本实用新型涉及五金领域,特别是一种低噪音美观环保门锁。
背景技术
目前锁具已广泛应用于酒店宾馆、商业办公、小区家居等领域,锁具安装到门板上以闩锁门框,进而达到防盗及防窃的作用。现有市场上产品都是通过按压执手来开关门。开关门按压执手后采用复位簧产生回弹力将执手弹回原位,因执手复位簧产生的强大回弹力没有通过有效的装置去减少、减缓,致使其回位速度太快而产生较大噪声和产生震动,同时也导致零件间磨损加快,降低产品使用寿命,产生的较大噪音也对人们的生活造成影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述存在问题和不足,提供一种能减缓执手复位簧的回弹力而使复位簧和执手慢慢回位,大大减轻零件间摩擦、磨损,延长产品使用时间,降低响声,减少污染的低噪音美观环保门锁。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
本实用新型所述低噪音美观环保门锁,包括前、后挡盖及前、后执手,装置于相应执手上的锁头、球筒、转动架、与转动架连接的执手复位簧及连接两执手的方杆,其特点是:所述前、后挡盖之间设有能减少回弹力的减力装置,所述减力装置包括液压缸、装置于液压缸上的活塞杆、连接所述活塞杆和转动架的连接件,所述执手复位簧的回弹力通过转动架、连接件传送到活塞杆、并通过液压缸内的液 压阻力而降低连接转动架和执手复位簧归复的速度而使执手复位弹簧强大的回弹力受到减缓。
为使其结构更可靠,上述连接件和与后执手连接的转动架上均设有连接孔,并通过穿置于两连接孔中的连接柱而连接在一起。
本实用新型由于采用在前、后挡盖之间设有由液压缸、连接液压缸活塞杆和转动架的连接件等形成的减力装置的结构,使其在使用的过程中,能有效利用液压缸的液压阻力缓冲执手复位簧的强大回弹力使执手复位簧和执手慢慢回位,以降低产生的噪音对人们的干扰,同时又能减少零件间的磨损和降低零件间摩擦力,延长产品使用寿命,减少重复生产,避免不必要的浪费,并且其结构简单、安装简易,美观环保、适用范围广。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型所述低噪音美观环保门锁,包括前、后挡盖1、1及前、后执手3、3,装置于相应执手3上的锁头4、球筒5、转动架6、与转动架6连接的执手复位簧7及连接两执手的方杆8,带锁舌和锁舌复位簧的锁芯组件(由于本方案的重点是减缓执手复位,所以附图中去掉了锁芯组件中的一些结构)。为了有效降低噪音和延长产品使用寿命,所述前、后挡盖1、1之间设有能减少回弹力的减力装置2,所述减力装置2包括液压缸21、装置于液压缸21上的活塞杆22、连接所述活塞杆22和转动架6的连接件23。为使其使用更方便及结构更可靠,上述后执手3上还装有保险钮31,上述球筒5上还装有保险杆50、保险卡51 和保险卡簧52。使用时所述执手复位簧7的回弹力可通过转动架6、连接件23传送到活塞杆22、并通过液压缸21内的液压阻力而降低连接转动架6和执手复位簧7归复的速度,从而使执手复位簧7强大的回弹力受到减缓。因此有效减少了噪音,降低了产生的噪音对人们的干扰,同时又能减少零件间磨损和降低零件间摩擦力,延长产品使用寿命,减少重复生产,避免不必要的浪费,美观环保。为进一步的使其结构更可靠,上述连接件23和与后执手3连接的转动架6上均设有连接孔231、61,连接件23和转动架6通过穿置于两连接孔中的连接柱而连接在一起。上述后挡盖1上还设有可将液压缸21定位于其上的减力器座9。上述前后挡盖1、1均由内、外盖体组成,上述液压缸21装置于后挡盖1的内盖体上。本实用新型结构简单、减弹和降噪效果好,能有效延长产品使用寿命,可广泛地应用于各种门上。
本实用新型的具体工作原理是:
本实用新型在安装于门上使用时,手压执手3转动,执手3上的力通过球筒5传到转动架6,使转动架6转动,转动架6转动的同时拨动执手复位簧7,使执手复位簧7压缩后产生回弹力,另外锁舌也在执手转动时内缩。当作用于执手3上的外力解除后,执手复位簧7产生的回弹力通过后转动架6、连接件23传递到活塞杆和液压缸,回弹力受到液压缸21内的液压阻力作用后,回弹力减少,从而减慢了执手复位簧的回弹速度和使执手慢慢回位。锁舌也在锁舌复位簧的回弹力作用下复位。
尽管本实用新型是参照具体实施例来描述,但这种描述并不意味着对本实用新型构成限制。参照本实用新型的描述,所公开的实施例的其他变化,对于本领域技术人员都是可以预料的,这种的变化应属于所属权利要求所限定的范围内。

  1. 一种低噪音美观环保门锁,包括前、后挡盖(1、1)及前、后执手(3、3),装置于相应执手(3)上的锁头(4)、球筒(5)、转动架(6)、与转动架(6)连接的执手复位簧(7)及连接所述两执手(3、3)的方杆(8),其特征在于:所述前、后挡盖(1、1)之间设有能减少回弹力的减力装置(2),所述减力装置(2)包括液压缸(21)、装置于液压缸(21)上的活塞杆(22)、连接所述活塞杆(22)和转动架(6)的连接件(23),所述执手复位簧(7)的回弹力通过转动架(6)、连接件(23)传送到活塞杆(22)、并通过液压缸(21)内的液压阻力而降低连接转动架(6)和执手复位簧(7)归复的速度而使执手复位簧(7)强大的回弹力受到减缓。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的低噪音美观环保门锁,其特征在于:上述连接件(23)和与后执手(3)连接的转动架(6)上均设有连接孔(231、61),所述连接件和转动架通过穿置于两连接孔中的连接柱而连接在一起。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的低噪音美观环保门锁,其特征在于:上述后挡盖(1)上设有可将液压缸(21)定位于其上的减力器座(9)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的低噪音美观环保门锁,其特征在于:上述后执手(3)上还装有保险钮(31)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的低噪音美观环保门锁,其特征在于:上述球筒(5)上还装有保险杆(50)、保险卡(51)和保险卡簧(52)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的低噪音美观环保门锁,其特征在于:上述前后挡盖(1、1)均由内、外盖体组成,上述液压缸(21)装置于后挡盖(1)的内盖体上。
