技术领域
本申请涉及医疗用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种伤口缝合器。
背景技术
在人体构造中,皮肤组织主要承担着保护身体和感觉压力等功能,皮肤组织覆盖全身,它使得体内各种组织和器官免受物理性、机械性、化学性和病原微生物性的侵袭,是人体内部与外部最基本及最重要的屏障结构。在生活中,人体的皮肤组织难免会由于外界因素而出现伤口,如被尖锐物体划破或者由于医疗手术的需要将皮肤组织割破等。当前针对皮肤组织线性伤口处理通常采用医用胶带或者通过针线缝合的方式。
现有的伤口处理方式虽然能够达到处理伤口的目的,但是,医用胶带具有无法处理较深伤口且止血效果差的缺点;针线缝合具有操作复杂且缝合时间长的缺点,且两者均容易造成伤口愈合后遗留伤疤,存在通用性差且伤口愈合后易留下明显伤疤的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种伤口缝合器,以缓解现有技术中处理线性伤口的方式存在通用性差且伤口愈合后易留下明显伤疤的技术问题。
本申请提供的一种伤口缝合器,包括连接桥和配置成伤口缝合的第一缝合件与第二缝合件,所述第二缝合件固设在所述连接桥上,所述连接桥上设有齿顶方向相同的排齿,所述排齿沿所述连接桥长度方向设置;
所述第一缝合件和所述第二缝合件均固设有多个配置成缝合伤口的排钉;
所述第一缝合件上还设有锁扣件,且所述第一缝合件与所述连接桥滑动连接,所述第一缝合件在滑动过程中,所述锁扣件能够与所述排齿卡接。
进一步地,所述连接桥包括相对设置的第一连接桥和第二连接桥,且所述第一连接桥与所述第二连接桥首尾依次固接;
所述排齿包括第一滑齿和第二滑齿,所述第一滑齿位于所述第一连接桥的外壁上,所述第二滑齿位于所述第二连接桥的外壁上。
进一步地,所述第一缝合件包括设有第一导向通道的第一缝合件本体,所述第一连接桥和所述第二连接桥均与所述第一导向通道滑动连接;
所述锁扣件包括相对设置的第一止回卡齿和第二止回卡齿,所述第一止回卡齿与所述 第二止回卡齿分别固设在所述第一缝合件本体的内壁上,且所述第一缝合件本体在滑动过程中,所述第一止回卡齿能够与所述第一滑齿卡接,所述第二止回卡齿能够与所述第二滑齿卡接。
进一步地,所述排齿包括相对设置的第三滑齿和第四滑齿,且两者彼此配合连接;
所述连接桥包括第三连接桥和第四连接桥,且所述第三连接桥的内壁上设有所述第三滑齿,所述第四连接桥的内壁上设有所述第四滑齿;
所述第三连接桥和所述第四连接桥的一端均与所述第二缝合件固接,当所述第三连接桥和所述第四连接桥紧闭时,所述第三连接桥和所述第四连接桥的另一端形成一“八”字型起刀口。
进一步地,所述锁扣件包括第三止回卡齿,所述第一缝合件包括设有第二导向通道的第二缝合件本体,且所述第二缝合件本体上表面固设有所述第三止回卡齿;
所述第三止回卡齿和所述第二导向通道沿缝合方向依次设置,所述第三连接桥和所述第四连接桥均与所述第二导向通道滑动连接,且所述第二缝合件本体在滑动过程中,所述第三止回卡齿能够将所述第三连接桥与所述第四连接桥分开,所述第三滑齿和所述第四滑齿均能够与所述第三止回卡齿卡接。
进一步地,所述第三止回卡齿包括配置成与所述第三滑齿卡接的第一卡齿、配置成与所述第四滑齿卡接的第二卡齿和配置成沿所述起刀口将所述第三连接桥与所述第四连接桥分离的分刀齿。
进一步地,所述第二导向通道为一“八”字型通道,且所述第二导向通道与所述第三止回卡齿的中线重合。
本申请的有益效果为:
