Definitions
- the present application relates to the field of detection technologies, and in particular, to an antenna detection apparatus, system, and method.
- NFC Near Field Communication
- RFID radio frequency identification
- the operating frequency is 13.56MHz for close-range wireless communication between mobile devices, consumer electronics, PCs (personal computers) and smart control tools.
- the method for detecting the performance of an NFC antenna on an existing production line is generally performed by an antenna inspection tooling.
- the method is: pre-simulate the environment of the antenna on the PCB (Printed Circuit Board), and leave a certain number of pin pins as needed, solder the cable (cable) on the PCB, the cable core and The pin pin connection feeds the vector network signal, and the antenna product to be tested is placed in the slot of the lower pressing block, the pad (welding) point of the antenna is in contact with the pin pin, and then the upper pressing block is pressed to make the pad point and the pin pin full. Contact, the waveform of the antenna to be tested can be seen from the vector network, and the waveforms debugged on the PCB according to the actual working frequency band in advance. If the antenna is broken or the size changes, the waveform will be frequency-biased, so that the antenna can be known. Whether the performance is normal. However, this detection method has the following defects:
- Each detection device needs to have a mesh, a fixture, a PCB board, upper and lower clamps, a cable line, an ohmmeter, etc., wherein the upper clamp has a long wear time, resulting in inaccurate product positioning;
- the pressure is subject to wear and tear, resulting in poor contact; in addition, it is also necessary to pass the cable line, and look at the waveform of the antenna by means of the vector network. Frequent disassembly and assembly of the cable will loosen the inner core of the wire, and the contact is bad.
- These need to be replaced regularly; It is necessary to use an ohmmeter to detect the resistance value of the antenna and calculate whether its Q (quality factor) is within the fluctuation range of the standard antenna; in addition, the price of the vector network is relatively expensive.
- the program is cumbersome and the detection time is long. Because the traditional testing method requires relatively high preparatory work in the early stage, and the workload is relatively large, the accuracy of the preparatory work in the early stage directly affects the quality of the product. Before the detection, on the one hand, it is necessary to debug the resonance similar to the whole machine on the PCB board which is close to the actual antenna environment, and the sensitivity requirements are consistent; on the other hand, it is necessary to consider the production aspect, the waveform of the debugging should be smooth and easy to produce the production line. Control; and during the test, the ohmmeter is also used to measure the resistance of the antenna.

Description

因为NFC(Near Field Communication,近场通信)天线有多种规格,不同规格的NFC天线其对应的天线最差性能下的距离也不同。
