Abstract

The present invention relates to a detachable trolley (1) occupying a single area as well as allowing a lower carrier (4) and an upper carrier to move together one within the other or allowing movement of the lower carrier (4) and the upper carrier (2) separately and independent from each other.

Description

A DETACHABLE TROLLEY Technical Field
The present invention relates to a detachable trolley allowing storage, usage, and transfer of different materials at the same time regardless of their different usage frequencies or consumption periods.
State of the Art
In places where industrial production is made, in order to carry or store parts that are needed for production, these parts are required to be found at a close location to the production line. In this case, transport of the parts is carried out by the operator via various parts transportation methods or by the currently used parts transportation vehicles (trolleys). There are trolleys in the production line or stock area, and operators use said transportation vehicles in transportation of materials according to production and stock status. The operator can use the trolleys to stock the produced product or to use a product to be used in production. Trolleys of different types and characteristics can be used depending on the production plant, the produced product, and the materials to be used in production. One of the most important criteria for trolleys is the carrying capacity. On production lines, operators often need trolleys with different transport capacities. While in some cases the operator needs to carry products that can be fitted into a single carrying chamber, in other cases it may be needed to carry products that can fit into more than one carrying chamber. In this case, the operator needs a trolley that can carry loads at different capacities. The operator cannot carry loads with different capacities with a single type trolley found in the production line at one moment. Limited storage area near the production line or in the production area causes problems in many aspects. Materials and products to be used in production cannot be stored at a place close to the production line or the products obtained as a result of production are required to be transported. For such cases, the present problem is solved by using trolleys on which the products are kept and transported, if necessary, to the storage area. The most common technical problem with the prior art trolleys is that the trolleys do not have sufficient available space. Especially, the prior art trolleys are not adequate in carrying of product parts in production of products that have multiple pieces and different sizes. Nowadays, dual layer transfer carts are used for such needs.
During the use of the prior art dual layer transfer carts, the problem of stocking the more commonly used and less commonly used parts in the same cart is encountered. When the more commonly used part runs out and needs to be taken from the stock, it is required to be carried again together with the less commonly used part. In addition, it is not possible to use only the parts found at the upper layer or only the parts found at the lower layer. In this case, need occurs for a trolley design that can solve all of these problems at the same time. Operators try to use the layers of trolleys according to their needs or the production. However, the fact that the trolleys have fixed layers, the trolley layers cannot be connected (positioned) in different shapes and combinations with regard to each other prevents efficient use of the existing space. This is also an important technical problem. The patent according to the present application intends to solve the technical problem in question. The patent according to the present application allows carrying loads of different capacities and different sizes at the same time in one trolley, and the layers of the trolley can be positioned in different ways with regard to each other.
In the prior art, different types of trolleys are used. Some transport vehicles known in the state of the art are as follows. In the United States patent document No. US3953047 with priority date 25.02.1975, a stocking and transport cart/trolley is found. In the relevant invention, stocking and transport carts that can be added on top of each other and can be moved via wheel connections are found. These transport vehicles consist of a foldable basket and foldable latch frames. In this design, trolleys can be placed on top of each other, they can be used as moving together and separately. In this way, a transport system which provides efficient space utilization is obtained. The invention according to the state of the art document is similar to the invention according to the present application in that it has characteristics such as increased space utilization efficiency in the assembly line, independent movement of the upper and lower shelves, and having trolleys that can be connected to each other. However, the invention according to the present application both allows the lower and upper shelves to be easily separated from each other via the lower and upper draw mechanisms comprised therein and allows the parts to be carried on top of one another or side by side in the same two shelves. Besides, the lower and upper shelves have a locking system. For this reason, there are differences between the patent according to the present application and the patent No. US3953047. In the United States patent document found in the known status of the art with No. US3522954 and priority date 01.05.1968, a truck shelf system is disclosed. This design consists of a transport box formed by joining plates with different spacing. The relevant document discloses a shelf system that can be placed on top of each other for effective use of the space and can provide movement independent from each other. The upper shelf moves on the rail found on the lower shelf by means of its wheels and the two shelves can be moved separately. The invention found in the known status of the art has similarities with the invention according to the present application in that it has technical characteristics such as allowing independent movement of the upper and lower boxes, allowing different stock movements, and comprising a multi-level shelf complex, and it is found in a similar technical field. However, the invention according to the present application differs from the invention found in the known status of the art in terms of the use of the parts in assembly line in stocking and carrying, in design details, in the connections of the lower and upper shelves, and in the draw mechanisms, and looks for solving different problems.
