6)加入淀粉和高岭土,继续搅拌0.5小时,得所述环保型黄瓜培养剂,将制备的环保型黄瓜培养剂每40为一份封装在塑料袋中或者瓶中,避光密闭保存。
上述环保型黄瓜培养剂的应用方法,使用时,将所述环保型黄瓜培养剂和去离子水按照1:1稀释混匀后,再将复合微生物菌与所述环保型黄瓜培养剂混合均匀后加入到黄瓜种植土壤中。
实施例2
一种环保型黄瓜培养剂,以重量组分计,包括以下组分:
黄腐酸50份
壳寡糖15份
磷酸二氢钾35份
萘乙酸5份
乙蒜素8份
胺鲜脂2份
尿囊素12份
苄基联苯基聚氧乙烯醚15份
羟基四氢嘧啶8份
蔗糖酯6份
氯吡脲5份
淀粉25份
高岭土15份
去离子水30份。
另,还包括0.8份的微量元素,所述微量元素以重量组分计,由以下组分组成:
硝酸氧锆8份
FeEDTA 3份
氯化钴5份
MnEDTA 0.5份
硼砂0.2份
ZnEDTA 1份
CuEDTA 0.8份。
再,还包括3份的复合氨基酸,所述复合氨基酸以重量组分计,由以下组分组成:
色氨酸6份
苯丙氨酸5份
异亮氨酸8份
缬氨酸6份
赖氨酸3份。
又,还包括4份的复合维生素,所述复合维生素以重量组分计,由以下组分组成:

1)将按如上重量份数称环保型黄瓜培养剂的原料备用;
2)将步骤1)中的壳寡糖、磷酸二氢钾加入溶解于去离子水中,在28℃液温中搅拌至充分溶解;
3)将苄基联苯基聚氧乙烯醚、乙蒜素、尿囊素和氯吡脲加入步骤2)得到的溶液中,并置于60℃的水浴锅中继续搅拌2小时后,冷却至26℃;
4)加入黄腐酸、萘乙酸、胺鲜脂、蔗糖酯和羟基四氢嘧啶,于26℃继续搅拌50分钟;
5)加入复合氨基酸和复合维生素,搅拌均匀后调节pH值至5;
6)加入淀粉和高岭土,继续搅拌1小时,得所述环保型黄瓜培养剂,将制备的环保型黄瓜培养剂每70g为一份封装在塑料袋中或者瓶中,避光密闭保存。
上述环保型黄瓜培养剂的应用方法,使用时,将所述环保型黄瓜培养剂和去离子水按照1:1稀释混匀后,再将复合微生物菌与所述环保型黄瓜培养剂混合均匀后加入到黄瓜种植土壤中。
实施例3
一种环保型黄瓜培养剂,以重量组分计,包括以下组分:
黄腐酸45份
壳寡糖10份
磷酸二氢钾23份
萘乙酸4份
乙蒜素5份
胺鲜脂1.2份
尿囊素7份
苄基联苯基聚氧乙烯醚8份
羟基四氢嘧啶5份
蔗糖酯5份
氯吡脲3份
淀粉12份
高岭土8份
去离子水20份。
另,还包括0.5份的微量元素,所述微量元素以重量组分计,由以下组分组成:
硝酸氧锆5份
FeEDTA 2.5份
氯化钴3份
MnEDTA 0.4份
硼砂0.15份
ZnEDTA 0.7份
CuEDTA 0.6份。
再,还包括2份的复合氨基酸,所述复合氨基酸以重量组分计,由以下组分组成:
色氨酸5份
苯丙氨酸3份

1)将按如上重量份数称环保型黄瓜培养剂的原料备用;
2)将步骤1)中的壳寡糖、磷酸二氢钾加入溶解于去离子水中,在24℃液温中搅拌至充分溶解;
3)将苄基联苯基聚氧乙烯醚、乙蒜素、尿囊素和氯吡脲加入步骤2)得到的溶液中,并置于50℃的水浴锅中继续搅拌1.2小时后,冷却至24℃;
4)加入黄腐酸、萘乙酸、胺鲜脂、蔗糖酯和羟基四氢嘧啶,于24℃继续搅拌35分钟;
5)加入复合氨基酸和复合维生素,搅拌均匀后调节pH值至3;
6)加入淀粉和高岭土,继续搅拌0.7小时,得所述环保型黄瓜培养剂,将制备的环保型黄瓜培养剂每55g为一份封装在塑料袋中或者瓶中,避光密闭保存。
上述环保型黄瓜培养剂的应用方法,使用时,将所述环保型黄瓜培养剂和去离子水按照1:1稀释混匀后,再将复合微生物菌与所述环保型黄瓜培养剂混合均匀后加入到黄瓜种植土壤中。
实施例4
一种环保型黄瓜培养剂,以重量组分计,包括以下组分:
黄腐酸50份

