息与所述选项标签关联并在所述信息交互平台发布所述状态信息。
可选地,在上述方法中,所述方法还包括:
接收用户在所述信息交互平台发起的讨论话题,建立与所述讨论话题关联的社交群;
获取所述讨论话题中的标识信息,查找与所述标识信息对应的选项标签,将所述讨论话题与所述选项标签关联并在所述信息交互平台发布所述讨论话题。

本申请实施例提供的信息交互系统及方法,在接收到用户的预约请求时,服务端可根据用户在信息交互平台发布的状态信息所关联的选项标签,智能地为用户推荐相应的心理咨询师,能够更好地满足用户的需求。

如图1所示,是本申请实施例提供的一种服务端100与用户终端200的交互示意图。所述服务端100可通过网络300与用户终端200通信,以实现数据交互。服务端100提供有可供用户终端200下载并安装的信息交互平台400,用户可通过所述信息交互平台400获取服务端100提供的服务。
在本申请实施例中,用户终端200优选为移动终端设备,例如,智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、膝上型便携计算机、车载电脑或/和穿戴式移动终端等。所述信息交互平台400是可以安装并运行在用户终端200中的应用程序(application,APP)。
如图2所示,是本申请实施例提供的一种服务端100的方框示意图。所述服务端100提供有可供用户终端200下载并安装的信息交互平台400。所述服务端100包括信息交互系统500、存储器110、处理器120以及通信单元130。
所述存储器110、处理器120以及通信单元130各元件之间直接或间接地电性连接,以实现数据的传输或交互。所述信息交互系统500包括至少一个可以软件或固件(firmware)的形式存储在所述存储器110中或固化在所述服务端100的操作系统(operating system,OS)中的软件模块。处理器120执行存储在所述存储器110中的可执行模块,例如所述信息交互系统500所包括的软件功能模块及计算机程序等。处理器120可以在接收到执行指令后,执行所述计算机程序。所述通信单元130配置成建立所述服务端100与外部设备(如,用户终端200)之间的通信连接。
其中,所述信息交互系统500可以是所述信息交互平台400的子程序,也可以是独立于所述信息交互平台400的程序,本实施例对此不做限制。
所述存储器110可以是,但不限于,随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM),只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM),可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read-Only Memory,PROM),可擦除只读存储器(Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EPROM),电可擦除只读存储器(Electric Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)等。
所述处理器120可以是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号处理能力。处理器120也可以是通用处理器,例如,中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、网络处理器(Network Processing,NP)等;还可以是数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、分立门或晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。其中,通用处理器可以是微处理器或任何常规的处理器。
应当理解,图2所示的结构仅为示意,服务端100可以具有比图1更少或更多的组件,或是具有与图1所示不同的配置。此外,图2所示的各组件可以通过软件、硬件或其组合实现。
在本实施例中,用户终端200所包括的组件以及各组件之间的连接关系与所述服务端100类似,在此不再赘述。
为详细说明本申请实施例的实现方案,请参阅图3。图3是本申请实施例提供的一种信息交互系统500的功能模块示意图,所述信息交互系统500应用于图2所示的服务端100。所述信息交互系统500包括预约模块510、第一咨询师提供模块520、咨询师选取模块530以及咨询订单发送模块540。
所述预约模块510配置成接收用户在所述信息交互平台400发起的第一预约请求,并获取所述用户在当前时刻之前的预设时间段内发布的状态信息作为目标状态信息。
可选地,在本实施例中,所述信息交互系统500还可以包括状态接收模块550和状态发布模块560。
其中,所述状态接收模块550配置成接收用户在所述信息交互平台400发布的状态信息,并提取所述状态信息中的标识信息。
在本实施例中,所述状态信息可以是用户在所述信息交互平台400发布的心情状态等,通常设置为好友可见。所述标识信息可以是所述状态信息中包括的关键字,例如,开心、伤心等表示情绪的词汇以及生病等描述状态的词汇。
