Description

具透气设计的鞋子 技术领域
本发明是关于一种鞋子，具体而言，本发明是关于一种具透气设计的鞋子。
背景技术
鞋子可提供使用者足部的保护，使足部在不同情境下安全活动并保持健康。另外，穿着的舒适性对足部健康也有影响。例如，过度摩擦可能使皮肤角化过度而影响行走。因此，对于能提供使用者在不同情境、不同天气下安全且舒适活动的鞋子是重要的课题。
发明的公开
本发明的一目的在于提供一种具透气设计的鞋子，可提高透气性。
鞋子包含鞋底及设置于鞋底上的鞋面。鞋面具有内表面。在鞋面的内表面设置有直立棉层。
于一实施例中，更包含内里层，设置于直立棉层相反于鞋面的一面。
于一实施例中，更包含防水膜，设置于鞋面与直立棉层之间。
于一实施例中，鞋面为编织鞋面。
于一实施例中，直立棉层包含多个直立棉单元。
于一实施例中，更包含防水袜套，围绕设置于鞋面接近鞋底的一侧，并包覆鞋面底部。

实现本发明的最佳方式
本发明是提供一种鞋子，具透气设计。本发明的鞋子可运用于运动鞋、休闲鞋，但不限于此。请参考图1。图1为本发明鞋子10的一实施例侧视图。如图1所示，鞋子10包含鞋底110及设置于鞋底110上的鞋面120。鞋面120内部具有数层结构，请配合参考图2。图2为对应图1中鞋面120于虚线A圈示范围的剖视放大图。如图2所示，鞋面120具有内表面121。在鞋面120的内表面121设置有直立棉层130。直立棉层130可采用整片式的直立棉。相较于现有鞋子中所填充的泡棉，采用直立棉可提供重量更轻且透气性更好的效果。此外，直立棉可提供舒适的触感，故直立棉层130亦可 作为与足部肌肤的接触层。
图3为鞋面120的另一实施例局部剖视放大图。如图3所示，在鞋面120的内表面121设置有直立棉层130。此外，鞋子10更包含内里层140。内里层140设置于直立棉层130相反于鞋面120的一面，形成鞋面120-直立棉层130-内里层140的三层结构。在此实施例，内里层140作为与足部肌肤的接触层，通过直立棉层130提供透气效果，并且利用内里层140进一步提高保暖效果。于一实施例，鞋面120可为编织鞋面，由此减轻鞋子10重量，更进一步增加整体的透气性。
图4为鞋面120的另一实施例局部剖视放大图。如图4所示，鞋子10更包含防水膜150。防水膜150设置于鞋面120与直立棉层130之间，形成鞋面120-防水膜150-直立棉层130-内里层140的四层结构。通过设计，于接近鞋面120的一侧提供防水效果，可在天气变化时下雨天安全且舒适活动的效果。
图5为鞋面120的另一实施例局部剖视放大图。如图5所示，直立棉层130包含多个直立棉单元131。直立棉单元131是指碎片状的直立棉。例如，利用来自制作鞋体时产生的直立棉边角料作为直立棉单元131。换言之，直立棉层130除了可为整片的直立棉外，亦可由碎片状的直立棉所构成。由此可提供透气效果并进一步增加材料的利用率。
图6为本发明鞋子10的一实施例侧剖视图。如图6所示，鞋子10更包含防水袜套160。防水袜套160围绕设置于鞋面120接近鞋底110的一侧，并包覆鞋面120底部。从放大的剖面图来看，鞋面120内部形成鞋面120-防水膜150-直立棉层130的三层结构。前述包含鞋面120的三层结构在接近鞋底110的一侧与防水袜套160连接，且防水袜套160包覆鞋面120底部的范围包含自鞋尖延伸至鞋跟的位置。通过设计，在鞋子10的鞋面120与防水袜套160交界位置以上可通过防水膜150提供防水效果，而交界位置以上可通过防水袜套160提供防水效果，以提供更全面的防水保护。在其他实施例，防水袜套160可视需求增设于鞋面内，例如设置在直立棉层相反于防水 膜的一面，并自鞋口12一侧朝足踝部延伸至接近鞋底110一侧。由此提供鞋子内部防水效果，避免灌入鞋子的水分自鞋子内部损害如直立棉等内层结构。
通过以上较佳具体实施例的详述，是希望能更加清楚描述本发明的特征与精神，而并非以上述所公开的较佳具体实施例来对本发明的范畴加以限制。相反地，其目的是希望能涵盖各种改变及具相等性的安排于本发明权利要求的范畴内。
工业应用性
本发明的鞋子包含鞋底及设置于鞋底上的鞋面。鞋面具有内表面。在鞋面的内表面设置有直立棉层。提供了一种具透气设计的鞋子，可提高鞋体透气性。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种具透气设计的鞋子，其特征在于，包含：
    一鞋底；
    一鞋面，设置于该鞋底上，该鞋面具有一内表面；以及
    一直立棉层，设置于该内表面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具透气设计的鞋子，其特征在于，更包含一内里层，设置于该直立棉层相反于该鞋面的一面。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的具透气设计的鞋子，其特征在于，更包含一防水膜，设置于该鞋面与该直立棉层之间。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的具透气设计的鞋子，其特征在于，该鞋面为编织鞋面。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的具透气设计的鞋子，其特征在于，该直立棉层包含多个直立棉单元。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的具透气设计的鞋子，其特征在于，更包含一防水袜套，围绕设置于该鞋面接近该鞋底的一侧，并包覆该鞋面底部。
