Description

ターボ機械
 本発明は、ターボ機械に関する。
 ターボ機械においては、動翼の先端部分での流体の漏れ流れが動翼を回転させる主流に干渉することで、動翼を回転させる運動エネルギーの損失が発生することがあり、この損失を低減することが望まれている。
 例えば、特許文献1には、内表面を有するハウジングと、ハウジング内に配置された圧縮機と、ハウジング内に配置されかつ圧縮機に作動結合されたタービンと、圧縮機およびタービンの1つの一部として構成されかつその各々が基部部分および先端部分を有する複数の動翼(ブレード部材)を備えた回転部材と、回転部材に隣接してハウジングの内表面に取付けられたハニカムシール部材と、を含むターボ機械が示されている。

 上述した特許文献1において、ハニカムシール部材は、複数の動翼の各々の先端部分によって形成された変形ゾーンを有する成形表面を含む。変形ゾーンは、入口ゾーンおよび出口ゾーンを含む。入口ゾーンは、圧縮機およびタービンの1つの上流端部から空気流を受け、また出口ゾーンは、圧縮機およびタービンの1つの下流端部に向けて該空気流を流すように構成されかつ配置される。入口ゾーンは、複数の動翼の各々の先端部分から第1の距離だけ間隔を置いて配置され、また出口ゾーンは、複数の動翼の各々の先端部分から第2の距離だけ間隔を置いて配置される。第2の距離は、第1の距離にほぼ等しいかまたは第1の距離よりも小さくて、変形ゾーンから流れる先端漏洩空気流がほぼ流線形になるようになる。このように、特許文献1では、変形ゾーンから流れる先端漏洩空気流がほぼ流線形になることで、動翼を回転させる主流と先端漏洩空気流との間の相互作用が減少し、かつターボ機械の運転が強化される。
 しかし、特許文献1においては、ハニカムシール部材に変形ゾーンを有する成形表面を設けているが、成形表面の形状は動翼の先端部分による切削で形成されるので、先端漏洩空気流が流線型状態になるためのハニカムシール部材の成形表面の形状は運転条件などに依存してしまう。また、動翼の先端部分は、タービン運転中のロータ軸の熱変形により、相対的に軸方向に移動し、また、動翼の熱伸びにより相対的に径方向にも移動するため、実機で期待通りの効果を確実に得られるとは限らない。
 本発明は上述した課題を解決するものであり、動翼の先端部分の漏れ流れが動翼を回転させる主流と干渉して生じることによる動翼を回転させる運動エネルギーの損失を低減することのできるターボ機械を提供することを目的とする。
 上述の目的を達成するために、本発明の一態様に係るターボ機械は、内部に流体の流れるケーシングと、前記ケーシング内に回転可能に設けられた回転軸に対して周方向に複数並設された動翼と、前記ケーシングの内面を構成する分割環と、前記動翼の先端部に突設され前記分割環に対向するシールフィンと、を有するターボ機械であって、前記分割環は、前記ターボ機械が前記シールフィンに対向し、前記シールフィンが接触することを許容する第一の内面を有するシール部材を備え、前記分割環は、前記回転軸の軸方向下流側に向かうにつれて漸次拡大する第二の内面を有し、前記第一の内面の前記軸方向下流側において、前記第一の内面と前記第二の内面が段差無く接続していることを特徴とする。換言すれば、分割環は実質剛体である分割環本体と、切削性に優れるシール部材とからなる。
 このターボ機械によれば、シールフィンが分割環の第一の内面と接近して対向することで、動翼とこれに対向する第一の内面の間で第一の内面に沿って軸方向下流側に通過する流体(漏れ流れ)を減少させることができる。
 また、このターボ機械によれば、第一の内面がシール部材を備えることで、運転条件の変化によりシールフィンが対向する第一の内面に接触してもシール部材が切削されるためシールフィンおよび分割環本体の損傷を防ぐことができる。
 しかも、このターボ機械によれば、シールフィンとこれに対向する第一の内面の間の漏れ流れを第二の内面に沿って第二の内面が拡大する径方向外側および軸方向下流側に向かって案内することで、第一の内面の軸方向下流側で主流に干渉する渦流の発生を抑制することができる。
 このターボ機械によれば、前記第一の内面の前記軸方向下流側において、第一の内面を構成するシール部材の下流側面の軸方向下流側を分割環で覆い、下流側面の露出を無くす。前記第一の内面と前記第二の内面を段差無く接続させることになるので、渦流を生じさせる段部が接続部に形成されない。
 すなわち、シールフィンがシール部材に接触せず隙間を保ったまま運転しているときも、運転状態の変化によりシールフィンによりシール部材が切削され、シール部材の表面形状が変化したときも、第一の内面とシールフィンの間を通過した漏れ流れが動翼を回転させる主流に干渉することを抑制することができ、実機で期待通りの効果を確実に得ることができる。
