第一导光部3的第一进光端33可以从所述光源(可以为LED灯、普通电阻灯等)接收光,并且通过第一发光面34发出光,第二导光部4通过 多个所述第二进光端43接收光,并通过所述第二发光面44发出光,第二发光面44设置为外部人员可以观察到,通过枢转外壳体2,可以使得不同数量的第二进光端43对齐于第一发光面34,使得第二导光部4接收到光的总强度根据外壳体2的枢转角度而变化,从而第二发光面44发出的光也根据外壳体2的枢转角度而变化,另外,外壳体2的枢转角度也影响了所述出风口的出风量,因此,可以通过第二发光面44发出的光的强度来体现出风量的大小,也就是说,使用者通过观察第二发光面44的发光强度即可判断出风量的大小。其中,在所述第一位置,多个第二进光端43与第一发光面34完全错开而接收不到光,第二发光面44基本不发光,在所述第二位置,多个第二进光面全部对齐于第一发光面34,接收到最大强度的光,第二发光面44发光强度最大,当外壳体2位于所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间时,可以有相应数量的第二进光端43对齐于第一发光面34,即第二发光面44可以在最大亮度和不发光之间存在多种不同亮度,也可以不存在与第一发光面34对齐的第二进光端43,即第二发光面44仅有最大亮度和不发光两种情况。
优选的,所述第一发光面34沿所述出风管1的周向延伸,多个所述第二进光端43沿所述出风管1的周向间隔排列。第二进光端43排列的直径与第一发光面34的直径相同,从而通过枢转第二导光部,使得多个第二进光端43与第二发光面44对齐的数量逐渐发生变化,以使得第二发光面44的亮度发生变化,从而体现出风量的变化。
具体的,如图5所示,所述第一导光部3包括彼此连接的第一导光条31和第一发光条32,所述第一导光条31形成有所述第一进光端33,所述第一发光条32形成有所述第一发光面34,所述第一导光部3包括形成在所述第一导光条31与所述第一发光条32中的导光材料;所述第二导光部4包括彼此连接的多个第二导光条41和第二发光条42,每个所述第二导光条41形成有所述第二进光端43,所述第二发光条42形成有所述第二发光面 44,所述第二导光部4包括形成在所述第二导光条41和所述第二发光条42中的导光材料。第一导光部3和第二导光部4可以通过反光材料包覆导光材料制成,其中,导光材料部分地暴露而形成进光端和发光面。第一导光部3通过第一进光端33接收来自光源的光,导光材料将光传导至第一发光面34而发生,第二进光端43接收来自第一发光面34的光并传导到第二发光面44,驾驶室中的使用者可以看到第二发光面44发出的光。另外,多个第二导光条41可以共同连接于同一主导光条,多个第二导光条41的光在主导光条中汇聚后传导到第二发光条42中,并在第二发光面44发光。
另外,所述外壳体2包括喇叭口状的第一壳体21和喇叭口状的第二壳体22,所述第一壳体21可枢转地套设于所述出风管1的出口端,并且所述第一壳体21的大端接合于所述第二壳体22的大端,所述第二导光部4设置在所述第二壳体22上。外壳体2通过第一壳体21和第二壳体22组合形成,第一壳体21和第二壳体22可以通过卡扣方式连接,以便于拆卸安装。外壳体2形成为中间大两头小的结构,便于卡装在出风管1的出口端上,第二导光部4安装于更靠近外部的第二壳体22上,以利于使用者观察到第二发光面44。
相对应的,所述出风管1包括位于出口端的渐扩管段11和连接于所述渐扩管的直管段12,所述第一壳体21套设于所述渐扩管段11,所述第一导光部3设置在所述渐扩管段11上。渐扩管段11为外壳体2提供卡装位置,其逐渐增加的外径可以防止外壳体2脱落。其中,第二壳体22的大端可以部分地接合于渐扩管段11的大端,形成环状的接合面,便于外壳体2的定位。
另外,所述渐扩管段11出口端的端面和外周面的交界处形成有凹陷部13,所述渐扩管段11的外周面形成有与所述凹陷部13连通的凹槽14,所述第一发光条32设置在所述凹陷部13中,所述第一导光条31设置在所述凹槽14中。第一发光条32设置在与第二壳体22接合的位置,便于设置在 第二壳体22上的第二导光条41接收来自第一发光条32的光。
进一步的,所述第二发光条42为环状并且安装于所述第二壳体22的小端的环形端面上,所述第二导光条41贴合安装于所述第二壳体22的外周面,所述第二壳体22的外部套设有外罩23,所述外罩23的外表面形成有防滑凸筋24。第二壳体22的小端的环形端面为外部可见,第二发光条42设置在此位置可以允许使用者观察到。外罩23用于保护第二导光部4和第二壳体22,外罩23的形状与第二壳体22的形状基本对应,特别地,外罩23的外表面上形成有防滑凸筋24,使用者可以握持外罩23以枢转外壳体2,实现出风量的调节以及第二导光部4的亮度调节。外罩23可以通过卡扣配合的方式安装于第二壳体22。
另外,所述出风管1中设有叶片,通过枢转所述外壳体2能够驱动所述叶片在打开状态和闭合状态之间枢转,当所述外壳体2位于所述第一位置时,所述叶片处于闭合状态,当所述外壳体2位于所述第二位置时,所述叶片处于打开状态。叶片类似于阀门结构中的阀板,控制出风管1的打开和关闭,所述叶片处于闭合状态时,所述叶片可以隔断出风管1中的出风通道,所述叶片处于打开状态时,出风管1的出风通道打开,允许空调的风送出。当外壳体2位于所述第一位置时,多个第二进光端43与第一发光面34完全错开,第二发光面44不发光,表明叶片处于闭合状态,出风管1不出风,当外壳体2位于所述第二位置时,多个第二进光端43全部对齐于第一发光面34,第二发光面44的发光亮度达到最大,此时,叶片处于打开状态,出风量最大。