所述状态发布模块560配置成查找与所述标识信息对应的选项标签,将所述状态信 息与所述选项标签关联并在所述信息交互平台400发布所述状态信息。
实施时,服务端100可以计算提取出的标识信息与预存的选项标签的相似度,并选取与所述标识信息相似度最大的选项标签作为与所述标识信息对应的选项标签。再建立选取的选项标签与所述标识信息所在状态信息之间的关联关系,以表示用户发布的所述状态信息属于所述选项标签所代表的类别。
可选地,在所述信息交互平台400提供的输入所述状态信息的位置或是展示所述状态信息的位置,可以设置有预约触发按键。当用户点击该预约触发按键时,可以触发所述用户的信息交互平台400向所述服务端100发送所述第一预约请求,用以告诉服务端100所述用户有预约心理咨询师的需求。
当服务端100接收到所述第一预约请求时,获取发起所述第一预约请求的用户在当前时刻之前的预设时间段内发布的状态信息作为目标状态信息。其中,所述预设时间段可以根据实际情况进行灵活设定,例如,可以为一个周或半个月。
所述第一咨询师提供模块520配置成获取与所述目标状态信息关联的选项标签,查找与所述选项标签匹配的至少一个心理咨询师的信息并发送给所述用户。
在本实施例中,在所述信息交互平台400进行认证的心理咨询师可以设定各自的服务标签,所述服务标签的内容可以与所述选项标签相对对应。因而,当服务端100获取到与所述目标状态信息关联的选项标签后,可以查找与所述选项标签对应的服务标签,并将具有该服务标签的至少一个心理咨询师的信息发送给所述用户。
其中,心理咨询师的信息可以包括该心理咨询师的履历简介、服务客户类型、所擅长的领域、地址信息或收费价格等。
在本实施例中,查找到的目标状态信息可以有一个、两个或多个。可选地,当查找到的目标状态信息的数量为多个时,可以分别获取与各目标状态信息关联的选项标签。
所述咨询师选取模块530配置成接收所述用户在所述信息交互平台400发起的第二预约请求,根据所述第二预约请求确定所述用户在所述至少一个心理咨询师中选择的目标咨询师,并根据所述第二预约请求生成咨询预约订单。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,所述第一预约请求是用于向服务端100请求推荐心理咨询师的信息,所述第二预约请求是用于告知服务端100用户选择的目标咨询师以及发起预约。
实施时,所述用户所在的信息交互平台400对服务端100发送的所述至少一个心理咨询师的信息进行展示。当所述用户选中所述至少一个心理咨询师的信息中的一个作为目标咨询师时,所述用户所在的信息交互平台400可以提供一预约信息填写表供用户填 写。当用户填写完成并提交时,该信息交互平台400可以根据所述用户选择的目标咨询师以及所述用户填写的预约信息填写表,生成所述第二预约请求并发送给所述服务端100。
所述咨询订单发送模块540配置成将所述咨询预约订单发送给所述目标咨询师,并将所述目标咨询师针对所述咨询预约订单反馈的订单确认信息发送给所述用户。
在本实施例中,所述服务端100在确定目标咨询师后,将生成的咨询预约订单发送给所述目标咨询师,以便所述目标咨询师为所述用户预约咨询时间,并在确定所述用户的咨询时间后生成包括所述咨询时间的订单确认信息。所述目标咨询师可以通过所述信息交互平台400将所述订单确认信息反馈给所述服务端100,所述服务端100在接收到所述订单确认信息后发送给所述用户。
可选地,在本实施例中,所述信息交互系统500还可以包括聊天模块,所述聊天模块配置成接收用户在所述信息交互平台400输入的消息,并将所述消息发送至所述信息交互平台400中指定的通信地址。也即,所述信息交互系统500具有即时沟通的功能。其中,所述消息可以是文字消息、语音消息或视频消息,本实施例对此不做限制。
进一步地,当用户接收到所述至少一个心理咨询师的信息时,可以直接在所述信息交互平台400联系自己感兴趣的心理咨询师,以进行相应的沟通。
可选地,所述聊天模块中可以包括删除设定子模块。所述删除设定子模块配置成在所述聊天模块中展示的消息的状态由未读变为已读时,将该消息删除。如此,可以保护用户的隐私。
可选地,如图4所示,所述信息交互系统500还可以包括话题建立模块570以及话题发布模块580。
其中,所述话题建立模块570配置成接收用户在所述信息交互平台400发起的讨论话题,建立与所述讨论话题关联的社交群。
所述话题发布模块580,配置成获取所述讨论话题中的标识信息,查找与所述标识信息对应的选项标签,将所述讨论话题与所述选项标签关联并在所述信息交互平台400发布所述讨论话题。
在本实施例中,所述讨论话题中的标识信息与所述状态信息中的标识信息是同一种信息,均用于表征用户的心情或状态。
可选地,所述信息交互系统500还可以包括话题加入模块590。
所述话题加入模块590配置成响应其他用户对所述讨论话题发起的添加请求,将所述其他用户添加至所述社交群中。
可选地,发布在所述信息交互平台400的讨论话题中可嵌入有该讨论话题的社交群的地址链接。当用户点击所述讨论话题时,所述信息交互平台400可以提供“关注该话题”的标签,若有用户选中该标签,则将选中该标签的用户添加至所述讨论话题的社交群中。
