Abstract

一种鞋结构(1),包含鞋底(11)、鞋面(12)以及贴附元件(15)。鞋底(11)具有第一表面(111)及与其相背的第二表面(112)。第一表面(111)具有光源模块(13)。鞋面(12)具有导光元件(14),导光元件(14)的一端对应光源模块(13)中的光源(131)设置,导光元件(14)具有至少一折点(143)。贴附元件(15)对应折点(143)设置。

Description

鞋结构 技术领域
本发明是有关一种鞋结构,具体而言,特别是一种具有投影功能的鞋结构。
背景技术
传统鞋子的主要功能是用来保护人类的双脚。随着时代的进步及大众需求的改变,发展出各式各样多功能的鞋款,例如皮鞋、运动鞋、凉鞋、拖鞋或高跟鞋等。
然而,民众在选购鞋子时,除了考虑保护双脚的功能外,也愈来愈注重其设计、颜色、图案配搭、以及附加功能,而鞋子的外观及功能是吸引消费者的重要因素,因此多功能及美观的鞋子已成为现代人日常生活中不可或缺的一项配件。然而,限于鞋子本身的材质及功能性,鞋子的外观设计往往难以突破。
发明的公开
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种鞋结构,通过光纤投影出各式各样的图形,提供一种兼具美观与功能的鞋结构。
鞋结构包含鞋底、鞋面以及贴附元件。鞋底具有第一表面及与其相背的第二表面。第一表面具有光源模块。鞋面具有导光元件,导光元件的第一端对应光源模块中的光源设置,导光元件具有至少一折点。贴附元件对应折点设置。
于一实施例中,导光元件是选自塑胶光纤。
于一实施例中,贴附元件包含部分透光的图形。
于一实施例中,图形是通过折点的光线投影而出。
于一实施例中,图形的投影角度可通过贴附元件进行调整。
于一实施例中,导光元件进一步包含套体,设置于折点的两侧。
相较于传统的鞋款,本发明的鞋结构可通过光纤投影出各式各样的图形,提供一种兼具美观与功能的鞋款。

实现本发明的最佳方式
以下将以附图配合文字叙述公开本发明的多个实施方式,为明确说明起见,许多实务上的细节将在以下叙述中一并说明。然而,应了解到,这些实务上的细节不应用以限制本发明。此外,为简化附图起见,一些现有的结构 与元件在附图中将以简单示意的方式绘出。
请参阅图1A及图1B。如图1A所示,鞋结构1包含鞋底11及鞋面12。鞋底11具有彼此相背的第一表面111及第二表面112。第一表面111上较佳设置有光源模块13,光源模块13包含供电模块及多个光源131,光源较佳但不限于指向性较高的装置,例如发光二极管(Light-emitting diode,LED)、激光二极管或其他类似的发光元件。供电模块可通过电池、人动发电,或其他的供电方式,并无特定限制。
鞋面12包含导光元件14,可使用编织技术将其编入鞋面12,也可以通过嵌合的方式设置于鞋面12,亦或其他固定方式。于本实施例中,导光元件14是使用光纤,较佳为塑胶光纤,具有较高的可挠性。其中,导光元件14的第一端141较佳对应于光源模块13的光源131设置,以提高光线的入光率。导光元件14可设置于鞋面12任一处,本实施例仅以一条为例,并非以此限制。
于导光元件14第二端(相对于对应光源的另一端)142设有贴附元件15,较佳但不限于使用具有防水性的贴纸,较佳具可重复粘贴性。贴附元件15上具有图形,图形具有部分透光151及不透光152的区域。光线由第一端进入导光元件14,经全反射行进并经由第二端142出光,光线照射至贴附元件15并投影出对应的图形。
如图1C所示,光源所发出的光线,经由导光元件14传递,照射至贴附元件15而投影出其图形15’。图形透光的部分可让光线穿透并形成对应的轮廓。于本实施例中,贴附元件15上的图形通过光源而投影至地面,并且,由于光线散射的缘故,其投影出的图形15’会略大于贴附元件15的原始图形。原始图形中透光的部分151,经投影而出成为151’,原始不透光的部分152则形成152’,据此,则投影出图形15’。
于本实施例中,通过贴附元件15的贴附角度与光线散射的原理,将贴附元件15投影至地面上,然而,于其他实施例中,可以通过调整贴附元件15的位置及角度来调整图形所需投影的角度。须说明的是,本实施例的图 形仅为示例用,并非以此限制。
于其他实施例中,贴附元件15上可选择性地增设凸透镜或其他类似的元件,以利增大投影出的图形。
本发明的另一实施例,请参阅图2A及图2B。是将贴附元件15设置于导光元件的折点143上设置。折点可为一或多个,并无特定限制。其原理在于,原本于导光元件14中进行全反射的光线,经由折点143破坏其全反射,造成部分光线由折点143散射而出。经由折点143散射出的光线照射于贴附元件15,并投影出较大的图形15’。本实施例的导光元件14亦可通过编织技术将其编入鞋面12中,或其他类似的方式制作。
需说明的是,图2B的导光元件14为图2A的导光元件14的部分放大图。实际应用上,折点143并不会于图2A中出现,特此说明。
如同前述实施例,投影的位置可依贴附元件15的贴附方式调整,并非仅能投影至地面。于其他实施例中,亦可使图形投影至侧面(例如,于左脚鞋面内侧面的图形可投影至右脚鞋面的内侧面上,于左脚鞋面外侧面的图形可投影至靠近外侧面的墙面、左右脚内侧面互相投射)、前方、后方等不同方向,请参阅图3。
需说明的是,由于导光元件可能会有多个折点,于一实施例中,可于每个折点上分别对应设置相同或不相同的贴附元件15a、15b、15c等,以此方式能投影出更多样化的图形15a’、15b’、15c’等,提高其变化性及娱乐性,请参阅图4。
于另一实施例中,可于导光元件14的折点143两侧加设套体144,其目的在于,通过套体144将侧边的散射光线遮蔽,可令折点143出射的光线投影出类似灯泡状的投影轮廓16,请参阅图5。
相较于传统的鞋款,本发明的鞋结构可通过光纤投影出各式各样的图形,提供一种兼具美观与功能的鞋款。
通过以上较佳具体实施例的详述,是希望能更加清楚描述本发明的特征 与精神,而并非以上述所公开的较佳具体实施例来对本发明的范畴加以限制。相反地,其目的是希望能涵盖各种改变及具相等性的安排于本发明权利要求的范畴内。因此,本发明权利要求的范畴应该根据上述的说明作最宽广的解释,以致使其涵盖所有可能的改变以及具相等性的安排。
工业应用性
本发明的鞋结构,通过光纤投影出各式各样的图形,提供一种兼具美观与功能的鞋结构,相较于传统的鞋款,本发明的鞋结构可通过光纤投影出各式各样的图形,提供一种兼具美观与功能的鞋款。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种鞋结构,其特征在于,包含:
    一鞋底,具有一第一表面及与其相背的一第二表面,该第一表面具有一光源模块;
    一鞋面,具有至少一导光元件,该至少一导光元件的第一端对应该光源模块中的至少一光源设置,且该至少一导光元件具有至少一折点;以及
    至少一贴附元件,对应该至少一折点上设置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该至少一导光元件是选自塑胶光纤。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该至少一贴附元件包含至少部分透光的图形。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该图形是通过该折点的光线投影而出。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该图形的投影角度可通过该贴附元件进行调整。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该至少一导光元件进一步包含一套体,设置于该折点的两侧。