In the patent document with No. US6979005B 1, priority date 17.06.2002 found in the known status of the art, a design related to the storage of carrying vehicles/trolleys is disclosed. In the relevant invention, the vehicles used for transporting parts are assembled by fitting the wheels to the slots positioned in the form of tables on top of each other, and thus both saving from space and transporting multiple pieces is made possible. In this invention, storage of a multiple transport vehicle/trolley is described. The invention found in the known status of the art has similarities with the invention according to the present application, since it has characteristics such as carrying of a product, ensuring its movement, and increasing the usage area efficiency thereof. However, the invention according to the present application ensures transport, storage, and transfer of parts used in the production line. On the other hand, the invention according to the present application is in a different technical field than the invention found in the known status of the art by having different technical characteristics such as having upper and lower shelf mechanisms which can move by being connected to each other, and having multi-purpose lower draw and upper draw mechanisms, and has differences.
Among the prior art embodiments, a trolley, which has at least two shelves and has shelves that can be fixed to each other at different positions, the shelves of which can be easily fixed on top of each other and one after the other, and can be carried in the way they are fixed, and can be adjusted in different positions with regard to each other is not found. Purposes of the Invention The purpose of the present invention is to develop a detachable trolley which increases the space utilization efficiency in the production line during storage and transfer of parts. Another purpose of the present invention is to develop a detachable trolley consisting of lower and upper shelves which can be connected to and detachable from each other, and the two shelves of which can be used at the same time, and thus ensures saving from time and space. Another purpose of the present invention is to develop a detachable trolley capable of allowing use of parts with a low and high utilization rate together and efficiently.
Another purpose of the present invention is to develop a trolley consisting of at least two shelves, the shelves of which can be detached, and the shelves of which can be positioned on top of each other.
Another purpose of the present invention is to develop a trolley which allows a carrier shelf having the size and width preferred by the operator to be used above or below.
Another purpose of the present invention is to develop a trolley having carrier shelves that are easily connected to each other and easily detached from each other.
Brief Description of the Invention
The detachable trolley developed in order to achieve the purpose of the present invention and defined in the first claim and the other claims dependent on this claim comprises a detachable trolley, an upper carrier, a lower carrier, and a draw. The upper carrier is formed by combining four feet with an upper framework base and mounting wheels at the ends thereof. The lower carrier is formed by mounting four wheels at the lower framework base. The draw is found at the upper carrier and the lower carrier. The draw is positioned on the draw connection at the upper carrier, and it is found as directly connected to the lower framework base at the lower carrier. The draw found on the lower carrier and the upper carrier is connected to each other via the lower drawing bracket and the upper drawing bracket. When it is preferred that the upper carrier and the lower carrier move independently of each other, the draws found in the upper carrier and the lower carrier are brought to the open position. When it is preferred that the upper carrier and the lower carrier move in series following each other, the draw found on the lower carrier is brought to open position and connected to the upper drawing bracket. When it is preferred that the upper carrier and the lower carrier move together by occupying a single area, the fixing pin located on the lower carrier is inserted into the fixing housing found in the upper carrier. When the fixing pin is inserted into the fixing housing, the lower carrier can move in a balanced manner under the upper carrier.
The carriers of the trolley according to the present invention can be easily connected to each other and easily detached from each other, when required. Carriers can be connected into one another one the bottom and the other at the top, and depending on the need for different uses, the carriers can be connected one after the other.

