[权利要求 1] 一种便携式吸烟器, 包括烟杆, 其特征在于, 所述烟杆内部具有可供 香烟插入的内腔, 并且所述内腔的两端分别与外部相通; 所述烟杆的 表面设有与所述内腔相连通的通孔; 还包括有与所述烟杆可分离地连 接的储灰部, 所述储灰部具有储灰内腔, 所述储灰内腔与所述烟杆的 内腔相连通。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的便携式吸烟器, 其特征在于, 还包括有外套 , 所述外套内具有两端均与外部连通的外套内腔; 所述外套内腔允许 所述烟杆可活动地插入, 并且所述外套的表面设有与外套内腔相通的 通气孔, 当所述烟杆在外套内腔内活动到设定位置吋, 所述通孔和通 气孔相通; 所述外套与所述储灰部可分离地连接, 并且所述外套内腔 和储灰内腔相连通。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的便携式吸烟器, 其特征在于, 所述储灰部为 外盒体, 所述外盒体的储灰内腔中设有可与所述外盒体分离的储灰盒 ; 另外, 所述外盒体设有可供所述烟杆插入的吸烟孔, 所述吸烟孔与 所述储灰盒相通。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的便携式吸烟器, 其特征在于, 所述外盒体还 包括允许所述烟杆插入的烟杆放置孔。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的便携式吸烟器, 其特征在于, 还包括有放置 外套, 所述放置外套具有允许所述烟杆可活动地插入的放置外套内腔 , 所述烟杆的内腔和所述放置外套内腔相连通, 并且所述放置外套的 表面设有与放置外套内腔相通的通气孔, 当所述烟杆在放置外套内腔 内活动到设定位置吋, 所述烟杆的通孔和放置外套的通气孔相通; 所 述烟杆放置孔可供所述放置外套可分离地插入。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的便携式吸烟器, 其特征在于, 还包括有储灰 端, 所述储灰端的内部中空, 并且一端与外部相通, 另一端封闭; 所 述储灰端的一端可分离地连接于所述放置外套, 并且其内部与所述放 置外套内腔相连通。
7、 根据权利要求 3所述的便携式吸烟器, 其特征在于, 所述外盒体上 设有与所述吸烟孔相匹配、 可使其封闭或敞幵的封盖。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的便携式吸烟器, 其特征在于, 所述封盖可旋 转地连接于所述外盒体。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的便携式吸烟器, 其特征在于, 所述封盖和外 盒体上设有相对应的螺丝孔, 螺丝的一端穿过所述封盖和外盒体的螺 丝孔进入所述外盒体内后穿过外套柱内部, 通过垫片与锁紧螺母螺纹 连接, 所述外套柱外套接有弹簧; 所述外套柱的外径大于所述外盒体 的螺丝孔, 所述垫片和外盒体的内壁均对所述弹簧产生压力; 所述封 盖可绕着所述螺丝作相对于所述外盒体的旋转。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的便携式吸烟器, 其特征在于, 还包括有与 所述烟杆的另一端匹配的防漏塞。
