安全针是指在针头设计中为了避免医护人员和回收人员造成刺伤或者感染微寒而设计具有针头保护结构的针头。该保护结构一般采取锁死针头的方式。目前市场上一些安全针,操作性不强,例如发明专利申请号为201280006699.1,该专利设计了针套和保护套的结构,通过在针体颈端设置按压保护套和针套,以达到针体锁紧的目的,然而这样的针头并不能在水平位置直接操作,否则会有针体遮挡的弊端,进而不利于采血或注射操作,同时也需要较大的按压作用才能将针体卡在针套内,使得安全针的操作性较差。
发明内容
本发明设计了一种具有扣槽结构的安全针,安全针机构简单、易操作,同时由于设计结构巧妙性,起到一次使用便无法重复使用,进而避免被刺伤或感染的隐患。
为了实现以上技术目的,主要是通过以下技术方案加以实现:
一种安全针包括帽盖、针头件、针座、第一套体和第二套体。
该帽盖与第二套体滑动配合,该针头件固定安装在针座上,该第一套体与针座滑动配合,该第二套体与第一套体滑动配合。
该第二套体设有第三定位凸起、第二弹片)和第三挡体,所述每一第二弹片的下表面设有一第二钩件。
该第一套体设有第一弹片、第五扣槽、第二定位凸起、第六扣槽、第四扣槽、第二滑道和第二挡体,所述每一第一弹片的下表面设有一第一钩件。
该针座设有第一扣槽、第一定位凸起、第二扣槽、第三扣槽、第一滑道和第一挡体。
具体地,所述该针头件包括针体和内塞,针体和内塞一体成型。
具体地,所述第二套体外表面沿圆周设置第三定位凸起,该第二套体后端外表面沿圆周方向设置多条竖状表面凸起,所述第二弹片设置为至少一个。
具体地,所述第一套体由前端至后端依次设置第五扣槽、第二定位凸起、第六扣槽、第二滑道和第四扣槽,所述第一弹片与第二滑道间隔设置,该第五扣槽、第二定位凸起、第六扣槽、第二滑道、第四扣槽和第一弹片均设置至少一个。
具体地,所述针座外表面由前端至后端依次设置第二扣槽、第一定位凸起、第三扣槽、第一滑道和第一扣槽,该第二扣槽、第一定位凸起、第三扣槽、第一滑道和第一扣槽均设置至少一个。

上述的安全针的使用方法,打开盖帽,第二套体沿着第一套体外周围向前拉伸时,第二钩件从第四扣槽滑出,第二钩件沿着第二滑道向前移动至第二定位凸起,当移动至第二凸起部末端使该第二弹片的第二钩件在弹力作用下向下扣入第五扣槽内,此时使第二套体与第一套体锁固;与此同时第一套体沿着针座向前移动,第一钩件从第一扣槽滑出并沿着第一滑道滑动,当向前移动至第一定位凸起时,第一定位凸起末端使该第一弹片的第一钩件在弹力作用下向下扣入第二扣槽内,此时第一套体与针座锁固。
本发明还提供了一种安全针,其包括帽盖、针头件、针座和第二套件。
该帽盖与第二套体滑动配合,该针头件固定安装在针座内,该针座与第二套体滑动配合。
该针头件包括针体和内塞,针体和内塞一体成型。
针座外表面由前端至后端依次设置第二扣槽、第一定位凸起、第三扣槽、第一滑道和第一扣槽,该第二扣槽、第一定位凸起、第三扣槽、第一滑道和第一扣槽均设置至少一个。
所述第二套体设有第三定位凸起、至少一个第二弹片、第三挡体、数条竖状表面凸起;该每一第二弹片的下表面设有一第二钩件。
所述第二钩件的后端的倾斜角度f≥第二扣槽后端的倾斜角g,第三挡体前端的倾斜角h≥第三扣槽前端的倾斜角l。
本发明所提供第二种安全针的使用方法,打开盖帽,第二套体沿着针座向前移动,第二钩件从第一扣槽内滑出、沿着第一滑道滑动至第一定位凸起处,然后继续运动至第二凸起部末端使第二弹片的第二构件向下扣入第二扣槽内,此时第二套体与针座锁固。
本发明所提供的两种安全针可应用于注射针筒或采血针筒。
有益效果
本发明针座的第一扣槽的一侧倾斜角度与第一套体所具有的第一钩件同一侧倾斜角度相匹配,第一构件容易沿着第一滑道从第一扣槽滑出,而不容易沿着相反方向滑动使得第一套体固定套设与针座表面。
本发明针座的第一凸起部后端的倾斜角度与第一套体所具有的第一钩件前端的倾斜角度匹配,这样的设计使得第一构件容易沿着第一滑道滑动并越过第一凸起,同时由于第二扣槽的后端的倾斜角度与第一构件的倾斜角度匹配使得第一构件进入第二扣槽后就不容易发生滑动。
