Description

采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种采用LED光源的发光部件,特别涉及一种采用以最基本且为标准件的光发射模块、供电连接模块和支撑体系通过积木拼装方式组合成不同形状、结构和用途的LED发光器件。
背景技术
自LED光源诞生后,其衍生出来的照明产品基本是按照传统照明产品的行业标准来制造,如产品的外形、大小、输出功率、光源色温、电性等性能参数要求,即LED照明产品基本上是以1∶1的形式按照传统照明产品的相关性能参数要求来生产的,由此产生成千上万个不同款式的LED照明产品。
目前传统照明产品大致可划分为39个子规格种类,分为室内和室外灯具,分别如下:
室内灯具:筒灯、球泡灯、蜡烛灯、灯管、格栅灯、豆眼灯、平板灯、天花灯、嵌灯、柜台灯、吸顶灯、吊灯、壁灯、落地灯、台灯、厨卫灯、镜前灯、应急灯、浴霸、无影灯、探照灯或射灯、投灯、地脚灯。
室外灯具:路灯、太阳能路灯、庭院灯、埋地灯、洗墙灯、隧道灯、景观灯、草坪灯、水底灯、喷泉灯、护栏管、舞台灯、移动式灯、交通灯、汽车灯、灯条/带。
在上述架构设计下,半导体照明每个子型号可以有成千上万种不同的设计制造方案,由此导致同型号产品的外形功能同质化,但部件千差万别,造成LED照明产品复杂、多样且无统一标准的局面。
以下就3W、5W、7W和9W的LED球泡灯为例,其包含若干种规格和相关性能参数,其中相同部分为:电源:内置电源,输入:输入电压:100-240VAC 50/60Hz,输出电流:295±5mA,功率因数:>0.40,套件本体:塑包铝,LED:2835灯珠0.2W和发光颜色:冷白/暖白。不同部分分别如下:
3W:输出电压9-13VDC、含负载总功率3W±15%、转换效率>0.75、光源功率2.8W、LED数量及排列15颗,3串5并。
5W:输出电压15-18VDC、含负载总功率5W±15%、转换效率>0.78、光源功率4.5W、LED数量及排列25颗,5串5并。
7W:输出电压15-24VDC、含负载总功率7W±15%、转换效率>0.80、光源功率6W、LED数量及排列30颗,6串5并。
9W:输出电压24-28VDC、含负载总功率9W±15%、转换效率>0.80、光源功率8W、LED数量及排列40颗,8串5并。
按照上述传统照明产品划分,其3W的LED球泡灯应为一个子型号,但从上述比较可以看出,其示出了四款产品,即就外壳形状、大小尺寸、PCB、灯珠、电源、色温等方面,这四款产品都不相同,也就是说,要制造该四款LED球泡灯意味着要设计开发4×6=24套对应的各种模具。一个3W球泡灯型号如此,其它38种类产品也同样如此。
目前,国内LED照明行业约有1万5千家企业,一百多万员工,以上亿数量的各种模具,制造出几千万种规格的产品,最后仅归为39种传统功能的灯具。
据相关部门统计,行业内每总投入2.54元,才能产生1元产值。近三年来,国内照明 行业24家上市企业整体净利润率不到4%。国内封装规模第一的木林森,年产近5000亿颗灯珠,占全球行业总量近四分之一,产值不到行业的0.5%,实质成为卖金属、塑胶材料的企业。
经360搜索球泡灯约为116万张图片,其中有七成不相同,这样,所需的不同模具的数量要开多少?可想而知,该行业的制造效率是多么低,当某种款型无市场时,又会造成多少资源(如人力、产品用料和设备投资等)的浪费。
2016年,中国半导体照明行业产值5300亿元,同比增长23%,占全球市场份额21%,是全球最大的照明生产国。但行业诞生20年,没有一个正式的行业标准。
造成上述状况的根本原因是:20年来行业内一直未能有效解决LED芯片的散热问题。
通常LED芯片为气态闭合式层叠结构,该结构会导致芯片热量传导不畅,直接影响产品发光与寿命。
LED照明产品模仿传统照明产品,其结构热阻层多,通常,热量从芯片-PCB-散热器要经八道热阻层(总热阻=芯片+银胶+支架+锡膏+线路板+绝缘层+铝基板+导热片+散热器+空气,八道热阻层的导热系数参见以下表3),单PCB板就有3层热阻层,热量通过PCB板后如同长江流经三峡大坝,突然被堵,水位变高,热量被堵出不去,温度自然变高。当散热不畅时,会导致LED芯片的发光效率降低、使用寿命减少。以下为为各热阻层的导热系数K(单位为W/mK)情况:
银胶:18;支架:80;锡膏:60;敷铜层(线路板):400;绝缘层:2;铝基板:210;导热硅胶垫片:5;铝散热器:210。
分析以上情况,一方面是不断扩大的市场,一方面是效率低下、资源严重浪费的原始生产——照明节能所带来的资源节约,还不够行业自身对资源的消耗!资源浪费触目惊心!
