本发明适用于数字电视技术领域，提供了一种数字电视频道锁定方法，包括：当数字电视终端处于工作状态时，拍摄获取数字电视终端前方的图像信息，将拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息进行比对；当拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息相匹配时，获取EPG信息中当前正在播放节目的节目名称和当前播放时间；根据获取的播放时间，对获取的节目名称所属频道进行频道锁定判断；当获取的播放时间在预设的时间段内，且获取的节目名称属于该预设时间段内禁止播放的节目时，生成频道锁定指令；根据频道锁定指令，锁定当前播放节目所属频道。能够判断少年儿童当前时间观看的电视节目是否属于预设时间段内禁止播放的节目，并能够锁定当前禁止播放节目所属频道。

Description

一种数字电视频道锁定方法 技术领域
本发明属于数字电视技术领域，尤其涉及一种数字电视频道锁定方法
 背景技术
随着数字电视的推广，电视机接收到的节目越来越多，少年儿童作为一群比较特别的观众受到电视节目的影响也在不断增大，未成年人不能够独立识别电视节目的优劣，此时家长需要对电视机中播放的节目进行控制。
 技术问题
为了克服上述现有技术中存在的技术问题，本发明实施例提供一种数字电视频道锁定方法，能够判断当前时间观看的电视节目是否属于预设时间段内禁止播放的节目，并能够锁定当前禁止播放节目所属频道。
 技术解决方案
本发明实施例是这样实现的，一种数字电视频道锁定方法，所述方法包括如下步骤：
当数字电视终端处于工作状态时，拍摄获取数字电视终端前方的图像信息，将拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息进行比对；
当拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息相匹配时，则获取EPG信息中当前正在播放节目的节目名称和当前播放时间；
根据获取的播放时间，对获取的节目名称所属频道进行频道锁定判断；
当获取的播放时间在预设的时间段内，且获取的节目名称属于该预设时间段内禁止播放的节目时，则生成频道锁定指令；
根据所述频道锁定指令，锁定当前播放节目所属频道。
优选地，所述将拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息进行比对之前，还包括：
在所述数字电视终端内预存图像信息，所述预存的图像信息为预设时间段内禁止观看预设的电视节目的人物图像信息。
优选地，所述将拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息进行比对之后，还包括：
当拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息不匹配时，当前播放节目正常播放。
优选地，所述根据获取的播放时间，对获取的节目名称所属频道进行频道锁定判断之后，还包括：
当获取的播放时间不在预设的时间段内，当前播放节目正常播放；或者
当获取的播放时间在预设的时间段内，而获取的节目名称不属于该预设时间段内禁止播放的节目时，当前播放节目正常播放。
优选地，所述根据所述频道锁定指令，锁定当前播放节目所属频道时，还包括：
在锁定当前播放节目所属频道的同时显示解锁信息；
优选地，所述解锁信息为密码窗口。
优选地，所述根据所述频道锁定指令，锁定当前播放节目所属频道的步骤包括：
根据所述频道锁定指令，将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容进行隐藏；
根据所述频道锁定指令，将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容停止；或者
根据所述频道锁定指令，将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容以其他图像替换。
优选地，所述在锁定当前播放节目所属频道的同时显示解锁信息的步骤包括：
在将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容进行隐藏的同时显示出解锁信息；
在将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容停止的同时显示出解锁信息；或者
在将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容以其他图像替换的同时显示出解锁信息。
