技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,具体涉及一种工作异常终端处理、工作异常终端识别方法及装置。
背景技术
最小化路测(Minimization Drive Test,MDT)就是让现网的商用终端代替人工做路测,进行相关量的测量并上报。网络根据终端上报的测量对现网覆盖、切换、接入、干扰等情况进行分析,发现问题并解决网络中存在覆盖问题,切换问题,接入问题以及干扰等问题。
MDT任务的采集有两种方式,一种是基于管理的MDT,一种是基于用户的MDT。基于管理的MDT就是针对选择区域(小区列表或跟踪区(Tracking Area,TA)列表)内所有的终端都开启MDT任务。基于用户的MDT,就是针对特定的用户开启MDT。
MDT任务包含的数据类型有四种:连接态MDT(Immediate MDT)、空闲态MDT(Logged MDT)、无线链路失败报告(Radio Link Failure Report,RLF Report)、无线资源控制连接建立失败报告(Radio Resource Control Connection Establishment Failure Report,RCEF Report)。其中,Immediate MDT是指:对处于连接状态用户(或称为用户设备(User Equipment,UE)) 进行数据采集,包括无线侧对处于连接态的UE下发Immediate MDT测量配置,UE在连接态下按测量配置进行测量和上报;Logged MDT是指:无线侧对处于连接态的UE下发Logged MDT测量任务,终端进入空闲态后按照Logged MDT测量配置进行测量和存储,终端进入连接态后再上报测量结果。RLF Report是指:终端发生无线链路故障(Radio Link Failure,RLF)事件后,记录到日志(Log)中,终端成功接入后再上报RLF事件的测量信息。RCEF Report是指:终端发生连接建立失败(RCEF)事件后,记录到Log中,终端成功接入后再上报RCEF事件的测量信息。
目前现网开启MDT任务后,部分区域出现掉话率增加,掉话率增加不仅会影响用户感知,而且也影响网络关键性能指标(Key Performance Indicator,KPI),因此需要无线侧去解决MDT功能开启后网络掉话率增加问题。
因此,相关技术中由于MDT功能开启后由于部分MDT工作异常终端导致网络掉话率增加的问题,尚未提出解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种工作异常终端处理、工作异常终端识别方法及装置,以至少解决相关技术中由于MDT功能开启后由于部分MDT工作异常终端导致网络掉话率增加的问题。
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种工作异常终端处理方法,包括:
网管设备将MDT工作异常终端的标识或标识列表发送给基站,其中,所述MDT工作异常终端的标识用于基站放弃向所述标识对应的终端执行MDT任务;所述标识列表包括MDT工作异常终端的标识。
在本发明实施例中,还提供了一种工作异常终端处理方法,包括:
基站接收网元发送的MDT工作异常终端的标识;
所述基站放弃向该标识对应的终端执行MDT任务。
在本发明实施例中,还提供了一种工作异常终端识别方法,包括:
网元统计执行MDT任务终端的KPI;
所述网元获取所述KPI发生异常的执行MDT任务的终端;
所述网元获取所述终端的标识,其中,所述标识为MDT工作异常终端的标识,所述MDT工作异常终端的标识用于基站放弃向所述标识对应的终端执行MDT任务。
在本发明实施例中,还提供了一种工作异常终端处理装置,应用于网管设备,包括:

通过本发明实施例,网管设备将MDT工作异常终端的标识或标识列表发送给基站,所述标识列表包括MDT工作异常终端的标识;基站放弃向所述标识对应的终端执行MDT任务,解决了相关技术中由于MDT功能开启后由于部分MDT工作异常终端导致网络掉话率增加的问题,由于基站不向MDT工作异常终端的发送MDT任务,从而有效减少了掉话率,提高了用户体验。

实施例1
在本实施例中提供了一种工作异常终端处理方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的工作异常终端处理方法的流程图一,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,网管设备将MDT工作异常终端的标识或标识列表发送给 基站,其中,所述MDT工作异常终端的标识用于基站放弃向所述标识对应的终端执行MDT任务;所述标识列表包括MDT工作异常终端的标识。
通过上述步骤,对于MDT工作异常终端,即该终端标识属于MDT工作异常终端标识,在无线侧执行MDT任务时,对于这些终端不执行MDT任务,解决了相关技术中由于MDT功能开启后由于部分MDT工作异常终端导致网络掉话率增加的问题,由于基站不向MDT工作异常终端的发送MDT任务,从而有效减少了掉话率,提高了用户体验。
上述的MDT任务是指给终端下发连接态Immediate MDT测量任务,获取终端上报Immediate MDT测量结果,给终端下发空闲态Logged MDT测量任务,获取终端保存Logged MDT测量结果,获取终端保存RLF Report数据,获取终端保存的RCEF Report数据。
网管设备维护一个MDT功能异常终端标识列表,将已知MDT功能异常终端标识配置到网管上设备,网管设备将MDT功能异常终端标识发送到它所管辖基站,这些基站收到MDT功能异常终端标识后,针对这些类型的终端,不执行MDT任务。
对于某些MDT功能异常终端版本升级后其MDT功能不再异常,从网管设备维护的列表中删除其终端标识,一旦网管设备维护的MDT功能异常终端标识列表发生变更(这里指删除),网管设备将MDT功能异常终端表的变化特征发送到它所管辖基站,这些基站收到MDT功能异常终端标识表的变化信息后,针对这些删除类型的终端标识,执行MDT任务。
网管设备上维护的MDT工作异常的终端标识来源,可以是已知MDT工作异常的终端标识,也可以是来自于基站自动识别的;其中基站自动识别可以自动上传到网管,或者人工添加。
可选地,在网管设备将MDT工作异常终端的标识或标识列表发送给基站之前,该网管设备统计执行MDT任务终端的KPI;该网管设备获取该 KPI发生异常的执行MDT任务的终端;该网管设备获取该终端的标识,其中,该标识为MDT工作异常终端的标识。
可选的,所述KPI发生异常包括以下之一:
掉话次数满足预先设置的阈值;
掉话次数以及掉话率均满足预先设置的阈值;
预定原因的掉话次数满足预先设置的阈值;