追本溯源,该行业20年来的技术发展历程、行业的技术思想从开始就走错了方向,把自已定位于传统照明形态,颠覆者被反颠覆。由此造成芯片散热难!标准化难!同质化竞争!产业链效率低下等重大问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种通过标准件的光发射模块、供电连接模块和支撑体系随意拼装成具有不同形状、结构、类型和功能的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
本发明的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,包括光发射模块、供电连接模块和用于托持装饰该LED发光器件的支撑体系,其特征在于:
所述光发射模块为至少一个,每个光发射模块由芯片散热一体化的LED光源、色温调节模块和光透镜构成,其中,色温调节模块和光透镜均以快速拆装结构固接在该LED光源上;
所述供电连接模块为至少一组,每组供电连接模块由具有多个不同电压输出接口的电源模块、将至少一个所述光发射模块装配其上且内置有导通电路的光源基座、将所述光源基座与电源模块电连接的供电连接件和将相邻两个光源基座进行电连接的电路连接件构成,每组供电连接模块中至少设有一个所述的光源基座;
所述支撑体系由若干个积木式连接结构的连接块和可将所有连接块采用积木式拼装方法组合成处于不同维度且为不同形状和大小的托体造型且包含连接板、筋、条、杆或围边在内的筋骨部件构成,在所述连接块和所述光源基座上设有将两者快速装配在一起且为刚性结构的快插连接件;
所述LED光源、色温调节模块、光透镜、电源模块、光源基座、供电连接件、电路连接 件、连接块和所述筋骨部件均为标准化部件。
在所述光源基座上设有一个座接口和多个与所述电路连接件适配连接的线接口,光源基座内的所述导通电路连接于所述线接口与座接口之间;在每个线接口内设有三个电极端子,分别为正极端子、中线端子和负极端子,所有线接口的正极端子之间通过正导通线相接,所有负极端子之间通过负导通线相接,每个线接口的中线端子通过导线连接在所述座接口上的正极或负极。
所述LED光源由至少一个LED芯片和承接该LED芯片的一个散热件构成,所述散热件的外形轮廓围合的空间形状为棱台形、圆台形、棱柱形或圆柱形,该散热件为导热体或者为其外表面涂敷有导热膜的承接件,所述LED芯片以面面触接的方式置于该散热件的顶面上,所述LED芯片的正负引线以与所述散热件绝缘的方式引出并形成标准化的插件插接在所述的座接口上。

所述刚性接头与光源基座上的线接口之间为公母配合连接结构,其中,所述正导线、过渡线和负导线分别与所述的正极端子、中线端子和负极端子对应电连接。

所述供电连接件由具有可弯曲性能的绝缘外层、固接在该供电连接件两端的刚性接头和内置于绝缘外层里供电导线构成,所述供电导线为三根,分别为依次并列设置的正导线、过渡线和负导线,每根供电导线的两个端头分别固接在所述刚性接头上对应端的电极端子上,当正导线与过渡线短路连接时构成该电源模块向与其连接的光源基座的输入供电线;当负导线与过渡线短路连接时构成与该供电连接件相接的光源基座的输出回路线;当供电连接件中的正导线、过渡线和负导线平行设置时构成多个所述电源模块串接时的并接线。
所述LED发光器件为包含台灯、壁灯、挂灯、吊灯、吸顶灯、球形灯、装饰灯、路灯、隧道灯、车灯在内的照明灯或大型指示灯;或者为用于光照理疗的光疗仪。
在所述LED发光器件上设有透光罩。
本发明以W/CM 3为单位,建立标准化产品体系,用有限的标准化模块,构建无限变化的LED发光器件,该LED发光器件可以为独立的发光产品,也可以是多处产品的若干种组合。以此实现产品模块标准化,核心光源模块化、电源模块化、电路连接模块化和灯饰透镜模块化。本发明以人们习惯使用的W/CM 3光源模块为基本标准平台,向周边适度扩展。以此设立四大类模块产品标准,不再对具体类灯具设立产品标准。
从人们使用习惯看,光源模块以瓦、立方厘米为单位,概念通俗易懂,即插即用,方便拿捏操作,安装维护。
从行业产品标准来看,四大类模块标准提纲挈领,简明清晰,承上启下,千变万变,核心不变。既可承载上游芯片技术发展,又可制定核心模块行业标准,还可推动下游应用多样化,差异化市场发展。
本发明基本上可以彻底解决芯片的散热问题,从前述的热阻分析可以知道,本发明的一体化光源的芯片热量传导只有一层热阻。其较佳的散热效果可从工信部广州五所国家赛宝实验室的检测数据(检测报告编号:T1605WT8888-01245)得知。
本发明送样的被测产品在常温(25℃±2℃)下,燃点4h后使用红外热像仪进行测试,光源核心温度与散热器外壳最高温度分别为65℃、63.4℃,说明芯片散热效率大幅提高。而广东省创新中心(全称为:广东省半导体照明产业联合创新中心,以下简称:创新中心)在相同条件下,对光源核心温度与散热器外壳的最高温度设定的标准分别是125℃和75℃。
本发明构建的发光器件的体积、重量也大幅减小——更简单、更便利、更便宜。

本发明的筒灯:内径11.5cm、外径14.5cm、高度2cm、重量197g。
现有技术的筒灯:内径10cm、外径13.5cm、高度9cm、重量752g。
以下将PHILIPS公司、木林森公司(股票代码002745)与本发明构成的产品涉及的相关散热参数(平均每瓦配置的铝散热器体积及重量,允许芯片最高温度和允许最高壳温)进行比较如下:
PHILIPS公司:铝散热器体积-(cm 3/瓦)19;铝散热器重量-(g/瓦)30.7;允许芯片最高温度℃-无相应参数;允许最高壳温℃-无相应参数。

同时,它极大的简化了产品标准——未来人类的照明产品“只有定型的功能模块,没有定型的终端产品”。模块标准有限,行业便于监管;产品组合无限,全民参与设计!

