本发明的可变形的陀螺玩具,包括轴柱体10、陀螺座20、转动机构30、车身部40以及一对手臂部50;所述陀螺座20与所述轴柱体10同轴设置;所述转动机构30套设于所述轴柱体10上,且位于陀螺座20的上方;所述车身部40与所述转动机构30滑动连接,且所述一对手臂部50分别对称地设置在该车身部40的两侧;通过转动机构30实现陀螺玩具的形态转换。
本发明中,陀螺玩具分别具有陀螺形态以及摩托车形态。其中,变形前的陀螺形态称为“巨神模式”,变形后的摩托车形态称为“骑士模式”,从而使得本发明的陀螺玩具的趣味性以及观赏性更高。
具体地,所述轴柱体10包括转轴11以及设置在转轴11上端的驱动齿轮12,所述陀螺座20固定套设于该转轴11上,且转轴11的下端穿过该陀螺座20并伸出去,并且通过转动驱动齿轮12使得该陀螺座20旋转运动。本实施例中,优选地,所述转轴11的下端套设有转动盘13,且所述转动盘13可以为多边形底柱转动盘14、圆柱形底柱转动盘15或球台形底柱转动盘16。
所述陀螺座20包括本体21以及套设在该本体21外圆周侧面上的轮胎22,该轮胎22的外表面上设有不同的图案23。并且,当陀螺玩具变形为“骑士模式”时,所述陀螺座20作为摩托车的后轮驱动机构,且所述驱动齿轮12作为摩托车的发动机。
所述转动机构30包括底座31以及转动件32,所述底座31的上表面与所述转动件32的下表面滑动连接,所述转动件32的上表面与所述车身部40的底部滑动连接。
进一步地,所述转动机构30上的底座31中间设有通孔33,所述轴柱体10的转轴11穿过该底座31的底部并使得所述驱动齿轮12悬空布置在该通孔33中。
本实施例中,所述转动件32为弧形转动件,包括上弧形卡条321、中弧形卡条322和下弧形卡条323,且所述弧形转动件的横截面为“王”字型结构;所述底座31的上表面设有与下弧形条323配合的第一滑槽34,所述弧形转动件通过下弧形卡条323与所述底座31的第一滑槽34滑动连接;所述车身部40的底部为一弧形结构,且设有与上弧形卡条321配合设置的第二滑槽35,所述弧形转动件通过上弧形卡条321与所述车身部40底部的第二滑槽35滑动连接。
另外,所述第一滑槽34的中间以及其中一端分别设有第一凹口341和第二凹口342,所述中弧形卡条322的中部以及远离第二凹口342的一端分别设有与所述第一凹口341和第二凹口342配合卡接的第一凸块343和第二凸块345。本实施中,所述转动件32在底座31上转动时,通过第一凸块343和第二凸块345分别与第一凹口341和第二凹口342配合卡定,使得转动件32转动后能够稳定地卡住在底座31上,从而使得陀螺玩具变形为“骑士模式”时能够保持结构的稳固性。
所述车身部40包括外壳41以及活动设置在外壳41内的肩转轴42;所述上弧形卡条321的上表面中间设有一顶柱36,且所述肩转轴42与所述顶柱36之间配合设有一卡定件43。
具体地,所述卡定件43包括与肩转轴42活动设置的卡定块431、弹簧432 以及卡定基座433,所述弹簧432的上端与卡定块431连接,其下端顶压在所述卡定基座433上;且所述顶柱36顶压卡定基座433并通过弹簧432推动卡定块431使得该卡定块431与所述肩转轴42分离;而当车身部40转动至第二滑槽35的一端时,所述顶柱36脱离卡定件43从而使得卡定块431顶住所述肩转轴42。
所述肩转轴42两端分别对称设有肩膀部44,所述一对手臂部50分别通过铰接件铰接在所述肩膀部44上;所述肩膀部44上设有卡接口441,所述手臂部50上设有与该卡接口441配合的卡接凸块51,所述手臂部50通过卡接凸块51与所述肩膀部44的卡接口441卡接。
其中,本实施例中,所述车身部40的上端还安装有车头部45,并且该车头部45的造型可以根据设计而改变,优选地,当陀螺玩具变形为“巨神模式”时,车头部45的造型为狮子的头部,从而提高陀螺玩具的观赏性。
所述手臂部50内侧远离肩膀部44的一端活动设有前轮52,且其外侧上活动设有一装配件53。当陀螺玩具变形为“骑士模式”时,所述手臂部50作为摩托车的前驱支撑结构,并且前轮52作为前驱动轮;另外,所述车身部40作为摩托车的车身结构,从而保持完整的摩托车形态。本实施例中,所述装配件53的造型可以也是根据设计而改变的。
另外,本发明的陀螺玩具还包括发射器60,所述发射器60与所述轴柱体10传动连接。而本实施例中,优选地,所述发射器60为具有拉手的锯齿状拉绳,该锯齿状拉绳穿过通孔33并与所述驱动齿轮12传动连接,拉动拉绳从而使得驱动齿轮12跟着转动起来,从而完成发射器60对驱动齿轮12的驱动作业。
以下说明本发明的可变形的陀螺玩具的工作原理:
本发明中,陀螺玩具为“巨神模式”或“骑士模式”其中一种形态时,都 是由发射器60对轴柱体10完成驱动过程。
当陀螺玩具为“巨神模式”时,所述车身部40竖立在所述转动机构30上,并且转动机构30也是竖立在轴柱体10上,另外,手臂部50与肩膀部44脱卡设置,使得陀螺玩具在转动时,手臂部50相对于车身部40具有张开的动作。
具体地,通过发射器60转动驱动齿轮12使得与转轴11同轴设置的陀螺座20能够旋转起来,并且陀螺座20可以在平面或者球面上转动。而套设在轴柱体10上的转动机构30以及车身部40则作为巨神的身体部位,并且由于陀螺座20的旋转使得巨神的身体部位具有向外的离心力,从而使得转动机构30也随着陀螺座20转动起来,同时手臂部50张开一定的角度使得“巨神模式”具有很好的动态效果。
其中,转动盘13的造型可以更换。