4)加入黄腐酸、萘乙酸、胺鲜脂、蔗糖酯和羟基四氢嘧啶,于26℃继续搅拌35分钟;
5)加入复合氨基酸和复合维生素,搅拌均匀后调节pH值至2;
6)加入淀粉和高岭土,继续搅拌1小时,得所述环保型黄瓜培养剂,将制备的环保型黄瓜培养剂每55g为一份封装在塑料袋中或者瓶中,避光密闭保存。
上述环保型黄瓜培养剂的应用方法,使用时,将所述环保型黄瓜培养剂和去离子水按照1:1稀释混匀后,再将复合微生物菌与所述环保型黄瓜培养剂混合均匀后加入到黄瓜种植土壤中。

  1. 一种环保型黄瓜培养剂,其特征在于:以重量组分计,包括以下组分:
    黄腐酸30-50份
    壳寡糖5-15份
    磷酸二氢钾10-35份
    萘乙酸2-5份
    乙蒜素3-8份
    胺鲜脂0.5-2份
    尿囊素2-12份
    苄基联苯基聚氧乙烯醚3-15份
    羟基四氢嘧啶2-8份
    蔗糖酯3-6份
    氯吡脲2-5份
    淀粉10-25份
    高岭土3-15份
    去离子水10-30份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的环保型黄瓜培养剂,其特征在于:还包括0.2-0.8份的微量元素,所述微量元素以重量组分计,由以下组分组成:
    硝酸氧锆3-8份
    FeEDTA2-3份
    氯化钴1-5份
    MnEDTA0.2-0.5份
    硼砂0.1-0.2份
    ZnEDTA0.5-1份
    CuEDTA0.4-0.8份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的环保型黄瓜培养剂,其特征在于:还包括1-3份的复合氨基酸,所述复合氨基酸以重量组分计,由以下组分组成:
    色氨酸3-6份
    苯丙氨酸1-5份
    异亮氨酸3-8份
    缬氨酸2-6份
    赖氨酸1-3份。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的环保型黄瓜培养剂,其特征在于:还包括2-4份的复合维生素,所述复合维生素以重量组分计,由以下组分组成:
    维生素A 3-5份
    维生素B1 2-8份
    维生素B12 2-10份
    维生素E 2-4份
    维生素K 0.2-1份
    烟酸0.3-0.8份。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的环保型黄瓜培养剂,其特征在于:还包括2-8份的复合微生物菌,所述复合微生物菌以重量组分计,由以下组分组成:
    EM益生菌3-8份
    苏云金杆菌2-6份
    酵母菌1-4份
    双歧杆菌3-8份
    粪肠球菌2-5份。
  6. 一种根据权利1-5任一项所述的环保型黄瓜培养剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    1)将按如下重量份数称环保型黄瓜培养剂的原料备用:黄腐酸30-50份、壳寡糖5-15份、磷酸二氢钾10-35份、萘乙酸2-5份、乙蒜素3-8份、胺鲜脂0.5-2份、尿囊素2-12份、苄基联苯基聚氧乙烯醚3-15份、羟基四氢嘧啶2-8份、蔗糖酯3-6份、氯吡脲2-5份、淀粉10-25份、高岭土3-15份和去离子水10-30份;
    2)将步骤1)中的壳寡糖、磷酸二氢钾加入溶解于去离子水中,在20-28℃液温中搅拌至充分溶解;
    3)将苄基联苯基聚氧乙烯醚、乙蒜素、尿囊素和氯吡脲加入步骤2)得到的溶液中,并置于30-60℃的水浴锅中继续搅拌0.5-2小时后,冷却至22-26℃;
    4)加入黄腐酸、萘乙酸、胺鲜脂、蔗糖酯和羟基四氢嘧啶,于22-26℃继续搅拌20-50分钟;
    5)调节pH值至2-5;
    6)加入淀粉和高岭土,继续搅拌0.5-1小时,得所述环保型黄瓜培养剂。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的环保型黄瓜培养剂的制备方法,其特征在于:在调节pH前加入1-3份的复合氨基酸和2-4份的复合维生素,搅拌均匀后调节pH值至2-5。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的环保型黄瓜培养剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将制备的环保型黄瓜培养剂每40-70g为一份封装在塑料袋中或者瓶中,避光密闭保存。
  9. 一种根据权利要求1-4、6-8所述的环保型黄瓜培养剂的应用方法,其特征在于:使用时,将所述环保型黄瓜培养剂和去离子水按照1:1稀释混匀后加入到黄瓜种植土壤中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的环保型黄瓜培养剂的应用方法,其特征在于:使用时,将2-8份的复合微生物菌与所述环保型黄瓜培养剂混合均匀后使用。