 上述の目的を達成するために、本発明の一態様に係るターボ機械は、内部に流体の流れるケーシングと、前記ケーシング内に回転可能に設けられた回転軸に対して周方向に複数並設された動翼と、前記ケーシングの内面を構成する分割環と、前記動翼の先端部に突設され前記分割環に対向するシールフィンと、を有するターボ機械であって、前記ターボ機械が前記シールフィンに対向し、前記シールフィンが接触することを許容する第一の内面を有するシール部材を備え、前記分割環は、前記回転軸の軸方向下流側に向かうにつれて漸次拡大する第二の内面を有し、前記第一の内面の前記軸方向下流側において、前記第一の内面が前記第二の内面よりも径方向内側に突出するように段差をもって接続しており、前記段差がシール部材の厚さよりも小さいことを特徴とする。
 このターボ機械によれば、シールフィンが分割環の第一の内面と接近して対向することで、動翼とこれに対向する第一の内面の間で第一の内面に沿って軸方向下流側に通過する流体(漏れ流れ)を減少させることができる。
 また、このターボ機械によれば、第一の内面がシール部材を備えることで、運転条件の変化によりシールフィンが対向する第一の内面に接触してもシール部材が切削されるためシールフィンおよび分割環本体の損傷を防ぐことができる。
 しかも、このターボ機械によれば、シールフィンとこれに対向する第一の内面の間の漏れ流れを第二の内面に沿って第二の内面が拡大する径方向外側および軸方向下流側に向かって案内することで、第一の内面の軸方向下流側で主流に干渉する渦流の発生を抑制することができる。
 すなわち、シールフィンがシール部材に接触せず隙間を保ったまま運転しているときも、運転状態の変化によりシールフィンによりシール部材が切削され、シール部材の表面形状が変化したときも、第一の内面とシールフィンの間を通過した漏れ流れが動翼を回転させる主流に干渉することを抑制することができ、実機で期待通りの効果を確実に得ることができる。
 しかも、このターボ機械によれば、第一の内面の軸方向下流側において、第一の内面が第二の内面よりも径方向内側に突出するように段差をもって接続しており、段差がシール部材の厚さよりも小さいため、熱変形などにより動翼の軸方向位置が分割環に対して相対的に移動した場合、動翼のシールフィンがシール部材に接触しても、シールフィンが第二の内面に接触する事態を防ぎ、シールフィンおよび第二の内面の損傷を防止できる。
 上述の目的を達成するために、本発明の一態様に係るターボ機械は、内部に流体の流れるケーシングと、前記ケーシング内に回転可能に設けられた回転軸に対して周方向に複数並設された動翼と、前記ケーシングの内面を構成する分割環と、前記動翼の先端部に突設され前記分割環に対向するシールフィンと、を有するターボ機械であって、最終段の前記動翼の先端部に突設された前記シールフィンに対向し、当該シールフィンが接触することを許容する第一の内面を有するシール部材を備え、前記分割環は、前記回転軸の軸方向下流側に向かうにつれて内径が漸次拡大する第二の内面を有し、前記第一の内面の前記軸方向下流側において、前記第一の内面が前記第二の内面よりも径方向内側に突出するように段差をもって接続していることを特徴とする。
 このターボ機械によれば、シールフィンが分割環の第一の内面と接近して対向することで、動翼とこれに対向する第一の内面の間で第一の内面に沿って軸方向下流側に通過する流体(漏れ流れ)を減少させることができる。
 また、このターボ機械によれば、第一の内面がシール部材を備えることで、運転条件の変化によりシールフィンが対向する第一の内面に接触してもシール部材が切削されるためシールフィンおよび分割環本体の損傷を防ぐことができる。
 しかも、このターボ機械によれば、シールフィンとこれに対向する第一の内面の間の漏れ流れを第二の内面に沿って第二の内面が拡大する径方向外側および軸方向下流側に向かって案内することで、第一の内面の軸方向下流側で主流に干渉する渦流の発生を抑制することができる。
 すなわち、シールフィンがシール部材に接触せず隙間を保ったまま運転しているときも、運転状態の変化によりシールフィンによりシール部材が切削され、シール部材の表面形状が変化したときも、第一の内面とシールフィンの間を通過した漏れ流れが動翼を回転させる主流に干渉することを抑制することができ、実機で期待通りの効果を確実に得ることができる。
