优选地,所述所述警示电路还包括控制单元、信号调理电路、电源电路,所述控制单元分别连接所述警示灯L1、L2、L3,所述信号调理电路一端连接控制单元,另一端分别连接三组柔性传感装置,所述电源电路为控制单元、柔性传感装置、信号调理电路、警示灯L1、L2、L3提供电源,所述信号调理电路用于将所述三组柔性传感装置的感测信号分别转换为控制单元可接收的模拟信号M 、M 、M ,在行驶过程中,所述控制单元循环判断如下三种情况:
(1)判断M -M 是否大于M 1阈值,如果为是,则所述控制单元输出控制信号控制所述警示灯L2亮,当M -M 持续大于M 1阈值达到预定时间t1后,控制单元输出控制信号控制所述警示灯L1亮,同时控制所述警示灯L2熄灭,说明车辆处于左转状态,未达到预定时间t1,控制所述警示灯L2熄灭;如果为否,控制单元输出控制信号所述警示灯L2熄灭;
(2)判断M 是否大于M 2阈值,如果为是,所述控制单元输出控制信号控制所述警示灯L2亮,当判断M 持续大于M 2阈值达到预定时间t2后,所述控制单元输出控制信号控制所述警示灯L1、L3闪烁或所述警示灯L1、L2、L3闪烁,说明车辆处于停车状态;如果为否,所述控制单元输出控制信号所述警示灯L2熄灭;(3)判断M -M 是否大于M 3阈值,如果为是,所述控制单元输出控制信号控制所述警示灯L2亮,当M -M 持续大于M 3阈值达到预定时间t3后,控制所述警示灯L3亮,同时所述警示灯L2熄灭,说明车辆处于右转状态;如果为否,控制单元输出控制信号所述警示灯L2熄灭;
其中所述M 、M 、M 分别对应为左、中、右柔性传感装置对应的模拟信号中去掉最大值及最小值之后的平均值,M 1阈值、M 2阈值、M 3阈值分别对应为M 、M 、M 的阈值。
优选地,所述警示灯包括至少一个发光二极管。
优选地,控制单元采用单片机。
优选地,所述弹性防水表层、PVP层以及位于弹性防水表层和PVP层之间的麻纤维层。
优选地,在左转或右转后,经过预定时间t4后,相应左侧或右侧警示灯熄灭。优选地,发光二极管可拆卸式的设置于雨披上。
优选地,所述电源电路采用电池。
本发明所述的″左″、″前″、″后″、″右″均是从骑行人的角度出发。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、由于雨披的衣领部位或者衣服颈部位置有可收缩防水颈带,使用者头部转动时,衣帽可随头部的转动而转动,可以有效防止雨水进入雨披内部。
2、颈带自身为柔性传感装置,用于感测使用者头部转动方向,使用者需要转弯时只需要提前向转弯侧一侧歪一下头,传感元件感测到感应信号,将信号传输给控制单元,控制单元输出控制信号控制相应的警示灯状态,转弯后延时控制,无需另外腾手进行开关调节,无需使用开关器件,避免开关器件因磨损,误操作、导致开关失灵而造成错误指示,同时结构简单、制作成本低、使用效果好。同时,不需要使用独立的传感器件,有效的节约了成本,减轻了雨披重量。
3、人在行进或骑行时颈部可能随意转动颈部,这样会导致警示误报,通过延时防止误报。本方案具备极高的智能性和安全性,使用者在可能左转等情形下自然会左看,本方案即可根据其颈部的转动来开启一个一级预告,再根据颈部的持续转动来预判其可能左转的可能性增强后开启左转的指示灯。从而及早的提示使用者后方车辆等,防止雨雾天气下的事故发生。
4、在使用车停车时警示灯切换为闪烁发光状态,以更好的起到警示作用。
