在该技术方案中,定盘上沿其周向设置有多个第二滚轮,第二滚轮的轴线方向与第一滚轮的轴线方向互相垂直,同时第二滚轮与动盘的第二侧壁相配合实现定盘与动盘之间的径向定位,这样通过第一滚轮与第二滚轮就能够分别实现对于定盘和动盘的轴向定位和径向定位,进一步地提升了两者连接的紧密性,避免两者在工作过程中脱离,从而也进一步地提升了动盘运动的稳定性。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,还包括:第一电机,第一电机与定盘相连接;风轮,风轮与第一电机的输出轴相连接。
在该技术方案中,还包括第一电机及风轮,通过风轮以使气流由出风口流出,同时还可以根据动盘的转动及其位置控制风轮的转动和转速,进一步地实现了对于动盘转动和出风的多条件控制,提升了产品的功能性和用户的使用体验。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,驱动组件包括:第二电机,第二电机与定盘相连接;第一齿轮,第一齿轮与第二电机的输出轴相连接;第二齿轮,第二齿轮与第一齿轮啮合;传动杆,传动杆的一端与第二齿轮相连接;第三齿轮,第三齿轮与传动杆的另一端相连接;第一侧壁的内壁面上设置有环状的齿条,齿条与第三齿轮啮合。
在该技术方案中,第二电机通过多个齿轮以及设置在第一侧壁的内壁面上的齿条传动实现驱动动盘转动,在该结构中既能够实现稳定高效地传动,同时也实现了动盘在圆周上360°的转动,并且还能够通过合理设置不同齿轮之间的齿数比实现对于动盘转速的控制,提升了装置运行的稳定性与可靠性。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,还包括:固定块,设置在定盘上,固定块设有U型的开口,动盘的外边缘位于开口内。
在该技术方案中,动盘的外边缘位于固定块的U型的开口内,这样利用该开口就能够实现对于动盘的径向与轴向的限位,避免动盘与定盘脱离。其中,固定块可以通过螺钉固定在定盘上,在装置安装的过程中,先将动盘与定盘对位连接,之后再将固定块固定在定盘上,实现两者之间的限位。另外,固定块也可以设置在动盘上,此时则可以将定盘的外边缘限定在U型的开口内,同时可以起到限位的作用。
本发明第二方面的实施例还提出了一种空调器,包括:上述的风道组件。
本发明提供的空调器,通过采用上述的风道组件,可以自由地根据需求调节动盘和出风口的位置,使得出风口能够在预设的圆周位置上,由此控制出风方向,使得出风方向能够更加灵活地调整,进而满足不同场景与不同用户的出风方向的需求,提升装置的功能性以及用户的舒适性。
另外,本发明提供的上述实施例中的空调器还可以具有如下附加技术特征:
在上述技术方案中,优选地,空调器为移动空调器。
在该技术方案中,移动空调器一般没有固定的使用位置,那么通过采用上述的风道组件就可以使移动空调器在各种位置和环境中都更能够自由地调节出风方向,由此提升移动空调器的灵活性、功能性及市场竞争力,同时也改善了用户的使用体验。

为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照图1至图10描述根据本发明一些实施例所述的风道组件及空调器。
如图1至图10所示,本发明提供了一种风道组件,用于空调器,风道 组件包括:定盘12,定盘12上设置有滑道122;动盘14,动盘14上设置有出风口142,沿动盘14的周向上设置有多个第一滚轮144,第一滚轮144与滑道122相适配,动盘14可转动地套设在定盘12上;驱动组件16,驱动组件16与动盘14相连接,驱动组件16用于转动动盘14。
本发明提供的风道组件,通过设置驱动组件16转动动盘14进而移动出风口142的位置,使得出风口142能够在预设的圆周位置上转动,由此控制出风方向,使得出风方向能够更加灵活地调整,进而满足不同场景与不同用户的出风方向的需求,提升装置的功能性以及用户的舒适性;另外,通过在定盘12和动盘14上分别设置滑道122与第一滚轮144,使得动盘14与定盘12之间的相对运动更加平顺,避免摩擦或卡死,同时第一滚轮144也能够起到对于定盘12与动盘14互相限位的作用,保证动盘14的正常运动与风道组件的正常工作。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,如图8所示,动盘14包括:底壁146;第一侧壁148,设置在底壁146上,第一侧壁148为环状,多个第一滚轮144均匀地设置在第一侧壁148的外壁面上。
在该实施例中,多个第一滚轮144均匀地设置在第一侧壁148的外壁面上,由此保证了动盘14在驱动组件16的驱动下能够正常转动,进而保证出风口142能够移动到预设的位置和方向,同时也避免了动盘14与定盘12直接接触,有利于动盘14更平顺地运动以及延长定盘12与动盘14的使用寿命。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,如图8所示,第一侧壁148的外壁面上设置有多个安装部1482,第一滚轮144通过螺钉固定在安装部1482上。