优选地，所述当前正在播放节目为电视开机后所在频道正在播放的电视节目；
所述当前正在播放节目为电视频道换台后所在频道正在播放的电视节目；或者
所述当前正在播放节目为电视切换通道后所在频道正在播放的电视节目。
 有益效果
本发明实施例提供的数字电视频道锁定方法，当数字电视终端处于工作状态时，拍摄获取数字电视终端前方的图像信息，将拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息进行比对；当拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息相匹配时，则获取EPG信息中当前正在播放节目的节目名称和当前播放时间；根据获取的播放时间，对获取的节目名称所属频道进行频道锁定判断；当获取的播放时间在预设的时间段内，且获取的节目名称属于该预设时间段内禁止播放的节目时，则生成频道锁定指令；根据所述频道锁定指令，锁定当前播放节目所属频道，能够判断少年儿童当前时间观看的电视节目是否属于预设时间段内禁止播放的节目，并能够锁定当前禁止播放节目所属频道。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例提供的数字电视频道锁定方法，当数字电视终端处于工作状态时，拍摄获取数字电视终端前方的图像信息，将拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息进行比对；当拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息相匹配时，则获取EPG信息中当前正在播放节目的节目名称和当前播放时间；根据获取的播放时间，对获取的节目名称所属频道进行频道锁定判断；当获取的播放时间在预设的时间段内，且获取的节目名称属于该预设时间段内禁止播放的节目时，则生成频道锁定指令；根据所述频道锁定指令，锁定当前播放节目所属频道，能够判断少年儿童当前时间观看的电视节目是否属于预设时间段内禁止播放的节目，并能够锁定当前禁止播放节目所属频道。
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的具体实现进行详细描述。
图1示出了本发明提供的一种数字电视频道锁定方法的实现流程，详述如下：
在步骤S101中，当数字电视终端处于工作状态时，拍摄获取数字电视终端前方的图像信息，将拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息进行比对。
在本实施例中，所述预存的图像信息为预设时间段内禁止观看预设的电视节目的人物图像信息。
在步骤S102中，当拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息相匹配时，则获取EPG信息中当前正在播放节目的节目名称和当前播放时间。
在本实施例中，所述当前正在播放节目为为电视开机后所在频道正在播放的电视节目、电视频道换台后所在频道正在播放的电视节目或者电视切换通道后所在频道正在播放的电视节目。
在步骤S103中，根据获取的播放时间，对获取的节目名称所属频道进行频道锁定判断。
在步骤S104中，当获取的播放时间在预设的时间段内，且获取的节目名称属于该预设时间段内禁止播放的节目时，则生成频道锁定指令。
在步骤S105中，根据所述频道锁定指令，锁定当前播放节目所属频道。
对于电视节目锁定来说，其锁定的目的是不让观看者从电视屏幕上得到该节目的任何信息，一般情况下，电视节目图像内容包括图像及声音，这是观看者接收的最基本信息。所以，电视节目锁定就是对图像及声音的限制，可以对电视节目内容实行隐藏、停止、替换等操作，具体的包括：根据所述频道锁定指令，将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容进行隐藏；根据所述频道锁定指令，将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容停止；或者根据所述频道锁定指令，将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容以其他图像替换。
图2示出了本发明实施例提供的另一种数字电视频道锁定方法的实现流程，详述如下：
在所述步骤S101之前，还包括如下步骤：
在步骤S201中，在所述数字电视终端内预存图像信息，所述预存的图像信息为预设时间段内禁止观看预设的电视节目的人物图像信息。
图3示出了本发明实施例提供的又一种数字电视频道锁定方法的实现流程，详述如下：