该伤口缝合器包括连接桥和配置成伤口缝合的第一缝合件与第二缝合件,第二缝合件固设在连接桥上,其中,第一缝合件与第二缝合件均设有多个排钉,且第一缝合件与连接桥滑动连接。在使用该伤口缝合器针对线性伤口进行缝合时,以线性伤口的轴线为基准,将固设有排钉的第一缝合件与第二缝合件放置在伤口的两侧,随后分别按压第一缝合件与第二缝合件以将排钉刺入皮肤组织内,确保排钉已经刺入皮肤组织后滑动第一缝合件,由于排钉刺入线性伤口两侧的皮肤组织内,因此被第一缝合件的排钉刺入的一侧皮肤组织会在第一缝合件的带动下向着线性伤口另一侧的皮肤组织的方向靠近,直至使得线性伤口两侧的皮肤组织合拢,即完成伤口的缝合。为确保线性伤口缝合后,第一缝合件与第二缝合件能够保障伤口两侧的皮肤组织不会分开,因此,在连接桥上设有齿顶方向相同的排齿,排齿沿连接桥长度方向设置,其中,第一缝合件上设有锁扣件,第一缝合件在连接桥上滑动时,锁扣件能够与排齿卡接,锁扣件与排齿卡接能够使得第一缝合件与第二缝合件无法 在皮肤组织的张力下分开,进而使得张裂的皮肤组织紧密闭合以达到最佳的止血效果。
本申请的伤口缝合器通过第一缝合件、连接桥和固定在连接桥上的第二缝合件三者彼此配合,进而使得该伤口缝合器如同针线一样将线性伤口两侧的皮肤组织合拢在一起,以到达缝合伤口止血的效果。同时,由于伤口两侧的皮肤组织重合在一起,进而伤口之间的缝隙极小,因此使得伤口处的皮肤组织细胞再生后产生的疤痕较轻。除此之外,针对线性伤口缝合时,只需将第一缝合件与第二缝合件的排钉刺入皮肤组织,再使得第一缝合件沿着连接桥滑动并向第二缝合件方向靠近,直至伤口两侧的皮肤组织彼此合拢即可,操作简单,缝合便捷,无需专业人士操作,且由于将排钉刺入皮肤组织,因此适合于深度不一的伤口缝合,具有良好的通用性、实用性和功能性的特点。
本申请还提供另一种伤口缝合器,包括连接桥和配置成伤口缝合的第一缝合件与第二缝合件,所述连接桥上设有齿顶方向相同的排齿,所述排齿沿所述连接桥长度方向设置,且所述第一缝合件和所述第二缝合件均与所述连接桥滑动连接;
所述第一缝合件和所述第二缝合件均固设有多个配置成缝合伤口的排钉;
所述第一缝合件和所述第二缝合件上还均设有锁扣件,且两者均能够沿所述连接桥滑动,在滑动过程中,所述锁扣件能够与所述排齿卡接。
进一步地,所述连接桥包括挡板和相对固设在所述挡板两侧的第五连接桥与第六连接桥;
所述排齿包括位于同一水平面上的第五滑齿和第六滑齿,所述第五滑齿位于所述第五连接桥上,所述第六滑齿位于所述第六连接桥上。
进一步地,所述第一缝合件和所述第二缝合件均包括设有第三导向通道的第三缝合件本体,所述第五连接桥和所述第六连接桥均与所述第三导向通道滑动连接,

本申请的有益效果为:
本申请的伤口缝合器与上述伤口缝合器所具有的相同优势,在此不再赘述。其中,该伤口缝合器包括连接桥和配置成伤口缝合的第一缝合件与第二缝合件,且第一缝合件和第二缝合件均与连接桥滑动连接。进行伤口缝合时,同时相向移动第一缝合件与第二缝合件,由于同时移动第一缝合件与第二缝合件,因此使得伤口合拢后,连接桥外露于第一连接件与第二连接件的尺寸较短,防止了连接桥外露端较长而抵触伤口周边的皮肉组织,尤其是肢体位置处,进而造成伤员活动不便的情况,进一步提高了实用性和功能性的特点。
本申请的初衷是为战场急救(自救)、工伤事故、意外伤害以及其他人体软组织受到出 血损伤时提供一种即时便捷的止血缝合手段,是一种紧急处置的用具,是野外(户外)人体出血性外伤的救治措施。这种即时便捷的止血缝合手段的好处是显而易见的。与医院手术室的现有各种伤口缝合术相比,它无需培训,使用简单明了、上手便捷,止血效果立竿见影。这是一种可以商品化普及化的急救用品。当然,它也完全可以在手术室使用。这是本申请与其它缝合技术和手段的根本区别。