本发明也可以提供只具有一个套体的安全针,由于使用时,针体被锁固在套体内,不能移动,进而实现“安全”的技术效果。
本发明安全针结构简单,操作性强,实施需要力度较小,便能锁固针体,避免了给医务人员及回收人员造成感染或刺伤的风险。本发明安全针制作成本低,具有明显的经济效益,同时不会造成二次污染、也不会再次投入使用以避免安全隐患,因此具有明显的社会效益,适合大规模化推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。在本发明所涉及的前端是指安全针针尖方向,而后端是指前端的相反方向。
实施例1
如图1-16所示,本发明的第一种安全针包括帽盖1、针头件2、针座3、第一套体4和第二套体5。针头件2具有针体21和内塞22。
如附图1所示:盖帽(1)为一端封闭、一端敞开的筒体,第一套体(4)和第二套体(5)均为一端开口的中空管体。盖帽后端(1)第二套体(5)前端滑动配合,针头件(2)固定安装在针座(3)上,第一套体(4)与第二套体(5)滑动配合,同时针座(3)与第一套体(4)滑动配合。当安全针如附图2所示组装好,盖帽(1)套设在第二套体(5)的外表面,第二套体(5)内嵌第一套体(4),该第一套体(4)内嵌针座(3),使得针体(21)被安全放置在盖帽(1)内。
盖帽(1)前端直径小于后端直径,盖帽前端外表面沿轴向方向设置多条凸起以达到拔取盖帽防滑的作用。盖帽(1)后端内表面与第二套体(5)的前端外表面沿着径向方向设置的凸起通过滑动配合。
针头件(2)包括针体(21)和内塞(22),针体(21)和内塞(22)一体成型,同时针头件(2)又固定安装在针座(3)上。
由附图4可以清楚看出:第二套体(5)前端外表面设置数条竖状凸起,这样设置为了增加盖帽(1)后端内表面与第二套体滑动时摩擦力,使得盖帽(1)不轻易从第二套体表面滑落,进而避免针体刺伤他人。
如附图5所示:第一套体(4)外表面由前端至后端依次设有第五扣槽(44)、第二定位凸起(43)、第六扣槽(45)、第二滑道(46)和第四扣槽(42)。该第一套体(4)的外表面还设有第一弹片(41),由附图10还清楚看出:第一弹片的下方设置有第一钩件(48)。第五扣槽(44)、第二定位凸起(43)、第六扣槽(45)、第二滑道(46)和第四扣槽(42)均设置2-4个。由附图9可以清楚看出第四扣槽(42)和第二定位凸起(43)间形成具有一定坡度的第二滑道(46)。
如附图6所示:针座(3)沿着外表面依次设有第二扣槽(33)、第一定位凸起(32)、第三扣槽(34)、第一滑道(35)和第一扣槽(31)。参照说明书附图10可以清楚看出:第一扣槽(31)与第一凸起部(32)之间有一具有倾斜坡度的第一滑道(35)。针座的后端沿着外周围设置第一挡体(36)。
由附图4和附图5可以看出:第一弹片(41)的一面与第一套体的筒体相连,另外三面与第一套体的筒体分开,而相对于第一弹体的筒体在下端形成第二挡体(54)。同时第二弹片(51)的一面与第二套体的筒体一体成型,第二弹片(52)的另外三面与第二套体的筒体分开。第一弹片(41)和第二弹片(51)具有一定宽度和长度的弹片,且该弹片能够自由地在受力作用下在第一套体或第二套体径向方向做具有一定裕度的变形。
在每一第一弹片(41)的下表面设有一个第一钩件(48),在每一第二弹片(51)的下表面设有第二构件(52)。
盖帽(1)为一端封闭一端敞开的筒体,而第二套体(5)和第一套体(4)为两端敞开的中空结构。盖帽(1)的前端直径小、盖帽后端直径大,在沿着盖帽外表面径向方向设置数条竖状凸条,使得拔开盖帽时以起到防滑作用。
在本实施例中,第一弹片(41)、第一钩件(48)、第一扣槽(31)、第一定位凸起(32)、第二扣槽(33)、第一滑道(35)、第二弹片(51)、第二钩件(52)、第四扣槽(42)、第五扣槽(44)、第六扣槽(45)、第二定位凸起(43)和第二滑道(46)均设置2个。