A detachable trolley (1) having independent material carriage/transport areas and allowing use of these material carriage areas together with or separate from each other, and allowing transfer of the stored materials, basically comprises:
at least one upper carrier (2) for carrying and storing the materials found thereon and having a foot (2.1), an upper carrier framework (2.2), an upper framework base (2.3), a locker (2.5), a lower carrier holder (2.6), and a draw connection (2.7),
at least one lower carrier (4) for carrying and storing the materials found thereon, for use together with or separate from the upper carrier (2), and having a lower carrier framework (4.1), a lower framework base (4.2), and a fixing pin (4.6),
- at least one draw (3) found on the upper carrier (2) and the lower carrier (4), and forming a fixed connection point for the upper carrier (2) and the lower carrier (4),
a fixing pin (4.6) found on the lower carrier (4) for allowing the lower carrier (4) and the upper carrier (2) to move together in one area one within the other by being fixed to the draw connection (2.7) found at the upper carrier (2), a lower carrier holder (2.6) found on the upper carrier (2) and connected to the draw (3) found at the lower carrier (4) so as to allow the upper carrier (2) and the lower carrier (4) to move successively. In an embodiment of the invention, the detachable trolley (1) comprises the upper carrier (2), the draw (3), and the lower carrier (4). The upper carrier (2) allows carriage and storage of the materials found thereon. The upper carrier (2) is formed by placement of four feet (2.1) in parallel to each other in preferred intervals, and then joining the same with an upper framework base (2.3). The upper framework base (2.3) is formed of profiles which preferably form a rectangular geometry when combined with each other. The length of the foot (2.1) is determined according to user preference or intended purpose. The height of the upper carrier (2) is adjusted with the foot (2.1) length. In an embodiment of the invention, the feet (2.1) are preferably made of metal profile. In order to ensure the upper carrier (2) motion, wheels (5) are mounted at the other end of the feet (2.1) that does not combine with the upper framework base (2.3). The wheels (5) are found at the end of the foot (2.1) that contact the ground. The wheels (5) mounted to the feet (2.1) can have free motion characteristic or have a component to prevent motion (brake). In an embodiment of the invention, wheels (5) that can move freely are used at the front feet (2.1) of the upper carrier (2), while wheels (5) having motion preventing components are used at the rear feet (2.1) thereof. The wheels (5) and the upper framework base (2.3) are fixed on the feet (2.1) in the form of a connection component or welding or an insert. The feet (2.1) of the upper carrier (2) are combined by means of plates in order to improve strength. Said plates are preferably made of metal and fixed at a preferred distance from the wheels (5) to ensure balance. The feet (2.1) combining plates are preferably positioned such that they would combine two feet (2.1) to two edges that are parallel to each other. An upper carrier framework (2.2) is positioned on the upper framework base (2.3) so as to allow placement of a transport box (6). The upper carrier framework (2.2) is preferably U-shaped and comprises support plates at the two corner thereof in order to ensure that the transport box (6) stays in fixed position. The upper carrier framework (2.2) preferably has a plate form and it is fixed to the upper framework base (2.3) by means of a connection component or welding. In order to ensure that the parts to be found in the transport box (6) can be easily seen by the user, plates are found below the two parallel-positioned corners of the upper carrier framework (2.2) so as to ensure that they remain inclined. In this embodiment of the invention, the upper carrier framework (2.2) is combined with the upper framework base (2.3) via weld bonding method. A handle (2.4) is mounted on the upper framework base (2.3), preferably on the edge of the upper carrier framework (2.2) found at the open part thereof. The handle (2.4) is preferably positioned at the middle point of the edge on which it is found. The handle (2.4) allows movement of the upper carrier (2) by means of a force applied by the user.