 しかも、このターボ機械によれば、前記第一の内面の前記軸方向下流側において、前記第一の内面が前記第二の内面よりも径方向内側に突出するように段差をもって接続しているため、熱変形などにより動翼の軸方向位置が分割環に対して相対的に移動した場合、動翼のシールフィンがシール部材に接触しても、シールフィンが第二の内面に接触する事態を防ぎ、シールフィンおよび第二の内面の損傷を防止できる。
 また、本発明の一態様に係るターボ機械では、前記シール部材は、径方向内面の一部が径方向外側に向けて傾斜した傾斜内面を有し、前記第二の内面は前記傾斜内面に連続して設けられていることが好ましい。
 このターボ機械によれば、傾斜内面を介して第二の内面を第一の内面をなすシール部材の径方向内面よりも径方向外側に配置することができる。このため、熱変形などにより動翼の軸方向位置が分割環に対して相対的に移動した場合、動翼のシールフィンがシール部材に接触しても、シールフィンが第二の内面に接触する事態を防ぎ、シールフィンおよび第二の内面の損傷を防止できる。
 また、本発明の一態様に係るターボ機械では、前記第一の内面と、当該第一の内面の前記軸方向下流側に接続する前記第二の内面には、前記シール部材の前記突出以外に、軸方向に不連続な段差がないことが好ましい。
 このターボ機械によれば、シール部材の突出以外に、軸方向に不連続な段差がないため、段差による渦の発生を防止できる。
 また、本発明の一態様に係るターボ機械では、前記シール部材の突出量は、前記シールフィンによる切削が想定される深さよりも大きく、前記深さの2倍よりも小さいことが好ましい。
 このターボ機械によれば、シール部材の突出量を、動翼のシールフィンがシール部材に接触した場合のシール部材の切削が想定される深さよりも大きくすることで、動翼のシールフィンがシール部材に接触した場合に、シールフィンが分割環側に接触する事態を防ぐことができる。一方、シール部材の突出量を、前記深さの2倍より小さくすることで、段差による渦の発生を極力抑制することができる。
 また、本発明の一態様に係るターボ機械では、前記第二の内面は、前記分割環と一体であることが好ましい。
 このターボ機械によれば、第二の内面を分割環と一体に形成することで、構成部品数を低減することができる。
 また、本発明の一態様に係るターボ機械では、前記第二の内面は、前記分割環とは別体で設けられることが好ましい。
 このターボ機械によれば、第二の内面を分割環と別体とすることで、シール部材の交換が容易に行えるためメンテナンス性を向上することができる。
 また、本発明の一態様に係るターボ機械では、前記シール部材は、前記回転軸の軸方向上流側に向く上流側面が前記分割環の内面から突出して設けられていることが好ましい。
 このターボ機械によれば、第一の内面をなすシール部材の径方向内面の径方向内側であってシールフィンの軸方向上流側に渦を発生させ、この渦により第一の内面である径方向内面とシールフィンの先端との隙間に向かう流れを阻害することができる。このため、当該隙間からの流体の漏れを低減し、この漏れ流れが主流と干渉することを低減することができ、動翼を回転させる流体の運動エネルギーの損失を低減する効果を顕著に得ることができる。
 本発明によれば、動翼の先端部分の漏れ流れが動翼を回転させる主流と干渉することを抑制することができ、動翼を回転させる運動エネルギーの損失を低減することができる。

 以下に、本発明に係る実施形態を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。なお、この実施形態によりこの発明が限定されるものではない。また、下記実施形態における構成要素には、当業者が置換可能かつ容易なもの、あるいは実質的に同一のものが含まれる。
 図1は、本実施形態に係るガスタービンの概略構成図である。
 本実施形態では、ターボ機械として図1に示す産業用のガスタービン10を一例とする。他に、ターボ機械は、例えば、蒸気タービンや航空用タービンなどがある。
 図1に示すように、ガスタービン10は、圧縮機1と燃焼器2とタービン3とを備えている。このガスタービン10は、圧縮機1、燃焼器2およびタービン3の中心部に、回転軸であるロータ軸4が貫通して配置されている。圧縮機1、燃焼器2およびタービン3は、ロータ軸4の軸心Rに沿い、ガスの流れの上流側から下流側に向かって順に並設されている。なお、以下の説明において、軸方向とは軸心Rに平行な方向をいい、周方向とは軸心Rを中心とした周り方向をいい、径方向とは軸心Rに直交する方向をいう。また、径方向内側は径方向において軸心Rに向かう側で、径方向外側は径方向において軸心Rから離れる側である。