实施例一
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种伤口缝合器,包括连接桥1和配置成伤口缝合的第一缝合件2与第二缝合件3,第二缝合件3固设在连接桥1上,连接桥1上设有齿顶方向相同的排齿4,排齿4沿连接桥1长度方向设置,第一缝合件2和第二缝合件3均固设有多个配置成缝合伤口的排钉5。
第一缝合件2上还设有锁扣件21,且第一缝合件2与连接桥1滑动连接,第一缝合件2在滑动过程中,锁扣件21能够与排齿4卡接。
该伤口缝合器包括连接桥1和配置成伤口缝合的第一缝合件2与第二缝合件3,第二缝合件3固设在连接桥1上,其中,第一缝合件2与第二缝合件3均设有多个排钉5,且第一缝合件2与连接桥1滑动连接。在使用该伤口缝合器针对线性伤口7进行缝合时,以线性伤口7的轴线为基准,将固设有排钉5的第一缝合件2与第二缝合件3放置在伤口的两侧,随后分别按压第一缝合件2与第二缝合件3以将排钉5刺入皮肤组织内,确保排钉5已经刺入皮肤组织后滑动第一缝合件2,由于排钉5刺入线性伤口7两侧的皮肤组织内,因此被第一缝合件2的排钉5刺入的一侧皮肤组织会在第一缝合件2的带动下向着线性伤口7另一侧的皮肤组织的方向靠近,直至使得线性伤口7两侧的皮肤组织合拢,即完成伤口的缝合。为确保线性伤口7缝合后,第一缝合件2与第二缝合件3能够保障伤口两侧的皮肤组织不会分开,因此,在连接桥1上设有齿顶方向相同的排齿4,排齿4沿连接桥1长度方向设置,其中,第一缝合件2上设有锁扣件21,第一缝合件2在连接桥1上滑动时,锁扣件21能够与排齿4卡接,锁扣件21与排齿4卡接能够使得第一缝合件2与第二缝合件3无法在皮肤组织的张力下分开,进而使得张裂的皮肤组织紧密闭合以达到最佳的止血 效果。
本实施例中的伤口缝合器通过第一缝合件2、连接桥1和固定在连接桥1上的第二缝合件3三者彼此配合,进而使得该伤口缝合器如同针线一样将线性伤口7两侧的皮肤组织合拢在一起,以到达缝合伤口止血的效果。同时,由于伤口两侧的皮肤组织重合在一起,进而伤口之间的缝隙极小,因此使得伤口处的皮肤组织细胞再生后产生的疤痕较轻。除此之外,针对线性伤口7缝合时,只需将第一缝合件2与第二缝合件3的排钉5刺入皮肤组织,再使得第一缝合件2沿着连接桥1滑动并向第二缝合件3方向靠近,直至伤口两侧的皮肤组织彼此合拢即可,操作简单,缝合便捷,无需专业人士操作,且由于将排钉5刺入皮肤组织,因此适合于深度不一的伤口缝合,具有良好的通用性、实用性和功能性的特点。
在本实施例中,由于该伤口缝合器使用简单并且缝合便捷,因此,该伤口缝合器还适用于户外环境下伤口的即时处理,能够对户外受伤人员的伤口进行应急处理,防止受伤人员在没有相应医疗设备下失血过多导致生命危险的情况发生。
如图6所示,在本实施例中还提供了一种伤口缝合器的结构示意图。
如图2和图5所示,具体的,连接桥1包括相对设置的第一连接桥11和第二连接桥12,且第一连接桥11与第二连接桥12首尾依次固接。
排齿4包括第一滑齿41和第二滑齿42,第一滑齿41位于第一连接桥11的外壁上,第二滑齿42位于第二连接桥12的外壁上。
