    S1037,按预定规则对重合度1至重合度M进行加权计算,得出注册成功概率,所述预定规则可根据用户的风险喜好进行调整。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的商标监测方法,其特征在于,所述影像重合包括将图标进行任意角度旋转后再进行重合。
  8. 一种商标监测系统,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用户发送的待监测商标信息;
    发送模块,用于将所述待监测商标信息发送至服务器,以便服务器定期对新公开注册商标进行检索监测;判断所述新公开注册商标的商品或服务项目与所述待监测商标的商品或服务项目是否类似;判断所述新公开注册商标与所述待监测商标是否相同或近似;
    输出模块,接收服务器发送的判断结果及相应的建议并输出。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的商标监测系统,其特征在于,判断所述新公开注册商标的商品或服务项目与所述待监测商标的商品或服务项目是否类似,具体包括:
    S1031,根据《类似商品和服务区分表》及类似商品和服务判断规则对相同或类似商品进行重新分组;
    S1032,分别确定所述待监测商标及新公开的注册商标中每个商品或服务项目的分类组别;
    S1033,若所述待监测商标的任一商品或服务项目与新公开注册商标的任一商品或服务项目属于同一分类组别,则该商品或服务类似;反之则不类似。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的商标监测系统,其特征在于,所述基于影像重合判断逐一判断拟注册商标与待监测商标是否相同或近似,具体包括:
    S1034,分析图标的基本组成要素;
    S1035,将每个基本组成要素进行排列组合,形成一系列新的图标1、图标2、图标2……图标N,N为整数;
    S1036,对图标1至图标N逐一与每一在先图形商标进行影像重合,得出重合度1,重合度2……重合度M;
    S1037,按预定规则对重合度1至重合度M进行加权计算,得出注册成功概率,所述预定规则可根据用户的风险喜好进行调整。