经发明人研究发现,用户关注的讨论话题在一定程度上能够反映了该用户当前的心理状态。例如,当某个用户在一段时间内都关注类似“生病了该怎么办”、“XX疾病对人体的伤害”(“XX”表示疾病名称)等讨论话题时,表明该用户可能近期受疾病困扰。又如,当某个用户在一段时间内都关注“工作压力大”、“如何解压”等讨论话题时,表明该用户可能压力大、精神紧张。
因而,在为用户推荐心理咨询师时,还可进一步参考该用户在近段时间内关注的讨论话题进行推荐。
详细地,所述信息交互系统500还可以包括第二咨询师提供模块5100。
所述第二咨询师提供模块5100配置成在接收到用户在所述信息交互平台400发起的第一预约请求之后,获取与所述用户当前所在社交群的讨论话题相对应的选项标签,查找与所述选项标签对应的至少一个心理咨询师的信息并发送给所述用户。
如此,可以使推荐给用户的心理咨询师更加符合用户的需求,改善用户体验度。
可选地,如图5所示,所述信息交互系统500还可以包括广告展示模块5110、分享模块5120以及奖励发放模块5130。
其中,所述广告展示模块5110配置成在所述信息交互平台400展示广告信息,所述广告信息中嵌入有商品购买链接。
在本实施例中,广告信息中嵌入的商品购买链接通常是该广告信息所展示的商品的购买链接。当用户点击该广告信息时,即可跳转至所述购买链接对应的购买页面。
所述分享模块5120配置成响应用户对所述广告信息的分享操作,将所述广告信息分享至指定的信息发布平台。
在本实施例中,所述信息发布平台可以是QQ、微信、新浪微博等社交平台,本实施例中对此不做限制。当信息交互平台400的广告信息被分享至信息发布平台后,会有更多的用户看到,进而增加产生购买行为的几率。
所述奖励发放模块5130配置成根据所述信息发布平台的用户在所述商品购买页的购买行为,向分享所述广告信息的用户发放相应奖励。
在本实施例中,若某一用户将一广告信息分享到某信息发布平台后,该信息发布平台的用户通过该广告信息中的购买链接进入到相应的购买页面,并在该购买页面上产生 了购买行为,则所述服务端100可以根据该购买行为对分享该广告信息的用户给予一定奖励。
可选地,服务端100中可以记录有与各广告信息对应的提成比例。实施时,可以从该购买行为所花费的金额中提取相应提成比例的金额作为奖励发放给分享该广告信息的用户。
如此,可以促使更多的用户将所述信息交互平台400中的广告信息分享出去,继而产生更多的购买行为。
可选地,为了吸引更多的用户查看广告信息,可以在广告信息中嵌入电子红包。其中,所述电子红包由发布该广告信息的用户提供。
可选地,所述信息交互系统500还可以包括阅读模块。
所述阅读模块配置成根据用户输入的搜索关键词搜索相应的目标书籍进行展示,以供用户阅读。其中,当用户搜索的目标书籍为小说时,可以角色对话的形式展示所述小说。
如图6所示,是本申请实施例提供是一种信息交互方法的流程示意图,所述信息交互方法应用于图2所示的服务端100。下面结合图6对所述信息交互方法的具体流程进行详细阐述。
步骤S110,接收用户在所述信息交互平台400发起的第一预约请求,并获取所述用户在当前时刻之前的预设时间段内发布的状态信息作为目标状态信息。
在本实施例中,步骤S110可以由图3所示的预约模块510执行。
步骤S120,获取与所述目标状态信息关联的选项标签,查找与所述选项标签匹配的至少一个心理咨询师的信息并发送给所述用户。
在本实施例中,步骤S120可以由图3所示的第一咨询师模块执行。
步骤S130,接收所述用户在所述信息交互平台400发起的第二预约请求,根据所述第二预约请求确定所述用户在所述至少一个心理咨询师中选择的目标咨询师,并根据所述第二预约请求生成咨询预约订单。
在本实施例中,步骤S130可以由图3所示的咨询师选取模块530执行。
步骤S140,将所述咨询预约订单发送给所述目标咨询师,并将所述目标咨询师针对所述咨询预约订单反馈的订单确认信息发送给所述用户。
在本实施例中,步骤S140可以由图3所示的咨询订单发送模块540执行。
可选地,如图7所示,在本实施例中,所述信息交互方法还可以包括步骤S150以及步骤S160两个步骤。
步骤S150,接收用户在所述信息交互平台400发布的状态信息,并提取所述状态信息中的标识信息。在本实施例中,步骤S150可以由图3所示的状态接收模块550执行。
步骤S160,查找与所述标识信息对应的选项标签,将所述状态信息与所述选项标签关联并在所述信息交互平台400发布所述状态信息。在本实施例中,步骤S160可以由图3所示的状态发布模块560执行。

可选地,在本实施例中,所述信息交互方法还可以包括如下步骤:
首先,在所述信息交互平台400展示广告信息,所述广告信息中嵌入有商品购买链接。此步骤可以由图5所示的广告展示模块5110执行。
然后,响应用户对所述广告信息的分享操作,将所述广告信息分享至指定的信息发布平台。此步骤可以由图5所示的分享模块5120执行。