具体实施方式
本发明的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构是以人们习惯使用的W/CM 3光源模块作为基本标准平台,采用标准化的光发射模块1、供电连接模块2和若干类以标准部件组成的支撑体系3构建功能、用途、形状各异的LED发光器件9。
采用本发明的基本架构构建的LED发光器件9可由国家标准化部门统一制定,在行业内推广,利国利民。
所述LED发光器件9可以包括凡使用LED发光芯片进行发光、发热的固定式照明装置、移动式照明装置、取暖用器具和理疗用器具等发光、发热器件。
如图1-11所示,照明装置包括传统的39种类的照明产品,还包括各种个性化需求且形状各异的不限于台灯、壁灯、挂灯、吊灯、吸顶灯、球形灯、装饰灯、路灯、隧道灯和车灯等照明灯或大型指示灯。
取暖用器具包括但不限于家用取暖器、浴霸、田园小憩用的暖灯、野外旅行用的暖具和衬托环境美且具取暖照明的双功能灯等。
理疗器具包括体外用光疗仪和体内用杀菌仪,如烤电仪、去湿仪、加速修复创伤的细胞生长仪和妇科用内置式的杀菌仪等。
所述光疗仪和杀菌仪的光射面的形状可依据人体工学原理针对待理疗肌体或待处理部位的形状进行适配性设计。
一、光发射模块1
光发射模块1为可构成所述LED发光器件9的最小的标准发光部件,一种LED发光器件9上可以设置若干个光发射模块1。
如图12-1至图12-4,图14、图15所示,每个光发射模块1由芯片散热一体化的LED光源11、色温调节模块15和光透镜16构成,其中,色温调节模块15和光透镜16均以快速拆装结构固接在该LED光源11上。
(一)LED光源11
LED光源11由LED芯片111和承接该LED芯片111的一个散热件12构成,散热件12的体表面积远大于LED芯片111,而且其绝大部分置于大气环境中。
1、LED芯片111
可为正装结构的芯片,也可为倒装结构的芯片。与现有技术不同的是:在本发明的LED 芯片111中不设芯片支架和散热铜柱。
2、散热件12
为由导热良好的材料制作,可以为纯金属材料所制,也可为在具有导热特性的硬质塑胶制作的柱体表面设置由导热材质制作的导热膜(该结构可降低材料成本)。
散热件12的外形轮廓围合的空间形状为棱台形、圆台形、棱柱形或圆柱形,即散热件12的外形可为圆柱、长方体、正方体、椭圆柱(即其断面形状为圆形、矩形、正方形或椭圆形)、正多面体14或者将矩形板、圆形板的周边向下弯折构成的外形轮廓形状为棱台形、圆台形、棱柱形或圆柱形的空心板体。
所述LED芯片111的正负引线以与所述散热件12绝缘的方式引出并形成标准化的插件插接在所述供电连接模块2中的光源基座22上。
本发明优选散热件12为铜柱或铝柱,其最大外径在25mm。
3、芯片散热件12一体结构
所述LED芯片111可以为一只,也可为多只,所有LED芯片111以面面触接的方式置于该散热件12的顶面上,安装方式有以下几种:
1)当LED芯片111为一只时,散热件12的外形为圆柱、长方体、正方体、椭圆柱或所述的空心板体。
在该散热件12的顶面中央位置开有向散热件12顶面内凹入的用于嵌置该LED芯片111的聚光腔体112,所述LED芯片111通过银胶固接在该聚光腔体112中。
当LED芯片111为正装结构的芯片时,其包含蓝宝石、硅或碳化硅在内的衬底的底面与所述聚光腔体112的内底面通过银胶固接;当LED芯片111为倒装结构的芯片时,其包含硅或陶瓷在内的基体的底面与所述聚光腔体112的内底面通过银胶固接。由于散热件12具有体表面积很大的导热膜或者为体积较大的导热体,因此,LED芯片111与散热件12之间采用面面紧密触接的结构,使芯片工作时产生的热量很快被散热件12吸收并快速导出至外部空间。
该方式中的电连接结构是:在散热件12的顶面位于所述聚光腔体112的两侧各开一条线槽113,在线槽113的外端设有向外延伸且固接在该散热件12上的定位件114,线槽113中铺设与散热件12之间为绝缘结构的导线115,导线115的内端与LED芯片111上对应的一个电极相接,另一端连接在所述定位件114的电触点上。
为了进一步提高该散热件12的散热效果,在该散热件12的底面设置可快速将热量导走的散热结构13,该散热结构13由若干个向下延伸且相互间隔设置的竖直片状体构成,或者由若干个向下延伸且相互间隔设置的竖直杆状体构成,或者为由平板经多次弯折构成的向下延伸的弯板体(参见图16、17)。
所述竖直片状、竖直杆状和弯板体的散热结构13由导热性好的金属所制,其可为与所述散热件12一体成形制成,也可为通过紧固件与散热件12紧密固接在一起。
2)本方式与前述a方式的区别是电连接结构不同,其它基本相同。
其是在散热件12的顶面中央位置设置一个沿其轴向贯穿该散热件12的贯通孔117,所述LED芯片111以前述a方式中的方法固接在散热件12的顶面上,LED芯片111正负极对应的电极引线119(也称LED芯片的正负引线)向下延伸且穿置在绝缘套中,该电极引线119连同绝缘套一起插入所述贯通孔117中,电极引线119的下端裸露于散热件12底面或所述散热结构13之下并插置在一个公插件6中,该公插件6可适配插入与其配套的所述光源基座22上的母插件(也称座接口223)中,由此,接通LED芯片111与外设部件的电连接。
该方式与前述方式一样,同样可以将LED芯片111产生的热量快速导出。
3)本方式与前述二种方式的区别是LED芯片111的数量、设置方式不同,其它基本相同。
其是在散热件12顶表面上划设若干个相互绝缘的区域,并在每个区域采用并联或串联方式设置由多个LED芯片111构成的LED模组118,整个散热件12顶表面上的各LED模组118之间可以是并联结构,也可是串联结构,还可是串并结合的结构。正负电连接线可以采用前述a方式或b方式中的引出结构。
该方式与前述方式一样,同样也可以将LED芯片111产生的热量快速导出。
4)本方式与前述c方式的区别是散热件12的形状不同(参见图18),其它基本相同。
其形状为正多面体14,在多个表面上采用前述c方式中针对若干只LED芯片111的设置结构,可实现向其外围三维空间发光的目的。
其电连接结构可以采用前述a方式、b方式或a、b相结合的方式将各组LED模组118的电极线引出。
该方式与前述几种方式一样,同样也可以将LED芯片111产生的热量快速导出。