在本实施例中,连接桥1包括第一连接桥11和第二连接桥12,且两者首尾依次固接,第一连接桥11与第二连接桥12首尾依次固接使得内部为一空腔结构,进而减少了生产材料,降低了加工成本。其中,排齿4包括第一滑齿41和第二滑齿42,且第一滑齿41位于第一连接桥11的外壁上,第二滑齿42位于第二连接桥12的外壁上,彼此相对设置的第一滑齿41与第二滑齿42使得连接桥1与第一缝合件2间的连接更加牢固稳定,防止针对线性伤口7缝合后,第一缝合件2在皮肤组织的张力作用下脱离排齿4的情况的发生。
如图5所示,具体的,第一缝合件2包括设有第一导向通道22的第一缝合件本体23,第一连接桥11和第二连接桥12均与第一导向通道22滑动连接。
锁扣件21包括相对设置的第一止回卡齿211和第二止回卡齿212,第一缝合件本体23的内壁向外凸出分别形成第一止回卡齿211与第二止回卡齿212,且第一缝合件本体23在滑动过程中,第一止回卡齿211能够与第一滑齿41卡接,第二止回卡齿212能够与第二滑齿42卡接。
在本实施例中,第一导向通道22能够保障第一缝合件本体23沿着连接桥1长度方向滑动,且滑动轨迹不偏离连接桥1,同时锁扣件21包括相对设置的第一止回卡齿211和第二止回卡齿212,在第一缝合件本体23滑动过程中,第一止回卡齿211始终能够与第一滑 齿41卡接,第二止回卡齿212始终能够与第二滑齿42卡接,第一止回卡齿211与第二止回卡齿212能够保障第一缝合件2与连接桥1间连接的牢固性与稳定性。
在本实施例中,当第一止回卡齿211与第一滑齿41卡接,第二止回卡齿212与第二滑齿42卡接后需要再次调节第一缝合器的位置时,使用者只需用拇指与食指用力挤压第一缝合件本体23,此时,第一止回卡齿211与第二止回卡齿212便会在外力的作用下脱离对应的第一滑齿41与第二滑齿42,操作简单,移动便捷。
如图7、图8和图9所示,具体的,排齿4包括相对设置的第三滑齿43和第四滑齿44,且两者彼此配合连接。
连接桥1包括第三连接桥13和第四连接桥14,且第三连接桥13的内壁上设有第三滑齿43,第四连接桥14的内壁上上设有第四滑齿44。
第三连接桥13和第四连接桥14的一端均与第二缝合件3固接,当第三连接桥13和第四连接桥14紧闭时,第三连接桥13和第四连接桥14的另一端形成一“八”字型起刀口6。
在本实施例中,第三连接桥13的内壁上设有第三滑齿43,第四连接桥14的内壁上上设有第四滑齿44,且第三滑齿43与第四滑齿44配合连接减少了连接桥1的制作材料,进一步降低了成本。同时,将第三连接桥13与第四连接桥14连接在一起,还减小了整个伤口缝合器的体积,便于收纳存储。
如图7所示,具体的,锁扣件21包括第三止回卡齿213,第一缝合件2包括设有第二导向通道24的第二缝合件本体25,且第二缝合件本体25外表面向上凸出形成第三止回卡齿213。
第三止回卡齿213和第二导向通道24沿缝合方向依次设置,第三连接桥13和第四连接桥14均与第二导向通道24滑动连接,且第二缝合件本体25在滑动过程中,第三止回卡齿213能够将第三连接桥13与第四连接桥14分开。
在本实施例中,锁扣件21还可以只包括一个第三止回卡齿213,且第三止回卡齿213和第二导向通道24沿缝合方向依次设置,第一缝合件本体23在第二导向通道24的作用下沿着连接桥1的长度方向滑动,在滑动过程中,第三止回卡齿213能够将彼此匹配的第三连接桥13与第四连接桥14分开,进而使得在第一缝合件2滑动的过程中,第三滑齿43和第四滑齿44始终能够与第三止回卡齿213卡接,设计巧妙,结构简单。
如图10所示,具体的,第三止回卡齿213包括配置成与第三滑齿43卡接的第一卡齿2131、配置成与第四滑齿44卡接的第二卡齿2132和配置成沿起刀口6将第三连接桥13与第四连接桥14分离的分刀齿2133。
