Claims
[权利要求 1] 一种翻盖式烤烟电子烟, 其特征在于: 包括上盖、 下盖、 烟胆组件、 翻盖组件, 所述上盖与所述下盖扣合在一起形成腔体, 所述烟胆组件 位于所述腔体内, 所述上盖设有幵口, 所述烟胆组件位置与所述上盖 的幵口位置对应, 所述翻盖组件安装在所述上盖的幵口位置, 且所述 翻盖组件能够进行翻转动作。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的翻盖式烤烟电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述烟胆组 件包括耐高温上盖、 第一隔热圈、 金属框、 发热及检测部件、 第二隔 热圈、 隔热垫、 耐高温下盖, 所述第一隔热圈安装在所述耐高温上盖 上, 所述金属框外表面被所述第二隔热圈包裹后置于所述耐高温上盖 内, 所述发热及检测部件位于所述金属框内, 所述隔热垫位于所述金 属框底部与所述耐高温下盖之间, 所述耐高温下盖安装在所述耐高温 上盖底部。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的翻盖式烤烟电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述金属框 为铝材料制成的铝框, 所述第一隔热圈和所述第二隔热圈是由硅胶材 料制成的硅胶圈, 所述隔热垫为隔热棉, 所述耐高温上盖和所述耐高 温下盖由耐高温 PPS或者 LCP材料制成。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 2所述的翻盖式烤烟电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述发热及 检测部件包括陶瓷发热片和 NTC热敏电阻, 所述 NTC热敏电阻用于检 测烟胆组件内的温度, 该翻盖式烤烟电子烟还包括电路控制板, 所述 电路控制板上安装有单片机, 所述单片机根据所述 NTC热敏电阻检测 到的温度控制所述陶瓷发热片的升温和降温。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 2所述的翻盖式烤烟电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述第一隔 热圈包括隔热圈顶面、 以及设置于所述隔热圈顶面下方的隔热圈翻边 , 所述隔热圈翻边嵌入所述耐高温上盖内部, 所述隔热圈顶面位于所 述耐高温上盖顶部上, 所述隔热圈顶面一端设有吸气槽, 在所述吸气 槽位置安装有吸嘴。

[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 1至 8任一项所述的翻盖式烤烟电子烟, 其特征在于: 所 述翻盖组件包括翻盖上盖、 翻盖底壳、 热量隔离垫、 耐高温支撑柱、 耐高温垫圈, 所述热量隔离垫位于所述翻盖底壳内, 所述耐高温垫圈 套装于所述耐高温支撑柱外表面, 所述耐高温支撑柱一端与所述翻盖 上盖接触, 所述耐高温支撑柱另一端与所述热量隔离垫接触, 所述翻 盖底壳与所述翻盖上盖安装在一起。
[权利要求 10] 根据权利要求 9所述的翻盖式烤烟电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述耐高温 支撑柱为多个, 所述耐高温垫圈数量与所述耐高温支撑柱数量相同, 所述翻盖上盖采用合金材料制成, 所述翻盖底壳由铝合金材质制成, 所述耐高温支撑柱一端与所述翻盖上盖采用高温胶粘合, 所述热量隔 离垫和所述耐高温垫圈均采用硅胶材料制成。