In this embodiment of the invention, a lower carrier holder (2.6) is found at the upper carrier (2). The lower carrier holder (2.6) is used such that it would be positioned between two feet (2.1) which do not have the plates that combine the feet (2.1). In an embodiment of the invention, the lower carrier holder (2.6) can preferably be used such that it would combine the rear feet (2.1). The lower carrier holder (2.6) comprises a connection bracket (2.6.1), a holder plate (2.6.2), a plate channel (2.6.3), and an upper drawing bracket (2.6.4). The lower carrier holder (2.6) is connected to the feet (2.1) by means of a connection bracket (2.6.1). Connection brackets (2.6.1) are fixed on the surfaces of the two feet (2.1), on the lower carrier holder (2.6) is to be positioned, facing the outer part of the carrier (2). The connection brackets (2.6.1) are fixed to the feet (2.1) preferably by a connection component or a connection method. In order to ensure the lower carrier holder (2.6) to stay straight in the same direction, the connection brackets (2.6.1) are connected to equal positions on reciprocal feet (2.1). In this embodiment of the invention, the connection bracket (2.6.1) is preferably connected to the position where the foot (2.1) is combined with the wheels (5). The holder plate (2.6.2) is positioned on one of the connection brackets (2.6.1), while the plate channel (2.6.3) is positioned on the other connection bracket (2.6.1). At the part where the holder plate (2.6.2) is fixed at the connection bracket (2.6.1), a rotating component is found which allows the holder plate (2.6.2) to make a rotational motion up to 180°. In this embodiment of the invention, preferably a shaft is used as the rotating component. In order to ensure that a holder plate (2.6.2), which can make rotational motion, can stay in open position on a foot (2.1) in a fixed manner, it needs to have a locker (2.5) at the foot (2.1) on which the same is found. The locker (2.5) preferably has a single -piece rod form. While one end of the locker (2.5) has a straight geometry so that it can be fixed at the foot (2.1), the other end needs to have a hook shape so as to be able to grasp the lower carrier holder (2.6). The plate wanted to be fixed to the locker (2.5) is inserted into the hook-shaped end. The holder plate (2.6.2) is engaged to the locker (2.5) found on the foot (2.1) so that it can stay in open position in parallel to the foot (2.1) (Figure 8). When the holder plate (2.6.2) is preferred to be brought to closed position, the holder plate (2.6.2) is fitted into the plate channel (2.6.3) found at the opposite foot (2.1) by making a rotating motion around the central axis of the rotating member such that it would stay at 90° angle to the foot (2.1) to which it is connected, with the help of the rotating member. When the holder plate (2.6.2) is completely fitted into the plate channel (2.6.3), the lower carrier holder (2.6) remains in closed position. (Figure 9). When the lower carrier holder (2.6) is in closed position, the lower carrier (4) can be connected to the upper carrier (2). The lower carrier (4) can be connected to the upper carrier (2) by means of the upper drawing bracket (2.6.4) found on the holder plate (2.6.2) on the lower carrier holder (2.6). The upper drawing bracket (2.6.4) is preferably U-shaped and has a plate shape with a preferred thickness. In an embodiment of the invention, a connection space is found in the two edges of the U-shaped upper drawing bracket (2.6.4) found in parallel position to each other. The draw (3) found at the lower carrier (4) can be fixed to the upper drawing bracket (2.6.4) preferably with the help of a connection component. In an embodiment of the invention, a draw connection (2.7) is used for carrying the upper carrier (2) separately. The draw connection (2.7) is preferably mounted to the feet (2.1) that are positioned across the parallel feet (2.1) where the lower carrier holder (2.6) is found. The connection of the draw connection (2.7) with the feet (2.1) is made by means of a draw fixer (2.7.1). The draw fixer (2.7.1) is positioned on the two feet (2.1) where the draw connection (2.7) is to be mounted. In this embodiment of the invention, the draw fixer (2.7.1) is fixed at the position where the foot (2.1) is combined with the wheels (5). The draw fixer (2.7.1) can be fixed on the feet (2.1) in any way. The draw connection (2.7) comprises a draw plate (2.7.2) on which the draw (3) can be mounted. Draw plate (2.7.2) preferably has a plate or profile shape and is made of metal. The draw plate (2.7.2) performs rotational motion with the help of a bearing (2.7.5) found in a draw fixer (2.7.1). The bearing (2.7.5) comprises a rotating member. The rotating member is preferably a shaft. One end of the draw plate (2.7.2) connects to the rotating member found at the bearing (2.7.5). The end of the draw plate (2.7.2) that is connected to the bearing (2.7.5) can perform rotational motion up to 180°, provided that the connected end stays fixed by means of the rotating member. A connecting piece (2.7.3) is found