Description

一种新型消防灭火设备 技术领域
本发明涉及消防灭火设备领域,特别涉及一种新型消防灭火设备。
背景技术
干粉灭火设备内充装的是干粉灭火剂,干粉灭火剂是用于灭火的干燥且易于流动的微细粉末,由具有灭火效能的无机盐和少量的添加剂经干燥、粉碎、混合而成的微细固体粉末组成。但是,由于长时间的放置,灭火罐内的干粉容易受潮团聚,当用于灭火时,其灭火效率大大降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型消防灭火设备,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
本发明提供一种新型消防灭火设备,包括灭火罐,灭火罐顶部设有手柄,手柄下安装有压把,压把与手柄连接处设有拉环,手柄前部连接有喷射软管,喷射软管前部安装有喷射嘴,灭火罐底部设有底盖,底盖与灭火罐内部相隔离,灭火罐内部设有搅拌轴,搅拌轴贯穿灭火罐和底盖,搅拌轴分为第一搅拌轴部和第二搅拌轴部,第一搅拌轴部位于灭火罐内,第二搅拌轴部位于底盖内,第一搅拌轴部设有若干等间距排列的搅拌叶片,第二搅拌轴部设有横杆。
干粉灭火设备主要通过灭活罐内部的干粉灭火剂在加压气体作用下喷出的粉雾和火焰接触、混合时发生的物理、化学作用灭火。使用本技术方案的灭火设备时,首先拉开灭火罐与手柄之间设有的拉环,其次消防员在灭火过程中,一手抓住手柄,按动手柄下部设有压把,同时调整喷射嘴方向对准火源根部,通过喷射软管喷射。干粉灭火设备在长时间放置后,堆积在灭火罐的底部,容易受潮团聚。因此,在使用灭火设备之前,通过手动拨动底盖内的横杆,通过搅拌轴带动灭火罐内的搅拌叶片转动,以达到分散干粉灭火剂的效果,防止其团聚影响灭火设备的灭火效率。
在一些实施方式中,灭火罐内壁设有干燥装置,干燥装置内装有干燥剂。灭火罐内设置有干燥装置,主要是为了干燥灭火罐内的干粉灭火剂, 防止其受潮后团聚,影响其灭火效率。
在一些实施方式中,灭火罐内壁设有支架,支架上设有容器,容器顶部设有若干小孔,容器内放有变色硅胶。
在一些实施方式中,灭火罐罐体上开设有玻璃窗口,玻璃窗口与容器设于同一位置。灭火罐上开设可视窗口,可以通过观察变色硅胶的变色情况,来判断灭火设备内的干粉颗粒的受潮程度,若受潮严重,则干粉灭火剂会失效,必须更换干粉灭火剂。
在一些实施方式中,灭火罐与手柄之间设有压力表。干粉灭火设备,需要灭火罐内的高压气体带动喷射,因此灭火罐与手柄之间设有压力表,可以查看灭火罐内气体的压力情况,避免高压气体泄漏导致灭火设备失效。

下面结合说明书附图,对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。

一种新型消防灭火设备,包括灭火罐1,灭火罐1顶部设有手柄2,手柄2下安装有压把3,压把3与手柄2连接处设有拉环4,手柄2前部连接有喷射软管6,喷射软管6前部安装有喷射嘴7,灭火罐1底部设有底盖9,底盖9与灭火罐1内部相隔离,灭火罐1内部设有搅拌轴8,搅拌轴8贯穿灭火罐1和底盖9,搅拌轴8分为第一搅拌轴部81和第二搅拌轴部82,第一搅拌轴部81位于灭火罐1内,第二搅拌轴部82位于底盖9内,第一搅拌轴部81设有若干等间距排列的搅拌叶片10,第二搅拌轴部82设有横杆11。如此,设计能通过简单的手动搅拌,使得灭火罐内的干粉灭火剂分散均匀,避免团聚,影响其灭火效率。
为了防止灭火罐1内的干粉灭火剂受潮团聚,灭火罐1内壁设有干燥装置12,干燥装置12内装有干燥剂。
灭火罐1内壁设有支架,支架上设有容器,容器顶部设有若干小孔,容器内放有变色硅胶。
灭火罐1罐体上开设有玻璃窗口,玻璃窗口与容器设于同一位置。这样设计,便于观察灭火罐1内的干粉灭火剂是否受潮严重,需要更换。
为了检查灭管罐1内的高压气体的压力状态,灭火罐1与手柄2之间设有压力表5。
工作原理:干粉灭火设备主要通过灭活罐1内部的灭火剂在加压气体作用下喷出的粉雾和火焰接触、混合时发生的物理、化学作用灭火。使用本技术方案的灭火设备时,首先拉开灭火罐1与手柄2之间设有的拉环4,其次消防员在灭火过程中,一手抓住手柄2,按动手柄2下部设有压把3,同时调整喷射嘴方向对准火源根部,通过喷射软管6喷射。干粉灭火设备在长时间放置后,堆积在灭火罐2的底部,容易受潮团聚。因此,在使用灭火设备之前,通过手动拨动底盖9内的横杆22,通过搅拌轴带动灭火罐2内的搅拌叶片10转动,以达到分散干粉灭火剂的效果,防止其团聚影响灭火设备的灭火效率。
本发明提供的实施方案中的一种新型消防灭火设备,能防止其长时间放置后受潮团聚,影响其灭火效率,同时延长灭火设备的使用寿命。也可以通过观察变色硅胶的颜色变化,判断是否需要更换干粉灭火剂,以防止灭火设备失效。

  1. 一种新型消防灭火设备,包括灭火罐(1),所述灭火罐(1)顶部设有手柄(2),所述手柄(2)下安装有压把(3),所述压把(3)与所述手柄(2)连接处设有拉环(4),所述手柄(2)前部连接有喷射软管(6),所述喷射软管(6)前部安装有喷射嘴(7),其特征在于,所述灭火罐(1)底部设有底盖(9),所述底盖(9)与所述灭火罐(1)内部相隔离,所述灭火罐(1)内部设有搅拌轴(8),所述搅拌轴(8)贯穿灭火罐(1)和底盖(9),所述搅拌轴(8)分为第一搅拌轴部(81)和第二搅拌轴部(82),所述第一搅拌轴部(81)位于灭火罐(1)内,所述第二搅拌轴部(82)位于底盖(9)内,所述第一搅拌轴部(81)设有若干等间距排列的搅拌叶片(10),所述第二搅拌轴部(82)设有横杆(11)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型灭火设备,其特征在于,所述灭火罐(1)内壁设有干燥装置(12),所述干燥装置(12)内装有干燥剂。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型灭火设备,其特征在于,所述灭火罐(1)内壁设有支架,所述支架上设有容器,所述容器顶部设有若干小孔,所述容器内放有变色硅胶。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种新型灭火设备,其特征在于,所述灭火罐(1)罐体上开设有玻璃窗口,所述玻璃窗口与所述容器设于同一位置。
