Description
本发明涉及一种吊顶结构,具体涉及一种大面积矿棉板吊顶结构。
轻钢龙骨纸面石膏板是广泛用于各个室内空间的吊顶材料,由于某些空间诸如会议、学校等等会有一定的吸音要求,而纸面石膏板是很难满足这个要求的,所以在日常建筑中采用矿棉板,矿棉板具有吸声、防水、保温、隔热、质轻、美观大方、施工简便等特点,广泛用于具有吸声要求的房间,但现有的矿棉板的大小比较小,一般为80mm*80mm,如果采用大面积的矿棉板作为吊顶,普通的主龙骨已无法满足固定连接要求,且极易发生变形。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种大面积矿棉板吊顶结构,其安装方便,结构简单,吸音隔音效果明显,且通过采用压接装置连接固定,可适用于大面积矿棉板吊顶的安装,且不易发生变形。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种大面积矿棉板吊顶结构,包括吊筋,吊筋上吊接着主龙骨,所述的主龙上设有纸面石膏板,纸面石膏板上设有矿棉板,所述矿棉板和纸面石膏板通过螺钉与主龙骨固定连接;相邻矿棉板的接角处通过压接装置连接固定,所述的压接装置包括横断和竖断,所述的横断与竖断垂直布置,所述的横断与竖断构成十字形,所述的横断与竖断下具有开口,所述的开口的内壁上具有卡接条,所述的横断与竖断之间具有连接压板,所述的横断和竖断通过卡接条卡接在主龙骨上,搭接沿与矿棉板接触。
进一步的,所述纸面石膏板的厚度为3-8mm,矿棉板的厚度为5-10mm。
进一步的,所述矿棉板内设有一定粒径的珍珠岩。
进一步的,所述珍珠岩采用开孔型珍珠岩,且均匀分布。
进一步的,所述珍珠岩的粒径为1-5mm。
有益效果:本发明的矿棉板吊顶结构,安装方便,结构简单,吸音隔音效果明显,且通过采用压接装置连接固定,可适用于大面积矿棉板吊顶的安装,且不易发生变形。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细说明。
如图1和图2所示的一种大面积矿棉板吊顶结构,包括吊筋1,吊筋1上吊接着主龙骨3,所述的主龙骨3上设有纸面石膏板5,纸面石膏板5上设有矿棉板4,所述矿棉板4和纸面石膏板5通过螺钉与主龙骨3固定连接;相邻矿棉板4的接角处通过压接装置连接固定,所述的压接装置包括横断6和竖断7,所述的横断6与竖断7垂直布置,所述的横断6与竖断7构成十字形,所述的横断6与竖断7下具有开口9,所述的开口9的内壁上具有卡接条10,所述的横断6与竖断7之间具有连接压板8,所述的横断6和竖断7通过卡接条10卡接在主龙骨3上,搭接沿与矿棉板4接触。
作为上述技术方案的进一步优化:
优选的,所述纸面石膏板5的厚度为3-8mm,矿棉板4的厚度为5-10mm。
优选的,所述矿棉板4内设有一定粒径的珍珠岩;所述珍珠岩采用开孔型珍珠岩,且均匀分布。所述珍珠岩的粒径为1-5mm。珍珠岩设置在矿棉板中,不仅降低了矿棉板的重量,而且提高了矿棉板的吸音、隔热、耐火方面的性能吸声系数≥0.55。
本发明的矿棉板吊顶结构,安装方便,结构简单,吸音隔音效果明显,且通过采用压接装置连接固定,可适用于大面积矿棉板吊顶的安装,且不易发生变形。

- 一种大面积矿棉板吊顶结构,其特征在于:包括吊筋(1),吊筋(1)上吊接着主龙骨(3),所述的主龙骨(3)上设有纸面石膏板(5),纸面石膏板(5)上设有矿棉板(4),所述矿棉板(4)和纸面石膏板(5)通过螺钉与主龙骨(3)固定连接;相邻矿棉板(4)的接角处通过压接装置连接固定,所述的压接装置包括横断(6)和竖断(7),所述的横断(6)与竖断(7)垂直布置,所述的横断(6)与竖断(7)构成十字形,所述的横断(6)与竖断(7)下具有开口(9),所述的开口(9)的内壁上具有卡接条(10),所述的横断(6)与竖断(7)之间具有连接压板(8),所述的横断(6)和竖断(7)通过卡接条(10)卡接在主龙骨(3)上,搭接沿与矿棉板(4)接触。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种大面积矿棉板吊顶结构,其特征在于:所述纸面石膏板(5)的厚度为3-8mm,矿棉板(4)的厚度为5-10mm。