5、雨披上的发光二极管组采用可拆式设置,一旦组发生故障,只需拆下进行替换即可,使用十分方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。实施例一。
本发明采用一种智能雨披,包括雨披本体,雨披本体由衣帽与衣身构成,衣帽与衣身可拆卸设置,其特征在于,在雨披的衣领部位或者衣服颈部位置有一可收缩防 水颈带,所述颈带外层采用高弹性防水层,所述颈带底层采用柔性传感层,柔性传感层由导电纤维纺线编织而成,底层为靠近人体皮肤层,将颈带分成N段,N为大于或等于3的自然数,N段颈带分成3组组成三组柔性传感装置,所述柔性传感装置分别设置在颈带的左、中、右侧;还包括设置于雨披上的警示电路,警示电路分别连接三组传感器装置,警示电路包括警示灯L1、L2、L3,所述警示灯L1、L2、L3分别设置在雨披后片的左侧、中间、右侧位置,所述警示灯L1、L2、L3与颈部活动配合启闭,通过所述警示灯L1、L2、L3状态指示车辆的运行状态,所述运行状态至少包括左转、停车、右转状态中一种。参照附图2为左转状态,附图3为停车状态。
可收缩防水颈带采用弹性防水布,所述弹性防水布包括弹性防水表层、PVP层以及位于弹性防水表层和PVP层之间的麻纤维层。弹性防水表层能够有效防水,弹性防水表层1阻挡外界的水分进入。弹性防水表层具有弹性,能够拉伸使用,PVP层吸水,麻纤维层也具有一定的吸收功能,可以将潮湿环境的水分吸收。
警示灯包括串联或并联的若干个发光二极管,优选为5,发光二极管组装成三角形、圆形或其他形状。
导电纤维在静止状态下的尺寸和人体活动下的导电纤维被拉伸的尺寸不同,由物理变形转化为电阻的变化。柔性传感层由导电纤维编织而成。
柔性传感层采用高弹性且能导电的聚合物纤维。柔性传感层被拉伸时随着尺寸的改变电阻发生变化,将电阻的变换转化为电流、电压的变压。
参见附图4警示电路还包括控制单元、信号调理电路、电源电路,所述控制单元分别连接所述警示灯L1、L2、L3,所述信号调理电路一端连接控制单元,另一端分别连接三组柔性传感装置。所述电源电路为控制单元、柔性传感装置、信号调理电路、警示灯L1、L2、L3提供电源,所述信号调理电路用于将所述三组柔性传感装置的感测电阻变化信号分别转换为控制单元可接收的模拟信号M 、M 、M ,所述模拟信号可为电压、电流等信号在行驶过程中,所述控制单元循环判断如下三种情况:
(1)判断M -M 是否大于M 1阈值,如果为是,则所述控制单元输出控制信号控制所述警示灯L2亮,当M -M 持续大于M 1阈值达到预定时间t1后,控制单元输出控制信号控制所述警示灯L1亮,同时控制所述警示灯L2熄灭,说明车辆处于左转状态,未达到预定时间t1,控制所述警示灯L2熄灭;如果为否,控制单元输出控制信号所述警示灯L2熄灭;
(2)判断M 是否大于M 2阈值,如果为是,所述控制单元输出控制信号控制所述警示灯L2亮,当判断M 持续大于M 2阈值达到预定时间t2后,所述控制单元输出控制信号控制所述警示灯L1、L3闪烁或所述警示灯L1、L2、L3闪烁,说明车辆处于停车状态;如果为否,所述控制单元输出控制信号所述警示灯L2熄灭;(3)判断M -M 是否大于 M 3阈值,如果为是,所述控制单元输出控制信号控制所述警示灯L2亮,当M -M 持续大于M 3阈值达到预定时间t3后,控制所述警示灯L3亮,同时所述警示灯L2熄灭,说明车辆处于右转状态;如果为否,控制单元输出控制信号所述警示灯L2熄灭;
其中所述M 、M 、M 分别对应为左、中、右柔性传感装置对应的模拟信号中去掉最大值及最小值之后的平均值,M 1阈值、M 2阈值、M 3阈值分别对应为M 、M 、M 的阈值。