可选地,在网管设备将最小化路测MDT工作异常终端的标识列表发送给基站之前,该网管设备通过但不限于以下方式之一确定该MDT工作异常终端的标识:
接收人工添加的MDT工作异常终端的标识;
接收人工删除的MDT工作异常终端的标识;
从基站识别出MDT工作异常终端的标识;
从网优工具识别出MDT工作异常终端的标识;
从网管设备自身识别出MDT工作异常的终端标识。
可选地,该方法还可以包括:该网管设备检测到新的MDT工作异常终端的标识变化,其中,所述标识变化包括新增标识或删除标识;该网管根据该新的MDT工作异常终端的标识更新该标识列表。
可选的,该方法还包括:所述网管设备将MDT工作异常终端标识变化通知到所述基站。
可选的,所述网管设备还可以清空所述标识列表中MDT工作异常终端的标识。

通过上述步骤,基站接收网元发送的MDT工作异常终端的标识,基站放弃向该标识对应的终端执行MDT任务,解决了相关技术中由于MDT功能开启导致网络掉话率增加的问题,由于基站不向MDT工作异常终端的发送MDT任务,从而有效减少了掉话率,提高了用户体验。
可选的,上述的MDT任务包括以下之一:
向终端下发连接态MDT测量任务;
获取终端连接态MDT测量结果;
向终端下发空闲态MDT测量任务;
获取终端保存的空闲态MDT测量结果;
获取终端保存的RLF Report数据;
获取终端保存的RCEF Report数据。
单个基站将自学习的结果(MDT功能异常终端标识)发送到网管,网管将MDT功能异常终端标识发送到其它基站,其它基站收到MDT功能异常终端标识后,针对这些类型的标识,不下发MDT任务。
或单个基站将自学习的结果(MDT功能异常终端标识)发送到相邻基站,相邻基站收到MDT功能异常终端标识后,针对这些类型的终端,不下发MDT任务。或者,单个基站自学习的结果可以自动添加到网管维护的MDT功能异常终端标识列表中,一旦网管维护的MDT功能异常终端标识列表发生变更(这里指增加),网管将MDT功能异常终端表的变化特征发送到它所管辖其它基站,这些基站收到MDT功能异常终端标识表的变化信息后,针对这些新增类型的终端,不下发MDT任务。
其中,所述MDT工作异常终端的标识包括以下之一:特征组指示(FGI)、国际移动设备识别码(IMEI)、国际移动设备识别码-型号认证码(IMEI-TAC)、国际移动设备识别码-软件版本(IMEI-SV)。

对于开启MDT任务的小区,统计该小区整体掉话率相关指标,如果在预配置的时段内该小区整体掉话率相关指标(例如,呼叫总次数超过门限并且掉话率低于门限)满足门限,则该小区进行MDT功能异常终端识别。一旦不满足该门限,则关闭该小区的MDT功能异常终端识别功能。或者通过网管仅对网络指标正常的小区开启MDT功能异常终端识别。或者通过网管对网络指标异常的小区关闭MDT功能异常终端识别。
其中,所述MDT工作异常终端的标识包括以下之一:特征组指示(FGI),国际移动设备识别码(IMEI),国际移动设备识别码-型号认证码(IMEI-TAC),国际移动设备识别码-软件版本(IMEI-SV)。
本发明实施例中的MDT工作任务可以是Immediate MDT、Logged  MDT、RLF Report、RCEF Report任务中一种或多种;MDT工作异常可以是多种网络指标异常,例如掉话率指标。
本发明实施例涉及到MDT工作异常终端可以是以基站为单位进行识别或按照小区为单位识别或集中的管理无线资源的实体识别。此外,网管通过或基站通过开关开启或关闭MDT工作异常终端识别功能。解决了现网开启MDT任务后,导致网络指标下降问题,影响用户感知问题。
下面提供过具体示例对本发明实施例进行详细说明。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述MDT任务包括以下之一:
    向终端下发连接态MDT测量任务;
    获取终端连接态MDT测量结果;
    向终端下发空闲态MDT测量任务;
    获取终端保存的空闲态MDT测量结果;
    获取终端保存的无线链路失败报告RLF Report数据;
    获取终端保存的无线资源控制连接建立失败报告RCEF Report数据。
