本发明涉及预热炉领域,特别涉及一种预热炉用抽屉放置箱。
背景技术
目前,抽屉式预热炉广泛应用于各大、中型化纤行业的组件的预热,抽屉放置箱是抽屉式预热炉的必要的组成部分,抽屉放置箱用于放置待预热的工件,但是现有技术中的结构单一,且功能单一,抽屉放置箱与预热炉之间的密封性不够,热量损失大,影响使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述问题,提供一种预热炉用抽屉放置箱。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的方法是:一种预热炉用抽屉放置箱,包括抽屉放置箱本体以及抽屉面板,在所述的抽屉放置箱本体的内部设置有导杆传动机构以及工件放置板,所述工件放置板设置在所述的抽屉放置箱本体的下部,所述的导杆传动机构设置在工件放置板与抽屉放置箱本体的底板之间的空间内,所述的导杆传动机构包括导向块、导杆、纵向导杆挡板、横向导杆挡块以及弹簧,在所述的导向块左右两个侧面上设置有导向槽,所述的两个侧面上的导向槽之间的距离靠近抽屉面板一侧逐渐变大,所述的导杆一端设置在所述的导向槽内,另一端穿过所述的纵向导杆挡块连接到抽屉放置箱本体两个侧边上的通孔内,在导杆上还设置有弹簧,所述的弹簧设置在抽屉放置箱本体的侧边与纵向导杆挡块之间,在所述的导向块的后端还连接有 连杆,所述的连杆穿过横向挡板以及抽屉面板,与设置在抽屉面板上的连杆拉手相连接,在所述的连杆上还设置有弹簧,所述的弹簧设置在所述的横向挡块与抽屉面板之间;在所述的抽屉放置箱本体的侧板上设置有导气孔。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的导杆设置在导向槽内的一侧为半球形状。
作为本发明的一种改进,在所述的抽屉面板的外侧设置有抽屉拉手,所述的连杆拉手设置在抽屉拉手与抽屉面板外侧之间。
作为本发明的一种改进,在所述的抽屉面板的内侧设置有凸起的密封条。
作为本发明的一种改进,在所述的抽屉放置箱本体的底部设置有导轨。
有益效果:
本发明提供的一种预热炉用抽屉放置箱,通过设置导杆传动机构,通过拉手即可控制导杆传动机构上的导杆的收缩和弹出,通过导杆的收缩和弹出既可以将抽屉放置箱与预热炉的预热腔进行锁定,同时也能够通过导杆的收缩和弹出控制预热腔上的挡风阀的开闭,同时将连杆拉手设置在抽屉拉手与抽屉面板外侧之间,在拉动抽屉拉手的过程中同时也可以控制连杆拉手,方便操作,在抽屉放置箱本体的侧板上设置有导气孔,便于热量进入抽屉箱本体内。

具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例并参照附图对本发明作进一步描述,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是幅图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
如图1到图2所示的一种预热炉用抽屉放置箱,包括抽屉放置箱本体3以及抽屉面板1,在所述的抽屉放置箱本体3的内部设置有导杆传动机构以及工件放置板13。所述工件放置板13设置在抽屉放置箱本体13的下部,所述的导杆传动机构设置在工件放置板13与抽屉放置箱本体3的底板之间的空间内。在该抽屉放置箱本体3的底部设置有导轨14,通过导轨14与预热腔体内的导槽相配合,实现抽屉放置箱在预热腔体内的抽拉。
所述的导杆传动机构包括导向块4、导杆6、纵向导杆挡板11、横向导杆挡块9以及弹簧。在所述的导向块4左右两个侧面上设置有导向槽5,所述的两个侧面上的导向槽5之间的距离靠近抽屉面板1一侧逐渐变大,所述的导杆6一端设置在所述的导向槽5内,另一端穿过纵向导杆挡块11连接到抽屉放置箱本体3两个侧边上的通孔内,在导杆6上还设置有弹簧,所述的弹簧设置在抽屉放置箱本体3的侧边与纵向导杆挡块11之间,在所述的导向块4的后端还连接有连杆8,所述的连杆8穿过横向挡板9以及抽屉面板1,与设置在抽屉面 板1上的连杆拉手10相连接,在所述的连杆8上还设置有弹簧,所述的弹簧设置在所述的横向挡块9与抽屉面板1之间。为了保证导杆6在导向槽5内的移动便捷,将导杆6设置在导向槽5内的一侧为半球形状,这样就保证导杆6在导向槽5内的滑动顺畅。
在所述的抽屉放置箱本体3的侧板上设置有导气孔12,这样就便于热风进入抽屉放置箱本体3内。
在抽屉面板的外侧设置有抽屉拉手,连杆拉手设置在抽屉拉手与抽屉面板外侧之间,在拉动抽屉拉手的过程中同时也可以控制连杆拉手,方便操作。在所述的抽屉面板的内侧设置有凸起的密封条,通过密封条能够使得抽屉放置箱与预热炉外壁之间贴合的更加紧密,减少热量的散发。
本发明提供的一种预热炉用抽屉放置箱,通过设置导杆传动机构,通过拉手即可控制导杆传动机构上的导杆的收缩和弹出,通过导杆的收缩和弹出既可以将抽屉放置箱与预热炉的预热腔进行锁定,同时也能够通过导杆的收缩和弹出控制预热腔上的挡风阀的开闭,同时将连杆拉手设置在抽屉拉手与抽屉面板外侧之间,在拉动抽屉拉手的过程中同时也可以控制连杆拉手,方便操作,在抽屉放置箱本体的侧板上设置有导气孔,便于热量进入抽屉箱本体内。

  1. 一种预热炉用抽屉放置箱,包括抽屉放置箱本体以及抽屉面板,其特征在于:在所述的抽屉放置箱本体的内部设置有导杆传动机构以及工件放置板,所述工件放置板设置在所述的抽屉放置箱本体的下部,所述的导杆传动机构设置在工件放置板与抽屉放置箱本体的底板之间的空间内,所述的导杆传动机构包括导向块、导杆、纵向导杆挡板、横向导杆挡块以及弹簧,在所述的导向块左右两个侧面上设置有导向槽,所述的两个侧面上的导向槽之间的距离靠近抽屉面板一侧逐渐变大,所述的导杆一端设置在所述的导向槽内,另一端穿过所述的纵向导杆挡块连接到抽屉放置箱本体两个侧边上的通孔内,弹簧设置在抽屉放置箱本体的侧边与纵向导杆挡块之间,在所述的导向块的后端还连接有连杆,所述的连杆穿过横向挡板以及抽屉面板,与设置在抽屉面板上的连杆拉手相连接,在所述的连杆上还设置有弹簧,在所述的横向挡块与抽屉面板之间所也设置有弹簧;在所述的抽屉放置箱本体的侧板上设置有导气孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种预热炉用抽屉放置箱,其特征在于:所述的导杆设置在导向槽内的一侧为半球形状。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种预热炉用抽屉放置箱,其特征在于:在所述的抽屉面板的外侧设置有抽屉拉手,所述的连杆拉手设置在抽屉拉手与抽屉面板外侧之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种预热炉用抽屉放置箱,其特征在于:在所述的抽屉面板的内侧设置有凸起的密封条。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种预热炉用抽屉放置箱,其特征在于:在所述的抽屉放置箱本体的底部设置有导轨。
