Abstract

Description
本申请涉及一种混合水龙头。
目前在家用(厨房卫生间内)或商用的混合水龙头产品中,其出水温度的测量基本上靠人为的凭借手或身体皮肤来进行粗略感知,没有一种可靠的具有温度值可视的混合水龙头产品被广泛使用。
其主要问题是,温度读数对于过去的多数使用场合来说显得必要性不足,同时由于各种测温仪表装置的防水性能不佳使得该型混合水龙头迟迟没有在市场上出现,但随着社会的发展,混合水龙头的功能性在逐步提升,传统的粗放型透过人手或身体皮肤来粗略感知混水温度的方式导致了混水出水温度的精度较低,在一些诸如皮肤护理或者婴幼儿洗澡或者配置某种高精度温度要求的水溶液时需要获得计量级水温精度的混合出水,使用者往往需要自带测温表计来完成混水出水温度的计量级监测,目前出现的恒温阀芯龙头虽然可以提供一定温度稳定性的出水,但其实际温度值会随着阀芯老化而出现偏移,其刻度无法成为读出依据。
本申请为了解决现有技术中的不足而提供一种混合水龙头,实现了可靠的视觉温度值读取反馈的调节方式,减少了调节水温的时间,提高了混水出水的温度精度,有利于水资源的节约。同时也能提供一些视觉上的美学效果。
为达到上述目的,本申请采用的技术方案为:
一种混合水龙头,包括混合水龙头铸件体、混水阀芯、固定孔座和测温表计,所述混合水龙头铸件体具有形成于其中的混水腔并至少具有一个冷水进口和热水进口,且冷水进口和热水进口分别与混水腔连通,热水进口通过管道与热水水源连接,冷水进口通过管道与冷水水源连接;混水阀芯设置在混合水龙头铸件体内,为冷热水混合控制部件,固定孔座设置在混水腔,测温表计固定在固定孔座上且测温表计测量端与混水腔流体接触,经混水阀芯混合后的温水流经测温表计测量端,然后再输出供直接使用或经过分水阀供各个分水出口使用。通过本产品,可以通过测温表计实时测量出水温度,实现快速精准调节水温。
进一步地,所述的混合水龙头铸件体为金属或塑料在重力或压力条件下铸造。
作为本申请所述的混合水龙头的一种优选方案,所述的固定孔座为旋紧式固定孔座,包括旋紧螺纹、密封橡胶圈和形成于固定孔座内的测量孔,用于测温表计的旋紧式安装固定和更换。
作为本申请所述的混合水龙头的一种优选方案,所述的固定孔座为插入式,固定孔座,包括固定螺钉、密封橡胶圈和形成于固定孔座内的测量孔,用于测温表计的直插式安装固定和更换。
作为本申请所述的混合水龙头的一种优选方案,所述的测温表计是指机械测温表,包括但不限于气压式指针温度表、液体膨胀式温度计、双金属指针温度表,其特征是无需电源供应。
作为本申请所述的混合水龙头的一种优选方案,所述的测温表计是指电子测温表,包括但不限于测温表计位为带有化学电池供电的、太阳能电池供电或化学电池 /
太阳能电池复合供电的电子测温表,所述的电子测温表具有数字显示功能,进一步地,所述的电子测温表具有温度值可预设的越值报警功能,包括可视的光学和可听闻的声学报警。
所述的测温表计可以输出可视的指针读数或数字式读数供使用者肉眼直接读取,也可以输出非可视的电信号、光信号、无线信号供外部设备读取或记录,所述外部设备包括但不限于电子伺服混水阀芯、用于水或气体开关控制的电磁阀门、温度值记录装置。
进一步地,所述的测温表计具有防尘和防水结构,包括透明表盘玻璃、密封胶圈和显示表盘的盘体,这三者为互相紧配合设计,构成防尘防水结构,可满足例如一定等级的防尘防水要求。