最后,根据所述信息发布平台的用户在所述商品购买链接对应的购买页面上的购买行为,向分享所述广告信息的用户发放相应奖励。此步骤可以由图5所示的奖励发放模块5130执行。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的信息交互系统500及方法,在接收到用户的预约请 求时,服务端100可根据用户在信息交互平台400发布的状态信息所关联的选项标签,智能地为用户推荐相应的心理咨询师,能够更好地满足用户的需求。
进一步地,根据用户在信息交互平台400加入的讨论话题为用户推荐相应的心理咨询师,可以更加准确地满足用户需求。

所述功能如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种信息交互系统,其特征在于,应用于提供信息交互平台的服务端,所述系统包括:
    预约模块,配置成接收用户在所述信息交互平台发起的第一预约请求,并获取所述用户在当前时刻之前的预设时间段内发布的状态信息作为目标状态信息;
    第一咨询师提供模块,配置成获取与所述目标状态信息关联的选项标签,查找与所述选项标签匹配的至少一个心理咨询师的信息并发送给所述用户;
    咨询师选取模块,配置成接收所述用户在所述信息交互平台发起的第二预约请求,根据所述第二预约请求确定所述用户在所述至少一个心理咨询师中选择的目标咨询师,并根据所述第二预约请求生成咨询预约订单;
    咨询订单发送模块,配置成将所述咨询预约订单发送给所述目标咨询师,并将所述目标咨询师针对所述咨询预约订单反馈的订单确认信息发送给所述用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    状态接收模块,配置成接收用户在所述信息交互平台发布的状态信息,并提取所述状态信息中的标识信息;
    状态发布模块,配置成查找与所述标识信息对应的选项标签,将所述状态信息与所述选项标签关联并在所述信息交互平台发布所述状态信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    话题建立模块,配置成接收用户在所述信息交互平台发起的讨论话题,建立与所述讨论话题关联的社交群;
    话题发布模块,配置成获取所述讨论话题中的标识信息,查找与所述标识信息对应的选项标签,将所述讨论话题与所述选项标签关联并在所述信息交互平台发布所述讨论话题。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    话题加入模块,配置成响应其他用户对所述讨论话题发起的添加请求,将所述其他用户添加至所述社交群中。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    第二咨询师提供模块,配置成在接收到用户在所述信息交互平台发起的第一预约请求之后,获取与所述用户当前所在社交群的讨论话题相对应的选项标签,查找与所述选项标签对应的至少一个心理咨询师的信息并发送给所述用户。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    广告展示模块,配置成在所述信息交互平台展示广告信息,所述广告信息中嵌入有商品购买链接;
    分享模块,配置成响应用户对所述广告信息的分享操作,将所述广告信息分享至指定的信息发布平台;
    奖励发放模块,配置成根据所述信息发布平台的用户在所述商品购买链接对应的购买页面上的购买行为,向分享所述广告信息的用户发放相应奖励。
  7. 一种信息交互方法,其特征在于,应用于提供信息交互平台的服务端,所述方法包括:
    接收用户在所述信息交互平台发起的第一预约请求,并获取所述用户在当前时刻之前的预设时间段内发布的状态信息作为目标状态信息;
    获取与所述目标状态信息关联的选项标签,查找与所述选项标签匹配的至少一个心理咨询师的信息并发送给所述用户;
    接收所述用户在所述信息交互平台发起的第二预约请求,根据所述第二预约请求确定所述用户在所述至少一个心理咨询师中选择的目标咨询师,并根据所述第二预约请求生成咨询预约订单;
    将所述咨询预约订单发送给所述目标咨询师,并将所述目标咨询师针对所述咨询预约订单反馈的订单确认信息发送给所述用户。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收用户在所述信息交互平台发布的状态信息,并提取所述状态信息中的标识信息;
    查找与所述标识信息对应的选项标签,将所述状态信息与所述选项标签关联并在所述信息交互平台发布所述状态信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收用户在所述信息交互平台发起的讨论话题,建立与所述讨论话题关联的社交群;
    获取所述讨论话题中的标识信息,查找与所述标识信息对应的选项标签,将所述讨论话题与所述选项标签关联并在所述信息交互平台发布所述讨论话题。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应其他用户对所述讨论话题发起的添加请求,将所述其他用户添加至所述社交群中。
