The Related Art
Invention relates to a fuel oil booster apparatus providing fuel oil transfer between two vehicles in terrain conditions where transportation is difficult, without need for any electrical systems or external pump.
Background of the Invention
The vehicles needed to be in terrain for long time, vehicles such as military ones in war or operation fields where access is difficult may need fuel-oil booster in time. Fuel-oil booster operation is provided from another vehicle or an external fuel-oil tank in the field. However, fuel-oil booster may bring some problems together with it. Today, fuel- oil booster is made by use of electrical pumps available in the related art. But pump needs electricity for operation. In this condition, if the vehicle's fuel oil tank is empty, the vehicle cannot work and generate energy. In addition, keeping fuel oil and electric together close to the each other may cause explosion risk.
The application numbered 2016/07914 was encountered in the related art search. The invention relates to a mobile fuel oil station performing fuel oil booster from fuel oil pump containing fuel oil, located inside a cabinet connected to back part of tanker having fuel oil, used for supplying fuel oil to vehicles in work areas where access is difficult, such as sites, mining quarries where there is no fuel-oil station, and towed by a towing vehicle or located on a truck.

As a result, due to above described disadvantages and inadequacy of existing solutions it has been necessary to make development in the related art.
Description of the Invention
The primary purpose of the invention is to transfer fuel oil from vehicle to vehicle or from an external fuel tank to vehicle without need for a pump.
An important purpose of the invention is to facilitate fuel oil transfer operation by means of integrating fuel oil transfer member to air gun already available in the vehicle. Thus, the existing components are used to eliminate the technical problem.
A further purpose of the invention is to evaluate the existing components available in the vehicle and eliminate need to supply extra materials and system supply. Thus, the production and labour costs are eliminated, and an economical product is offered for the user.
A further purpose of the invention is to eliminate the need for pump used for fuel oil transfer and thus eliminate the fire risks that might occur due to energy needed for operating the pump.
Another purpose of the invention is to eliminate the need for pump and thus eliminate the service costs arising from pump failures.
To achieve the above-mentioned purposes, the invention comprises:

Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention discloses a fuel oil booster apparatus (10) for fuel oil transfer between vehicles (40) in the terrain at terrain conditions where it is difficult to access. The fuel oil booster apparatus (10) provides fuel oil transfer by means of air gun (70) already available in the vehicle (40) without need for any extra electrical systems or pump Said fuel oil booster apparatus (10) consists of a main body (20) integrated to said air gun (70) and at least a fuel oil inlet duct (23) formed on said body (20) and wherein the fuel to be transferred is entered. Also, it consists of at least a fuel oil outlet duct (23.1 ) intersecting with the fuel oil inlet duct (23) and formed at a different angle, and fixing group (30) enabling the body (20) to be mounted to the air gun (70).
Said fixing group (30) comprises a tightening component (22) expanding in x direction and tightening in -x direction. The tightening component (22) is preferably a spring. In addition, it comprises a tightening slide (33) having a pressing area (34) wherein the tightening component (22) is trapped. It further comprises a holder clamp (32) formed on tightening slide (33) and forming press on the air gun (70); a vacuum component (24) which provides vacuum formation by changing the speed of the air from the air gun (70). It further comprises a positioning edge (31 ) which is connected to the positioning gap (21 ) so that enables the fixing group (30) to move in a certain position; and a course length (26) formed on said body (20) and which provides a motion area for the tightening slide (33). In addition, a sealing component (25) is in the place to enable the air gun (70) to be seated tightly onto the booster apparatus (10) .It further comprising a positioning gap (21 ) opened on the body (20) and which allows the fixing group (30) to move back and forth in a stable position on the body (20) according to sizes of the air guns (70) of differing sizes. It further comprises fuel oil transfer components (50) adapted to the fuel oil inlet duct (23) and the fuel oil outlet duct (23.1 ), and connectors (80) providing connection of the transfer components (50) to the booster apparatus (10).
The fuel oil booster apparatus (10) works as follows. The fuel oil booster apparatus (10) has a structure which is usable in air guns (70) of different sizes. The fixing group (30) has a structure adjustable for seating of air guns (70) of different sizes. The fixing group (30) can easily move on the body (20) thanks to the positioning gap (21 ) and the positioning edge (31 ). and at the same time, grasp tightly the air guns (70) of differing sizes by help of the tightening component (22) and the holder clamp (32) so that prevents it from falling out of its place. In addition, the fuel oil booster apparatus (10) can also provide sealing even when the air guns (70) of differing sizes are connected, thanks to flexible and rubber-made sealing component (25) on the body (20). Besides, fuel oil transfer components (50) are mounted to the body (20) of fuel oil booster apparatus (10) by help of connectors (80). Also, vacuum component (24) that may have holes of different diameters is mounted to the body (20) and can change the air speed by help of different holes and thus different vacuum intensity can be provided. Thus, the transferred fuel oil flow rate can be adjusted. For example, when it is desired to transfer fuel oil from one vehicle (40) to another vehicle (40), the air gun (70) is connected to air tank of the vehicle (40) from which fuel oil will be received. The transfer component (50) through which the fuel oil will pass is immersed into the fuel oil tank of the vehicle (40) from which the fuel oil will be taken and other transfer component (50) is immersed into fuel oil tank of the vehicle (40) to which the fuel oil will be transferred. The fixing group (30) is pulled and tightening component (22) is tightened. Inlet of the air gun (70) is seated onto the rubber sealing component (25) tightly and the fixing group (30) is released. The air gun (70) tightly seats on the fuel oil booster apparatus (10) by effect of tightening component (22). Tightening slide (33) expands by tightening of tightening slide (33) in x direction and the holder clamp (32) is inserted to arc back cock section of air gun (70) and fixing operation is realized. The body (20) is in position when a course length (26) is formed. This course length (26) provides a motion gap for integrating guns of different sizes and length. Upon completion of these operation, fuel oil transfer from full tank to empty tank is initiated by pulling the trigger of the air gun (70) with effect of compressed air. When it is desired to conduct fuel oil transfer from an external tank (60) to vehicle (40), steps of operations are same as the ones of fuel oil transfer from vehicle to vehicle (40) with one difference that the transfer component (50) is immersed into external tank (60) instead of vehicle (40) from which the fuel oil is taken, and air reserve of the vehicle (40) to which fuel oil transfer will be made is used for compressed air to be used for booster.
The body (20) contains at least a fuel oil inlet duct (23) in the system, and it may also contain more than one duct. Also, the fuel oil outlet duct (23.1 ) may contain more than one outlet duct.
