Description

一种具有预加热功能的纺织烘箱 技术领域
本发明涉及纺织相关设备技术领域,具体为一种具有预加热功能的纺织烘箱。
背景技术
在纺织生产中,纺织烘箱是必不可少的生产设备之一。烘箱的好坏将直接影响到纺织物的质量,现有的烘箱主要包括有烘干箱和设置在烘干箱内部的发热装置,发热装置发热使得烘干箱内的温度达到规格要求后对烘干箱的布料进行烘干,但是这种烘箱在布料进入烘箱时需要人工牵引布料并在完成工序后拉出,十分不方便,且布料在直接进入烘干箱时,可能会出现因为布料本身和烘干箱温度相差过大,导致布料产生皱褶。因此我提供一种具有预加热功能的纺织烘箱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有预加热功能的纺织烘箱,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有预加热功能的纺织烘箱,包括烘箱主体、预加热器和出料滑台,所述预加热器位于烘箱主体的右侧,所述烘箱主体的左侧连接出料滑台,所述出料滑台的内部安装电机,所述烘箱主体的右侧下端连接支架,所述支架的上端与预加热器连接,所述预加热器包括预加热机、预加热器转轴、传送带和预加热吹头,所述烘箱主体的内壁上端安装风扇箱,所述风扇箱的内部安装风扇,所述烘箱主体的内壁下端连接发热器,所述发热器的上端连接发热器吹头,所 述烘箱主体的内部安装传输机,所述传输机包括传输带和传输机转轴,所述传输机的下端连接支撑腿。
优选的,所述传输带与传输机转轴轴接。
优选的,所述预加热机位于支架上,所述预加热机的两端连接预加热吹头,所述传送带与预加热器转轴轴接。
优选的,所述发热器吹头和预加热吹头均为广角设计。
优选的,所述支架为铁质支架或者其他硬质金属材料支架。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过传输装置,使得工序自动化,无需人工操作,简化操作;通过添加预加热器,使得布料在进入烘箱主体前已经经过加热,相对温差不大,解决布料出现皱褶的问题;通过采取发热器吹头和预加热吹头的广角设计,使得加热均匀,提高加工后的布料质量。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种具有预加热功能的纺织烘箱,包括烘箱主体1、预加热器3和出料滑台4,所述预加热器3位于烘箱主体1的右侧,所述烘箱主体1的左侧连接出料滑台4,所述出料滑台4的内部安装电机5,所述烘箱主体1的右侧下端连接支架13,所述支架13为铁质支架或者其他硬质金属材料支架,所述支架13的上端与预加热器3连接,所述预加热器3包括预加热机14、预加热器转轴15、传送带16和预加热吹头17,所述预加热机14位于支架13上,所述预加热机14的两端 连接预加热吹头17,所述传送带16与预加热器转轴15轴接,所述烘箱主体1的内壁上端安装风扇箱2,所述风扇箱2的内部安装风扇12,所述烘箱主体1的内壁下端连接发热器10,所述发热器10的上端连接发热器吹头11,所述烘箱主体1的内部安装传输机6,所述传输机6包括传输带8和传输机转轴7,所述传输带8与传输机转轴7轴接,所述传输机6的下端连接支撑腿9,所述发热器吹头11和预加热吹头17均为广角设计。
工作原理:启动电机5,预加热机14、发热器10、传输机6和预加热转轴15开始工作,将纺织品放在传送带16上,传送带16在将纺织品送往烘箱主体1的过程中,预加热机14会通过预加热吹头17对纺织品进行预加热,在进入到烘箱主体1内时,在传输机6将纺织品送出的过程中,发热器10通过发热器吹头11对纺织品进行烘干加热工作,与此同时,风扇12也会对纺织品进行通风过,使得水蒸气散出,最后完成工序,纺织品通过传输机6出料滑台4,被人们收集。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

  1. 一种具有预加热功能的纺织烘箱,包括烘箱主体(1)、预加热器(3)和出料滑台(4),所述预加热器(3)位于烘箱主体(1)的右侧,所述烘箱主体(1)的左侧连接出料滑台(4),其特征在于:所述出料滑台(4)的内部安装电机(5),所述烘箱主体(1)的右侧下端连接支架(13),所述支架(13)的上端与预加热器(3)连接,所述预加热器(3)包括预加热机(14)、预加热器转轴(15)、传送带(16)和预加热吹头(17),所述烘箱主体(1)的内壁上端安装风扇箱(2),所述风扇箱(2)的内部安装风扇(12),所述烘箱主体(1)的内壁下端连接发热器(10),所述发热器(10)的上端连接发热器吹头(11),所述烘箱主体(1)的内部安装传输机(6),所述传输机(6)包括传输带(8)和传输机转轴(7),所述传输机(6)的下端连接支撑腿(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有预加热功能的纺织烘箱,其特征在于:所述传输带(8)与传输机转轴(7)轴接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有预加热功能的纺织烘箱,其特征在于:所述预加热机(14)位于支架(13)上,所述预加热机(14)的两端连接预加热吹头(17),所述传送带(16)与预加热器转轴(15)轴接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有预加热功能的纺织烘箱,其特征在于:所述发热器吹头(11)和预加热吹头(17)均为广角设计。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有预加热功能的纺织烘箱,其特征在于:所述支架(13)为铁质支架或者其他硬质金属材料支架。