具体的,如图3和图4所示,所述第一壳体21的小端形成有沿周向排列的齿部25,所述直管段12的外部设有与所述齿部25啮合的齿轮15,所述叶片通过枢转轴连接于所述齿轮15。通过枢转外壳体2,第一壳体21上的齿部25也相应地枢转,带动齿轮15枢转,齿轮15带动枢转轴上的所述叶片枢转,使得所述叶片在打开状态和闭合状态之间转换。
另外,本发明还提供了一种车辆,其中,所述车辆设置有以上方案所述的空调的出风口。空调的出风口可以设置在车辆的仪表板上,使用者通过控制外壳体2的枢转,可以选择出风量的大小,并通过观察第二发光面44的亮度来判断出风量的大小。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空调的出风口,所述出风口包括出风管(1)以及可枢转地安装于所述出风管(1)的出口端的外壳体(2),所述外壳体(2)能够在第一位置和第二位置之间枢转以调节所述出风口的出风量,其特征在于,所述出风管(1)上设置有光源和第一导光部(3),所述第一导光部(3)包括第一进光端(33)和第一发光面(34),所述第一进光端(33)朝向所述光源,所述外壳体(2)上设置有第二导光部(4),所述第二导光部(4)包括多个第二进光端(43)和第二发光面(44),所述第二发光面(44)外部可见,其中,所述外壳体(2)位于所述第一位置时,多个所述第二进光端(43)与所述第一发光面(34)完全错开,所述外壳体(2)位于所述第二位置,多个所述第二进光端(43)对齐于所述第一发光面(34)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调的出风口,其特征在于,所述第一发光面(34)沿所述出风管(1)的周向延伸,多个所述第二进光端(43)沿所述出风管(1)的周向间隔排列。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调的出风口,其特征在于,所述第一导光部(3)包括彼此连接的第一导光条(31)和第一发光条(32),所述第一导光条(31)形成有所述第一进光端(33),所述第一发光条(32)形成有所述第一发光面(34),所述第一导光部(3)包括形成在所述第一导光条(31)与所述第一发光条(32)中的导光材料;所述第二导光部(4)包括彼此连接的多个第二导光条(41)和第二发光条(42),每个所述第二导光条(41)形成有所述第二进光端(43),所述第二发光条(42)形成有所述第二发光面(44),所述第二导光部(4)包括形成在所述第二导光条(41)和所述第二发光条(42)中的导光材料。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空调的出风口,其特征在于,所述外壳体(2)包括喇叭口状的第一壳体(21)和喇叭口状的第二壳体(22),所述第一壳体(21)可枢转地套设于所述出风管(1)的出口端,并且所述第一壳体(21)的大端接合于所述第二壳体(22)的大端,所述第二导光部(4)设置在所述第二壳体(22)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空调的出风口,其特征在于,所述出风管(1)包括位于出口端的渐扩管段(11)和连接于所述渐扩管段(11)的直管段(12),所述第一壳体(21)套设于所述渐扩管段(11),所述第一导光部(3)设置在所述渐扩管段(11)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空调的出风口,其特征在于,所述渐扩管段(11)出口端的端面和外周面的交界处形成有凹陷部(13),所述渐扩管段(11)的外周面形成有与所述凹陷部(13)连通的凹槽(14),所述第一发光条(32)设置在所述凹陷部(13)中,所述第一导光条(31)设置在所述凹槽(14)中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的空调的出风口,其特征在于,所述第二发光条(42)为环状并且安装于所述第二壳体(22)的小端的环形端面上,所述第二导光条(41)贴合安装于所述第二壳体(22)的外周面,所述第二壳体(22)的外部套设有外罩(23),所述外罩(23)的外表面形成有防滑凸筋(24)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的空调的出风口,其特征在于,所述出风管(1)中设有叶片,通过枢转所述外壳体(2)能够驱动所述叶片在打开状态和闭合状态之间枢转,当所述外壳体(2)位于所述第一位置时,所述叶片处于 闭合状态,当所述外壳体(2)位于所述第二位置时,所述叶片处于打开状态。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的空调的出风口,其特征在于,所述第一壳体(21)的小端形成有沿周向排列的齿部(25),所述直管段(12)的外部设有与所述齿部(25)啮合的齿轮(15),所述叶片通过枢转轴连接于所述齿轮(15)。
  10. 一种车辆,其特征在于,所述车辆设置有权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的空调的出风口。