(二)色温调节模块15
其由掺有所需色温要求的荧光粉的塑胶透镜1511(可通过一次或二次注塑工艺将塑胶透镜1511与所需色温要求的荧光粉均匀融合一体)与金属或非透明性塑胶材质制作的环形框1512构成一体化结构的荧光透镜151,塑胶透镜1511固接在环形框1512的中央,采用可快速拆装结构(如螺旋、卡扣或公母卡装连接结构)将该环形框1512安装在设置于LED芯片111周边的环形凸缘116上。
当用户需要更换不同色温要求的色调节模块时,只需将不适宜的荧光透镜151卸下,更换上所需色温要求的荧光透镜151即可,非常方便。
(三)光透镜16
为标准件,其形状和发光角度设置成多种不同的规格,本发明优选其为圆筒式,光透镜16为该圆筒的一个端面。
在散热件12的外周壁上设置外螺纹72,或者在散热件12顶面周边设置向上延伸的卡件,对应的,在该光透镜16的圆筒内周壁上设置与所述外螺纹72适配旋接的内螺纹71,或者与所述卡件适配套接的扣件。
该结构可方便用户根据其对不同的光发射角的即兴要求,随时、随意更换具有不同形状或光发射角度的光透镜16。
二、供电连接模块2
其由均为标准件的电源模块21、光源基座22和电路连接件23构成,一种LED发光器件9中可配置多组该供电连接模块2。
(一)电源模块21
1、电源模块21的接口及输出
电源模块21用于给LED发光器件9提供电能,其上设有电压输入接口和多个直流电压输出接口(以下称线接口224),电压输入接口可以是直接连接市电的接口,也可以是连接其它供电设备的接口,还可以是USB充电接口;多个直流电压输出接口输出的电压不同,本发明优选直流电压输出在12V-48V。
在电源模块21上还设有数字信号进出线和控制不同的光发射模块1的IC芯片,以控制相应的LED光源11按设定频率亮光或熄灭。
电源模块21上的线接口224通过供电连接件211,既可将至少二个电源模块21连接在一起合并使用,也可将该电源模块21与负载(即光发射模块1)连接。
2、电源模块21的壳体
其形状根据LED发光器件9的整体形状和空间冗余有针对性的设计,可以为长方体、或者为两端是半圆柱的长方体,或者为断面为圆弧形的断环体,或者为多曲面与多个不同倾角平面组合而成的体形。
在电源模块21的壳体上还设有多个弹性卡头4(参见图28所示),弹性卡头4的作用是可将该电源模块21卡装在对应的所述光源基座22或支撑体系3中的连接块31上。
3、供电连接件211
电源模块21的直流电压输出接口通过供电连接件211为对应的光源基座22供电。
所述供电连接件211的长度分若干个规格,大致在12mm-100mm变化,较短的供电连接件211为刚性结构,稍长些的供电连接件211由具有可弯曲性能的绝缘外层231和固接在该供电连接件211两端的刚性接头232,在供电连接件211的刚性结构或绝缘外层231里内置有供电导线233。
所述供电导线233的设置有如下两种:
1)供电导线233为两根长线外加一根短线。
即在供电连接件211与电源模块21相接的一端的刚性接头232上设置二个电极触点,分别为正负电极端子,在与光源基座22相接的另一端的刚性接头232上设置三个电极触点,分别为正负电极端子和过渡线2332端子,两根长线为正负导线2333,正导线2331连接在该供电连接件211两端正电极端子之间,同样,负导线2333连接在该供电连接件211两端的负电极端子之间。一根短线为过渡线2332,设置在光源基座22端,其内端与所述的正导线2331或负导线2333短路相接,其外端与所述的过渡线2332端子相接。
当该供电连接件211通过快插结构连接在光源基座22上时,供电连接件211上的三个电极触点(正负电极端子和过渡线2332端子)分别与设置在光源基座22上的线接口224内的正极端子2241、负极端子2243和中线端子2242电连接。
2)供电导线233为三根长线。
即在供电连接件211的两端的刚性接头232上,分别设置三个电极触点,分别为正负电极端子和过渡线2332端子,三根长线依次为并列设置的正导线2331、过渡线2332和负导线2333,每根供电导线233的两个端头分别固接在所述刚性接头232上对应端的端子上。
其中,过渡线2332上靠近光源基座22端的某点与所述的正导线2331或负导线2333短路相接。
4、供电连接件211的使用
如图24、26、27所示,当正导线2331与过渡线2332短路相接时,该供电连接件211为电源模块21向所述光源基座22供电的输入供电线,即电源模块21的正输出通路;当负导线2333与过渡线2332短路相接时,该供电连接件211为所述光源基座22与电源模块21相接的输出回路线,即电源模块21的负输出回路。
当供电连接件211中的正导线2331、过渡线2332和负导线2333平行设置无相互短路时,该供电连接件211就构成多个电源模块21串接并用时的连接线(参见图29所示)。
(二)光源基座22
1、光源基座22作用、分类及基本结构
用心插接安装所述的光发射模块1。
其可为装配一个所述光发射模块1的基座,也可为同时安装多个所述光发射模块1的基座,其可为二维基座221和三维基座222(参见图11、19-22所示)。
在每个光源基座22上设置可将对应数量的所述光发射模块1以快速拆装连接方式和快插电连接方式安装其上的结构,快速拆装连接结构和快插电连接结构可以分离设置,也可以结合为一体设置。
如:在光源基座22上设置弹性卡头4,弹性卡头4的作用可将该光源基座22快速卡装在所述支撑体系3中对应的连接块31上。在其上也可设置卡座(即为一种快插口5),用以与所述电源模块21上的弹性卡头4快速卡接。
光源基座22由硬质塑料或软质硅胶制作,也可以为金属外壳带绝缘内芯套的结构。
在光源基座22内设有导电通路,该导电通路为通过一次注塑或二次注塑设置用于电连接的内嵌导体,内嵌导体为埋设在光源基座22内的铜箔或导线115;或者是卡嵌在光源基座22表层且具有开口的导线115槽113内的且为截面积大、阻值很小的RV电线。
所述快速拆装结构包括但不限于卡扣连接结构、公母配合连接结构、螺旋连接结构或锁销铰链连接结构。
所述快插电连接结构包括但不限于弹珠簧片电连接结构、连接器连接结构或公母配合插排式连接结构。
2、二维基座221