 圧縮機1は、空気を圧縮して圧縮空気とするものである。圧縮機1は、空気を取り込む空気取入口11を有した圧縮機ケーシング12内に圧縮機静翼13および圧縮機動翼14が設けられている。圧縮機静翼13は、圧縮機ケーシング12側に取り付けられて周方向に複数並設されている。また、圧縮機動翼14は、ロータ軸4側に取り付けられて周方向に複数並設されている。これら圧縮機静翼13と圧縮機動翼14とは、軸方向に沿って交互に設けられている。
 燃焼器2は、圧縮機1で圧縮された圧縮空気に対して燃料を供給することで、高温・高圧の燃焼ガスを生成するものである。燃焼器2は、燃焼筒として、圧縮空気と燃料を混合して燃焼させる内筒21と、内筒21から燃焼ガスをタービン3に導く尾筒22と、内筒21の外周を覆い、圧縮機1からの圧縮空気を内筒21に導く空気通路25をなす外筒23とを有している。この燃焼器2は、燃焼器ケーシング24に対し周方向に複数並設されている。
 タービン3は、燃焼器2で燃焼された燃焼ガスにより回転動力を生じるものである。タービン3は、タービンケーシング31内にタービン静翼32およびタービン動翼33が設けられている。タービン静翼32は、タービンケーシング31側に取り付けられて周方向に複数並設されている。また、タービン動翼33は、ロータ軸4側に取り付けられて周方向に複数並設されている。これらタービン静翼32とタービン動翼33とは、軸方向に沿って交互に設けられている。また、タービンケーシング31の軸方向下流側には、タービン3に連続する排気ディフューザ34aを有した排気室34が設けられている。
 ロータ軸4は、圧縮機1側の端部が軸受部41により支持され、排気室34側の端部が軸受部42により支持されて、軸心Rを中心として回転自在に設けられている。そして、ロータ軸4は、図には明示しないが、圧縮機1側の端部に発電機の駆動軸が連結されている。
 このようなガスタービン10は、圧縮機1の空気取入口11から取り込まれた空気が、複数の圧縮機静翼13と圧縮機動翼14とを通過して圧縮されることで高温・高圧の圧縮空気となる。この圧縮空気に対し、燃焼器2において燃料が混合されて燃焼されることで高温・高圧の燃焼ガスが生成される。そして、この燃焼ガスがタービン3のタービン静翼32とタービン動翼33とを通過することでロータ軸4が回転駆動され、このロータ軸4に連結された発電機に回転動力を付与することで発電を行う。そして、ロータ軸4を回転駆動した後の排気ガスは、排気室34の排気ディフューザ34aを経て排気ガスとして大気に放出される。
 図2は、本実施形態に係るガスタービンのタービン動翼の斜視図である。図3から図8は、本実施形態に係るガスタービンのタービン動翼先端部周辺の拡大図である。
 図2に示すように、タービン動翼(単に動翼ともいう)33は、ディスク(ロータ軸4)に固定される翼根部331と、基端部がこの翼根部331に接合される翼本体332と、この翼本体332の先端部に連結されるチップシュラウド333、チップシュラウド333の径方向外面に突設して形成されるシールフィン334とから構成されている。翼本体332は、径方向に延在しつつ所定角度だけねじられて形成されている。チップシュラウド333は、周方向および軸方向に延在する板状に形成されている。シールフィン334は、周方向に延在する凸条として形成されている。このタービン動翼33は、翼根部331がディスクの外周部に嵌合して複数が周方向に沿って配置されることで、各チップシュラウド333同士が接触して接続され、各シールフィン334が周方向に連続して各翼本体332の外周側(先端部)に円環形状をなすシュラウド335が構成される。
 タービンケーシング31は、その内部にタービン動翼33を収容する。図3に示すようにタービンケーシング31は、内部に燃焼ガス(流体)が矢印Gで示す軸方向に流れる。この燃焼ガスがタービン動翼33とタービン静翼32とを通過することでロータ軸4が回転駆動される。このタービンケーシング31内において、その内面が分割環31Aにより構成されている。分割環31Aは、剛体であり、タービン動翼33の径方向外側を囲むように周方向に沿って円環形状に配置されている。そして、この分割環31Aの内面31Aaにシール部材5が固定されている。シール部材5は、径方向に開口する六角形の筒状体が周方向および軸方向に並設されてハニカム構造とされたものや、アルミ合金材が周方向に沿って板状に蒸着されたものなどがある。