在该实施例中,第一滚轮144通过螺钉固定在第一侧壁148的外壁面上的安装部1482上,由此保证第一滚轮144能够紧固地安装在外壁面上,保证动盘14运动的稳定性与可靠性。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,如图5所示,第一滚轮144与底壁146之间的间隙大于1.5mm。
在该实施例中,一般地,当动盘14落在定盘12上时第一滚轮144会 因受到一定的压力而产生形变和位移,通过将第一滚轮144与底壁146之间的间隙设置为大于1.5mm,使得即便第一滚轮144产生了形变和位移,第一滚轮144也不会与底壁146相接触,这样就可以保证第一滚轮144只与定盘12相接触,进而保证第一滚轮144的正常滚动和动盘14的正常运动,同时第一滚轮144也能够起到定盘12与动盘14之间轴向定位的作用。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,第一滚轮144的数量为4个。
在该实施例中,第一滚轮144的数量为4个,4个第一滚轮144可以均匀地设置在动盘14上以起到对于动盘14支撑和限位的作用,并且保证动盘14的正常转动。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,滑道122上设置有导向槽,当动盘14与定盘12相连接时第一滚轮144位于导向槽内。
在该实施例中,通过在滑道122上设置导向槽进一步地对第一滚轮144的运动进行限位,提升第一滚轮144以及动盘14运动的稳定性与可靠性,同时因第一滚轮144位于导向槽内,这样使得导向槽也能够起到对于动盘14径向定位的作用,保证动盘14在运动的过程中能够处于设定的位置,同时也能够避免动盘14与定盘12脱离。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,如图4、图5和图7所示,定盘12上沿其周向设置有多个第二滚轮124,第二滚轮124的轴线方向与第一滚轮144的轴线方向互相垂直;动盘14还包括第二侧壁150,第二侧壁150为环状且设置在底壁146上,第二滚轮124与第二侧壁150相适配。
在该实施例中,定盘12上沿其周向设置有多个第二滚轮124,第二滚轮124的轴线方向与第一滚轮144的轴线方向互相垂直,同时第二滚轮124与动盘14的第二侧壁150相配合实现定盘12与动盘14之间的径向定位,这样通过第一滚轮144与第二滚轮124就能够分别实现对于定盘12和动盘14的轴向定位和径向定位,进一步地提升了两者连接的紧密性,避免两者在工作过程中脱离,从而也进一步地提升了动盘14运动的稳定性。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,如图3、图4、图6和图7所示,还包括:第一电机182,第一电机182与定盘12相连接;风轮184,风轮184与第一电机182的输出轴相连接。
在该实施例中,还包括第一电机182及风轮184,通过风轮184以使气流由出风口142流出,同时还可以根据动盘14的转动及其位置控制风轮184的转动和转速,进一步地实现了对于动盘14转动和出风的多条件控制,提升了产品的功能性和用户的使用体验。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,如图10所示,驱动组件16包括:第二电机162,第二电机162与定盘12相连接;第一齿轮164,第一齿轮164与第二电机162的输出轴相连接;第二齿轮166,第二齿轮166与第一齿轮164啮合;传动杆,传动杆的一端与第二齿轮166相连接;第三齿轮168,第三齿轮168与传动杆的另一端相连接;第一侧壁148的内壁面上设置有环状的齿条1484,齿条1484与第三齿轮168啮合。
在该实施例中,第二电机162通过多个齿轮以及设置在第一侧壁148的内壁面上的齿条1484传动实现驱动动盘14转动,在该结构中既能够实现稳定高效地传动,同时也实现了动盘14在圆周上360°的转动,并且还能够通过合理设置不同齿轮之间的齿数比实现对于动盘14转速的控制,提升了装置运行的稳定性与可靠性。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,如图9所示,还包括:固定块126,设置在定盘12上,固定块126设有U型的开口,动盘14的外边缘位于开口内。