可以用于家用(厨房卫生间内)或商用的各类场合,在不明显增加装置成本的基础上,实现了可靠的视觉温度值读取反馈的调节方式,减少了调节水温的时间,提高了混水出水的温度精度,同时视觉反馈的温度调节方式会有效缩短使用者调节出水温度的时间,有利于水资源的节约,同时也能提供一些视觉上的美学效果。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本申请作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,为一种较佳的混合水龙头分解图,包括测温表计10、混合水龙头铸件体20、混水阀芯30。混合水龙头铸件体20具有形成于其中的混水腔并具有热水进口22和冷水进口23、混合水总出口24,热水进口22通过管道与热水水源连接,冷水进口23通过管道与冷水水源连接,通过热水进口22进来的热水与冷水进口23进来的冷水经过混水阀芯30调节均进入混水腔并在混水腔中完成冷热交互形成一定温度的温水,经过混合后的温水通过混合水总出口24流出,在混水腔与混合水总出口24之间设有固定孔座21,固定孔座21与混水腔连通。
测温表计10具有测温探头11,将测温探头11插入固定孔座21内,在固定孔座21内还具有密封胶圈12,密封胶圈将测温表计与固定孔座密封。
在固定孔座21内表面具有旋转螺纹,测温表计10外径具有与之吻合的外螺纹,测温表计10旋紧固定在固定孔座21上。
混水阀芯30上依次设置混水阀芯压紧螺帽31、压紧螺帽装饰盖32和混水阀芯手柄33。
图2为分别为一种机械指针式测温表计和电子测温表计的外形图,从图中可以通过指针或数字直接读出当前水温。
图3为带有分水阀结构的混合水龙头,包括测温表计10、混合水龙头铸件体20、混水阀芯、混水阀芯手柄33、热水进口22和冷水进口23,混合水龙头铸件体20内的混水腔设置固定孔座21,测温表计10具有测温探头11,将测温探头11插入固定孔座21内,分水阀位于混合腔测温表计10固定孔座的流出口位置,分水切换旋钮控制分水阀将单一混合水出口转为第一分水出口27、第二分水出口28、第三分水出口29三个出水口。
图4为台盆式带测温表计混合水龙头的外形图,其中,A为固定出水口的带测温表计混合水龙头的外形图,包括测温表计10、混合水龙头铸件体20、混水阀芯手柄33,固定孔座21设置在靠近混合水总出口24附近的混水腔,测温表计10的测温探头11插入固定孔座21,通过旋转混水阀芯手柄33调节混合水总出口24的出水温度。
B为转动出水口的带测温表计混合水龙头的外形图,主体结构与A相同,区别在于混合水总出口24和测温表计10可以随着转动出水管进行自由转动。
图5为双手轮手柄的带测温表计混水龙头的外形图,其结构与图1中结构相似,区别在于热水进水口22和冷水进水口23分别通过热水单阀芯手轮331和冷水单阀芯手轮332控制与混水腔的连通口大小,进而调节混合水总出口的出水温度。
图6为暗装墙式带测温表计混水龙头的外形图,包括墙面60,龙头面罩61,测温表计10,混水阀手柄33,第一分水出口27,第二分水出口28。

- 一种混合水龙头,其特征在于:包括混合水龙头铸件体、混水阀芯、固定孔座和测温表计,所述混合水龙头铸件体具有形成于其中的混水腔并至少具有一个冷水进口和热水进口,且冷水进口和热水进口分别与混水腔连通,混水阀芯设置在混合水龙头铸件体内,为冷热水混合控制部件,固定孔座设置在混水腔,测温表计固定在固定孔座上且测温表计测量端与混水腔流体接触。
- 根据权利要求1所述的混合水龙头,其特征在于:所述的固定孔座为旋紧式固定孔座,包括旋紧螺纹、密封橡胶圈和形成于固定孔座内的测量孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的混合水龙头,其特征在于:所述的固定孔座为插入式,固定孔座,包括固定螺钉、密封橡胶圈和形成于固定孔座内的测量孔。
