一种加热不燃烧烟草吸食装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟领域,具体涉及一种加热不燃烧烟草吸食装置。
背景技术
烟草吸食装置其工作原理采用电加热烟草的方式,将烟草进行加热燃烧产生烟雾,通过加热烟草产生烟气供吸烟者吸食,但是烟草加热温度不够高(一般低于350摄氏度),导致烟草裂解不充分,香味不足够。
另外,吸食装置的整体体积大,各内部部件之间排列设置不合理,因此设计结构不合理;
另外,烟草加热时,会产生大量的裂解水以及蒸发水,这些裂解水和蒸发水会被吸食者吸入到口腔中,影响口感。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种加热不燃烧烟草吸食装置,针对现有技术中的不足,烟草能够加热到足够的温度,烟嘴处有专门的裂解水、蒸发水吸收装置,并有金属烟管作为烟雾的降温装置,且电池、烟草加热管、金属烟管平行排列,占用最小空间,使得机器体积尽量缩小。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种加热不燃烧烟草吸食装置,包括一个底座,底座内设置有一个储水槽,底座上端具有一金属导烟管以及一烟草加热管,所述烟草加热管底部通过底座的储水槽与金属导烟管连接导通,金属导烟管的顶部安装有一个烟管,烟草加热管外部安装有一个或者一个以上的铝合金发热管,烟草加热管的顶部开口并形成一个加热腔,烟草插入于加热 腔内,其顶部伸出于烟草加热管的外侧,烟嘴处设置有一个吸收烟草加热产生的裂解水以及蒸发水用的吸收装置。
作为优选的技术方案,所述一个或者一个以上的铝合金发热管均布安装于烟草加热管上,其分段式的安装于烟草加热管上。
作为优选的技术方案,所述一个或者一个以上的铝合金发热管采用螺旋状的加热丝制成。
作为优选的技术方案,所述一个或者一个以上的铝合金发热管将其中一段烟草加热管内部烟草温度加热至200摄氏度至350摄氏度,大于烟草自燃温度172摄氏度。
作为优选的技术方案,所述烟管为金属烟管,金属烟管对烟雾进行降温。
作为优选的技术方案,所述吸收装置为一块具有细孔的海绵材料,其将裂解水以及蒸发水吸收进入到海绵材料中。
作为优选的技术方案,还包括一电池、第一PCB板以及第二PCB板,所述电池为第一PCB板以及第二PCB板供电。
作为优选的技术方案,所述第一PCB板以及第二PCB板用于控制一个或者一个以上的铝合金发热管,并通过电池供电加热。
作为优选的技术方案,所述电池与金属烟管、不锈钢烟草加热管互相平行设置,占用少量空间。

请参照附图1所示,具体结构如下:其主要包括一个底座4,底座4内设置有一个储水槽,底座上端具有一金属导烟管以及一烟草加热管2,烟草加热管2底部通过底座的储水槽与金属导烟管连接导通,金属导烟管的顶部安装有一个烟管5,烟草加热管外部安装有一个或者一个以上的铝合金发热管3,烟草加热管2的顶部开口并形成一个加热腔,烟草1插入于加热腔内,其顶部伸出于烟草加热管的外侧,烟嘴处设置有一个吸收烟草加热产生的裂解水以及蒸发水用的吸收装置。
本实施例中,铝合金发热管3设置有一个,当然也可以设置一个以上。安 装时,可以将一个或者一个以上的铝合金发热管均布安装于烟草加热管上,其分段式的安装于烟草加热管上,这样可以对铝合金发热管进行分段式以及局部加热。
其中,一个或者一个以上的铝合金发热管3采用螺旋状的加热丝制成,发热管3将某段烟草加热到200摄氏度至350摄氏度(大于烟草自燃温度172摄氏度),吸食时,空气通过被加热烟草,产生阴燃,释放出大量热量和烟雾,烟草被短暂加温到400摄氏度左右。
其中,烟管5为金属烟管,金属烟管对烟雾进行降温,吸食结束后,没有空气继续通过被加热烟草,阴燃状态结束,温度被发热管降低到200摄氏度至350摄氏度。
本实施例中,吸收装置为一块具有细孔的海绵材料,其将裂解水以及蒸发水吸收进入到海绵材料中,这样裂解水和蒸发水在经过烟嘴时就能够全部被吸入到海绵中,不会影响口感。
其中,还包括一电池6、第一PCB板7以及第二PCB板8,电池6为第一PCB板7以及第二PCB板8供电,第一PCB板7以及第二PCB板8用于控制一个或者一个以上的铝合金发热管,并通过电池供电加热。
其中,电池6与金属烟管5、不锈钢烟草加热管2互相平行设置,占用少量空间。
工作原理:烟草1插入烟草加热管2内,多组发热管3自下而上依次加热,将烟草加热到200摄氏度至350摄氏度。通过金属烟管5吸食,空气自香烟过 滤嘴进入烟草加热管,通过被加热烟草段,烟草产生阴燃,温度到达350摄氏度至400摄氏度,烟草产生裂解烟雾,烟雾通过底部通孔到达储水槽4,再通过金属烟管降温后到达吸食者口腔。电池6通过PCBA充电,并给发热管供电。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型烟草能够加热到足够的温度,烟嘴处有专门的裂解水、蒸发水吸收装置,并有金属烟管作为烟雾的降温装置,且电池、烟草加热管、金属烟管平行排列,占用最小空间,使得机器体积尽量缩小。

  1. 一种加热不燃烧烟草吸食装置,其特征在于:包括一个底座,底座内设置有一个储水槽,底座上端具有一金属导烟管以及一烟草加热管,所述烟草加热管底部通过底座的储水槽与金属导烟管连接导通,金属导烟管的顶部安装有一个烟管,烟草加热管外部安装有一个或者一个以上的铝合金发热管,烟草加热管的顶部开口并形成一个加热腔,烟草插入于加热腔内,其顶部伸出于烟草加热管的外侧,烟嘴处设置有一个吸收烟草加热产生的裂解水以及蒸发水用的吸收装置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧烟草吸食装置,其特征在于:所述一个或者一个以上的铝合金发热管均布安装于烟草加热管上,其分段式的安装于烟草加热管上。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的加热不燃烧烟草吸食装置,其特征在于:所述一个或者一个以上的铝合金发热管采用螺旋状的加热丝制成。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧烟草吸食装置,其特征在于:所述一个或者一个以上的铝合金发热管将其中一段烟草加热管内部烟草温度加热至200摄氏度至350摄氏度,大于烟草自燃温度172摄氏度。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧烟草吸食装置,其特征在于:所述烟管为金属烟管,金属烟管对烟雾进行降温。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧烟草吸食装置,其特征在于:所述吸收装置为一块具有细孔的海绵材料,其将裂解水以及蒸发水吸收进入到海绵材料中。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧烟草吸食装置,其特征在于:还包括一电池、第一PCB板以及第二PCB板,所述电池为第一PCB板以及第二PCB板供电。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的加热不燃烧烟草吸食装置,其特征在于:所述第一PCB板以及第二PCB板用于控制一个或者一个以上的铝合金发热管,并通过电池供电加热。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧烟草吸食装置,其特征在于:所述电池与金属烟管、不锈钢烟草加热管互相平行设置,占用少量空间。