preferably at the middle point of the draw plate (2.7.2). The draw (3) is connected to said connecting piece (2.7.3). A draw shaft (2.7.8) is found preferably at the center of the connecting piece (2.7.3). The draw shaft (2.7.8) at the connecting piece (2.7.3) is placed in the space found at the shaft channel (3.2) where the draw lever (3.1) is also connected, such that their centers would coincide. The draw lever (3.1) can make rotational motion up to 360° angle around the central axis by means of the draw shaft (2.7.8). The connecting piece (2.7.3) is fixed at the draw plate (2.7.2) via a preferred way of connection or a connection component. The connecting piece (2.7.3) is mounted at the surface of the draw plate (2.7.2) which faces outside the upper carrier (2) with regard to the user. When the draw plate (2.7.2) is found in parallel position to the foot (2.1) where the bearing (2.7.5) found, the draw connection (2.7) is found in open position. While the draw connection (2.7) is in open position, the locker (2.5) that allows the same to stay in parallel to the foot (2.1) is positioned above the foot (2.1) where the bearing (2.7.5) is found. The draw plate (2.7.2) can stay in fixed position by being inserted into the locker (2.5). In the case where the draw plate (2.7.2) is perpendicular to the foot (2.1), the draw connection (2.7) stays in closed position (Figure 4). When the draw connection (2.7) is closed, the end of the draw plate (2.7.2) that is not connected to the bearing (2.7.5) is fitted into the draw channel (2.7.6). The draw channel (2.7.6) is mounted from the feet (2.1) where the draw connection (2.7) is found to the draw fixer (2.7.1) at the foot (2.1) where the bearing (2.7.5) is not found. The width of the draw channel (2.7.6) is preferably a little larger than the thickness of the draw plate (2.7.2). Two fixing housings (2.7.7) are positioned on the surface found accross the surface where the draw plate (2.7.2) connecting piece (2.7.3) is connected. The fixing housing (2.7.7) connect the lower carrier (4) to the upper carrier (2) so as to allow them to move together. When the draw (3) found at the draw connection (2.7) is not used, a lock holder (2.7.4) is found at the draw plate (2.7.2) in order to ensure that the draw stays at fixed position. In this embodiment of the invention, the lock holder (2.7.4) is preferably positioned at the end of the draw plate (2.7.2) that is closer to the bearing (2.7.5). The lock holder (2.7.4) is preferably U-shaped and one of the two ends thereof is shorter than the other. The lock holder (2.7.4) is fixed at the draw plate (2.7.2) from the long end thereof by means of a connection method.
In this embodiment of the invention, a draw (3) is mounted to the connecting piece (2.7.3) found at the draw connection (2.7). The draw (3) is a component which allows drawing/pulling a movable part by means of another movable part. The draw (3) comprises at least one draw lever (3.1), at least one shaft channel
(3.2) , and at least one lock (3.3). The draw lever (3.1) is connected from one end to the shaft channel (3.2) by means of a rotating shaft. The draw lever (3.1) can make rotational motion at an angle up to 180° by means of the shaft channel (3.2) such that one end thereof would stay fixed. A lock (3.3) is found at the other end of the draw lever (3.1) that is not connected to the shaft channel (3.2). The lock
(3.3) is a component that ensures connection with the other movable part that is wanted to be drawn/pulled. When the draw (3) is not used, the draw lever (3.1) is rotated with the help of the shaft channel (3.2) and brought to parallel position with the draw plate (2.7.2). The draw lever (3.1) that is brought to parallel position makes surface-to-surface contact with the draw plate (2.7.2). When it is preferred to use the draw (3), the draw lever (3.1) is positioned such that it would remain at 90° angle with the draw plate (2.7.2) with the help of the shaft channel (3.2). When the draw (3) is open at the upper carrier (2), the draw lever (3.1) is found in perpendicular position to the draw plate (2.7.2) (Figure 18). In this embodiment of the invention, when the draw (3) found at the draw connection (2.7) ensures connection of the upper carrier (2) to another movable vehicle, when the upper carrier (2) and the lower carrier (4) move together (Figure 19). In an embodiment of the invention, the lower carrier (4) comprises a lower framework base (4.2), a lower carrier framework (4.1) positioned on the lower framework base (4.2), and wheels (5) fixed on the lower framework base (4.2). The lower framework base (4.2) is preferably made of metal. In this embodiment of the invention, the lower framework base (4.2) consists of profiles which are combined such that they would form a rectangular geometry by leaving spaces among them. Wheels (5) are fixed at the four corners of one of the wide surfaces of the lower framework base (4.2). Freely movable wheels (5) are mounted at the front part of the lower carrier (4) with regard to the user, and wheels (5) having a movement preventing component (brake) is mounted at the rear part thereof. The lower carrier framework (4.1) is fixed at the surface of the lower framework base (4.2) except the wide surface thereof where the wheels (5) are mounted. The lower carrier framework (4.1) is preferably formed of three plates which are combined such that they would have U shape. At the corners where said three plates are combined/joined, L-shaped plates are placed in order to ensure that the transport box (6) stays fixed. In order to ensure that the parts to be found in the transport box (6) can be easily seen by the user, plates are found below the two parallel- positioned corners of the lower carrier framework (4.1) so as to ensure that they remain inclined. A lower drawing bracket (4.3) is found at the surface of the lower carrier framework (4.1) where the non-inclined corners thereof are combined. The lower drawing bracket (4.3) has a similar geometry with the upper drawing bracket (2.6.4). The lower drawing bracket (4.3) is preferably positioned at the middle point of the surface where the lower carrier framework (4.1) is found. The lower drawing bracket (4.3) allows carrying of the lower carrier (4) with the help of a vehicle that moves separate from the upper carrier (2) or allows carrying by means of attachment of first the lower carrier (4) to the moving vehicle and then the upper carrier (2) to each other. A handle (4.4) is found on the lower framework base (4.2) on the surface where the open edge of the lower carrier framework (4.1) is found. The handle (4.4) allows the lower carrier (4) to be moved alone by being held by the user. The handle (4.4) is found at a fixed position on the plate at the middle part of the surface where preferably the lower framework base (4.2) is found, with the purpose of carrying the lower carrier (4) in a balanced manner.
In an embodiment of the invention, the draw (3) is found at the middle point of the handle (4.4) at the lower framework base (4.2). The draw (3) connected to the lower carrier (4) allows movement of the lower carrier (4) in connection with the upper carrier (2) or alone, separately. The draw (3) has a fixing plate (4.5) at both side surfaces of the shaft channel (3.2) and at a perpendicular position to said side surfaces. The fixing plate (4.5) is preferably made of metal and it is fixed to the shaft channel (3.2) by means of a connection method or a connection component. A fixing pin (4.6) is positioned on the fixing plates (4.5). The fixing pin (4.6) works by inserting into the fixing housing (2.7.7) of the draw connection (2.7) found at the upper carrier (2). The fixing pin (4.6) preferably has cylindrical geometry and the end thereof that is not connected to the fixing plate (4.5) is made with 45° inclincation. The diameter of the fixing pin (4.6) is smaller than the diameter of the fixing housing (2.7.7). When the fixing pin (4.6) is inserted into the fixing housing (2.7.7), it allows the lower carrier (4) below the upper carrier (2) such that they would occupy a single space (Figure 16). When the draw (3) found at the lower carrier (4) is in closed position, it stays in parallel to the handle (4.4). When the draw (3) is preferred to be brought to open position, the draw lever (3.1) makes 90° angle around the end thereof that is connected to the shaft channel (3.2), with the help of the shaft channel (3.2), and thus brought to perpendicular position with regard to the handle (4.4) (Figure 19). The draw (3) of the lower carrier (4) allows the lower carrier (4) to move, separate from the upper carrier (2), by being connected to a moving vehicle, or allows the lower carrier (4) and the upper carrier (2) to be connected one after the other and move in series.
The use of a detachable trolley (1) found in this embodiment of the invention is performed as follows. When the lower carrier (4) is desired to be used independent from the upper carrier (2), or in other words, if the lower carrier (4) is desired to be used alone, its usage is as follows. The lower carrier (4) remains below the upper carrier (2) without being connected to each other. When the feet (2.1) of the upper carrier (2) that have draw connection (2.7) are required to remain fixed and the lower carrier (4) is required to be removed from below the upper carrier (2), the lower carrier holder (2.6) is brought to open position. When the lower carrier holder (2.6) is brought to open position, the lower carrier (4) can exit from where the lower carrier holder (2.6) is open (Figure 13). In said situation, the lower carrier (4) can exit from below the upper carrier (2) without affecting the motion or position of the upper carrier (2). In case the upper carrier (2) and the lower carrier (4) are separated from each other while the feet (2.1) to which the lower carrier holder (2.6) is connected remain fixed, the draw connection (2.7) is brought to open position. After the draw connection (2.7) is brought to open position, the lower carrier (4) can be removed from below the upper carrier (2) without affecting the position or motion of the upper carrier (2) (Figure 15).