所述第四扣槽(42)前端的倾斜角度a≥第二钩件(52)前端的倾斜角度b;所述第四扣槽(42)后端的倾斜角度c≤第二钩件(52)后端的倾斜角度d;所述第五扣槽(44)的倾斜角度e≤第二钩件(52)的末端倾斜角度f,所述第六扣槽(45)前端所形成的倾斜角度g≤第三挡体(54)前端倾斜角度h;所述第二扣槽(33)的倾斜角度j≤第一构件(48)末端的倾斜角度i,所述第三扣槽(34)前端倾斜角度l≤第二挡体(47)前端的倾斜角度k。
当安全针未开启时,第一套体(1)的第一弹片(41)下的第一钩件(48)对应扣入针座(3)的第一扣槽(31)内,同样地,第二套体(5)所具有的第二钩件(52)也对应地扣入第一套体(4)所具有的第四扣槽(42)内,这样安全针结构处于初始轻锁状态。但在作用力下第一构件(48)从第一扣槽(31)中滑出、第二构件(52)从第四扣槽(42)中滑出,此时,仅需要将帽盖拔开,即可进行注射针头使用。
第一扣槽(31)和第三扣槽(33)的前端斜度角度设置能够在第一钩件(41)轻锁于第一扣槽(31)能相对容易沿着第一滑道(35)滑动,第二钩件(52)轻锁于第四扣槽(42)能相对容易地沿着第二滑道(46)滑动,这样达到用更小的力达到拉伸锁固目的。
当注射完成后,可先轻拉第二套体(5),该第二套体(5)设有的第二弹片(51)下表面具有的一定斜度的第一钩件(52)从第一套体(4)所具有的第一弹片(41)上表面的具有一定斜度的第四扣槽(43)里滑出,沿第二滑道(46)向前,经第六扣槽(45)并移动至具有一定斜度的第二定位凸起(43)。由于该第二定位凸起(43)使第二弹片(51)具有一定裕度的向上移动,同时第二弹片具有向下回弹的作用力。当的第二构件(51)移动到达第五扣槽(45)时,该第二弹片(51)下端的第二钩件(52)在第二弹片向下回弹力作用力下扣入第五扣槽(45)内;与此同时,第三挡体(54)与第一套体所具有的第二定位凸起(43)相抵制,使第二套体与第一套体处于锁紧状态。然后,拉动第一套体(4)向前沿着针尖方向,其过程与上述拉动第二套体(5)过程相同,即将第一弹片(41)下表面设置的第一钩件(48)从针座的具有一定斜度的第一扣槽(31)里滑出,经过第一滑道(35)及具有一定坡度的第一定位凸起(32),同样地使第一钩件(42)扣入第二扣槽(33),与此同时,第一套体所具有的第二挡体(47)在第一定位凸起(32)的阻力作用而不能再向前移动。至此,第一套体和第二套体既不能向前也无法向后移动,将针体锁死在第一套体和第二套体的中空腔内,形成安全针结构。本发明的安全针结构很简单、操作性强,安全针使用后只需很小的力度就可以使使用后的针体安全、稳固锁定在第一套体和第二套体的空间内。
实施例2
参见说明书附图16-23。另一种安全针包括帽盖(1)、针头件(2)、针座(3)和第二套体(5)。针头件(2)具有针体(21)和内塞(22),该针体(21)和内塞(22)一体成型。
所述盖帽(1)与第二套体(5)滑动配合,该针头件(2)固定安装在针座(3)上,该针座(3)与第二套体(5)滑动配合。
盖帽(1)前端直径小于后端直径,盖帽前端外表面沿轴向方向设置多条凸起以达到拔取盖帽防滑的作用。盖帽后端内表面与第二套体的外表面沿着径向方向设置的凸起通过滑动配合。
针座(3)外表面由前端至后端依次设置第二扣槽(33)、第一定位凸起(32)、第三扣槽(34)、第一滑道(35)和第一扣槽(31),该第二扣槽(33)、第一定位凸起(32)、第三扣槽(34)、第一滑道(35)和第一扣槽(31)均设置至少一个;
所述第二套体(5)设有第三定位凸起(53)、至少一个第二弹片(51)、第三挡体(54)、数条竖状表面凸起(55);该每一第二弹片(51)的下表面设有一第二钩件(52);
所述第二钩件(51)的后端的倾斜角度f≥第二扣槽(33)后端的倾斜角g,第三挡体(54)前端的倾斜角h≥第三扣槽(34)前端的倾斜角l。
