Abstract

The present invention relates to a full-automatic gene-reading integrated chip and, more particularly, to a full-automatic gene-reading integrated chip adapted to rapidly read a gene of bacteria to be detected, in a fully automated manner. The configuration of the present invention provides a fully-automatic gene-reading integrated chip comprising: a concentration extractor for enriching a bacteria to be detected by discharging a foreign matter solution out of a combined solution in which a detaching solution and magnetic particles are combined and for extracting a gene from the enriched bacteria to be detected; a mixer, arranged downstream of the concentration extractor, for mixing the gene and a PCR buffer to form a mixed PCR solution; an amplifier, arranged downstream of the mixer, for performing a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with the mixed PCR solution to give an amplified solution; a quantitative injector, arranged between the mixer and the amplifier, for injecting a determined quantity of the mixed PCR solution to the amplifier; a combiner, arranged downstream of the amplifier, for combining a signaling substance with the amplification solution amplified by the amplifier to form a combined matter; and a reader, arranged downstream of the combiner, for reading the gene contained in the combined matter, wherein the reader measures a current amount of the combined matter to read the gene.