シール部材5は、径方向内側に周方向に沿いタービン動翼33のシールフィン334に近接して対向する径方向内面5aと、径方向に沿い燃焼ガスの流れ方向(矢印G)の下流側(回転軸であるロータ軸4が延在する軸方向に沿う軸方向下流側)に向く下流側面5bと、径方向に沿い燃焼ガスの流れ方向(矢印G)の上流側(回転軸であるロータ軸4が延在する軸方向に沿う軸方向上流側)に向く上流側面5cと、径方向内面5aとは相反する径方向外側に向く径方向外面5dと、を有する断面矩形状に形成されている。このシール部材5およびシールフィン334は、シール部材5の径方向内面5aとシールフィン334の先端とが近接して対向することでタービン動翼33の先端部における流れ方向gへの燃焼ガスの漏れを抑制する。その一方で、シール部材5は、径方向内面5aとシールフィン334の先端との間に隙間を形成してタービン動翼33の回転を許容し、熱膨張などによりタービン動翼33が径方向外側に位置が変化してシールフィン334が接触した場合には自身が切削されることでシールフィン334の損傷を防ぐ。すなわち、シール部材5は、シールフィン334が接触することを許容するものである。また、シール部材5のシールフィン334との対向面(径方向内面5a)は、ロータ軸4と平行になるように構成されている。これにより、ロータ軸4が熱の影響により軸方向に伸びた場合であっても、シールフィン334とシール部材5との間のクリアランスを維持できる。
 本実施形態のガスタービン10は、図3に示すように、第一の内面6Aと、第二の内面6Bと、を有する。
 第一の内面6Aは、分割環31Aに固定されたシール部材5の径方向内面5aを備えるもので、常にシールフィン334に対向する面を構成する。ここで、「常に」とは、ガスタービン10が運転状態/停止状態のいずれにあるかを問わない状態を示す。
 第二の内面6Bは、第一の内面6Aの軸方向下流側において第一の内面6Aに接続して設けられている。第二の内面6Bは、シール部材5とは別に、分割環31Aの軸方向下流側の端部を構成する。この第二の内面6Bは、第一の内面6Aに接続した部分から軸方向下流側に向けて内径が拡大して設けられている。すなわち、第二の内面6Bは、シール部材5を備える第一の内面6Aの軸方向下流側に接続し、この接続部分からシール部材5とは異なる剛体である分割環においてさらに軸方向下流側に向けて径方向外側に漸次広がるように傾斜する傾斜面を構成している。
 また、図3に示すように、第二の内面6Bの軸方向下流端であって分割環31Aの軸方向下流端には、燃焼ガスの流れ方向(矢印G)の下流側(軸方向下流側)に向く下流側面31Abが設けられている。そして、この下流側面31Abよりも軸方向下流側に、下流側面31Abと隙間を有して軸方向で対向する下流側ケーシング31Bが設けられている。下流側ケーシング31Bは、タービン動翼33の位置の軸方向下流側であって、第二の内面6Bと軸方向で隣接して設けられており、円環形状に形成されている。この下流側ケーシング31Bは、隣接するタービン動翼33が最終段の場合は排気ディフューザ34aを構成し、隣接するタービン動翼33が最終段でない場合は静翼シュラウド(図示せず)を構成する。そして、第二の内面6Bは、径方向外側に漸次広がった下流端の内径と、下流側ケーシング31Bの径方向内面31Baの内径とが、ほぼ等しくなるように設けられている。
 上述したように、シール部材5は、第一の内面6Aを構成する径方向内面5aとシールフィン334の先端との間に隙間を形成してタービン動翼33の回転を許容している。隙間は極力小さいことが好ましいが、図3に符号gで示すように、隙間から流体が漏れることになる。すなわち、第一の内面6A(シール部材5の径方向内面5a)に沿って流体が軸方向下流側に通過する。この第一の内面6Aに沿って軸方向下流側に通過した流体は、第二の内面6Bに沿って第二の内面6Bが拡大する径方向外側および軸方向下流側に向かって案内される。
 ここで、従来は、図3に二点鎖線で示すように、シール部材5の軸方向下流側にシール部材5の下流側面5bを段部として径方向内面5aよりも径方向外側に段差を有し周方向に連続する平面7が分割環31Aに形成されている。この従来の場合、シールフィン334とこれに対向するシール部材5の径方向内面5aの間を通過した流体は、下流側面5bを超えた付近となる図3の範囲A部において渦流を生じる。また、従来では、平面7の下流端において燃焼ガスの流れ方向(矢印G)の下流側(軸方向下流側)に向く下流側面31Abが設けられ、この下流側面31Abの軸方向下流側に、下流側面31Abと対向するように下流側ケーシング31Bが設けられている。そして、平面7と下流側ケーシング31Bとの間には、隙間が形成されていると共に、平面7に対して下流側ケーシング31Bの径方向内面31Baの位置が径方向外側にずれて設けられて平面7と下流側ケーシング31Bの径方向内面31Baとの間に段差があることで、下流側面31Abの付近となる図3の範囲C部において渦流を生じる。そして、これら、範囲A部や範囲B部の渦流が、タービン動翼33を回転させる燃焼ガスの主流に干渉することとなり、タービン動翼33を回転させる流体の運動エネルギーの損失が発生する。
