吸尘器的伸缩管结构 技术领域
本发明涉及吸尘器技术领域,具体涉及一种吸尘器的伸缩管结构。
背景技术
现有的吸尘器的伸缩管的内管与外管一般通过密封圈密封,密封圈在安装时,需要将密封圈产生较大的形变挤进放置槽,这种装配过程易造成密封圈损伤,影响内管与外管的密封质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种吸尘器的伸缩管结构,其用于密封内管与外管的密封圈在组装时不会受到损伤,保证组装后的密封圈的质量。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种吸尘器的伸缩管结构,包括内管和外管,内管插在外管中,内管与外管滑动配合,外管内壁的端部设有环形置放槽,环形置放槽内安放有密封外管与内管的密封圈,密封圈包括第一半圈和第二半圈,第一半圈的两端分别设有密封插口,第二半圈的两端分别设有密封插条,密封插条分别插装在密封插口内。
优选地,密封插条过盈插装在密封插口内。
优选地,密封插条包括钢丝和包裹在钢丝外侧的硅胶条。
本发明的工作原理为:组装密封圈时,先将第一半圈安放进置放槽,再将第二半圈安放进置放槽,将第二半圈的密封插条插入第一半圈的密封插口内,完成密封圈的安放;整个安放过程,密封圈不存在大的形变,有效保证了密封圈的质量。密封插条采用钢丝和包裹在钢丝外侧的硅胶条的设置,钢丝可插入第一半圈,方便第一半圈和第二半圈的连接,同时又保证了密封效果。
本发明的有益效果为:其用于密封内管与外管的密封圈在组装时不会受到损伤,保证组装后的密封圈的质量。

密封插条3过盈插装在密封插口内。
密封插条3包括钢丝和包裹在钢丝外侧的硅胶条。
本发明的工作原理为:组装密封圈时,先将第一半圈1安放进置放槽,再将第二半圈2安放进置放槽,将第二半圈2的密封插条3插入第一半圈1的密封插口内,完成密封圈的安放;整个安放过程,密封圈不存在大的形变,有效保证了密封圈的质量。密封插条3采用钢丝和包裹在钢丝外侧的硅胶条的设置,钢丝可插入第一半圈1,方便第一半圈1和第二半圈2的连接,同时又保证了密封效果。
本发明的有益效果为:其用于密封内管与外管的密封圈在组装时不会受到损伤,保证组装后的密封圈的质量。
