区块链钱包预付消费系统,在区块链上,消费者给商家一定的资金或资产后,商家会在区块链上支付给消费者等值的法币代币,或可以支付一定优惠的消费代币,消费者即可以购买产品或服务,或者以购买产品代币的方式订购产品或未来的服务套餐。上述系统首先提升了预付消费的所有权人的权益保障,并通过担保方的介入避免了因为商家的违约给购买方造成的损失;其次通过区块链预付消费系统的转让功能,提高了购买方的资金流动性,其商品所有权的变现能力大幅提高。

背景技术
目前区块链钱包预付消费系统都是在中心服务器进行身份登记以及信息记录,预付信息、消费信息都存在篡改和丢失的技术性可能,预付款也是直接交由商家,无法得到监督和管理,一旦商家违约,预付费方的权益无法得到保障。另外,购买者的消费权无法在现有的钱包预付消费系统里得以变现,不能转让,资金流动性不能发挥。

为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种区块链钱包预付消费系统。问题的解决方案

本发明所采用的技术方案是:用区块链技术,将系统中的商家、消费者的身份进行CA认证并进行身份哈希,并在系统中每一次发行代币、购买代币以及转让代币的交易事件中都进行hash签名并记录在区块链上。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是通过区块链记录下来的所有信息,都是可以明确交易方身份以及交易内容,而且不得篡改和删除。另外,该平台还提供给消费者更好的资金融通方式,提高了资产流动性。

本发明的实施方式
步骤1,商家要在区块链上发行法币代币和消费代币以及产品代币,需要事先提供基本信息并获得CA中心的实名认证。消费者通过区块链购买法币代币和消费代币并预订或者小费,也需要事先提供基本信息并获得CA中心的实名认证。另外引入的第三方担保机构同样需要提供基本信息和获得CA实名认证。
步骤2,商家在区块链上发币,需要提供足够的信用资料或者抵押物,由第三方担保机构进行信用评估,限定最高的发行量。作为担保机构,一旦商家违约,需要承担担保责任。
步骤3,在区块链上,消费者给商家一定的资金或资产后,商家会在区块链上支付给消费者等值的法币代币,或可以支付一定优惠的消费代币,代币中包含商家的身份哈希和商品或服务的交易内容,(该部分法币代币和消费代币都需要经过担保公司担保,由担保公司将其身份哈希写入代币中),消费者收到代币后,即可以购买产品或服务,或者以购买产品代币的方式订购产品或未来的服务套餐。购买完成后,商家收回代币。
步骤4,在此消费系统里法币代币、消费代币、产品或服务代币都可以在区块链内相互流转,每次流转都会将交易双方的身份哈希连同发起哈希以及交易内容进行hash签名形成新的交易哈希值,以保证交易信息的真实性、不可篡改性和完整性。
步骤5,不同的商家发行的不同种类的数字货币只要符合预先的约定可以在区块链上相互交换,并记录在区块链上。
步骤6,商家在区块链上发币,可以约定在一定条件下,或约定一定补偿条件后,回收发行的各种币。消费者也可以在满足一定条件下,将币退还给商家。
步骤7,商家不能按照约定提供产品或服务,并且无力进行全额赔偿时,担保方承担赔偿责任,如仍不能全额赔偿,消费者根据约定的顺序和比例获得部分赔偿。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述区块链钱包预付消费系统,其特征在于,商家要在区块链上发行法币代币和消费代币以及产品代币,需要事先提供基本信息并获得CA中心的实名认证。消费者通过区块链购买法币代币和消费代币并预订或者小费,也需要事先提供基本信息并获得CA中心的实名认证。另外引入的第三方担保机构同样需要提供基本信息和获得CA实名认证。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述区块链钱包预付消费系统,其特征在于,商家在区块链上发币,需要提供足够的信用资料或者抵押物,由第三方担保机构进行信用评估,限定最高的发行量。作为担保机构,一旦商家违约,需要承担担保责任。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述区块链钱包预付消费系统,其特征在于,在此消费系统里法币代币、消费代币、产品或服务代币都可以在区块链内相互流转,每次流转都会将交易双方的身份哈希连同发起哈希以及交易内容进行hash签名形成新的交易哈希值,以保证交易信息的真实性、不可篡改性和完整性。
  5. 根据权利要求1,4所述区块链钱包预付消费系统,其特征在于,不同的商家发行的不同种类的数字货币只要符合预先的约定可以在区块链上相互交换,并记录在区块链上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述区块链钱包预付消费系统,其特征在于,商家在区块链上发币,可以约定在一定条件下,或约定一定补偿条件后,回收发行的各种币。消费者也可以在满足一定条件下,将币退还给商家。
  7. 根据权利要求1,3所述区块链钱包预付消费系统,其特征在于,商家不能按照约定提供产品或服务,并且无力进行全额赔偿时,担保方承担赔偿责任,如仍不能全额赔偿,消费者根据约定的顺序和比例获得部分赔偿。