当陀螺玩具从“巨神模式”变形为“骑士模式”时,首先通过转动件32在第一滑槽34向具有第二凹口342的一端转动并相对固定,再将一对手臂部50向上转动至与车身部40平行的位置上并同时转动车身部40,而当车身部40转动至第二滑槽35靠近第二凹口342的一端并固定时,所述顶柱36脱离卡定件43从而使得卡定块431顶住所述肩转轴42。另外,所述手臂部50通过卡接凸块51与所述肩膀部44的卡接口441卡接,最终完成“骑士模式”的变形。
其中,车身部40相对于陀螺座20转动了90°。然后通过发射器60对驱动齿轮12进行驱动使得摩托车能够行驶运动,使得“骑士模式”具有很好的动态效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明所述的可变形的陀螺玩具,其结构设计巧妙,包括陀螺座、转动机构以及车身部的转动变形结构,使得该陀螺玩具可以在陀螺形态与摩托车形态之间变形转换。另外,变形前的陀螺玩具通过驱动轴柱体使 得该玩具可以以陀螺的形态进行转动玩耍;变形后的玩具通过陀螺座、车身部以及手臂部组成摩托车的形态进行行驶玩耍;从而使得本发明所述的玩具不仅具有多种功能,而且还能够具有多种不同的玩法,使得其趣味性以及观赏性大大增强。再者,本发明设计巧妙,并且变化独特有趣,可适用于各种不同造型、款式以及功能的玩具。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可变形的陀螺玩具,其特征在于:包括轴柱体、陀螺座、转动机构、车身部以及一对手臂部;所述陀螺座与所述轴柱体同轴设置;所述转动机构套设于所述轴柱体上,且位于陀螺座的上方;所述车身部与所述转动机构滑动连接,且所述一对手臂部分别对称地设置在该车身部的两侧;通过转动机构实现陀螺玩具的形态转换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可变形的陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述转动机构包括底座以及转动件,所述底座的上表面与所述转动件的下表面滑动连接,所述转动件的上表面与所述车身部的底部滑动连接;所述底座中间设有通孔,所述轴柱体包括转轴以及设置在转轴上端的驱动齿轮,且该转轴穿过底座的底部并使得所述驱动齿轮布置在所述通孔中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可变形的陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述转动件为弧形转动件,包括上弧形卡条、中弧形卡条和下弧形卡条,且所述弧形转动件的横截面为“王”字型结构;所述底座的上表面设有与下弧形条配合的第一滑槽,所述弧形转动件通过下弧形卡条与所述底座的第一滑槽滑动连接;所述车身部的底部为一弧形结构,且设有与上弧形卡条配合设置的第二滑槽,所述弧形转动件通过上弧形卡条与所述车身部底部的第二滑槽滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可变形的陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述第一滑槽的中间以及其中一端分别设有第一凹口和第二凹口,所述中弧形卡条的中部以及远离第二凹口的一端分别设有与所述第一凹口和第二凹口配合卡接的第一凸块和第二凸块。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可变形的陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述车身部包括外壳以及活动设置在外壳内的肩转轴;所述上弧形卡条的上表面中间设有一 顶柱,且所述肩转轴与所述顶柱之间配合设有一卡定件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可变形的陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述卡定件包括与肩转轴活动设置的卡定块、弹簧以及卡定基座,所述弹簧的上端与卡定块连接,其下端顶压在所述卡定基座上;且所述顶柱顶压卡定基座并通过弹簧推动卡定块使得该卡定块与所述肩转轴分离,当车身部转动至第二滑槽的一端时,所述顶柱脱离卡定件从而使得卡定块顶住所述肩转轴。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可变形的陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述肩转轴两端分别对称设有肩膀部,所述一对手臂部分别通过铰接件铰接在所述肩膀部上;所述肩膀部上设有卡接口,所述手臂部上设有与该卡接口配合的卡接凸块,所述手臂部通过卡接凸块与所述肩膀部的卡接口卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可变形的陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述手臂部内侧远离肩膀部的一端活动设有前轮,且其外侧上活动设有一装配件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可变形的陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述陀螺座的外圆周侧面上套设有一轮胎,该轮胎的外表面上设有图案。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的可变形的陀螺玩具,其特征在于:还包括发射器,所述发射器与所述轴柱体传动连接。