其外形包括但不限于“一”字型、“十”字形、弧条形、闭合或开放式的圆环形、椭圆环形、矩形框形、空心或实心的方盘形、圆盘形或椭圆盘形。
其中,圆环形与空心圆盘形的区别是在径向方向上设置的所述光发射模块1的数量不同,圆环形定义为沿其径向只设置一个光发射模块1,而空心圆盘形定义为沿其径向可并列设置多个光发射模块1;如前一样,矩形框形与空心方盘形的区别,椭圆环形与空心椭圆盘形的区别也仅在于沿其径向并列设置的光发射模块1的数量不同。
“一”字型、“十”字型和弧条形,沿其短边方向上可并列设置多个所述的光发射模块1。该“一”字型、“十”字型和/或弧条形的光源基座22可以是刚性结构,也可以是弹性可弯曲结构。
采用不同的组合方式可以将载有光发射模块1的二维基座221拼装成具有独立工作的二维光源器件(所述独立工作是指可作为独立的发光器出售和使用)。
可采用以下组合方式构成所述的二维光源器件:
1)将一个所述光发射模块1适配安装在与其对应的二维基座221上构成所述的二维光源器件,其为点发光。
2)将若干个所述光发射模块1适配安装在与其对应的二维基座221上构成所述的二维发光器件,其可为线发光,也可为多线交叉发光,还可为面发光。其中的光发射模块1之间可以采用串联、并联或串并结合的电连接方式。
3)将若干个二维基座221中,每个二维基座221上载有若干个所述光发射模块1)通过具有快速拆装连接结构的二维或三维连接件225(参见图23)组合成二维空间布设的二维光源器件,其可为多线交叉发光,也可为连续或断续的面发光。其中,所有二维基座221之间的电连接可为串联、并联或串并结合的电连接方式。
4)二维基座221的定义
其不完全按外形来定,本发明将具有以下效果之一的光源基座22定义为二维基座221:
a.凡所述二维光源器件中的所有LED芯片111处于相同平面时,可以认定构成该二维光源器件的光源基座22为二维基座221。
b.仅从光源基座22的外形判断,即构成所述二维光源器件的所有光源基座22构成的结 合体的外形轮廓在XY平面内的投影形状,在Z轴方向上基本相同时,也可认定构成该二维光源器件的光源基座22为二维基座221。
3、三维基座222
其形状多样化,基本以其上的多个光发射模块1的LED芯片111处于不同的三维坐标位置来判定;或者该光源基座22的外形轮廓为由多个不同曲率的曲面构成;或者该光源基座22是由多个平面组合构成的复杂形状,这些平面与地平面具有不同的倾斜角。
同前述的二维基座221一样,三维基座222也可构成在三维空间布设的可独立工作的三维光源器件,具体如下:
1)将一个所述光发射模块1适配安装在与其对应的三维基座222上构成所述的三维光源器件,其为点发光。
2)将若干个所述光发射模块1适配安装在与其对应的三维基座222上构成所述的三维光源器件,其可为三维空间多方向的点发光、线发光或面发光。其中的光发射模块1之间可以采用串联、并联或串并结合的电连接方式。
3)将若干个三维基座222(其中,每个三维基座222上载有若干个所述光发射模块1)通过具有快速拆装连接结构的二维或三维连接件225(参见图23)组合成三维空间布设的三维光源器件,其可为三维空间多组间隔设置的多方向点发光、线发光或面发光。同样,其中的所有三维基座222之间的电连接可为串联、并联或串并结合的电连接方式。
由于采用二维连接件,因此,由若干三维基座222组合构成的三维光源器件中,所有三维基座222的Z向轴线(即三维基座222正视水平放置时的Z坐标轴线)相互平行。
4、以装配一个光发射模块1的二维光源基座22为例详细说明
1)外形及接口
该类光源基座22的外形为长方体、正方体或圆柱体,在其上设有一个座接口223和多个线接口224,其中,
座接口223用以插接所述的光发射模块1中由LED芯片111引出的电极插件,与光发射模块1之间的连接采用公母配合的连接结构;
线接口224用以与其它的光源基座22相接,或者与电源模块21的相接,与其它光源基座22或电源模块21之间的连接采用电路连接件23或所述的供电连接件211连接。
2)内置在光源基座22中的导通电路
所述导通电路连接于所述线接口224与座接口223之间;在每个线接口224内设有三个电极端子,分别为正极端子2241、中线端子2242和负极端子2243,所有线接口224的正极端子2241之间和负极端子2243之间分别通过正导通线和负导通线相接,每个线接口224的中线端子2242通过导线115连接在所述座接口223上的正极或负极,而座接口223上的正极与负极分别与光发射模块1中的LED芯片111的对应的电极引线119电连接(注明:在光源基座22的座接口223的正极与负极之间,可设置一个LED芯片111,也可设置多个以串联方式相接的LED芯片111)。
(三)电路连接件23
1、用途
如图24、25所示,电路连接件23是用于将至少两个光源基座22进行电连接,即其是连接在相邻的两个光源基座22的线接口224之间,通过电路连接件23在多个光源基座22之间建立供电回路和光源基座22之间是采用串联连接还是并联连接。
2、电路连接件23的结构
电路连接件23结构与所述供电连接件211基本相同,电路连接件23的长度分若干个规格,大致在12mm-100mm变化,较短的电路连接件23为刚性结构,稍长些的电路连接件23由具有可弯曲性能的绝缘外层231和固接在该电路连接件23两端的刚性接头232,在电路连接件23的刚性结构或绝缘外层231里内置有供电导线233。
供电导线233为三根长线。
即在电路连接件23的两端的刚性接头232上,分别设置三个电极触点,分别为正负电极端子和过渡线2332端子,三根长线依次为并列设置的正导线2331、过渡线2332和负导线2333,每根供电导线233的两个端头分别固接在所述刚性接头232上对应端的端子上。
其中,过渡线2332至少有一个点与所述的正导线2331或负导线2333短路相接。
当电路连接件23通过快插结构连接在光源基座22上时,电路连接件23上的三个电极触点(正负电极端子和过渡线2332端子)分别与光源基座22的线接口224上的正极端子2241、负极端子2243和中线端子2242电连接。
3、电路连接件23的使用(参见图26、27所示)
1)过渡线2332仅有一个点与正导线2331或负导线2333短路
当过渡线2332仅有一个点与正导线2331短路相接时,该电路连接件23为一个光源基座22向另一个光源基座22供电的输入供电线。