参照说明书附图17可以清楚看出:针座(3)的第一扣槽(31)与第一定位凸起(32)之间形成第一滑道(35),针座(3)的后端沿着外周围设置第一挡体(36),该第二扣槽(33)、第一定位凸起(32)、第三扣槽(34)、第一滑道(35)和第一扣槽(31)设置为2个,间隔设置在针座外表面。
第二套体(5)前端外表面设置多条竖条表面凸起,其为了增加表面摩擦力。使得盖帽(1)不轻易从第二套体(5)表面脱落。该第二套体(5)外表面设置一圈一定宽度的第二定位凸起(53),第二套体(5)的外表面间隔设置横向条状凸条(55)和第二弹片51,该每一第二弹片(51)的下表面还设置一第二构件(52),第二套体(5)的后端外表面沿着径向方向设置第三挡体(54)。
所述第二弹片(51)与第二套体(5)一体成型,该第二弹片的一面与第二套体(5)相连,该第二弹片的另三面与第二套体不在一起,这样就形成具有一定宽度和长度的弹片,且该弹片能够自由地在受力作用下在第一套体或第二套体径向方向做具有一定裕度的变形。
盖帽(1)后端内表面与第二套体(5)前端外表面通过滑动配合,该盖帽的外表面设置多条表面凸起,方便医护人员拿取。
在本实施例中,第一扣槽(31)、第一定位凸起(32)、第二扣槽(33)、第三扣槽(34)、第一滑道(35)、第二弹片(51)、第二钩件(52)均设置2个,间隔设置。
当安全针未开启时,第二套体(5)所具有的第二钩件(52)对应地扣入针座(3)的第一扣槽(31)内,这样安全针结构处于初始轻锁状态。但在作用力下第二构件(52)从第一扣槽(31)中滑出,此时,仅需要将帽盖拔开,即可进行注射针头使用。
第一扣槽和第三扣槽的前端斜度角度设置能够在钩件轻锁于滑槽能相对容易沿着第一滑道滑动,同时第一构件滑动于具有坡度的第一定位凸起部时的阻力较小,达到用更小的力达到拉伸锁固目的。
当注射完成后,可先轻拉第二套体(5),该第二套体(5)第二弹片(51)下表面具有的一定斜度的第一钩件(52)从针座(3)的第一扣槽(31)里滑出,沿第一滑道(35)向前,经第三扣槽(34)并移动至具有一定斜度的第一定位凸起(32)。由于该第一定位凸起(32)使第二弹片(51)具有一定裕度的向上移动,同时第二弹片具有向下回弹的作用力。当的第二构件(52)移动到达第二扣槽(33)时,该第二弹片(51)下端的第二钩件(52)在第二弹片向下回弹力作用力下扣入第二扣槽(33)内;与此同时,第三挡体(54)与针座的第一定位凸起(32)相抵制,使第二套体与针座处于锁紧状态。至此,第二套体既不能向前也无法向后移动,将针体锁死在第二套体的中空腔内,形成安全针结构。本发明的安全针结构很简单、操作性强,安全针使用后只需很小的力度就可以使使用后的针体安全、稳固锁定在第一套体和第二套体的空间内。
本发明的两种安全针结构能直接和注射针筒或负压式的采血针筒中所实施。
以上描述是结合具体实施方式和附图对本发明所做的进一步说明。但是,本发明显然能够以多种不同于此描述的其它方法来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内容的情况下根据实际使用情况进行推广、演绎,因此,上述具体实施例的内容不应限制本发明确定的保护范围。

  1. 一种安全针,其特征在于:该安全针包括帽盖(1)、针头件(2)、针座(3)、第一套体(4)和第二套体(5);
    该帽盖(1)与第二套体(5)滑动配合,该针头件(2)固定安装在针座(3)上,该第一套体(4)与针座(3)滑动配合,该第二套体(5)与第一套体(4)滑动配合;
    该第二套体5 设有第三定位凸起(53)、第二弹片(51)和第三挡体(54);
    所述每一第二弹片(51)的下表面设有一第二钩件(52);
    该第一套体设有第一弹片(41)、第五扣槽(44)、第二定位凸起(43)、第六扣槽(45)、第四扣槽(42)、第二滑道(46)和第二挡体(47);
