Description

一种可防震除湿的移动型电力柜 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电力柜,具体是一种可防震除湿的移动型电力柜。
背景技术
电是一种自然现象,是一种能量。自然界的闪电就是电的一种现象。电是像电子和质子这样的亚原子粒子之间产生的排斥力和吸引力的一种属性。它是自然界四种基本相互作用之一。电或电荷有两种:我们把一种叫做正电,另一种叫做负电。电是个一般术语,是静止或移动的电荷所产生的物理现象。在大自然里,电的机制给出了很多众所熟知的效应,例如闪电、摩擦起电、静电感应、电磁感应等等。电力柜锁,顾名思义就是电力柜上使用的锁,分小型电柜锁;大型电柜锁及户外型电力柜防尘锁等。
目前电力柜体积较大,部件多偏重不便于移动,移动中,震动颠簸会影响电力柜内部的部件,连续阴雨天,潮湿的空气也会影响电力柜的正常使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可防震除湿的移动型电力柜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种可防震除湿的移动型电力柜,包括柜体壳,所述柜体壳上端设有热交换器,热交换器左右两侧设有两个进空气口,热交换器下端通过进空气管连接柜体壳,柜体壳右侧设有抽风机,抽风机内部设有抽风管,抽风管末端设置在柜体壳的底部,抽风机下侧柜体壳左右两侧通过固定柱固定有两个固定板,固定板内部穿插固定有限位柱,柜体壳底部设有底座,底座和柜体壳之间阵列分布的软管和弹簧,软管和弹簧交叉分布,软管内部装有细沙,软管和弹簧上端通过隔板固定在柜体壳下端,底座上端左右两侧配合限位柱设有两个固定孔,固定孔下端底座左右两侧设有螺母,螺母内部穿插有固定桩,固定桩下端设有固定环,固定桩下端设有配合固定环的限位销和限位支脚,底座底端设有转轮。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述柜体壳壳体中设有空腔,空腔内部设有吸潮的二 氯化钙。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述进空气口内部设有空气过滤层塞。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述固定板设有固定孔。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述固定环和固定孔内部都设有螺纹。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述限位销、限位支脚的上端和限位柱下端设有螺纹杆。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型可防震除湿的移动型电力柜,在移动电力柜时,底部设置的转轮便于移动,移动过程中,底座和柜体壳之间设有软管和弹簧可有效减轻电力柜上下震动颠簸对电力柜的损害,同时也可以通过限位柱和固定孔配合将柜体壳和底座固定,在目的地使用时,通过固定桩固定电力柜,固定柱底部设置的限位销和限位支脚可有效适应固定不同的底面,抽风机可以将柜体壳内部潮湿的空气抽走,柜体壳内部负压通过进空气口吸气,空气经过热交换器除湿后进入柜体壳内部,避免潮湿空气影响电力柜内部的部件。

请参阅图1~3,本实用新型实施例中,一种可防震除湿的移动型电力柜,包括柜体壳1,所述柜体壳1壳体中设有空腔,空腔内部设有吸潮的二氯化钙,柜体壳1上端设有热交换器10,热交换器10左右两侧设有两个进空气口11,进空气口11内部设有空气过滤层塞,热交换器10下端通过进空气管12连接柜体壳1,柜体壳1右侧设有抽风机13,抽风机13内部设有抽风管14,抽风管14末端设置在柜体壳1的底部,抽风机13下侧柜体壳1左右两侧通过固定柱固定有两个固定板3,固定板3设有固定孔,固定板3内部穿插固定有限位柱2,柜体壳1底部设有底座4,底座4和柜体壳1之间阵列分布的软管16和弹簧17,软管16和弹簧17交叉分布,软管16内部装有细沙,软管16和弹簧17上端通过隔板15固定在柜体壳1下端,底座4上端左右两侧配合限位柱设有两个固定孔5,固定孔5下端底座4左右两侧设有螺母8,螺母8内部穿插有固定桩7,固定桩7下端设有固定环9,固定环9和固定孔5内部都设有螺纹,固定桩7下端设有配合固定环9的限位销19和限位支脚20,限位销19、限位支脚20的上端和限位柱2下端设有螺纹杆,底座4底端设有转轮18,在移动电力柜时,底部设置的转轮18便于移动,移动过程中,底座4和柜体壳1之间设有软管16和弹簧17可有效减轻电力柜上下震动颠簸对电力柜的损害,同时也可以通过限位柱2和固定孔5配合将柜体壳1和底座4固定,在目的地使用时,通过固定桩7固定电力柜,固定柱7底部设置的限位销19和限位支脚20可有效适应固定不同的底面,抽风机13可以将柜体壳1内部潮湿的空气抽走,柜体壳1内部负压通过进空气口11吸气,空气经过热交换器10除湿后进入柜体壳1内部,避免潮湿空气影响电力柜内部的部件。
本实用新型的工作原理是:本实用新型可防震除湿的移动型电力柜,在移动电力柜时,底部设置的转轮便于移动,移动过程中,底座和柜体壳之间设有软管和弹簧可有效减轻电力柜上下震动颠簸对电力柜的损害,同时也可以通过限位柱和固定孔配合将柜体壳和底座固定,在目的地使用时,通过固定桩固定电力柜,固定柱底部设置的限位销和限位支脚可有效适应固定不同的底面,抽风机可以将柜体壳内部潮湿的空气抽走,柜体壳内部负压通 过进空气口吸气,空气经过热交换器除湿后进入柜体壳内部,避免潮湿空气影响电力柜内部的部件。

  1. 一种可防震除湿的移动型电力柜,包括柜体壳(1),其特征在于,所述柜体壳(1)上端设有热交换器(10),热交换器(10)左右两侧设有两个进空气口(11),热交换器(10)下端通过进空气管(12)连接柜体壳(1),柜体壳(1)右侧设有抽风机(13),抽风机(13)内部设有抽风管(14),抽风管(14)末端设置在柜体壳(1)的底部,抽风机(13)下侧柜体壳(1)左右两侧通过固定柱固定有两个固定板(3),固定板(3)内部穿插固定有限位柱(2),柜体壳(1)底部设有底座(4),底座(4)和柜体壳(1)之间阵列分布的软管(16)和弹簧(17),软管(16)和弹簧(17)交叉分布,软管(16)内部装有细沙,软管(16)和弹簧(17)上端通过隔板(15)固定在柜体壳(1)下端,底座(4)上端左右两侧配合限位柱设有两个固定孔(5),固定孔(5)下端底座(4)左右两侧设有螺母(8),螺母(8)内部穿插有固定桩(7),固定桩(7)下端设有固定环(9),固定桩(7)下端设有配合固定环(9)的限位销(19)和限位支脚(20),底座(4)底端设有转轮(18)。