 このような従来の事象に対し、本実施形態のガスタービン10によれば、シールフィン334が分割環31Aの第一の内面6Aと接近して対向することで、動翼33とこれに対向する第一の内面6Aの間で第一の内面6Aに沿って軸方向下流側に通過する流体(漏れ流れ)を減少させることができる。また、このガスタービン10によれば、第一の内面6Aがシール部材5を備えることで、運転条件の変化によりシールフィン334が対向する第一の内面6Aに接触してもシール部材5が切削されるためシールフィン334および分割環31A本体の損傷を防ぐことができる。しかも、本実施形態のガスタービン10によれば、シールフィン334とこれに対向する第一の内面6A(シール部材5の径方向内面5a)の間での漏れ流れを第二の内面6Bに沿って第二の内面6Bが拡大する径方向外側および軸方向下流側に向かって案内することで第一の内面6Aの軸方向下流側(範囲A部)で主流に干渉する渦流の発生を抑制することができる。すなわち、シールフィン334がシール部材5に接触せず隙間を保ったまま運転しているときも、運転状態の変化によりシールフィン334によりシール部材5が切削され、シール部材5の表面形状が変化したときも、第一の内面6Aとシールフィン334の間を通過した漏れ流れが動翼を回転させる主流に干渉することを抑制することができ、実機で期待通りの効果を確実に得ることができる。また、タービン動翼33を回転させる流体の運動エネルギーの損失を低減することができる。また、第二の内面6Bの軸方向下流側において下流側ケーシング31Bとの隙間に下流側面31Abが設けられている場合であっても、第二の内面6Bは、シールフィン334とこれに対向する第一の内面6Aの間を通過した流体を下流側ケーシング31Bの径方向内面31Baに向けて案内することから、下流側面31Abの付近となる図3の範囲C部において渦流の発生を抑制することができる。このため、タービン動翼33を回転させる流体の運動エネルギーの損失を低減することができる。
 したがって、本実施形態のガスタービン10によれば、タービン動翼33の先端部分の漏れ流れがタービン動翼33を回転させる主流と干渉することを抑制することができ、タービン動翼33を回転させる運動エネルギーの損失を低減することができる。この結果、ガスタービン10の性能を向上できる。そして、第一の内面6Aをシール部材5を備えてシールフィン334に対向させ、この第一の内面6Aの軸方向下流側で第一の内面6Aに接続する第二の内面6Bを剛体である分割環31Bに設ける構成とすることで、シール部材5にシールフィン334が接触しても、実機で期待通りの効果を確実に奏する。
 なお、タービン3は、流体の下流側に向けて径方向寸法が大きくなる拡大流路形状とされる。そして、最終段のタービン動翼33の下流側には、下流側ケーシングとして、上述したように流体を減速させる排気ディフューザ34aが設けられる。従って、第二の内面6Bを径方向外側および軸方向下流側に向かって傾斜して設けることで、排気ディフューザにおける流体の流れに対応してシールフィン334とこれに対向するシール部材5の間を通過した流体を下流側に向けて案内することができる。また、タービン3は、最終段以外のタービン動翼33の下流側には、下流側ケーシングとして、静翼シュラウドが設けられる。従って、第二の内面6Bを径方向外側および軸方向下流側に向かって傾斜して設けることで、静翼シュラウドに対する流体の流れに対応しシールフィン334とこれに対向するシール部材5の間を通過した流体を下流側に向けて径方向外側に案内することができる。この結果、タービン動翼33の先端部の位置に固定されたシール部材5の下流側において主流との干渉を低減することができ、運動エネルギーの損失を抑制することができる。
 しかも、本実施形態のガスタービン10では、第一の内面6Aは、シールフィン334が接触することを許容するように分割環31Aに固定されたシール部材5により構成されている。
 このように、第一の内面6Aをシール部材5により構成することで、シールフィン334が接触してもシール部材5が切削されるためシールフィン334の損傷を防ぐことができる。
 また、本実施形態のガスタービン10では、図3に示すように、第一の内面6Aを構成するシール部材5は、軸方向下流側に向く下流側面5bの軸方向下流側を分割環31A本体に覆われている。
