Description

一种可快速安装的柔性抗菌水道 技术领域
本发明涉及一种卫浴产品,特别是指一种可快速安装的柔性抗菌水道。
背景技术
目前,卫浴产品如水龙头、花洒、顶喷等的水道部件主要采用金属铜、不锈钢、塑料(添加玻璃纤维)材料制作,这些材料使用时间长了就会对水质产生污染,如铜中的铅会慢慢溶解在水质,塑料中的纤维也会溶解到水中对水质产生污染危害人体健康,同时污染环境。
为了避免水质受到污染,现有淋浴花洒的高端产品,其结构都带有能够抗菌的水道,以满足相关的测试及认证。但目前的技术中,该抗菌水道都是一体成型于淋浴花洒中,由于不同产品外观及尺寸使用不同的水道,对产品开发交期和开发成本都有极大的障碍。
有鉴于此,本设计人针对上述淋浴花洒的水道设计上未臻完善所导致的诸多缺失及不便,而深入构思,且积极研究改良试做而开发设计出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种安全环保,不会造成二次污染、并且连接稳定的可快速安装的柔性抗菌水道。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种可快速安装的柔性抗菌水道,其包括一具有进水端及出水端的本体、配合在本体出水端的出水面盖、一设置在本体内的过水软管及配合固定在本体进水端的尾套,所述过水软管的一端插设在出水面盖的进水口,该过水软管与出水面盖连接的一端设有一密封圈及一固定圈,通过密封圈使过水软管与出水面盖的进水口形成密封连接,固定圈设置在该出水面盖的进水口端部,所述本体对应出水面盖的进水口端部设有限位缩口,过水软管的另一端连接一进水塞,进水塞的配合在尾套上。
所述密封圈及固定圈与出水面盖相背的一端分别设有供过水软管插入的导向斜面。
所述进水塞的一端插入过水软管内,另一端配合卡设在尾套内,该尾套内设有一台阶,所述进水塞设有与该台阶配合卡制的倒勾,倒勾的另一端具有一斜导面。
所述出水面盖的进水口配合有一接头,该接头与进水口之间密封连接,接头内设有所述密封圈,所述固定圈配合固定在接头的端部,所述限位缩口对应设置在该接头的端部。
所述接头内还设有一具有通孔的支架及一具有通孔的钢片,密封圈、支架及钢片依次设置在接头内,所述钢片为锥形,该钢片的通孔孔径小于过水软管的外径,且钢片上设有至少一缺口。
所述接头与固定圈连接的一端等间距设有至少两连接块,各连接块上设有一滑槽,所述固定圈的外壁设有至少一与所述滑槽配合的凸块,该固定圈的凸块可于滑槽中滑动。
所述过水软管采用抗菌材质。
采用上述结构后,本发明可快速安装的柔性抗菌水道是于金属本体内设置塑料材质的过水软管,水道安装时,只需将过水软管插入固定圈,即可实现固定和密封。这样在不影响面本体质感的前提下,水流从过水软管内流通,不会与金属材质的本体接触,不会造成水的二次污染,达到无毒、无害绿色环保的效果。过水软管可依据产品外观和尺寸,截取相应的长度,实现不同外观(弯曲弧度)和尺寸,使用相同的水道结构。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
如图1及图2所示,为本发明一种可快速安装的柔性抗菌水道的第一实施例,其包括一具有进水端11及出水端12的本体1、配合在本体1出水端12的出水面盖2、一设置在本体1内的过水软管3及配合固定在本体1进水端11的尾套4,所述过水软管3的一端插设在出水面盖2的进水口21,该过水软管3与出水面盖2连接的一端设有一密封圈5及一固定圈6,通过密封圈5使过水软管3与出水面盖2的进水口21形成密封连接,固定圈6设置在该出水面盖2的进水口21端部,所述本体1对应出水面盖2的进水口21端部设有限位缩口13,过水软管2的另一端连接一进水塞7,进水塞7的配合在尾套4上。
为了方便安装,所述密封圈5及固定圈6与出水面盖2相背的一端分别设有供过水软管2插入的导向斜面51、61。
所述进水塞的一端插入过水软管内,另一端配合卡设在尾套内,所述尾套4可通过激光焊接或者其他方式固定在本体1的进水端,该尾套4内设有一台阶41,所述进水塞7设有与该台阶41配合卡制的倒勾71,倒勾71的另一端具有一斜导面72。
安装时,将密封圈5及固定圈6直接装设在出水面盖2的进水口21内,将出水面盖2装设在本体1的出水端12,过水软管3的一端依次插入固定圈6及密封圈5,后抵靠在出水面盖2的进水口21内,过水软管3的可依据本体1的外观和尺寸,截取相应的长度;所述进水塞7插入尾套4后与过水软管3配合密封,该进水塞7插入尾套4时通过斜导面72插入至进水塞7的倒勾71卡入尾套4的台阶41内,若要反向拔出进水塞7,由于进水塞7的倒勾71卡在尾套4的台阶41内,因此该进水塞7塞入尾套4后不会被拔出。