使用者在骑行过程,需要转弯时,头部通常会超左方向看去,此时使用者颈部上的柔性传感装置检测的三个方向的电阻变化的不同,柔性传感装置将检测的信号传输给信号处理电路,所述信号处理电路将所述信号转换为控制单元可识别的模拟信号,所述控制单元通过将柔性传感装置对应的模拟信号中去掉最大值及最小值之后的平均值作为最终的模拟信号,所述控制单元根据该最终的模拟信号与预先存储的阈值进行比较,生成控制信号控制警示灯的状态。由此可以减少开关器件,节约成本,同时也避免了由于开关失灵或故障所带来的误指示,有效的减少了交通事故,保证了使用者的安全。同时,避免了使用独立传感器件,有效的节约了成本,使雨披整体重量减轻。
发光二极管可拆卸式的设置于雨披上,在发光二极管发生损坏时可以进行更换。控制单元可采用单片机或集成的柔性电路,控制单元、信号调理电路均采用本领域常用电路结构,在此就不做详细阐述。
实施例二。
一种智能雨披,包括雨披本体,雨披本体由衣帽与衣身构成,衣帽与衣身可拆卸设置,其特征在于,在雨披的衣领部位或者衣服颈部位置有一可收缩防水颈带,述颈带外层采用高弹性防水层,颈带底层采用柔性传感层,柔性传感层由导电纤维纺线编织而成,将颈带分成N段,N为大于或等于3的自然数,N段颈带分成3组组成三组柔性传感装置,所述柔性传感装置分别设置在颈带的左、中、右侧;还包括设置于雨披上的警示电路,警示电路分别连接三组传感器装置,警示电路包括警示灯L1、L2、L3,所述警示灯L1、L2、L3分别设置在雨披后片的左侧、中间、右侧位置,所述警示灯L1、L2、L3与颈部活动配合启闭,通过所述警示灯L1、L2、L3状态指示车辆的运行状态,所述运行状态至少包括左转、停车、右转状态中一种。
采用硅胶层的压紧带替代弹性防水布。所述硅胶层成梯形,所述梯形下底边靠近人体皮肤。硅胶柔软,富有弹性且防水,人体皮肤也富有弹性,硅胶和人体皮肤可以紧密结合,防止水进入。为了防止压紧带紧密贴合人体颈部,进一步,在压紧带上附着氨纶,氨纶具有较高回弹性,氨纶环绕颈部设置在压紧带上,有效的接触皮肤。
警示电路还包括报警装置,电源电路采用电池,当电池电量低于预定电压时,控制单元控制报警装置发出报警信号,电池可采用纽扣电池。
实施例三。
本实施例再次给出一种智能雨披,包括雨披本体,雨披本体由衣帽与衣身构成,衣帽与衣身可拆卸设置,其特征在于,在雨披的衣领部位或者衣服颈部位置有一可收缩防水颈带,所述颈带外层采用弹性防水层,颈带底层采用柔性传感层,柔性传感层由导电纤维纺线编织而成,将颈带分成N段,N为大于或等于3的自然数,N段颈带分成3组组成三组柔性柔性传感装置,所述柔性柔性传感装置分别设置在颈带的左、中、右侧;还包括设置于雨披上的警示电路,警示电路分别连接三组传感器装置,警示电路包括警示灯L1、L2、L3,所述警示灯L1、L2、L3分别设置在雨披后片的左侧、中间、右侧位置,所述警示灯L1、L2、L3与颈部活动配合启闭,通过所述警示灯L1、L2、L3状态指示使用者的可能行进状态,所述可能行进状态至少包括可能左转、可能停止、可能右转状态中一种。
所述防水层采用弹性防水布或含硅胶层的压紧带,而所述柔性传感层采用高弹性且能导电的聚合物纤维。这些材料都是本领域的常规材料的应用,在这里不再赘述材料本身的组成。