 このように、第一の内面6Aを構成するシール部材5の下流側面5bの軸方向下流側を分割環31Aで覆い、第二の内面6Bを第一の内面6Aに隣接させることで、渦流を生じさせる大きな段部を形成せず、第一の内面6Aに沿って軸方向下流側に通過する漏れ流れを第二の内面6Bに沿って案内することができる。この結果、タービン動翼33の先端部分の漏れ流れが主流と干渉して生じる損失をより低減することができ、タービン動翼33を回転させる流体の運動エネルギーの損失を低減する効果を顕著に得ることができる。この結果、ガスタービン10の性能をより向上できる。
 また、本実施形態のガスタービン10では、図4に示すように、シール部材5は、径方向内面5aの一部が径方向外側に向けて傾斜した傾斜内面5eを有している。そして、第二の内面6Bは、傾斜内面5eに連続して設けられている。
 このガスタービン10によれば、傾斜内面5eを介して第二の内面6Bを第一の内面6A(シール部材5の径方向内面5a)よりも径方向外側に配置することができる。このため、熱変形などによりロータ軸4およびタービン動翼33の軸方向位置が分割環31Aに対して相対的に移動した場合、タービン動翼33のシールフィン334がシール部材5に接触しても、シールフィン334が第二の内面6Bに接触する事態を防ぎ、シールフィン334および第二の内面6Bの損傷を防止できる。
 また、本実施形態のガスタービン10では、図5に示すように、シール部材5の軸方向下流側の端部は、第二の内面6Bよりも径方向内側に寸法T分突出するように段差6bをもって接続していてもよい。具体的には、シール部材5の軸方向下流側に向く下流側面5bが表出するように、第二の内面6Bが下流側面5bの途中に接続されている。つまり、シール部材5の径方向内面5aよりも第二の内面6Bが径方向外側に寸法Tの分ロータ軸4から離れる段差6bをもって接続されている。
 このガスタービン10によれば、熱変形などによりロータ軸4およびタービン動翼33の軸方向位置が分割環31Aに対して相対的に移動した場合、タービン動翼33のシールフィン334がシール部材5に接触しても、シールフィン334が第二の内面6Bに接触する事態を防ぎ、シールフィン334および第二の内面6Bの損傷を防止できる。
 なお、シール部材5の軸方向下流側の端部が第二の内面6Bよりも径方向内側に突出する突出量である段差6bの寸法Tは、タービン動翼33のシールフィン334がシール部材5に接触した場合のシール部材5の切削が想定される深さの設計上の許容値よりも大きく設定することで、タービン動翼33のシールフィン334がシール部材5に接触した場合であっても、シールフィン334が分割環31A側に接触する事態を防ぐことができる。一方、寸法Tは、段差6bをシール部材5の径方向の厚さよりも小さくしたり、前記設計上の許容値の2倍より小さい範囲に設定することで、段差による渦の発生を極力抑制することができる。
 また、本実施形態のガスタービン10では、第一の内面6Aと、第一の内面6Aの軸方向下流側に接続する第二の内面6Bには、シール部材5の突出以外に、軸方向に不連続な段差がないことが好ましい。
 このガスタービン10によれば、シール部材5の突出以外に、軸方向に不連続な段差がないため、段差による渦の発生を防止できる。
 また、本実施形態のガスタービン10では、第二の内面6Bは、分割環31Aと一体であることが好ましい。すなわち、第二の内面6Bは、図3に示すように、分割環31Aの内面31Aaにより形成されることが好ましい。
 このガスタービン10によれば、第二の内面6Bを分割環31Aと一体に形成することで、構成部品数を低減することができる。
 また、本実施形態のガスタービン10では、図6に示すように、第二の内面6Bは、分割環31Aとは別体で設けられていてもよい。
 このガスタービン10によれば、第二の内面6Bを分割環31Aと別体とすることで、シール部材5の交換が容易に行えるためメンテナンス性を向上することができる。
 また、本実施形態のガスタービン10では、シール部材5は、回転軸の軸方向上流側に向く上流側面5cが分割環31Aの内面31Aaから突出して設けられていてもよい。
 このガスタービン10によれば、シール部材5の上流側面5cが分割環31Aの内面31Aaから突出して設けられていることで、図7に符号g’で示すようにシール部材5の径方向内面5aの径方向内側であってシールフィン334の軸方向上流側に渦を発生させ、この渦により第一の内面6Aである径方向内面5aとシールフィン334の先端との隙間に向かう流れgを阻害することができる。このため、当該隙間からの流体の漏れを低減し、この漏れ流れが主流と干渉することを低減することができ、タービン動翼33を回転させる流体の運動エネルギーの損失を低減する効果を顕著に得ることができる。この結果、ガスタービン10の性能をより向上できる。