当过渡线2332仅有一个点与负导线2333短路相接时,该电路连接件23为与其连接的光源基座22的输出回路线。
2)过渡线2332上有二个点分别与正导线2331和负导线2333短路连接
此时,该过渡线2332二个连接点之间为断开,该电路连接件23既为一个光源基座22的输出回跌线,又为另一个光源基座22的输入供电线。
3)过渡线2332与正导线2331和负导线2333均无短路连接
当电路连接件23中的正导线2331、过渡线2332和负导线2333平行设置无相互短路时,该电路连接件23为相邻两个光源基座22为串接时的电能传输线。
采用上述的电路连接件23可使与其连接的光源基座22之间的连接方式为串联或并联。
所述正负导通线、正负导线2333和过渡线2332可以为导电铜箔、普通导线115和RV电线。
三、支撑体系3
该支撑体系3包括若干种类可对所述光发射模块1和供电连接模块2起支撑作用、衔接作用、联合构建特殊造型作用的连接块31和包括连接板、筋、条、杆、刚性或柔性围边等在内的筋骨部件32。使用所述的连接块31和筋骨部件32采用积木拼装式连接方法,即可将由本发明构建的LED发光器件9组合成具有不同维度、不同形状和不同大小且满足用户个性化需求功能和造型的发光器件。
连接块31和所述筋骨部件32均为标准化部件。
1、连接块31
可制作成不同大小规格的标准件,其外形可以为正方体、长方体、球体、棱台体或圆台体,其上设有多个快插口5(也称快插接口),或者,设有多个快插口5和至少一个弹性卡头4,通常,各快插口5处于不同的平面内(当然也可根据需要和较大尺寸的连接块31,可将多个快插口5设置于同一平面)。
当两个相邻设置的连接块31上未设弹性卡头4时(参见图32所示),可通过带有至少二个快插头(可以为所述的弹性卡头4,也可为其它快插式接头)的快插连接件312(参见图 34所示)将该两个连接块31连接在一起,即将该快插连接件312上的快插头分别卡入相应的快插口5中。快插连接件312可以为较短尺寸、刚性结构且具至少两个弹性卡头4的部件,也可为由具有一定刚性又具可弯曲或扭曲特性的尺寸稍长的带有弹性卡头4的部件。
当两个相邻设置的连接块31上至少有一个设有弹性卡头4时,只需将带有弹性卡头4的连接块31上的弹性卡头4插入另一个连接块31的快插口5中,即可将两者连接在一起。
连接块31的主要作用是承托所述的光源基座22和电源模块21,将光源基座22或电源模块21上设置的弹性卡头4插入该连接块31上的快插口5中,即可将两者快速装配在一起,同时,通过快插连接件312将若干个承载有光发射模块1、光源基座22和电源模块21连接组合成所需形状和功能的LED发光器件9。
下面以方形连接块31为例说明其结构:
如图32所示,在该连接块31的六个面的中心位置设有快插口5,其它部位由桁架或桁板交错搭接,每个表面都可采用封盖311封闭,即当某个或某几个表面处于闲置时,可将该几个表面封闭,由此,确保连接块31上闲置表面上的桁架或桁板不要裸露在外,保持其具有整洁的外形。
当需要将两个该类连接块31相接时,采用两端带有快插头的快插连接件312分别插入这两个连接块31的快插口5中即可。本实施例采用的快插连接件312有如下两种:
其一,长度不小于12mm,优选15mm-30mm,两端带有弹性卡头4,其外形可为直线型(即两个弹性卡头4在一条直线上),也可为弧线形(即两个弹性卡头4之间成0-90度夹角)。
其二,长度不小于12mm,优选15mm-30mm,其整体外形为:在一个空心套管(图中未示出)的外周壁上设置直径不同的卡环,分别为设置于空心套管中部的直径相同的两个大环和设置空心套管两端的直径相同的两个小环,对应的,采用其连接的两个连接块31上的快插口5为与两个小环属于紧配合(过渡配合或过盈配合)且贯通该连接块31的贯通圆孔(图中未示出)。该结构可采用杆状的刚性且可弯曲的筋条穿过连接块31上的圆孔和空心套管即可将若干个连接块31串接在一起。
所述封盖311的外表面为与该连接块31的正方形表面相同的平面(参见图33所示),其内表面上设有可插入该连接块31的快插口5中的弹性卡头4或可卡装在连接块31上的贯通圆孔中的弹性卡头4。
2、筋骨部件32
筋骨部件32主要用来将若干个连接块31加以固定或串接或并接。以下以长条金属板321、板连件322、杆连件和管连件为例加以说明。
1)长条金属板321
如图30所示,由金属材料制作,其具有一定强度且可弯曲和扭曲,在该长条金属板321上均匀设有若干个卡接孔3211,长条金属板321的两侧(主要是长边侧,简称该边侧为卡接边3212)为凹凸交错结构,该凹凸交错结构可以是矩形波形状,也可以是锯齿波形状,一侧卡接边3212上的凹凸结构与另一侧卡接边3212上的凹凸结构在长条金属板321长边方向上错位相对设置,也就是说,将两根大小形状一样的长条金属板321并列且以互补方式(即将两根长条金属板321上凹凸结构错位设置的两个卡接边3212相接)相接时,其衔接处为无缝连接。
该长条金属板321可以平板形式展现,也可将其长边绕与其短边平行的轴线卷绕为一个圆环,还可将其两个短边沿相反方向施力扭曲成麻花形状。
所述连接块31以其上的所述弹性卡头4插入所述卡接孔3211内的方式固定在该长条金 属板321的板面上;或者,所述连接块31采用带有两个快插头的快插连接件312固定在该长条金属板321上(即快插连接件312的一个快插头插入连接块31的快插口5中,另一个快插头插入长条金属板321上的卡接孔3211内)。
2)板连件322
如图31、35所示,该板连件322的作用是将两个长条金属板321以不同形式连接在一起的连接件。
板连件322由硬质塑料所制,其具有至少两个弹性卡头4,两个弹性卡头4可分别插入不同的长条金属板321上的一个所述卡接孔3211中,将与所述弹性卡头4对应数量的长条金属板321固接在一起。
a.两个弹性卡头4的板连件322
该两个弹性卡头4可同侧设置、相邻侧设置或相背侧设置。
同侧设置时,两个弹性卡头4之间的距离有以下四种设置:
一种是其间距离大于两个长条金属板321在横向相接(即长条金属板321上的长边相接)状态下该两个长条金属板321上相邻的两个卡接孔3211之间的距离,该种连接方式可使两个长条金属板321对应的卡接边3212之间留有一定的距离,以备安装其它装饰件。
