Abstract

The anti-slip shoe sole (1) has an anti-slip surface (2) with small pieces of hard material (3) that are bonded with the flexible material (4). The small pieces of hard material (3) come into contact with the ground upon contact of the sole (1) with the ground.

Description

Anti-slip shoe sole
Technical area
The anti-slip shoe sole is primarily intended for sports disciplines on soft stadium surfaces. Its versions can be used for outdoor activities and slippery iced surfaces.
Current status
The anti-slip character of the shoe soles is to date a long-term unresolved problem. Soles with spikes are used for sports disciplines, which greatly burden and damage the Achilles and other tendons in the legs.
Advantages of the invention
The new anti-slip shoe sole has an anti-slip effect on soft stadium surfaces. The outdoor activities and slippery surfaces version prevents slipping.
Essence of the invention
In the case of the anti-slip shoe sole, at least part of the shoe sole surface 1, which is in contact with the ground, has an anti-slip surface 2, which has small pieces of hard material 3 fixed to the flexible part of the surface, such that the small pieces of hard material 3 are permanently bonded with the flexible part of the anti-slip surface 2 and the outer parts of the small pieces of hard material 3 protrude from the surface of the flexible part of the anti-slip surface 2 and upon contact of the sole 1 with the ground, the small pieces of hard material 3 are in contact with the ground.
The anti-slip surface 2 is a layer of flexible material 4, which is permanently bonded with the shoe sole 1. The surface of the layer of flexible material 4 has small pieces of hard material 3 bonded with its surface, such that the small pieces of hard material 3 are permanently bonded with the surface of the layer of flexible material 4 and the outer parts of the small pieces of hard material 3 protrude above the surface of the layer of flexible material 4.
The shoe sole 1 is permanently bonded with the layer of harder flexible material 5, on which the layer of flexible material 4 with bonded small pieces of hard material 3 is bonded and upon shoe sole 1 contact with the ground, the small pieces of hard material 3 are supported on their inner side by the layer of harder flexible material 5.
The layer of flexible material 4 is higher in the direction of the shoe than the size of the small pieces of hard material 3. The layer of flexible material 4 is a bonding agent, which after curing has the properties of flexible material.
The layer of flexible material 4 is rubber.
The layer of flexible material 4 is plastic.
The layer of flexible material 4 is glue, which after curing has the properties of flexible material.
The small pieces of hard material 3 are ceramic.
The small pieces of hard material 3 are corundum.
The small pieces of hard material 3 are sand, or silica sand.
The small pieces of hard material 3 are scattered in a liquid bonding agent such that create the mixture of these two materials and this mixture upon application to the shoe sole 1 hardens and forms a flexible material with protruding small pieces of hard material 3.
The small pieces of hard material 3 are scattered in a liquid glue such that create the mixture of these two materials and this mixture upon application to the shoe sole 1 hardens and forms a flexible material with protruding small pieces of hard material 3.
The flexible material after application to the shoe sole 1 has a limited service life and degrades upon lapse of the designated period.
The mixture of liquid flexible material and small pieces of hard material 3 is in a vial with a stick brush fixed on the inner side of the cap, which reaches the bottom of the bottle containing the mixture.
The anti-slip surface 2 is a separate anti-slip layer 6 and this separate anti-slip layer 6 is a layer of flexible material 4, which permanently has small pieces of hard material 3 bonded in its surface such that these small pieces of hard material 3 are permanently bonded with the layer of flexible material 4 and the outer parts of the small pieces of hard material 3 protrude above the surface of the flexible material 4.
The separate anti-slip layer 6 is a component of the anti-slip cover 7 for a shoe whose upper side of the layer of flexible material layer4 is bonded permanently with the flexible load-bearing material 8, which has at least one fixing element 10 for fixture of the anti-slip cover 7 on shoe. Upon contact of a shoe with an anti-slip cover 7 with the ground, the small pieces of hard material 3 are in contact with the ground.
The separate anti-slip layer 6 has the approximate shape of the shoe sole.
The load-bearing material 8 is fabric.
The load-bearing material 8 has a permanently bonding surface 9 at least on part of the top side, which is in contact with the shoe sole and the anti-slip cover 7 can be bonded temporarily by the permanently bonding surface ? to the shoe sole. The fixing elements 10 are straps with Velcro fasteners.
The anti-slip shoe sole can already be made during the manufacture of the shoe, or the anti-slip layer can be created afterwards on the shoe, and/or a separate anti-slip shoe cover can be attached short- term to the shoe.

Figure 1 shows the shoe sole with small pieces of hard material. Figure 2 shows the small pieces of hard material bonded in the layer of flexible material. Figure 3 shows the thick layer of flexible material. Figure 4 shows the layer of flexible material on the layer of harder flexible material. Figure 5 shows the anti-slip shoe cover.