使用时,水流由进水塞7流入过水软管3内,过水软管3再流至出水面盖2内,由于水流由过水软管3进入出水面盖2的进水口21时会形成憋压状态,固定圈6受水流压力的作用会形成往外脱出的力,由于本体1上设有限位缩口13,可限制固定圈6移动,确保密封圈5设置在出水面盖2的进水口21内,保证出水面盖2与过水软管2的气密性。
如图3及图4所示,为本发明一种可快速安装的柔性抗菌水道的第二实施例,本实施例中所述出水面盖2的进水口21还配合有一接头8,该接头8与进水口21之间密封连接,接头8内设有所述密封圈5,所述固定圈6配合固定在接头8的端部,所述限位缩口13对应设置在该接头8的端部,在过水软管3过水时,在过水软管3与出水面盖2的连接处会形成憋压将接头8反向推出,此时通过限位缩口13可限制接头8移动。
较佳的,为了放置过水软管3插入密封圈5后反向脱出,所述接头8内还设有一具有通孔的支架9及一具有通孔的钢片10,支架9用以支撑钢片10,支架9及钢片10的通孔均用以供过水软管3插入,密封圈5、支架9及钢片10依次设置在接头8内,所述钢片10为朝向出水面盖2渐缩的锥形,该钢片10的通孔孔径小于过水软管3的外径,且钢片10上设有至少一缺口11,使钢片10具有一定的弹性,在过水软管3插入钢片时,缺口11会长大,使得过水软管3与钢片10紧密的结合在一起,防止过水软管3被反向拔出。
进一步,所述接头8与固定圈6的固定方式有多种,本实施例中,所述接头8与固定圈6连接的一端等间距设有至少两连接块81,各连接块81上设有一滑槽82,所述固定圈6的外壁设有至少一与所述滑槽82配合的凸块62,该固定圈6的凸块62可于滑槽82中滑动,使接头8与固定圈6结合在一起。
为了进一步提高过水水质,所述过水软管可采用抗菌材质。
综上所述,本发明可快速安装的柔性抗菌水道是于金属本体1内设置塑料材质的过水软管,水道安装时,只需将过水软管插入固定圈,即可实现固定和密封。这样在不影响面本体质感的前提下,水流从过水软管3内流通,不会与金属材质的本体1接触,不会造成水的二次污染,达到无毒、无害绿色环保的效果。过水软管可依据产品外观和尺寸,截取相应的长度,实现不同外观(弯曲弧度)和尺寸,使用相同的水道结构。

  1. 一种可快速安装的柔性抗菌水道,其特征在于,包括一具有进水端及出水端的本体、配合在本体出水端的出水面盖、一设置在本体内的过水软管及配合固定在本体进水端的尾套,所述过水软管的一端插设在出水面盖的进水口,该过水软管与出水面盖连接的一端设有一密封圈及一固定圈,通过密封圈使过水软管与出水面盖的进水口形成密封连接,固定圈设置在该出水面盖的进水口端部,所述本体对应出水面盖的进水口端部设有限位缩口,过水软管的另一端连接一进水塞,进水塞的配合在尾套上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种可快速安装的柔性抗菌水道,其特征在于:所述密封圈及固定圈与出水面盖相背的一端分别设有供过水软管插入的导向斜面。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种可快速安装的柔性抗菌水道,其特征在于:所述进水塞的一端插入过水软管内,另一端配合卡设在尾套内,该尾套内设有一台阶,所述进水塞设有与该台阶配合卡制的倒勾,倒勾的另一端具有一斜导面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种可快速安装的柔性抗菌水道,其特征在于:所述出水面盖的进水口配合有一接头,该接头与进水口之间密封连接,接头内设有所述密封圈设置在该接头内,所述固定圈配合固定在接头的端部,所述限位缩口对应设置在该接头的端部。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种可快速安装的柔性抗菌水道,其特征在于:所述接头内还设有一具有通孔的支架及一具有通孔的钢片,密封圈、支架及钢片依次设置在接头内,钢片的另一端连接所述固定圈,所述钢片为锥形,该钢片的通孔孔径小于过水软管的外径,且钢片上设有至少一缺口。
  6. 如权利要求4或5所述的一种可快速安装的柔性抗菌水道,其特征在于:所述接头与固定圈连接的一端等间距设有至少两连接块,各连接块上设有一滑槽,所述固定圈的外壁设有至少一与所述滑槽配合的凸块,该固定圈的凸块可于滑槽中滑动。
  7. 如权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的一种可快速安装的柔性抗菌水道,其特征在于:所述过水软管采用抗菌材质。
