背景技术
胶印瓦楞纸盒通常包括瓦楞纸盒盒体，盒体由盒侧壁、盒底和盒盖围合而成，采用塑料衬底不仅麻烦，而且增加了产品成本；更重要的是有的包装盒在用于办公的时候，为了更加有利于人体健康及环境保护，以减少或消除电机电子产品及包装物中的铅、汞、镉、六价铬、多溴联苯和多溴联苯醚等有害物质，并重点规定了铅的含量不能超过0.1％。如采用塑料衬底板，势必对其制造工艺及过程严加控制和进行改进。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种环保盒。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种环保盒，包括盒盖和瓦楞纸盒体；所述瓦楞纸盒体与盒盖为非一体式连接结构，所述瓦楞纸盒体通过隔板分为文件放置室和办公用具放置室，所述瓦楞纸盒体的底部粘贴有防潮板，所述瓦楞纸盒体通过透气板隔开形成左右两个空腔，空腔的底部安装有底座，所述盒盖的顶部设有提手，所述提手的两侧连接有固定皮筋，所述固定皮筋上连接有卡件，所述盒盖的底部安装有支撑条，所述支撑板盒体上设有光油层，所述光油层的下表面上粘贴有胶印层，所述胶印层的下表面上粘贴有装饰层，所述装饰层的下表面上粘贴有面纸层、所述面纸 层的下表面上粘贴有韧性层，所述韧性层的下表面上粘贴有芯纸层，所述芯纸层的下表面上粘贴有里纸层。

本实用新型所述的环保盒，瓦楞纸盒体通过隔板分成文件放置室和办公用具放置室，办公人员可以很好的将一些文件和办公用具防止在包装盒中，通过盒盖上的提手，方便了包装盒的携带；卡件通过固定皮筋与提手连接，卡件与卡槽座配合使用时候，可以将盒盖与瓦楞纸盒体紧紧的固定在一起，通过魔术贴进一步固定，有效的防止了盒盖与盒体的脱落，造成文件的从包装盒中散出，造成文件的损伤；在瓦楞纸盒体上设有光油层和底部设有防潮板，可以防止瓦楞纸被水潮湿，在瓦楞纸盒体中添加有韧性层，增加了瓦楞纸盒体的韧性，保证了瓦楞纸盒体在携带过程中不易变形，提高了包装盒的使用寿命；通过利用胶印瓦楞纸包装盒盒盖本体上的材料作为提手衬底板，不仅节省材料，成本较低，而且使用完作为废弃物对环境污染小，回收利用处理较容易。