In an embodiment of the invention, when it is preferred that the upper carrier (2) and the lower carrier (4) move together while occupying a single space, or in other words, when the lower carrier (4) enters into the upper carrier (2) or when the lower carrier (4) is found below the upper carrier (2), a fixing housing (2.7.7) and a fixing pin (4.6) are used. The lower carrier (4) is placed such that it would remain below the upper framework base (2.3) of the upper carrier (2) and the handle (4.4) is brought closer to the draw connection (2.7) (Figure 16). The fixing pin (4.6) found at the lower carrier (4) is inserted into the fixing housing (2.7.7) found at the draw connection (2.7) (Figure 17). The fixing pin (4.6) inserted into the fixing housing (2.7.7) allows the lower carrier (4) and the upper carrier (2) to move together and in a balanced manner. The upper carrier (2) and lower carrier (4) fixed to each other via the fixing pin (4.6) are connected to a moving vehicle by means of the draw (3) found on the draw connection (2.7) and move together. When movement of two detachable trolleys (1) one after another is preferred, the draw (3) of the upper carrier (2) found at the other detachable trolley (1) can be connected to the lower drawing bracket (4.3) of the lower carrier (4). In this case, two detachable trolleys (1) can occupy a single space and move one after another (Figure 21).
In an embodiment of the invention, when movement of the upper carrier (2) separate from the lower carrier (4) is preferred, then the following usage is applied. The draw (3) found at the draw connection (2.7) is brought to open position (Figure 18). After the draw (3) is brought to open position, the upper carrier (2) is connected to a moving vehicle by means of the draw (3) and thus it can perform the carrying operation. When movement of the lower carrier (4) separate from the upper carrier (2) is preferred, the draw (3) found at the lower carrier (4) is brought to open position (Figure 19). After the draw (3) is brought to open position, the lower carrier (4) can be connected to a moving vehicle by means of the draw (3) and move. When movement of the lower carrier (4) and the upper carrier (2) one after another by being connected to each other is preferred, the draws (3) found on the lower carrier (4) and the upper carrier (2) are brought to open position. If it is preferred that the upper carrier (2) is found in the front and the lower carrier (4) behind, the draw (3) found at the lower carrier (4) is connected to the upper drawing bracket (2.6.4) found at the upper carrier (2) (Figure 20). If it is preferred that the upper carrier (2) is found in the front and the lower carrier (4) behind, the draw (3) found at the draw connection (2.7) is connected to the lower drawing bracket (4.3) found at the lower carrier (4). In both cases where the lower carrier (4) is in the front and the upper carrier (2) is in the front, connection can be made to a moving vehicle by means of the draw (3). With a detachable trolley (1) according to the present invention, movement of the lower carrier (4) and the upper carrier (2) together by occuppying a single area or movement of the lower carrier (4) and the upper carrier (2) independent from each other can be achieved.

Claims

A detachable trolley (1) having independent material carriage/transport areas and allowing use of these material carriage areas together with or separate from each other, and allowing transfer of the stored materials, characterized by
at least one upper carrier (2) for carrying and storing the materials found thereon and having a foot (2.1), an upper carrier framework (2.2), an upper framework base (2.3), a locker (2.5), a lower carrier holder (2.6), and a draw connection (2.7),
at least one lower carrier (4) for carrying and storing the materials found thereon, for use together with or separate from the upper carrier (2), and having a lower carrier framework (4.1), a lower framework base (4.2), and a fixing pin (4.6),
at least one draw (3) found on the upper carrier (2) and the lower carrier (4), and forming a fixed connection point for the upper carrier (2) and the lower carrier (4),
a fixing pin (4.6) found on the lower carrier (4) for allowing the lower carrier (4) and the upper carrier (2) to move together in one area one within the other by being fixed to the draw connection (2.7) found at the upper carrier (2),
a lower carrier holder (2.6) found on the upper carrier (2) and connected to the draw (3) found at the lower carrier (4) so as to allow the upper carrier (2) and the lower carrier (4) to move successively.