在该实施例中,动盘14的外边缘位于固定块126的U型的开口内,这样利用该开口就能够实现对于动盘14的径向与轴向的限位,避免动盘14与定盘12脱离。其中,固定块126可以通过螺钉固定在定盘12上,在装置安装的过程中,先将动盘14与定盘12对位连接,之后再将固定块126固定在定盘12上,实现两者之间的限位。另外,固定块126也可以设置在动盘14上,此时则可以将定盘12的外边缘限定在U型的开口内,同时可以起到限位的作用。
本发明还提供了一种空调器,包括:上述的风道组件。
本发明提供的空调器,通过采用上述的风道组件,可以自由地根据需求调节动盘14和出风口142的位置,使得出风口142能够在预设的圆周位置上,由此控制出风方向,使得出风方向能够更加灵活地调整,进而满足 不同场景与不同用户的出风方向的需求,提升装置的功能性以及用户的舒适性。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种风道组件,用于空调器,其特征在于,所述风道组件包括:
    定盘,所述定盘上设置有滑道;
    动盘,所述动盘上设置有出风口,沿所述动盘的周向上设置有多个第一滚轮,所述第一滚轮与所述滑道相适配,所述动盘可转动地套设在所述定盘上;
    驱动组件,所述驱动组件与所述动盘相连接,所述驱动组件用于转动所述动盘。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风道组件,其特征在于,所述动盘包括:
    底壁;
    第一侧壁,设置在所述底壁上,所述第一侧壁为环状,多个所述第一滚轮均匀地设置在所述第一侧壁的外壁面上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的风道组件,其特征在于,
    所述第一侧壁的外壁面上设置有多个安装部,所述第一滚轮通过螺钉固定在所述安装部上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的风道组件,其特征在于,
    所述第一滚轮与所述底壁之间的间隙大于1.5mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的风道组件,其特征在于,
    所述第一滚轮的数量为4个。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的风道组件,其特征在于,
    所述滑道上设置有导向槽,当所述动盘与所述定盘相连接时所述第一滚轮位于所述导向槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的风道组件,其特征在于,
    所述定盘上沿其周向设置有多个第二滚轮,所述第二滚轮的轴线方向与所述第一滚轮的轴线方向互相垂直;
    所述动盘还包括第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁为环状且设置在所述底壁上,所述第二滚轮与所述第二侧壁相适配。
  8. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的风道组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    第一电机,所述第一电机与所述定盘相连接;
    风轮,所述风轮与所述第一电机的输出轴相连接。
  9. 根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的风道组件,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括:
    第二电机,所述第二电机与所述定盘相连接;
    第一齿轮,所述第一齿轮与所述第二电机的输出轴相连接;
    第二齿轮,所述第二齿轮与所述第一齿轮啮合;
    传动杆,所述传动杆的一端与所述第二齿轮相连接;
    第三齿轮,所述第三齿轮与所述传动杆的另一端相连接;
    所述第一侧壁的内壁面上设置有环状的齿条,所述齿条与所述第三齿轮啮合。
  10. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的风道组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    固定块,设置在所述定盘上,所述固定块设有U型的开口,所述动盘的外边缘位于所述开口内。
  11. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的风道组件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的空调器,其特征在于,
    所述空调器为移动空调器。