另一种是其间距等于两个长条金属板321在横向相接状态下该两个长条金属板321上相邻的两个卡接孔3211之间的距离,该种连接方式可使两个长条金属板321对应的卡接边3212之间处于无缝相接状态。
还一种是其间距等于两个长条金属板321在纵向相接(即长条金属板321上的短边相接)状态下该两个长条金属板321上相邻的两个卡接孔3211之间的距离,该种连接方式可使两个长条金属板321沿其长边方向延伸。
再一种是其间距离与长条金属板321的长度相当,即将其上的一个弹性卡头4插入长条金属板321一端(沿其长边方向)的某个卡接孔3211内,再将另一个弹性卡头4插入该长条金属板321另一端的某个卡接孔3211中,该种连接方式可提高该长条金属板321的强度。
相邻侧设置时,两个弹性卡头4之间形成的夹角可在0-90度变化。
该种设置可使相连接的长条金属板321的板面之间形成所需的角度。
背侧设置时,可使相连接的两根长条金属板321之间成平行状态。
b.多个弹性卡头4的板连件322
多个弹性卡头4同侧设置,所有弹性卡头4固接在具有一定强度和设定高度的长方体支架41的一个侧面上,其中,每个弹性卡头4卡装在不同的长条金属板321中一端的卡接孔3211中。采用两件带有多个弹性卡头4的连接件分别连接在多个长条金属板321的两端,即可将多个长条金属板321平行固接在所述的长方体支架41上。
多个弹性卡头4中每相邻两个弹性卡头4之间的距离根据需要而定,可以是均匀相等的,也可以是大小不一的,其中,最小间距在相邻两个长条金属板321以其上的卡接边3212无缝相接时,不小于该两个长条金属板321上相邻的两个卡接孔3211之间的距离。
3)杆连件(图中未示出)
采用标准件的具有一定刚度的直杆或弯杆将多个连接块31或所述的长条金属板321连接起来构成所需形状的造型,其间的连接方式可以通过穿插连接、螺旋连接、卡扣式连接或公母配合连接。
4)管连件(图中未示出)
该管连件与前述的杆连件基本相同,区别仅为其为空心管,该空心管中可穿插较长的直 杆或弯杆,该较长的直杆或弯杆可用来连接其它标准件的装饰件。
四、透光罩8
可为标准件,根据需要,可在由所述光发射模块1上设置可通过快速拆装结构连接其上的透光罩8,该透光罩8可以是简单形状的灯罩,也可是由不同曲率的曲面构成的可将该光发射模块1所发光线经折射、反射后由设定方位出光的装饰灯罩。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,包括光发射模块(1)、供电连接模块(2)和用于托持装饰该LED发光器件(9)的支撑体系(3),其特征在于:
    所述光发射模块(1)为至少一个,每个光发射模块(1)由芯片散热一体化的LED光源(11)、色温调节模块(15)和光透镜(16)构成,其中,色温调节模块(15)和光透镜(16)均以快速拆装结构固接在该LED光源(11)上;
    所述供电连接模块(2)为至少一组,每组供电连接模块(2)由具有多个不同电压输出接口的电源模块(21)、将至少一个所述光发射模块(1)装配其上且内置有导通电路的光源基座(22)、将所述光源基座(22)与电源模块(21)电连接的供电连接件(211)和将相邻两个光源基座(22)进行电连接的电路连接件(23)构成,每组供电连接模块(2)中至少设有一个所述的光源基座(22);
    所述支撑体系(3)由若干个积木式连接结构的连接块(31)和可将所有连接块(31)采用积木式拼装方法组合成处于不同维度且为不同形状和大小的托体造型且包含连接板、筋、条、杆或围边在内的筋骨部件(32)构成,在所述连接块(31)和所述光源基座(22)上设有将两者快速装配在一起且为刚性结构的快插连接件(312);
    所述LED光源(11)、色温调节模块(15)、光透镜(16)、电源模块(21)、光源基座(22)、供电连接件(211)、电路连接件(23)、连接块(31)和所述筋骨部件(32)均为标准化部件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:在所述光源基座(22)上设有一个座接口(223)和多个与所述电路连接件(23)适配连接的线接口(224),光源基座(22)内的所述导通电路连接于所述线接口(224)与座接口(223)之间;在每个线接口(224)内设有三个电极端子,分别为正极端子(2241)、中线端子(2242)和负极端子(2243),所有线接口(224)的正极端子(2241)之间通过正导通线相接,所有负极端子(2243)之间通过负导通线相接,每个线接口(224)的中线端子(2242)通过导线(115)连接在所述座接口(223)上的正极或负极。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:所述LED光源(11)由至少一个LED芯片(111)和承接该LED芯片(111)的一个散热件(12)构成,所述散热件(12)的外形轮廓围合的空间形状为棱台形、圆台形、棱柱形或圆柱形,该散热件(12)为导热体或者为其外表面涂敷有导热膜的承接件,所述LED芯片(111)以面面触接的方式置于该散热件(12)的顶面上,所述LED芯片(111)的正负引线以与所述散热件(12)绝缘的方式引出并形成标准化的插件插接在所述的座接口(223)上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:所述电路连接件(23)为由具有可弯曲性能的绝缘外层(231)、固接在该电路连接件(23)两端的刚性接头(232)和内置于绝缘外层(231)里供电导线(233)构成,所述供电导线(233)为三根,分别为依次并列设置的正导线(2331)、过渡线(2332)和负导线(2333),每根供电导线(233)的两个端头分别固接在所述刚性接头(232)上对应端的电极端子上,当正导线(2331)与过渡线(2332)短路连接时构成所述光源基座(22)的输入供电线;当负导线(2333)与过渡线(2332)短路连接时构成所述光源基座(22)的输出回路线;当电路连接件(23)中的正导线(2331)、过渡线(2332)和负导线(2333)平行设置时构成多个所述光发射模块(1)串接时的电能传输线。