The detachable trolley (1) according to claim 1, characterized by an upper carrier (2) formed by placement of four feet (2.1) in parallel to each other in preferred intervals, and then joining the same with an upper framework base (2.3), having a wheel (5) mounted at the end of the foot (2.1) that is not combined with the upper framework base (2.3) so as to allow movement of the same, and allowing carrying and storage of the materials found thereon. The detachable trolley (1) according to claim 1, characterized by an upper carrier (2) used such that it would be positioned between two feet (2.1) and having a lower carrier holder (2.6) comprising a connection bracket (2.6.1), a holder plate (2.6.
2), plate channel (2.6.
3), and an upper drawing bracket (2.6.
4).
The detachable trolley (1) according to claim 1, characterized by an upper carrier (2), on which the connection brackets (2.6.1) are connected to equal positions on reciprocal feet (2.1) in order to ensure staying straight in the same direction, and which has a lower carrier holder (2.6) that can perform the opening and closing movement via the rotational motion of the holder plate (2.6.2).
The detachable trolley (1) according to claim 1, characterized by an upper carrier (2), which is in open position if the holder plate (2.6.2) is inserted into the locker (2.
5) on the foot (2.1) and remains parallel to the foot (2.1), which is in closed position if the holder plate (2.6.2) is fitted to the plate channel (2.6.3) found at the other foot (2.1), and
which has a lower carrier holder (2.
6) that allows connection with the lower carrier (4) when in closed position.
The detachable trolley (1) according to claim 1, characterized by an upper carrier (2) having a draw connection (2.7), which makes rotational motion with the help of a bearing (2.7.5) found at the draw fixer (2.7.1), which can be found in open position when the draw plate (2.7.2) is in parallel to the foot (2.1), and in closed position when the same is perpendicular to the foot (2.1).
The detachable trolley (1) according to claim 1, characterized by an upper carrier (2) which can fix and move together with the lower carrier (4) by means of two fixing housings (2.7.7) found on the surface across the surface to which the draw plate (2.7.2) connecting piece (2.
7.3) is connected.
8. The detachable trolley (1) according to claim 1, characterized by a draw (3) comprising at least one draw lever (3.1), at least one shaft channel (3.2), and at least one lock (3.3), which allow drawing/pulling a movable part with another movable part.
The detachable trolley (1) according to claim 1, characterized by a draw (3), which is mounted to the connecting piece (2.7.3) at the draw connection (2.7) and the lower framework base (4.2) of the lower carrier (4), and which allows the upper carrier (2) and the lower carrier (4) to move independent from each other or by being connected one after the other.

The detachable trolley (1) according to claim 1, characterized by a draw (3) which is not available for use when the draw lever (3.1) is brought to parallel position with the draw plate (2.7.2) by being rotated with the help of the shaft channel (3.2), and which is available for use when the draw lever (3.1) is positioned in 90° angle with the draw plate (2.7.2) with the help of the shaft channel (3.2).
11. The detachable trolley (1) according to claim 1, characterized by a draw (3) found at the draw connection (2.7) and ensuring connection of the upper carrier (2) to another movable vehicle when the upper carrier (2) and the lower carrier (4) move together.
12. The detachable trolley (1) according to claim 1, characterized by a lower carrier (4) comprising a lower framework base (4.2), a lower carrier framework (4.1) positioned on the lower framework base (4.2), and wheels (5) fixed on the lower framework base (4.2).
13. The detachable trolley (1) according to claim 1, characterized by a lower carrier (4) comprising a lower drawing bracket (4.3), which allows carrying separate from the upper carrier (2) with the help of a moving vehicle or by means of being connected to the moving vehicle and then being connected to the upper carrier (2).
14. The detachable trolley (1) according to claim 1, characterized by a draw (3) which is positioned at the middle point of the handle (4.4) and allows movement of the lower carrier (4) and the upper carrier (2) separately or one after the other by being connected in series.
15. The detachable trolley (1) according to claim 1, characterized by a lower carrier (4), which is found on the fixing plates (4.5), which operates by being fitted into the fixing housing (2.7.7) of the draw connection (2.7) found on the upper carrier (2), and which comprises a fixing pin (4.6) allowing the lower carrier (4) and the upper carrier (2) to move together, one inside the other, by occupying a single space, when inserted into the fixing housing (2.7.7).