在本实施例中,当第二缝合件本体25在连接桥1上滑动时,分刀齿2133能够使得第三连接桥13与第四连接桥14分开,同时,起刀口6使得分刀齿2133更加容易将连接桥1 分开。在将第三连接桥13和第四连接桥14分开的过程中,进而保障了第一连接件与连接桥1件的牢固性。
在本实施例中,当第一缝合件2与连接桥1固定后需要改变第一缝合件2的位置时,使用者只需将第三连接桥13与第四连接桥14用力向外拽动,进而第一卡齿2131与第三滑齿43分离,第二卡齿2132与第四滑齿44分离,以达到使得第一缝合件2与连接桥1分离的目的。
如图10所示,其中,在本实施例中,第二导向通道24为一“八”字型通道,且第二导向通道24与第三止回卡齿213的中线重合,“八”字型通道能够保障第三止回卡齿213在将第三连接桥13和第四连接桥14分开后,第三连接桥13与第四连接桥14能够分别沿与“八”字型通道对应的通道壁分开,以保证第三连接桥13与第四连接桥14能够有序并且稳定地在分刀齿2133作用下分开,设计巧妙,结构合理,进一步提高了该伤口缝合器的功能性。
实施例二
如图11所示,本实施例还提供另一种伤口缝合器,包括连接桥1和配置成伤口缝合的第一缝合件2与第二缝合件3,连接桥1上设有齿顶方向相同的排齿4,排齿4沿连接桥1长度方向设置。
第一缝合件2和第二缝合件3均固设有多个配置成缝合伤口的排钉5。
第一缝合件2和第二缝合件3上还均设有锁扣件21,且两者均能够沿连接桥1滑动,在滑动过程中,锁扣件21能够与滑齿卡接。
本实施例的伤口缝合器与上述伤口缝合器所具有的相同优势,在此不再赘述。其中,该伤口缝合器包括连接桥1和配置成伤口缝合的第一缝合件2与第二缝合件3,且第一缝合件2和第二缝合件3均与连接桥1滑动连接。进行伤口缝合时,同时相向移动第一缝合件2与第二缝合件3,由于同时移动第一缝合件2与第二缝合件3使得伤口合拢后,连接桥1外露于第一连接件与第二连接件的尺寸较短,因此防止了连接桥1外露端较长造成伤员活动不便的情况,进一步提高了实用性和功能性的特点。
如图12和图13所示,在本实施例中,排钉5可以为直排钉5或者“J”型排钉5,当为直排钉5时,排钉5向第一缝合件2的移动方向倾斜设置,倾斜角为10度,由于排钉5呈10度倾斜角,当伤口合拢后,表面自然隆起且不内陷,进而使得伤口表面皮肤组织平整,进一步使得伤口愈合疤痕较浅;当为“J”型排钉5时,不但对位于皮肤肌肉组织丰厚的腹胸、腰背或者四肢主干等皮肤组织具有良好的缝合效果,同时对贴骨皮肤如头皮等皮肤肌肉组织较少的皮肤组织也同样具有良好的缝合效果,除此之外,“J”型排钉5还具有防脱 落的特性,使用具有“J”型排钉5的伤口缝合器时可以将第一缝合件2和/或第二缝合件3与连接桥1分离,分别先用“J”型排钉5钩住伤口两边的皮肤组织,然后再移动第一缝合件2和/或第二缝合件3,“J”型排钉5具有缝合牢固且不易脱落的特点。在实际使用中,伤员或者医疗人员可以根据伤口的实际情况选择使用不同型号排钉5的伤口缝合器。
如图11所示,具体地,连接桥1包括挡板17和相对固设在挡板17两侧的第五连接桥15与第六连接桥16。
排齿4包括位于同一水平面上的第五滑齿45和第六滑齿46,第五滑齿45位于第五连接桥15上,第六滑齿46位于第六连接桥16上。
在本实施例中,挡板17位置处为第一缝合件2与第二缝合件3滑动的最大距离位置,能够防止第一缝合件2与第二缝合件3滑动时越过伤口的轴线,造成皮肤组织的拉伤。其中,第五滑齿45和第六滑齿46均位于同一水平面上,便于第一缝合件2与第五连接桥15和第二缝合件3与第六连接桥16的固定。