在步骤S301中，当拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息不匹配时，当前播放节目正常播放。

在步骤S401中，当获取的播放时间不在预设的时间段内，当前播放节目正常播放。或者
在步骤S402中，当获取的播放时间在预设的时间段内，而获取的节目名称不属于该预设时间段内禁止播放的节目时，当前播放节目正常播放。
图5示出了本发明实施例提供的又再一种数字电视频道锁定方法的实现流程，详述如下：
在步骤S105时，还包括如下步骤：
在步骤S501中，在锁定当前播放节目所属频道的同时显示解锁信息。
在本实施例中，所述解锁信息为密码窗口。例如，当屏幕上出现一个密码输入窗口，对其进行正确密码输入，便可对该节目进行解锁观看。
在本实施例中，所述在锁定当前播放节目所属频道的同时显示解锁信息的具体步骤包括：在将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容进行隐藏的同时显示出解锁信息，例如，把屏幕上的节目图像以黑屏隐藏，在观看者的眼里只看到黑屏上的解锁提示信息。在将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容停止的同时显示出解锁信息，例如，把屏幕上的节目图像定住，将声音停止，在观看者的眼里只看到定型画面上的解锁提示信息。或者在将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容以其他图像替换的同时显示出解锁信息，例如，将屏幕上的节目图像隐藏，以一张固定的系统静态画面显示在屏幕上，同时声音停止或播放系统声音，在观看者的眼里只看到该系统画面上的解锁提示信息。
上述发明实施例提供的数字电视频道锁定方法，当数字电视终端处于工作状态时，拍摄获取数字电视终端前方的图像信息，将拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息进行比对；当拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息相匹配时，则获取EPG信息中当前正在播放节目的节目名称和当前播放时间；根据获取的播放时间，对获取的节目名称所属频道进行频道锁定判断；当获取的播放时间在预设的时间段内，且获取的节目名称属于该预设时间段内禁止播放的节目时，则生成频道锁定指令；根据所述频道锁定指令，锁定当前播放节目所属频道，能够判断少年儿童当前时间观看的电视节目是否属于预设时间段内禁止播放的节目，并能够锁定当前禁止播放节目所属频道。

  1. 一种数字电视频道锁定方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：
    当数字电视终端处于工作状态时，拍摄获取数字电视终端前方的图像信息，将拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息进行比对；
    当拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息相匹配时，则获取EPG信息中当前正在播放节目的节目名称和当前播放时间；
    根据获取的播放时间，对获取的节目名称所属频道进行频道锁定判断；
    当获取的播放时间在预设的时间段内，且获取的节目名称属于该预设时间段内禁止播放的节目时，则生成频道锁定指令；
    根据所述频道锁定指令，锁定当前播放节目所属频道。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的数字电视频道锁定方法，其特征在于，所述将拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息进行比对之前，还包括：
    在所述数字电视终端内预存图像信息，所述预存的图像信息为预设时间段内禁止观看预设的电视节目的人物图像信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的数字电视频道锁定方法，其特征在于，所述将拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息进行比对之后，还包括：
    当拍摄获取的图像信息与预存的图像信息不匹配时，当前播放节目正常播放。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的数字电视频道锁定方法，其特征在于，所述根据获取的播放时间，对获取的节目名称所属频道进行频道锁定判断之后，还包括：
    当获取的播放时间不在预设的时间段内，当前播放节目正常播放；或者
    当获取的播放时间在预设的时间段内，而获取的节目名称不属于该预设时间段内禁止播放的节目时，当前播放节目正常播放。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的数字电视频道锁定方法，其特征在于，所述根据所述频道锁定指令，锁定当前播放节目所属频道时，还包括：
    在锁定当前播放节目所属频道的同时显示解锁信息；

  7. 如权利要求5所述的数字电视频道锁定方法，其特征在于，所述根据所述频道锁定指令，锁定当前播放节目所属频道的步骤包括：
    根据所述频道锁定指令，将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容进行隐藏；或者
    根据所述频道锁定指令，将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容停止；或者
    根据所述频道锁定指令，将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容以其他图像替换。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的数字电视频道锁定方法，其特征在于，所述在锁定当前播放节目所属频道的同时显示解锁信息的步骤包括：
    在将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容进行隐藏的同时显示出解锁信息；
    在将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容停止的同时显示出解锁信息；或者
    在将当前播放节目所属频道的图像内容以其他图像替换的同时显示出解锁信息。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的数字电视频道锁定方法，其特征在于，
    所述当前正在播放节目为电视开机后所在频道正在播放的电视节目；
    所述当前正在播放节目为电视频道换台后所在频道正在播放的电视节目；或者