    所述每一第一弹片(41)的下表面设有一第一钩件(48);
    该针座(3)设有第一扣槽(31)、第一定位凸起(32)、第二扣槽(33)、第三扣槽(34)、第一滑道(35)和第一挡体(36)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全针,其特征在于:所述该针头件(2)包括针体(21)和内塞(22),针体(21)和内塞(22)一体成型;所述第二套体(5)外表面沿圆周设置第三定位凸起(53),该第二套体(5)后端外表面沿圆周方向设置多条竖状表面凸起(55),所述第二弹片(51)设置为至少一个。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的安全针,其特征在于:所述针座(3)外表面由前端至后端依次设置第二扣槽(33)、第一定位凸起(32)、第三扣槽(34)、第一滑道(35)和第一扣槽(31),该第二扣槽(33)、第一定位凸起(32)、第三扣槽(34)、第一滑道(35)和第一扣槽(31)均设置至少一个。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种安全针,其特征在于:所述第四扣槽(42)前端的倾斜角度a≥第二钩件(52)前端的倾斜角度b;所述第四扣槽(42)后端的倾斜角度c≤第二钩件(52)后端的倾斜角度d;所述第五扣槽(44)的倾斜角度e≤第二钩件(52)的末端倾斜角度f,所述第六扣槽(45)前端所形成的倾斜角度g≤第三挡体(54)前端倾斜角度h;所述第二扣槽(33)的倾斜角度j≤第一构件(48)末端的倾斜角度i,所述第三扣槽(34)前端倾斜角度l≤第二挡体(47)前端的倾斜角度k。
  6. 据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的安全针的使用方法,其特征在于:
    打开盖帽(1),第二套体(5)沿着第一套体(4)外周围向前拉伸时,第二钩件(52)从第四扣槽(42)滑出,第二钩件(52)沿着第二滑道(47)向前移动至第二定位凸起(43),当移动至第二凸起部末端使该第二弹片(51)的第二钩件(52)在弹力作用下向下扣入第五扣槽(44)内,此时使第二套体与第一套体锁固;与此同时第一套体(4)沿着针座(3)向前移动,第一钩件(48)从第一扣槽(31)滑出并沿着第一滑道(35)滑动,当向前移动至第一定位凸起(32)时,第一定位凸起(32)末端使该第一弹片(41)的第一钩件(48)在弹力作用下向下扣入第二扣槽(33)内,此时第一套体(4)与针座(3)锁固。
  7. 一种安全针,其特征在于:该安全针包括帽盖(1)、针头件(2)、针座(3)和第二套件(5);
    该帽盖(1)与第二套体(5)滑动配合,该针头件(2)固定安装在针座(3)内,该针座(3)与第二套体(5)滑动配合;
    该针头件(2)包括针体(21)和内塞(22),针体(21)和内塞(22)一体成型;
    针座(3)外表面由前端至后端依次设置第二扣槽(33)、第一定位凸起(32)、第三扣槽(34)、第一滑道(35)和第一扣槽(31),该第二扣槽(33)、第一定位凸起(32)、第三扣槽(34)、第一滑道(35)和第一扣槽(31)均设置至少一个;
    所述第二套体(5)设有第三定位凸起(53)、至少一个第二弹片(51)、第三挡体(54)、数条竖状表面凸起(55);该每一第二弹片(51)的下表面设有一第二钩件(52);

  8. 权利要求7所述的安全针的使用方法,其特征在于: 打开盖帽(1),第二套体(5)沿着针座(3)向前移动,第二钩件(52)从第一扣槽内(31)滑出、沿着第一滑道(35)滑动至第一定位凸起(32)处,然后继续运动至第二凸起部末端使第二弹片(51)的第二构件(52)向下扣入第二扣槽(33)内,此时第二套体与针座锁固。