如图14所示,其中,第一缝合件2和第二缝合件3均包括设有第三导向通道26的第三缝合件本体27,第五连接桥15和第六连接桥16均与第三导向通道26滑动连接。
锁扣件21包括第四止回卡齿214,第三缝合件本体27内壁向外凸出形成第四止回卡齿214,且第三缝合件在滑动过程中,第五滑齿45和/或第六滑齿46均能够与第四止回卡齿214卡接。
在本实施例中,第三导向通道26能够保障第三缝合件本体27沿着连接桥1长度方向滑动,且滑动轨迹不偏离连接桥1,同时锁扣件21包括第四止回卡齿214,在第三缝合件本体27滑动过程中,第四止回卡齿214始终能够与第五滑齿45和第六滑齿46对应卡接,第四止回卡齿214保障了第一缝合件2和第二缝合件3均能够与连接桥1之间牢固并且稳定地连接,进一步提高了该伤口缝合器的实用性和功能性。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种伤口缝合器,其特征在于,包括连接桥(1)和配置成伤口缝合的第一缝合件(2)与第二缝合件(3),所述第二缝合件(3)固设在所述连接桥(1)上,所述连接桥(1)上设有齿顶方向相同的排齿(4),所述排齿(4)沿所述连接桥(1)长度方向设置;
    所述第一缝合件(2)和所述第二缝合件(3)均固设有多个配置成缝合伤口的排钉(5);
    所述第一缝合件(2)上还设有锁扣件(21),且所述第一缝合件(2)与所述连接桥(1)滑动连接,所述第一缝合件(2)在滑动过程中,所述锁扣件(21)能够与所述排齿(4)卡接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的伤口缝合器,其特征在于,所述连接桥(1)包括相对设置的第一连接桥(11)和第二连接桥(12),且所述第一连接桥(11)与所述第二连接桥(12)首尾依次固接;
    所述排齿(4)包括第一滑齿(41)和第二滑齿(42),所述第一滑齿(41)位于所述第一连接桥(11)的外壁上,所述第二滑齿(42)位于所述第二连接桥(12)的外壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的伤口缝合器,其特征在于,所述第一缝合件(2)包括设有第一导向通道(22)的第一缝合件本体(23),所述第一连接桥(11)和所述第二连接桥(12)均与所述第一导向通道(22)滑动连接;
    所述锁扣件(21)包括相对设置的第一止回卡齿(211)和第二止回卡齿(212),所述第一止回卡齿(211)与所述第二止回卡齿(212)分别固设在所述第一缝合件本体(23)的内壁上,且所述第一缝合件本体(23)在滑动过程中,所述第一止回卡齿(211)能够与所述第一滑齿(41)卡接,所述第二止回卡齿(212)能够与所述第二滑齿(42)卡接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的伤口缝合器,其特征在于,所述排齿(4)包括相对设置的第三滑齿(43)和第四滑齿(44),且两者彼此配合连接;
    所述连接桥(1)包括第三连接桥(13)和第四连接桥(14),且所述第三连接桥(13)的内壁上设有所述第三滑齿(43),所述第四连接桥(14)的内壁上设有所述第四滑齿(44);
