Description
本发明涉及产品框架结构,具体涉及一种边框转角结构。
为满足不同客户的多种需求,如美观、实用、轻便等,制造商会提供不同外部形状的产品。在产品结构中,边框转角结构是非常常见的一种,用于各种框架结构中,如显示器边框、相框、内衬支架等。
已有的边框转角结构通常包括以下几种,一种是在两根边框之间设置圆转角架,将两根边框通过螺丝分别固定在圆转角架的一端,构成边框转角结构;此外,是使用螺丝通过硅胶垫将两根边框固定到一起,构成边框转角结构;再有,就是在两根边框外侧使用转角固定架,使用螺丝将边框固定到转角固定架上,构成边框转角结构。
在上述的边框转角结构中,均采用拼接技术,除包括两根边框和固定螺丝外,还包括多个其他拼接零部件,零部件需要外购或自行加工,产品成本提高,组装工序复杂。如果边框形状改变,这些零部件一般不再适用,零部件通用性差。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种边框转角结构,包括长条状的第一边框和第二边框,第一边框的一端与第二边框的一端叠置并固定,所述第一边框的一端端部上形成有台阶状的凹口,所述凹口包括背板、第一侧壁和底板,背板为第一边框的端部在其长度方向上的侧壁,背板在第一边框的宽度方向上的厚度小于第一边框的宽度方向上的整体厚度,底板为第一边框的端部在其长度方向上的下壁,底板在第一边框的高度方向上的厚度小于第一边框的高度方向上的整体厚度,第一侧壁为第一边框的内侧端壁;所述第二边框在其一端端部上形成有台阶状缺口,所述缺口包括台阶面板和第二侧壁,台阶面板为第二边框的端部在其长度方向上的下壁,台阶面板在第二边框的高度方向上的厚度小于第二边框的高度方向上的整体厚度,第二侧壁

如图1-3所示,本发明实施例的边框转角结构包括长条状的第一边框1和第二边框2,第一边框1和第二边框2在其宽度方向上具有方形截面,第一边框1的一端与第二边框2的一端重叠放置并固定在一起,本实施例中使用平头螺钉3将第一边框1和第二边框2固定在一起,当然也可以采用其他固定方式,如粘结。
如图1、图2a所示,所述第一边框1的一端端部上形成有台阶状的方形凹口,所述凹口包括背板101、第一侧壁102和底板103,由背板101、第一侧壁102和底板103限定凹口空间。
背板101为第一边框1的端部在其长度方向L上的侧壁,背板101在第一边框1的宽度方向W上的厚度小于第一边框1的宽度方向W上的整体厚度。
底板103为第一边框1的端部在其长度方向L上的下壁,底板103在第一边框1的高度方向H上的厚度小于第一边框1的高度方向H上的整体厚度,底板103的上表面1031与背板101的前表面1011垂直。

- 一种边框转角结构,包括长条状的第一边框和第二边框,第一边框的一端与第二边框的一端叠置并固定,其特征在于:所述第一边框的一端端部上形成有台阶状的凹口,所述凹口包括背板、第一侧壁和底板,背板为第一边框的端部在其长度方向上的侧壁,背板在第一边框的宽度方向上的厚度小于第一边框的宽度方向上的整体厚度,底板为第一边框的端部在其长度方向上的下壁,底板在第一边框的高度方向上的厚度小于第一边框的高度方向上的整体厚度,第一侧壁为第一边框的内侧端壁;所述第二边框在其一端端部上形成有台阶状缺口,所述缺口包括台阶面板和第二侧壁,台阶面板为第二边框的端部在其长度方向上的下壁,台阶面板在第二边框的高度方向上的厚度小于第二边框的高度方向上的整体厚度,第二侧壁为第二边框的内侧端壁,第一边框的凹口的底板上表面与背板的前表面呈一夹角,和/或第一侧壁的表面与底板上表面呈一夹角,台阶状缺口所在的第二边框的端部具有与第一边框的凹口中所具有的上述夹角相匹配的形状。
- 如权利要求1所述的边框转角结构,其特征在于:所述第一边框的凹口与所述第二边框的台阶状缺口上设置有相互配合的限位部件。
- 如权利要求2所述的边框转角结构,其特征在于:所述限位部件为设置在第一边框上的限位槽和设置在第二边框上与所述限位槽配合使用的限位板,或者,所述限位部件为设置在第一边框上的限位板和设置在第二边框上与所述限位板配合使用的限位槽。
- 如权利要求3所述的边框转角结构,其特征在于:在第一边框上设置所述限位板时,所述限位板与凹口的背板相对设置,从底板的上表面凸出;在所述第二边框的缺口的台阶面板与第二侧壁交界位置处,在所述台阶面板上形成所述限位槽。
- 如权利要求4所述的边框转角结构,其特征在于:所述限位板为第一边框的端部在其长度方向上与背板相对侧的部分侧壁。
- 如权利要求3-5之一所述的边框转角结构,其特征在于:所述限位板的上边缘低于其所在位置的边框的上表面,或者,所述限位板的上边缘低于其所在位置的第一边框的上表面,在并在限位板与所述第一侧壁之间具有开口,所述开口的下端不低于第一边框的凹口的底板的上表面;在凹口背板的前表面的顶端沿第一边框的长度方向开设有凹槽,所述凹槽两端封闭,且具有小于背板的前表面在第一边框的宽度方向上的尺寸的深度,所述凹槽在第一边框的上表面敞开。
- 如权利要求6所述的边框转角结构,其特征在于:所述凹槽在第一边框上的下表面与所述限位板的上边缘平齐。
- 如权利要求1-5之一所述的边框转角结构,其特征在于:所述边框转角结构还包括螺丝、螺丝通孔和螺孔,所述螺丝通孔设置在第二边框的缺口的台阶面板中,所述螺孔设置在第一边框的凹口的底板的对应位置上,或者,所述螺丝通孔设置在第一边框的凹口的底板上,所述螺孔设置在第二边框的缺口的台阶面板中。
- 如权利要求8所述的边框转角结构,其特征在于:所述螺丝为平头螺丝,并且在设置所述螺丝通孔的边框的外表面上,与螺丝通孔对应的设置有容纳螺丝头的凹部,和/或,第一边框和第二边框具有相同的厚度,第一边框、第二边框叠置的转角部的厚度与第一边框或第二边框的厚度相同。
- 如权利要求1-5之一所述的边框转角结构,其特征在于:第一边框和第二边框在其宽度方向上具有方形截面,所述第一边框的台阶状的凹口呈方形,第一边框的凹口的底板的上表面与背板的前表面垂直,第一侧壁的表面与底板的上表面垂直,第一侧壁的表面与背板的前表面垂直。