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:所述刚性接头(232)与光源基座(22)上的线接口(224)之间为公母配合连接结构,其中,所述正导线(2331)、过渡线(2332)和负导线(2333)分别与所述的正极端子(2241)、中线端子(2242)和负极端子(2243)对应电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:在所述座接口(223)的正极与负极之间设有三个以串联结构连接的LED芯片(111)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:所述连接块(31)为正方体、长方体、球体、棱台体或圆台体,其上设有多个处于不同平面内的快插口(5)和至少一个弹性卡头(4),在两个相邻设置的连接块(31)的快插口(5)之间设有所述的快插连接件(312)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:所述筋骨部件(32)包括具有一定强度且可弯曲和扭曲并起支撑作用的长条金属板(321),在该长条金属板(321)上由其一端至另一端间隔设有若干个卡接孔(3211),长条金属板(321)的两侧为凹凸交错设置的卡接边(3212),一侧卡接边(3212)上的凹凸结构与另一侧卡接边(3212)上的凹凸结构在长条金属板(321)长边方向上错位相对设置,所述连接块(31)以其上的所述弹性卡头(4)插入所述卡接孔(3211)内的方式固定在该长条金属板(321)的板面上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:所述筋骨部件(32)还包括具有至少两个弹性卡头(4)的板连件(322),所述弹性卡头(4)可分别插入不同的长条金属板(321)上的一个所述卡接孔(3211)中,将与所述弹性卡头(4)对应数量的长条金属板(321)固接在一起。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:所述板连件(322)上的弹性卡头(4)为两个,该两个弹性卡头(4)同侧设置、相邻侧设置或相背侧设置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:所述板连件(322)上的同侧设置的两个弹性卡头(4)之间的距离大于两个长条金属板(321)在横向相接状态下该两个长条金属板(321)上相邻的两个卡接孔(3211)之间的距离;或者,同侧设置的两个弹性卡头(4)之间的距离等于两个长条金属板(321)在纵向相接状态下该两个长条金属板(321)上相邻的两个卡接孔(3211)之间的距离。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:所述板连件(322)上的弹性卡头(4)为多个,该多个弹性卡头(4)同侧设置,所有弹性卡头(4)固接在长方体的侧面,在两个长条金属板(321)横向对接时,相邻两个弹性卡头(4)之间的距离不小于该两个长条金属板(321)上相邻的两个卡接孔(3211)之间的距离。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:所述筋骨部件(32)还包括至少一根杆连接或管连件,对应的,在所述连接块(31)上设有可使该杆连接或管连件固接其上的螺旋孔、卡装孔或通孔。
  14. 根据权利要求7所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:在所述连接块(31)上设有快插口(5)的一面,设有可将该快插口(5)封闭的封盖(311),该封盖(311)的外形面与该快插口(5)所在侧的轮廓面的形状相同。
  15. 根据权利要求2所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:在所述电源模块(21)的壳体上设有若干个电源输出口、至少一个市电接入口和至少一个弹性 卡头(4),所述电源输出口的直流输出电压在12V-48V。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:在所述电源模块(21)上还设有数字信号进出线和控制不同的光发射模块(1)的IC芯片。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:在所述电源模块(21)上还设有至少一个所述的线接口(224),通过所述电路连接件(23)可将至少二个电源模块(21)连接在一起合并使用。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:所述供电连接件(211)由具有可弯曲性能的绝缘外层(231)、固接在该供电连接件(211)两端的刚性接头(232)和内置于绝缘外层(231)里供电导线(233)构成,所述供电导线(233)为三根,分别为依次并列设置的正导线(2331)、过渡线(2332)和负导线(2333),每根供电导线(233)的两个端头分别固接在所述刚性接头(232)上对应端的电极端子上,当正导线(2331)与过渡线(2332)短路连接时构成该电源模块(21)向与其连接的光源基座(22)的输入供电线;当负导线(2333)与过渡线(2332)短路连接时构成与该供电连接件(211)相接的光源基座(22)的输出回路线;当供电连接件(211)中的正导线(2331)、过渡线(2332)和负导线(2333)平行设置时构成多个所述电源模块(21)串接时的并接线。
  19. 根据权利要求1-12、14-18中任一项所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:所述LED发光器件(9)为包含台灯、壁灯、挂灯、吊灯、吸顶灯、球形灯、装饰灯、路灯、隧道灯、车灯在内的照明灯或大型指示灯;或者为用于光照理疗的光疗仪。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的采用标准件构建LED发光器件的基本架构,其特征在于:在所述LED发光器件(9)上设有透光罩(8)。