    所述第三连接桥(13)和所述第四连接桥(14)的一端均与所述第二缝合件(3)固接,当所述第三连接桥(13)和所述第四连接桥(14)紧闭时,所述第三连接桥(13) 和所述第四连接桥(14)的另一端形成一“八”字型起刀口(6)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的伤口缝合器,其特征在于,所述锁扣件(21)包括第三止回卡齿(213),所述第一缝合件(2)包括设有第二导向通道(24)的第二缝合件本体(25),所述第三止回卡齿(213)固设于所述第二缝合件本体(25)上;
    所述第三止回卡齿(213)和所述第二导向通道(24)沿缝合方向依次设置,所述第三连接桥(13)和所述第四连接桥(14)均与所述第二导向通道(24)滑动连接,且所述第二缝合件本体(25)在滑动过程中,所述第三止回卡齿(213)能够将所述第三连接桥(13)与所述第四连接桥(14)分开,所述第三滑齿(43)和所述第四滑齿(44)均能够与所述第三止回卡齿(213)卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的伤口缝合器,其特征在于,所述第三止回卡齿(213)包括配置成与所述第三滑齿(43)卡接的第一卡齿(2131)、配置成与所述第四滑齿(44)卡接的第二卡齿(2132)和配置成沿所述起刀口(6)将所述第三连接桥(13)与所述第四连接桥(14)分离的分刀齿(2133)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的伤口缝合器,其特征在于,所述第二导向通道(24)为一“八”字型通道,且所述第二导向通道(24)与所述第三止回卡齿(213)的中线重合。
  8. 一种伤口缝合器,其特征在于,包括连接桥(1)和配置成伤口缝合的第一缝合件(2)与第二缝合件(3),所述连接桥(1)上设有齿顶方向相同的排齿(4),所述排齿(4)沿所述连接桥(1)长度方向设置,且所述第一缝合件(2)和所述第二缝合件(3)均与所述连接桥(1)滑动连接;
    所述第一缝合件(2)和所述第二缝合件(3)均固设有多个配置成缝合伤口的排钉(5);
    所述第一缝合件(2)和所述第二缝合件(3)上还均设有锁扣件(21),且两者均能够沿所述连接桥(1)滑动,在滑动过程中,所述锁扣件(21)能够与所述排齿(4)卡接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的伤口缝合器,其特征在于,所述连接桥(1)包括挡板(17)和相对固设在所述挡板(17)两侧的第五连接桥(15)与第六连接桥(16);
    所述排齿(4)包括位于同一水平面上的第五滑齿(45)和第六滑齿(46),所述第五滑齿(45)位于所述第五连接桥(15)上,所述第六滑齿(46)位于所述第六连接桥(16)上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的伤口缝合器,其特征在于,所述第一缝合件(2)和所述第二缝合件(3)均包括设有第三导向通道(26)的第三缝合件本体(27),所述第 五连接桥(15)和所述第六连接桥(16)均与所述第三导向通道(26)滑动连接;
    所述锁扣件(21)包括第四止回卡齿(214),所述第三缝合件本体(27)内壁固设有所述第四止回卡齿(214),且所述第三缝合件本体(27)在滑动过程中,所述第五滑齿(45)和所述第六滑齿(46)均能够与对应的所述第四止回卡齿(214)卡接。
