La présente invention concerne un matériau de gainage pour une batterie secondaire et une batterie secondaire le comprenant, le matériau de gainage comprenant : une première couche de film mince ; un premier substrat polymère placé sur une première surface de la première couche de film mince ; une couche de résine interne placée sur une seconde surface de la première couche de film mince ; et une première couche adhésive disposée entre la première couche de film mince et la couche de résine interne de manière à faire adhérer la première couche de film mince à la couche de résine interne, la première couche de film mince ayant une épaisseur allant de 0,001 % à 0,5 % de l'épaisseur totale du matériau de gainage pour une batterie secondaire, et comprenant une couche métallique et une couche d'oxyde métallique.