 なお、上述した実施形態において、第二の内面6Bは、各図に直線断面にて示された回転体形状であり平坦状とされているが、平坦状に限定されるものではなく、例えば、下流側および径方向外側に向かってサインカーブや円弧形状の断面として形成されていても上述した効果を得ることが可能である。そして、下流側および径方向外側に向かってサインカーブや円弧形状第二の内面6Bは、上述した傾斜して設けられる形態に含まれる。

Claims (9)

  1.  内部に流体の流れるケーシングと、
     前記ケーシング内に回転可能に設けられた回転軸に対して周方向に複数並設された動翼と、
     前記ケーシングの内面を構成する分割環と、
     前記動翼の先端部に突設され前記分割環に対向するシールフィンと、
     を有するターボ機械であって、
     前記分割環は、
     前記ターボ機械が前記シールフィンに対向し、前記シールフィンが接触することを許容する第一の内面を有するシール部材を備え、
     前記分割環は、前記回転軸の軸方向下流側に向かうにつれて漸次拡大する第二の内面を有し、
     前記第一の内面の前記軸方向下流側において、前記第一の内面と前記第二の内面が段差無く接続している
     ことを特徴とするターボ機械。
  2.  内部に流体の流れるケーシングと、
     前記ケーシング内に回転可能に設けられた回転軸に対して周方向に複数並設された動翼と、
     前記ケーシングの内面を構成する分割環と、
     前記動翼の先端部に突設され前記分割環に対向するシールフィンと、
     を有するターボ機械であって、
     前記ターボ機械が前記シールフィンに対向し、前記シールフィンが接触することを許容する第一の内面を有するシール部材を備え、
     前記分割環は、前記回転軸の軸方向下流側に向かうにつれて漸次拡大する第二の内面を有し、
     前記第一の内面の前記軸方向下流側において、前記第一の内面が前記第二の内面よりも径方向内側に突出するように段差をもって接続しており、前記段差がシール部材の厚さよりも小さい
     ことを特徴とするターボ機械。
  3.  内部に流体の流れるケーシングと、
     前記ケーシング内に回転可能に設けられた回転軸に対して周方向に複数並設された動翼と、
     前記ケーシングの内面を構成する分割環と、
     前記動翼の先端部に突設され前記分割環に対向するシールフィンと、
     を有するターボ機械であって、
     最終段の前記動翼の先端部に突設された前記シールフィンに対向し、当該シールフィンが接触することを許容する第一の内面を有するシール部材を備え、
     前記分割環は、前記回転軸の軸方向下流側に向かうにつれて内径が漸次拡大する第二の内面を有し、
     前記第一の内面の前記軸方向下流側において、前記第一の内面が前記第二の内面よりも径方向内側に突出するように段差をもって接続している
     ことを特徴とするターボ機械。
  4.  前記シール部材は、径方向内面の一部が径方向外側に向けて傾斜した傾斜内面を有し、前記第二の内面は前記傾斜内面に連続して設けられている、請求項1に記載のターボ機械。
  5.  前記第一の内面と、当該第一の内面の前記軸方向下流側に接続する前記第二の内面には、前記シール部材の前記突出以外に、軸方向に不連続な段差がない、請求項2または3に記載のターボ機械。
  6.  前記シール部材の突出量は、前記シールフィンによる切削が想定される深さよりも大きく、前記深さの2倍よりも小さい、請求項2または3に記載のターボ機械。
  7.  前記第二の内面は、前記分割環と一体である、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のターボ機械。
  8.  前記第二の内面は、前記分割環とは別体で設けられる、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のターボ機械。
  9.  前記シール部材は、前記回転軸の軸方向上流側に向く上流側面が前記分割環の内面から突出して設けられている、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のターボ機械。