此外,所述警示电路还包括控制单元、信号调理电路、电源电路,所述控制单元分别连接所述警示灯L1、L2、L3,所述信号调理电路输出端连接控制单元,输入端分别连接三组柔性柔性传感装置,所述电源电路为控制单元、所述柔性柔性传感装置、所述信号调理电路、所述警示灯L1、L2、L3提供电源,所述信号调理电路用于将所述三组柔性传感装置的感测信号分别转换为控制单元可接收的模拟信号M 、M 、M ,在行驶过程中,所述控制单元循环判断如下三种情况:
(1)判断M -M 是否大于M 1阈值,如果为是,则所述控制单元输出控制信号控制所述警示灯L2亮,当M -M 持续大于M 1阈值达到预定时间t1后,控制单元输出控制信号控制所述警示灯L1亮,同时控制所述警示灯L2熄灭,未达到预定时间t1,控制所述警示灯L2熄灭;如果为否,控制单元输出控制信号所述警示灯L2熄灭;这种情况显而易见的是使用者左转或者至少准备左转被检测到。
(2)判断M 是否大于M 2阈值,如果为是,所述控制单元输出控制信号控制所述警示灯L2亮,当判断M 持续大于M 2阈值达到预定时间t2后,所述控制单元输出控制信号控制所述警示灯L1、L3闪烁或所述警示灯L1、L2、L3闪烁;如果为否,所述控制单元输出控制信号所述警示灯L2熄灭;
(3)判断M -M 是否大于M 3阈值,如果为是,所述控制单元输出控制信号控制所述警示灯L2亮,当M -M 持续大于M 3阈值达到预定时间t3后,控制所述警示灯L3亮,同时所述警示灯L2熄灭;如果为否,控制单元输出控制信号所述警示灯L2熄灭;这种情况显而易见的是使用者右转或者至少准备右转被检测到。其中所述M 、M 、M 分别对应为左、中、右柔性传感装置对应的模拟信号中去掉最大值及最小值之后的平均值,M 1阈值、M 2阈值、M 3阈值分别对应为M 、M 、M 的阈值。
此外这里要明确一点的是,传感器的布置位置通过实验来进行有效的布置,其具体布置的位置这里不再赘述,这一点至少为本领域技术人员可以想象或者实验获取。同时,在布置位置的改变情形下,以上三种情况中的第(1)种和第(3)种可能表达的是完全相反的动作方向,在这种可能下,本领域技术人员应当自觉去进行调整或对调。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,具体实现该技术方案方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种智能雨披,包括雨披本体,雨披本体由衣帽与衣身构成,衣帽与衣身可拆卸设置,其特征在于,在雨披的衣领部位或者衣服颈部位置有一可收缩防水颈带,所述颈带外层采用弹性防水层,颈带底层采用柔性传感层,柔性传感层由导电纤维纺线编织而成,将颈带分成N段,N为大于或等于3的自然数,N段颈带分成3组组成三组柔性柔性传感装置,所述柔性柔性传感装置分别设置在颈带的左、中、右侧;还包括设置于雨披上的警示电路,警示电路分别连接三组传感器装置,警示电路包括警示灯L1、L2、L3,所述警示灯L1、L2、L3分别设置在雨披后片的左侧、中间、右侧位置,所述警示灯L1、L2、L3与颈部活动配合启闭,通过所述警示灯L1、L2、L3状态指示使用者的可能行进状态,所述可能行进状态至少包括可能左转、可能停止、可能右转状态中一种。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能雨披,其特征在于,所述防水层采用弹性防水布或含硅胶层的压紧带。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的智能雨披,其特征在于,所述柔性传感层采用高弹性且能导电的聚合物纤维。
